The guy has just spent his time and money making the DVD, try and actually support him...

~~I don't have a streaming link, but I can advise that it's available on torrent sites. I'm about 5 mins in and it's glorious.~~
Edit: I use a private tracker, but here's a TPB link https://thepiratebay.org/search/frankie%20goes%20to%20russia/0/99/0 Use at your own discretion
I'm uploading it to Google drive, I'll see if I can provide a streaming link
The rhythm? It's in the most recent one, with John Kearns.
I use PureVPN and it works for iPlayer most of the time. The few times it doesn't, I can just disconnect and try another city in the UK and it will work eventually. Never takes more than a couple minutes.
That said, iPlayer is the only site that puts up a fight: All4, UKTVPlay, ITV Hub all work hassle free. All4 I have to disable ad block though.
I listen to a lot of audiobooks, but from a very wide array of genres. A lot of non-fiction, but I intersperse it with some stories. There are not many 'comedy' audiobooks, from actual comedians but the following are great:
When I read UK comedy I immediately thought of Douglas Adams and P.G. Wodehouse.
Wodehouse wrote the Jeeves and Wooster series. Laugh-out-loud funny, charming and irreverent. They take a tongue in cheek look at turn of the 20th century aristocracy and the ridiculousness therein.
Adams is more widely known: Writing Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and the Dirk Gently series. Both are marvelous, absolutely recommend.
Along with those, although a bit different is The First Law series by Joe Abercrombie, a British author. This is a fantasy series that is really quite dark, but very funny. Quite possibly my favourite fiction series. What is more, but the narrator of this series is second to none. Stephen Pacey did an amazing job with the voices and the consistency.... I would rather listen to this than to watch any movie I can name
It's not exactly a direct link to download episodes, but if you know how to use torrents, here you can find the first season
That's a really good one as well, I'm just a big fan of Alex's humour in general. His podcast 'The Horne Section Podcast' is great as well if you haven't checked it out yet. They recently switched podcast provider so Season 1 is here and Season 2 is here.
I found this reddit thread when I googled for a screen capture program. All the links and software suggested were terrible. After more digging, I found exactly what I wanted:
Free, open source, easy to use, worked immediately, and did exactly what I needed.
To download it, install qBittorrent, and just click "Download" on that page, choose download folder and hit "Ok".
I use PureVPN but it's a pay service. I got a deal of $48 for two years on Black Friday. It works fine though. I have to delete my BBC cookies if I've been to any of their sites while not on my VPN and it's unreliable for Channel 4, (although I don't know if that's the VPN, AdBlock, or the fact that they use Flash). I would recommend them but really only if you they have a deal. I wouldn't pay much more than what I did personally.
I used to watch it with a paid VPN called Private Internet Access, but Im sure many more paid VPNs work just fine.
Also you have to keep in mind that free VPNs are not risk-free. If you are not the customer its guaranteed they are using you in some way.
If you regularly plan to use a VPN I would absolutely suggest you pay for one.
FYI, the 2016 remake episode is here:
https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4qpb7t
It's squished into 4x3 aspect ratio, so I'm going to have to download and fix before watching!
As luck would have it I am in the very process of grabbing a bunch to lighten my trips in to work.
Here you go, they are all hosted on Player FM.
Just right click on the red arrows and you're away.
Just to point people in the right direction. Bobbintb posted the .torrent here: https://www.reddit.com/r/de/comments/dl8d3k/das_große_backen_download/f88z86p/
I've taken the liberty to upload a copy here as well: https://gofile.io/?c=kke9dZ
It seems that your comment contains 1 or more links that are hard to tap for mobile users. I will extend those so they're easier for our sausage fingers to click!
Here is link number 1 - Previous text "TPB"

Irrelevant & also irrelevant.
You took note of my 1st point, the very relevant "It's not 'Drivers', it's 'Driver'"? You went to TPB? You searched on "Worst Driver"...
And somehow you didn't get those results? Impossible.
Try posting to /r/norge or /r/norway and ask if anyone can rip them from tvnorge.no, which is where they are streamed as well. They're geo-restricted and they won't have english subs, but you could upload them to youtube, set them to private and let youtube auto-caption them. They're very good at translating.
And then you can either keep them there or download them with subs using their own downloader or using youtube-dl.
Or you could download the subs from https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search2/sublanguageid-all/moviename-stories+from+norway and use those. Might need to adjust the times a bit i guess.
thank u very much, sir! is there any chance that you have engsub as well? or maybe u know where i can get them besides DVD? thanks again!
edit: here they are https://subscene.com/subtitles/human-remains-first-season
You could try Juice, which is a free, open source podcast management thing. Lets you subscribe and download for later listening. Pop me a PM if you need any further help!
So I actually downloaded ExpressVPN, in order to watch GBBO live on UK channel 4 tv player, and it worked but it screwed up my other US TV apps- saying shows only can be viewed in America. (The info on how to do it said to choose the UK as an alternate location. This, despite my Apple ID location still showing main region was the US.). So hooray for Reddit. Wasn’t worth the hassle, and it did cost $.
If you run into this issue a lot like I do you, you might want to get a VPN. I spent like 60 bucks for a year and a half of ExpressVPN and i can just set my region to the UK and unlock this and UKPlay and all that kinda stuff
If all you want to do is watch UK TV, then you should probably just go with the cheapest option. Ivacy has a 2-year deal for $49. Here's a review of several VPNs:
I use PureVPN (paid service) and it works fine for both sites. If I have been on either site while not connected to the VPN, I have to delete cookies and hard reload before it will work but that only takes a few seconds. It's fast and I've used it for Germany, France and Australia as well without issue. I, a stranger, would have no problem recommending.
