Lots of people use Unsplash with services like Canva for graphic design. If you’re lucky, you can make your own logo, or you know someone who can. I wouldn’t recommend spending lots of money on branding before your show is profitable, because it can be very expensive. My advice on that is to keep it simple, and think of your logo appearing in full mobile size and a tiny thumbnail.
I hope some of that helps!
I’ll answer the first part. Yes, it can be done. Each episode of our show gets posted to a subreddit about our show. As for how... no clue. It seems it was set up by a listener and the “owner” of the sub is a bot.
Edit: seems you can use ITTT to accomplish what you want to do:
Take a look at anchor.fm, it's free and once you start posting episodes, anchor will begin to distribute your podcast to places like soundcloud, spotify, etc. I also will be starting my podcast soon this week!
Https://anchor.fm is a free hosting service for your podcast. You can move it to another host at any time. You can also make money with their advertising program. You aren’t locked in and you still own your podcast. It’s kinda like YouTube but for podcasts.

We’ve reached the double digits! 10th Session beings with Joel hogging up airtime expressing highs and lows of his journey with The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa, while Alex keeps it short and sweet with Katana Zero in Early Adopter. There’s only a news segment so Alex can mope about Persona 5 Scramble not being a port and instead a muoso game, and Joel sneaks in some Epic games talk. They extol the virtues of hard as hell platformer mountain climbing, self discovery, and self acceptance in Celeste and bombastic character action in Bayonetta (Switch). Finally, a new quiz segment, and light housekeeping. Segments

For sure, you need to define your TA first. There a lot of good suggestions already here, you can search little bit. I usually suggest every newbie starts from reading/watching a great guide. For example, this one is very comprehensive and covers every aspect you need to start a podcast. Anyway, practice, experiment and good luck to you!
Canva is a good option, also I suggest you check Figma out. Here are some tips on how to create graphics using it.
I've just read about that: "Understanding how much time you’re ready to invest in podcasting helps you shape your schedule. Obviously, the more frequent you are, the better. What’s more important is to stick to the schedule you set up and launch episodes on a regular basis. With this, listeners will develop a habit of including your podcasts in their daily routines, and you’ll notice the consistent growth of your show." It feels like it makes sense 🤔You can read more if you'd like here.
Yes, I post all over social media and popular directories :) Check it out also here, there are some great tips on promoting a podcast.

Really Any stand with a boom attachment should work. If you are still worried about the stand tipping over you can put some weight on the stand legs or you can look into a boom that attaches to your desk. Good Afternoon,
We dropped a line for you guys on our latest episode:
Tune in here: https://anchor.fm/thevaleroverdict/episodes/Best-Movies-of-2019-Mid-Year-e4j37o
// CommunityPodcast Ep.3 - Modern Depression
// Realistically, I'd just like to know if approaching topics in this manner is viable. I have 3 more episodes lined up (new episodes every Monday), which take a more direct approach, which thankfully since it's early days I can still experiment with my style.
Couldn't find you guys on Twitter but we shot you a drop on our show here:

The movie podcast, “I Saw It On Linden Street” has over 10 episodes out there now...and while well wishing friends and family are submitting reviews and giving (appreciated) but unfortunately unconditional support- the host is looking for actual honest feedback and some constructive criticism to actually make a better cast. A special thank you to SmileSyndicateLIZ for letting me know that this thread existed.
Some background: “I Saw It On Linden Street” is dedicated to the joy of finding appreciation of in cult films, exploitation oddities, beloved classics and all points in-between. Host Chris Roberts invites listeners to join in as they screen movie magic in the Linden Street Cinema Experience Theatre. The model is currently a single host at the moment, but the inspiration is more akin to other movie podcasts, such at “The Grindbin” or “Junkfood Cinema.” Personal stories, background on the plot, actors directors, all appear here. It has been compared to being a “this American Life” meets a movie review show. The episodes, while they won’t cover ALL aspects or every scene from the film, give the general synopsis of story plot, include audio clips and spoilers. New microphones have been purchased since the podcast launched, but we are still experiencing growing pains/ kinks to be worked out.
I am attaching the latest link from our June theme month of “Talkin’ Walken” (we themed the month around films of Christopher Walken) but this upcoming Monday we will be dropping a new episode as well.
Do I want listeners? Of course I do- but I want them who actually want to listen because they are excited by the films...not because they are my aunts. Thank you all in advance.

The Mic Supper. Ep 1. Sewage Beer. https://anchor.fm/micsupper/episodes/Sewage-Beer--The-Nile-is-Dirty-to-the-Fall-of-Rome-e4cbmu
Were the first 5-10 mins too boring or confusing to stay through? Were we talking over each other in an annoying matter or does it pass?
Everyones given you great advice on mics and content. Another piece of advice:

How people get on spotify, stitcher ideacast, etc. is that they have a RSS feed. So essentially you know how you have your own website you need someone like GoDaddy to have the domain and then you could use something like wordpress or Wix to have it. My best suggestion is anchor.fm. Instead of applying to each podcast platform of apple podcast, spotify, etc. you post it on anchor.fm and they post it to everything else for free. Record a mic test of yourself and then just put it up there and see how it works. :)

Good luck friend!

Hey everyone! My name is Daniel and I’m very happy to present the Illest Podcast So Far! Yes that is the name! I’m a rookie podcaster and my podcast will revolve around having guests on each week as we reminisce about funny times we had growing up as kids. I want to build a platform where people can look back on times they were younger and had a lot of fun experiences such as their first house party they want to, first beer or the first time they tried pot, even going all the way back to your first crush in school! I know I have a million stories to share from growing up and when you and your friends are hanging out eventually some says something “remember that time we did this...” or “ do you remember when...” and they start telling this story that you might have forgot about but the second they really get into the story, it all comes rushing back and you laugh your ass off about this story and get so eager re-live it that you start arguing with your friend over every little detail of that night. I want people to come on to the podcast and tell those stories, I love having a good laugh and I feel like everyone has those stories to tell! Feel free to check out my short intro episode letting you know a little more about myself and the podcast! https://anchor.fm/daniel-barnes/episodes/Illest-Podcast-So-Far-Intro--1-e3temq
You can check out the Young God Podcast.
The host, Rodney Omeokachie, curates ideas, stories, and conversations that explore the creative mindset that separate high-quality individuals from everyone else. I totally agree about promoting across the social media. use all the channels: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. You never know what will bring you the most of your audience. You can also repurpose your content to post on these platforms (e.g. make posts from you podcast topics or just a snapshots with main theme). Also, collaborate with famous podcasters from your niche. Check this guide out for more promotion ideas, it's pretty comprehensive.
Rode podmic is great! But yep, as mentioned below it all depends on your budget 🤷🏻♂️Here's also a good guide about podcasting equipment for different budgets. Might be helpful!
1) Youtube royalty-free library 2) AI-generated music in Restream Studio.
You can buy an Elgato Camlink and this will allow you to connect your camera via a mini-hdmi to USB cable.
You could also record to an SD card as well but the only thing is without connecting to your computer, you're not able to see what's going on and would have to sync the audio/video in post.
In regards to the amount of time, that's more based on the resolution you record in and the size of the SD card. 1 hour is definitely doable.
I know money is pretty tight for everyone right now, but maybe you could buy a usb mic and send it to them with the understanding that its a loaner and they will return it.
You can get a whole setup like this Samson Q2U bundle for under $100.
Plug that audio card into your laptop (it sounds like a USB interface).
Get one of these, plug it into that audio card's mic input:
Get one of these, plug one end into your mixer (rec L & R) and the other into the plugs on the above connector:
Make sure the mixer is powered and you have your mic connected up etc and you're rolling. Make sure the software you're using has the audio card selected as the mic interface.
Me and three other friends have hosted a soccer podcast for about two months now called 3 Gueys 1 Gol.
You should check out if there are free resources around your area. Where we will live there are two public libraries with podcasting equipment that we get to use for free.
Also check out the amazon basic microphone. It's a decent mic for its price.
Spotify is betting more heavily on PodCasts since they've noticed that users spend longer on the Spotify App when listening to podcasts. You can only listen to music for so long I guess. Spotify isn't the best App to listen to podcasts to. Filtering, sorting and playing could be done a lot better.
Personally I use Podcast Addict for Android. Not sure if there's an alternative on iPhone though. Sorry.
All things said however, yes, it seems like there will be "exclusive" podcasts offered because, why not? Podcasts have been a free for all for a long time and it doesn't surprise me they're clueing in that they could monetize good podcasts.
Not sure of the exact stand, but it's a weighted base stand usually used for mic-ing up a kick drum or a guitar amp.
I personally use this one for my desk mic.
just as a disclaimer... sound PROOFING will be nearly impossible, however, you can optimize the room.. lots of fabric.. pillows, couches, wall to wall carpeting, moving blankets work super well with those great big binder clips from the Office Depot https://www.amazon.com/Protecting-Furniture-Recycled-Purpose-Stalwart/dp/B01MTVGT4K/ref=sr\_1\_7?keywords=moving+blankets&qid=1655230952&sr=8-7

We try to keep our podcasts at around 45 minutes if possible, but this one ran a bit long - 65 minutes. We are still doing our own editing and wonder if we should be cutting more of our banter or more of our review content? We get good support and commentary for both and have been praised for being entertaining even if the listener isn't interested in the subject, but it feels like the part we should be eliminating is, well...us? At the same time, some of our conversations are prompted by content and we think they might be thoughtful and engaging.
Any feedback would be helpful.

Nimura also discusses the role of the Japanese American Citizens League in directing U.S. policy as well as the little known Supreme Court case that helped close down interment camps.

My Life Through Tarot, Episode 4 - Prince Incarnate (15:37)
I'm wondering if people who arn't into tarot will enjoy my podcast, and if so, how can I tailor it slightly to appeal more to non tarot listeners. So preferably listen if you are not into spirituality and the esoterics, and i'd like to know if the formatting was good for a non tarot listener. Did you need the blurbs about the cards? Was the story enough without the tarot information? Is there any recommendations on the writing to help make the stories more enjoyable? As a non tarot listener, did you understand the point of the story?

Thanks!
