I think they are there to make the Dream Daddy Comic coming out May 14th.

It's very possible that they are also working on another game. The teaser for Dream Daddy dropped about a month before release, so they might be hush hush about their new project. That's just speculation though.
Yup. The book isn't scheduled to launch until march of 2020.
I'm not sure if ANY company that regularly sponsors Youtubers is any good. I'm glad for most of them that they're getting money.
On a related note, does it annoy anyone else when every single Youtuber who's sponsored by NordVPN or SurfShark is like "When I'm working in a coffee shop" even though all of them live in giant houses that seem to have 3 guest rooms even though it's just them and their wife/girlfriend who live there? You work at a coffee shop to do all your editing even though your information is in danger (your... editing information??) even though you have room for a home office? Especially during 2020???
If they work for you cool but you could download f.lux for free: https://justgetflux.com/
Or every half an hour take a few minutes to focus on something in the distance. Both are free solutions.

> You can make good content out of anything.
I agree with this for the most part. The only exception I would make is games like Swarm Simulator. There isn't even much in the way to look at in this game, so a playthrough would be entirely reliant on the player making interesting conversation. Now this can be done, but it would take a very good lets player to make it work.
I hate to add more to the flame, but I have experienced a hateful attitude towards uss1701jb before. Here is my proof. I'm over it though and don't really mind the times after me and him replied to each other's comments back and forth about topics on this subreddit.
Coming back to this thread that I've decided I want to subtitle at least one Grump video a week. That amara site is splendid so far, and seems to have a decent interface. I've started with episode 1.
I'm here to recommend Sponsorblock. A fantastic extension/add-on that operates on a community based system of submitting time segments containing sponsorship. You submit, the extension now skips that chunk of the video. Now you don't have to waste time mashing the forward arrow or scrubbing forward for the exact moment when the sponsorship ends. If you like sponsorships from certain YouTubers, you can whitelist them. It's also available for literally everything, even mobile devices. Still have to jailbreak your iphone if you want it there though.
Ironically, I feel like I come off as someone being paid to say this, but I just think more people deserve to know about it. Your time is valuable. Don't waste it watching shitty ads.
This episode was actually really hard to sit through. Arin had no energy, so it just came across as boring. Either way, here's the episode summary.
Dan talks about releasing and killing spiders
What stuff is going to the new office? Everything. Except Spiderman 3.
The staff at Game Grumps has increased because there are roles that need to be filled.
Arin has not hired his friends for about five years. Everyone else become friends after working here.
If you seen the Game Grumps Staff List, then you know what they do, if not then watch from 3:42 - 6:35
If you send them a game, they might play it.
Twilight Princess is coming back.
Sonic Adventure 2 has been requested, but not confirmed.
Then they look at fan content.
Game Grumps Game Jam looked kind of interesting.

They talk about Merch.
Dan talks about the new Tool song.
Ends with another Merch plug.
> Believe it or not it actually isn't all that long.
Define "isn't all that long". According to this FFVII is at least a 40 hour game, unless you're rushing through it, and let's be honest, the Grumps would probably take closer to 50+ hours to beat it (I did).
So let's do the math for fun: Let's just say that they happen get through it in 40 hours and the average episode is 12 minutes. Unless I did my math wrong, that's at least 200 episodes.
Anyone can add their own if they want. Find enough devoted grumps fans and get working on this site. You can add subtitles for videos there. Honestly I'd even be willing to do an episode every now and then myself, and Spanish translations if necessary.
That's the only way I can imagine the videos might get close-captioning/subtitling, through crowd sourcing. Apart from volunteering though, that's just way too much work going into a relatively non-productive aspect of the video.
Lack of accessibility sucks. Not here to debate any of that but to offer a resource for anyone who needs to make captions of any kind of spoken conversation.
otter offers you the ability to record anything spoken, be it a conversation or video, anything, and it transcribes it into generally fairly reliable transcripts. This is what I use for transcribing in college lecture classes. Only draw back is you can’t play a video and record on the same device.
Unrelated but after watching Feels Good Man this weekend I couldn't help but notice how much Ding Dong looks like the blue guy from Boys Club https://www.amazon.com/Boys-Club-Matt-Furie/dp/1606999192/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=boys+club&qid=1599591597&sr=8-3#immersive-view_1599591603364
Thankfully they do make ones that don't creep out houseguests and scare away dates. :P
I've had one for like, almost a decade, it's great.
