You don't have to restore to jailbreak your device. You can just jailbreak with redsn0w. Once jailbroken, you can use AppSync Unified from the https://cydia.angelxwind.net/ repo, then install the IPA through something like iFile.
https://AltStore.io - follow the instructions on their website it shouldn’t be too hard. You just use the max or Windows app to install AltStore onto you phone and keep AltServer running over the same Wifi.
Yes, it’s called Cercube for YouTube. The most updated ipa (apks for iOS) will generally pop up here since members of this subreddit update it. Cercube itself is meant for jailbroken users but it can be put into a youtube ipa to “sideload” (iOS has restrictions on installing random ipa files, but it can be circumvented using a computer and AltStore). It only signs the app for 7 days, so you’ll need to be by your computer once a week to refresh the signature before you can’t use the app.
Sideloadly from iosgods, AltStore (https://altstore.io), Rickpactor from appdb, and 3utools are your options for sideloading in current year.
AltStore only works on Mac 10.15+ or Windows 10 and Rickpactor works on Windows 7 and some version of Mac (but they support M1 if you have that). Sideloadly just got full 2FA support and M1 support. If you’re on the iOS 15 beta you can’t sideload yet. AltStore is working on implementing sideloading on the beta, but I know Sideloadly is waiting until the full release of iOS 15 to add support.
Generally, VPN are paid services that allow you to pass your network traffic through the VPN’s hub. There are free VPN but they usually aren’t the most reliable and tend to log your data.
I don’t know of any SideLoad specific ones but Apple has a built in agent for it and there is an openly available manager called OPENVPN to help set it up.
As far as which service? I would recommend Private Internet Access. No logs and a fair price per year. I’ve also never had issues connection from my iPhone or computer and their instructions are very easy to use.
For more information and a better place to ask, check out /r/vpn
NordVPN: simple to use, easy to setup on any device (they even give instruction), tons of servers and locations (including direct tor access server), no logs, and if you go to the right place you can find an account at a discounted price ;)
First go to https://AltStore.io and install AltServer on your computer. Use it to install AltStore onto your iPhone then download the RebornAgain (1.7) ipa in the link above. Sign into AltStore using any Apple ID that you have, it doesn’t have to be the one that you use with the App Store. Now click the + at the top left of the My Apps tab inside AltStore and add the RebornAgain ipa file you just downloaded and it’ll begin installing. Choose “remove extensions” when it prompts you and you’re good to go. Enjoy the app.
There are three options, 1: Use a signing service(Paid) 2: Use Altstore(Free but needs a computer) 3: Use Sideloadly(Free but needs a computer and to be redone every 7 days)
Personal I use altstore. Here is the link: https://altstore.io/ Install to your computer with itunes and icloud installed from APPLES WEBSITE not the microsoft store if on windows. Login in to itunes but not icloud. Plug your phone into the computer and open it in itunes, if you scroll down click Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi. Exit itunes. Run altserver as administrator and click its icon in the bottom left. Mouse over Install AltStore and click the name of your iPhone. Sign in with your apple ID or a burner if you can and give it some time to install. On your phone, go to settings->general scroll down and tap Profile & Device Mangment, tap the email of the apple id. Click trust, and trust again if it pops up. Go to the Altstore app now and go to my apps. Tap the plus in the top left. It will open the files app and choose the .ipa file for spotify++. When it asks for your sign in, use the same sign in as the one used to login to itunes and altserver. Click remove app extensions when it pops up. After some time it will finish and the app will pop up on your screen. Use your side loaded app as a normal app. Two limitations 1: You need your phone to be connected on the same wifi or to a cable to your computer if you install or refresh apps which will be needed every 7 days. 2: You can only install 2 apps at a time in addition to altstore with this method.
Hi, If you are currently using AltStore, it is a problem on Apple’s side or AltStore’s side I am pretty sure. The AltStore team are working hard to get the tweaked app store back up, and the stable release for AltStore 1.4.* should come out soon. There is also a beta version of 1.4.* which does work, but do not expect full functionality. https://altstore.io/altserver/beta/ https://twitter.com/altstoreio/status/1356011569675644931
This link should help. On Wi-fi settings click the i next to the connected Wi-fi network, scroll down to DNS then click manual, delete any that are already there then type in 176.103.130.130 for one and 176.103.130.131 for the next. After that it should work and block all ads
Click the link to the left of the install button to download the ipa and sideload with impactor
Here's a link to a working version with the free trial
Do this, copy data files of the app to desktop, delete and reinstall the app, make another backup and editable copy, replace the data files, drag the entire app to desktop, go to manage apps, and restore app with the file it created.
Thanks! Hotspot Shield++ is one of the few ipas I can't upload signed. You'd have to go to and sign it yourself with Impactor or a signing service. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I also had issues with it not logging in or playing music if I was on a cellular network, for me AT&T. But when I would be on wifi it would work fine. So I downloaded a VPN app called Betternet (Free App), I have to be on a VPN for it to work normally. I don't understand why but it seems to work just fine.
I'm sure any VPN should do it.
You have a Version which doesn't hang when you play music and lock your phone with passcode enabled?
And it's working flawlessly when signed with a 1 year wildcard profile and not with having to sideload every 7 days or having a real developer account?
Can't believe this. Cause then you're the first who got it...
I think you just have the same one like everyone else with julioverne's patch..
Here a quote from an other thread:
It crashes when sideloading with a Wildcard/Universal Profile like appdb and other signing services are using (profile for udid instead for specific app) It works without crashing if Profile is only for one app. Like if you use Cydia Impactor or generate a Cert with XCode and a non-developer apple id and use it then for signing the ipa with signing tools on mac or with appdb. I heard it also works when signed with an enterprise cert. (not tried myself) In my opinion it has to do with this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33945484/app-creating-files-while-iphone-is-locked in conjunction with the issue that wild card profiles doesn't support all features like app groups. I think that deezer creates a temp file which is played. But on lockscreen with password it will be encrypted as described on the stackoverflow post. But this is done with the deezer cert ID. And only when the app is signed with this cert it is allowed to access it when locked. - With resigning with a non-wildcard cert the ID of the cert is allowed to access it too. But with a wildcard cert one of the needed "features" is not enabled to be allowed to access the file I never really learned how to code nor i'm a expert in xcode and it's features - so i don't know hot to fix it but maybe a real developer knows a way to make the app think that it's compiled as development build or somehow inject the NSFileProtectionNone
There is no sideloaded app that would allow you to use iPlayer from Greece.
What you need is to sign up for a VPN service such as Private Internet Access or NordVPN then connect to a server in the UK. Once you have done that, you should be able to download iPlayer from the regular App Store.
NordVPN works. They have a 30-day money-back guarantee and there are cashback providers which sometimes offer 80-100 percent cashback. This really shows us that we should not trust Nord. But for this you use it, especially since there is HTTPS.

Hi! You can check out MathPlus (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rayole.mbox). You just have to solve basic addition and subtraction equations to earn gold which can be converted into money. All your gold will be converted during midnight. The minimum money you can cash out is $5. You pretty much have unlimited turns to solve the equations. You just have to watch some ads to get your tickets in order to solve. You can use my code: marie@21671 if you are interested! You'll also get $0.01 as a starting bonus. As of right now, it is still paying. I hope this helps :)
You’re right. And must have dev account so it doesn’t happen/ sign every 7days. Well I only need it to work for few minutes then get to appstore and downloas reql nordvpn app. Then all of this is gone until my dad deleted NordVPN AGAIN…..
So what I did is. Had him download a profile configuration for a third party app to sideload ipa’s called AppValley. I used to have back in the old days of jailbreak. He got the app and all. Now having an issue finding ipa of NordVPN. My idea is to download the ipa via safari then open the ipa using AppValley where it can install the NordVPN. Am I thinking this right?
Fairly straightforward and you could probably find a guide on google if my steps don't work.
Make sure your PC is up and running all day and not sleeping/hibernating. I have my power settings (Settings > System > Power & Sleep) set so that it never goes to sleep since I use it as a server for Plex anyways.
Get the official iTunes app is installed with Wi-Fi tethered to your iPhone/iPad, your phone is on the same wi-fi/lan network as your router, and AltServer for Windows is installed & running.
Side-note, I had to re-enable "iTunes Mobile Device Helper" background tasks and startup programs to get this to work, so double check you didn't disable those from your Start Up settings in Windows (Task Manager > Start Up tab). I did this in the past since my PC is old and can't handle 10,000 startup programs.
Let me know if this works!!
I did remember getting the wireless method to work by (having checked that box about connecting over wifi in itunes while connected beforehand as per the website's instructions) & having iTunes open. But it wasn't 100% working every time so I switched back to wired. That was when the feature first released so perhaps it's a lot more stable now.
Leave altserver running in the taskbar, and ensure your windows firewall ain't blocking the connection. Altstore itself on your phone will also try to refresh in the background if it can find Altserver on the same network - so that might be your answer to automation.
I found these details on their site https://altstore.io/faq/. Unfortunately if it doesn't work after all that then it just doesn't, the apple gods aren't shining down on you :(
Altstore does have a widget that you can put on your homescreen to check on the number of days left, so it could reduce a few taps for you if you have to do it manually.
Most of the free sideloading services that don't require a PC don't work often. There are paid services for $20/yr that can do on-device sideloading or you can manually sideload with a jailbreak.
If you have no way to get access to a PC and only care about Spotify, either try to get on a family plan or use the free trials. Right now there's a promotion for a 5 month free trial for Apple Music here or a 3 month trial for Spotify US here
Install Altstore: https://altstore.io/
download the IPA file to your iPhone's Files app. Go to Altstore, click the "+" and click your IPA file. You can have 2 IPAs installed using this method other than Alstore (which you need). You'll also need to refresh your Altstore apps using Altserver at least ever 7 days.
You're welcome, and what you heard is correct for free Apple Developer accounts. If you want to continue using an expired app, you can resign them by sideloading that app with Sideloadly again. When sideloading an app that's expired, you don't have to delete it from your iPhone to sideload it again. Doing so would lose data such as settings and or progress within the said app. If you use a paid Apple Developer account, the expiration is 1-year instead of 7-days. You can find more information in Sideloadly's Frequently Asked Questions & Answers.
Here are some other things to consider when sideloading apps.
I would also recommend considering AltStore as an alternative to Sideloadly. AltStore allows you to sideload apps from your iPhone if your computer is powered on and set up correctly.
you can change the name and bundle is in iOS app signer
One of these can change the app icon after you upload it but I don’t remember which one
My dude... You are awesome, thank you for sharing this!
I would add to the instructions there (can't since it is archived) - use a Privacy.com card so that you can limit the possible monthly cost, but also that their generated card numbers don't require matching billing info - anything input is accepted.
I just signed up in the same way and my now ad-free ipad Pro is good to go. I might not be able to jailbreak the M1 ipad pro for many months, but now it is less of an issue.
You can always plug it in using USB. Make sure you have these things: - Updated AltServer - The Windows version of iTunes. Not from the windows store. iTunes has to be from Apple's website: https://www.apple.com/itunes/
For me when AltServer/AltStore doesn't work, I make sure I open iTunes, make sure the device is showing up, make sure WiFi-Sync is enabled and make sure AltServer is open. Usually, with all of these things, my device shows up just fine.
Good luck!
You're mixing up two different things. They had a breach but it wasn't anything huge and didn't have any impact on users (read here). The accounts that are co-used as you say, it is because of very different reasons, it's because people use weak passwords and it's easy to get the right combinations. This happens with spotify, netflix and many other huge companies.
I had the same issue with this. Did lots of research & found out that you can use iMazing on your PC and connect your device to redownload the app from your library. The app doesn’t show on device to redownload but it shows on iMazing. The following link helped me: https://imazing.com/guides/how-to-manage-apps-without-itunes
I'm not an expert as I only got into this a few weeks ago myself, but as far as I can tell you do need a computer to install AltStore, sorry.
I'm also a Musi user, but it's not great as a general purpose YouTube client.
Yes, you’ll need a computer to guarantee that the app will remain signed. Use AltStore, you can sideload AltStore+2 other apps while your computer is running through wifi or usb.
Well, you do have other options. I’m pretty sure Cydia Impactor only works if you have a paid developer account, anyways.
Use AltStore, Rickpactor, or Sideloadly.
https://appdb.to/app/standalone/1900000033
I’m not sure I can link Sideloadly (might break a rule here) but it’ll probably be the first google result if you search it
Their FAQ should help you as much as anyone can. https://altstore.io
There are other options available in the rare case that it messes up on your iPhone: Sideloadly, Rickpactor, and 3utools They all use the same trick that AltStore uses, just in a little bit of a different way for each. I’ve tried AltStore and Rickpactor and the only thing that might be a downer for AltStore is that it is itself one of the three apps you can sideload at once. Rickpactor doesn’t do that, since it resigns apps all on their website (and a bookmark on the Home Screen to do so)
Look at the FAQ at https://altstore.io if you want to know how to sign Kodi. Whether appdb or AltStore is better is honestly up to personal preference. I’m gonna try Rickpactor one of these days because I think you get to use all three apps and it has auto refresh without needing to be jailbroken I currently use AltStore and it works, but it’s a lot better when jailbroken since you don’t need your pc to be on to resign apps. But it’s one of the three apps you get with the free dev account used to sign the apps so you only actually get two
Same as me, then you can use AltStore, you install Altserver on your pc and install AltStore on your phone by plugging it in once, then you can download any ipa and as long as your phone is on the same WiFi network as your computer.
Try some troubleshooting steps with AltStore and see if you can get it to work, here’s some things to try:
Check out the Altstore FAQ as well.
Follow directions for Mac or windows
Easiest is Mac
Once you install altstore on device
U just save that deb locally to your device and share it to altstore and it signs it for 7 days and it will then open and work
When you have an IPA file of an App, You need to install 3rd-Party software to be able to sideload the IPA file an Install on your device.
The most famous ones are
Altstore https://altstore.io
Altstore works with Mac and Windows
Sideloadly was mainly for Windows, But they recently added Mac support as well
Every iOS application is an .ipa. When you’re downloading an app application from AppStore that’s basically an .ipa..to install your own ipas you’ll need something like AltStore or Sideloadly or a jailbroken device.
I use an emulator called Delta, so far as i could see, it doesn't yet support DS, but does NES, GB, GBC, GBA and N64 (plus others potentially)

Its installed using sideloading from: https://altstore.io/

Technically, its allowed by apple as you are allowed to sideload apps to your device for 7 days, then you have to renew, with Altserver/Altstore you have an app that sits in your computer tray and will try to refresh the license automatically.

~~You may also want to check out~~ r/sideloaded ~~as they may also have some tips/suggestions. No jailbreaking necessary~~

forget this part I thought you had posted on a tech support subreddit... I'm tired :(
DL-Link: https://we.tl/t-AQYovMKML3
Both work on iOS 14 (iPhone X), sideloaded/installed via altstore (Step 1.) update altstore before // Step 2.) reactivate the mail plugin // Step 3.) deactivate apply Step 4.) activate the plugin and apply)
How do I install the Mail plug-in? = https://altstore.io/faq/
Enjoy ;)
ayy bro, it worked for me for a while, but they got revoked. I have a new one though! :)
Download a spotify++ IPA and sideload it with a program called AltStore. It's free, and doesn't require a jailbreak!
He had other things to do with life and stuff. Here’s a twitter link with everything. There’s also a workaround using altstore if you can, but I don’t particularly know everything about it.
It would be very difficult. Current Windows emulation on iOS is very buggy and it is very unlikely that the games would run smoothly. Unfortunately, there are also no PS3/X360 emulation platforms for iOS. iOS 13.3.1 removed the ability for non-developer accounts to link dynamic libraries so many sideloaded apps will not work anyways. Your best bet is to use Altstore (https://altstore.io/) to install Delta and use those emulators, but you won't be able to play many of the games you listed.
The stable version can be downloaded from here: https://altstore.io/
That version does not allow you to sign any app (only two or so emulators)
If you want to sign any app you want using AltStore, you'll need the beta which requires you to be a Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/rileytestut
No idea, but you can get the Beta version by signing up for Riley's patreon, or compiling AltStore using Xcode. The current release on https://altstore.io doesn't have IPA loading, yet.
Yes, you can download IPAs, but you can't install them, unless you have an app on your device like AltStore, Cydia Extender, or ReProvision
Soon, when https://altstore.io comes out with custom IPA loading, yes, you can install IPAs directly to your phone as long as your computer is on, and everything will be done wirelessly :)
https://ipastore.me/questions/ here it says that they will do it in the first month. Didn't find that they do it only twice. If you asked to do it in the first month then I understand you, they should mention that there is a maximum.
While what I said was correct at the time of posting, it appears that apple have changed provisioning profiles and their expiry dates. I think you need a new account. I just purchased iPAStore, it was very cheap, and you don't have to worry about signing- they do it for you. I just have to inject tweaks etc into iPAs on my OS X VM, and then copy to iPAStore in iTunes.
I don’t know much about the latest games but if you have AltStore side-loaded, there is an app named Delta. It’s an emulator for iOS. Delta supports games like NES, SNES, and N64.
AltStore also has a virtual machine app called UTM for iPhone that allows you to run Windows, Android, etc on you iPhone or iPad.
You can get more info on that HERE.
Alright if you want to block ads use yt++ from ignition.fun and the unfortunately buy / or maybe adguard pro is available to sideload otherwise AppStore. Then use the advanced VPN options to be able to use a virtual host file dns redirect.
That host file is provided on this git
http://www.filepup.net/files/e0eeebc11507973941.html
I literally downloaded it yesterday and couldn't find the same link I used. Here I uploded the one I use right now, and its given me no trouble.
Can't you use itunes (the version that still has app store support) to get the ipa & manually extract/install it?
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208079
or imazing (not tried)
Just download memuplay from here:
Start it up and login to google play store using a new email address
Then once this is done you have access to the play store where you can download snapchat
Quick update on this:
I can confirm 8bitdo arcade stick works with iPad, as it supports Xinput.
Also, MAME allows for full mapping for four players using just keyboard mapping. This makes it easy to program joystick kits to send individual keys (only problem is that it doesn't support analog in this mode). A 101 ANSI Keyboard (supported by default in MAME) covers all buttons for 4 players (sample layout).
In the end, I've gone with a Brook wireless fight board, as the thing outputs iPad-Compatible PS4 controller signal when wired and xinput or PS4 when wireless. Either should be useable.
The board supports analog, so it should be possible to also use it for console emulation (although normal controlles may be better for this).
I'll report back, if anyone is interested.
Well, it worked for me so suspicious or not it'd only make me a victim, not an offender. I've been using Spotify premium for 8 or 9 months, that I've paid 2 bucks for, it's expected to last a lifetime. (Store lifetime). And I have had NordVPN for ~4 months now, I use it on 3 devices and only got it for 3 bucks. It's expected to last till 2022 but I'm happy even if it didn't, given the price.
Yeah they do, I used to have premium VPN Master and premium Betternet on iOS, I'm moved to Android now and I have premium Betternet here as well.
High teir VPNs like NordVPN and ExpressVPN are harder to find premium versions for.
However, I don't recommend using cracked VPN apps, as you wouldn't wanna use a "cracked condom", if you really need one, you can get a legal subscription dirt cheap from r/shoppingbay
Hello. I just want to chime in, I have Youtube, Twitter (limited), Tumblr, TunnelBear (don’t use this anymore because McAfee bought them), Spotify, Podcasts, Facebook, Messenger, Telegram and a Discord fork all working on iOS 6.
You will have to configure the VPN on your router. I don't think there's a stand alone tvOS VPN yet. Below is a video showing how to set it up with IPVanish, & it should work with the services you're already subscribed to.
How To Put A VPN On The Apple TV And Get Around GeoBlocking
I have an unlimited lifetime subscription to both VPN Unlimited (for my computers & mobile devices) & IPVanish (for streaming to my FireTV & such). Couldn't be happier. Got them damn cheap years ago too.
I’ve used Private Internet Access for a while and I’ve have reliable speeds. Enough to torrent pretty fast also. However you get a login once you pay so I’m not sure if there is or if there ever will be a crack for it. But it’s a good service regardless.
