Edit: probably not. it's easily the most beautiful live wallpaper app I've ever seen that flows material design language, and even the free version is highly customizable. I tweaked this one myself so I'll try to figure out if I can export it if people are interested.
Minima is so great, I've had it for a month straight. It is a material design wallpaper that shifts around, very satisfying. Sometimes I open my phone and just stare. And Paperland Live Wallpaper when I'm in the cartoony mood.

It's actually a live wallpaper though using Minima. They have all sorts of wallpapers like that if you're interested.

It's from Minima LWP. It's basically a still wallpaper that moves and tilts and scrolls.
It's also paid so I kinda feel bad linking to a still image...

Try Minima Live Wallpaper. They've got some really cool material-ish live wallpapers that you can customize and even create your own patterns.
Or alternatively you could check out Kustom Live Wallpaper, with which you could have something like this, or this.
Here's mine. I use the free version of Minima (tried pro, but only wanted the default wallpaper.) Which has something like the iPhone parallax effect. I use Zooper Widge Pro and plugin Minarch for the clock. Also, this Lollipop theme.

Then there's the apk option. I have most of the pixel live wallpapers on my phone without having a pixel (XDA pixel live wallpaper but this involves a few extra steps but I think it's worth it.

Have you tried Minima live wallpapers? It moves around with your device and the themes match the sort you're using!

It has a bunch of material wallpapers, and while most of them are locked unless you purchase the full version of the app, you can still get some pretty decent ones without spending a dime. Plus you get to somewhat customize the colors, so that's always cool.
Only one to even consider: Minima live wallpapers. The paid version beyond worth it.
