>Use it all the time & it's great... there's a 5 second ad @ the beginning but that's it.
I use podcast player it's not perfect, but is free, and has a nice download function that stores the podcasts as mp3s you can find and copy in the folder structure if you dig.
I use Podcast Player for android and it works great. It's got one ad when you open it but afterwards it's all good. It has them all on there and updates whenever new ones come out
I only recently started listening. I found an app that works for me. My home internet connect wouldn't even stream soundcloud without studdering, so probably not. Gimme a number though and I will.
Edit - Podcast Player for Android if anyone else needs it.
I use the Android app Podcast Player which allows me to download and favorite any plays for further review. no need to rip. still get to listen again whenever I want.
There's also an NHK News app which allows you to save downloads for replay. called Japanese News by people family emotion.
I use a great Android podcast app called CastBox (Play Store Link).
As for good podcasts, everyone and their Grandmother has one these days, so it depends on what you're interested in really.
A lot of podcasts will do a 'Best Of' and they're a good place to start to get a vibe of the show.
Currently, I'm making my way back through 'The Weekly Planet Podcast' which is a comic book movie podcast. Here is a YouTube Link for their Best of 2016 if you're intrested.
I've tried all the free ones and ran them all at the same time. Castbox ticks all the boxes from features, to reliability, intuitiveness, simplicity, and design. Here you go.
I'm not familiar with PlayerFM as I use Pocket Casts (which doesn't have this feature either it seems) but CastBox does have this feature on by default. It's free with ads.
Offline podcast is also a better way to spend the time on travel and vacation. My must-have point is numerous free audio and video radio podcast in the Featured tab, or browse Top Charts to see what's hot right now. So that I can add favorite radio and podcast to personal stations that stay up to date when new episodes become available. I personally installed CastBox APP onto my phone and download many podcast episodes before I start the travel. I usually enjoy music and stupid questions and jokes during the flight. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.podcast.podcasts
Are you using Android or iPhone? if iPhone, you can use iTunes podcasts, if Android I suggest Castbox (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.podcast.podcasts), and if your phone is in Arabic, it will have all podcasts in Arabic. You can also search ArabicPod101 in both apps. You can listen to these audios on your mobile phone...
I just found a new Android app from Google Play, this app can subscribe iTunes podcasts via Android phone, anybody has other recommendations like this. Just change Android from iTunes, still want to browse iTunes top podcasts? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.podcast.podcasts
It's a free app called CastBox. I may need to buy Pocket Casts because these ads are killing me.
they're still up on this app
I use this app on my Android to listen to podcasts: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.podcast.podcasts
A lot of people like this one too: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stitcher.app
Get CastBox. Fully free app, which I believe can get iTunes podcasts.
(/dangerzone)I'd say it's this one.

The old version of Castbox has it, but the new version has a limit of 100 episodes per podcast and 100 total podcasts.
Mit diesen Player hab ich gute Erfahrung gemacht.
Thanks! I also had the same problem with Podcast Player
Yeah. And Podcast Player is also by the same dev, Castbox.
It's the default podcast aggregater for Samsung devices.
I use CastBox Don't know about SafetyNet though. Could that cause problems like this?
No need for the Android version, just download this (I use it myself).
Castbox. It has nice design, a lot of options and the least intrusive adds.
I've been using CastBox and I'm pretty happy with it.
