You can adjust your workouts with some free extra tools and a bit of a hustle. You'll need to install tcx-converter on your computer and syncmytracks on an android mobile.
First step would be to download the .tcx file of your workout from the Polar Flow web version and open it in tcx-converter. Here you can adjust lots of details for every waypoint like the starting time and/or add new ones.
When you're finished save this as a .gpx file and transfer it to your mobile. Start syncmytracks and choose to Export from 'Files Directory' (choose the folder with your workout .gpx) and Import to 'Polar Flow'.
On Android you can use SyncMyTracks https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.syncmytracks.free you have to do it manually one record at a time with the free version, but the paid one will do it automatically.
I personally use the Android app SyncMyTracks (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.syncmytracks.free) to export/sync my Polar M400 data from Polar Flow (to Nike+ in my case, but it works with most of the popular fitness tracking services). It was easy to set up and works like a charm. Not sure what service will best meet your needs but SyncMyTracks might help you to sync your Polar data to whatever you want to use.

I've used this before, for exactly the reason you describe - doesn't have great reviews by the look of it, but did the job perfectly for me. (think I bought pro iirc)
I also got Sync My Tracks on my phone. This syncs runs between all major run trackers. I've been using it for years to keep my records consistent between apps
Have you looked at SyncMyTracks? I bought the full version this week and used it to sync my Strava runs with Garmin after recently moving into their ecosystem (also find it handy for syncing weight from Google Fit to Garmin Connect.) Not sure it'll be exactly what you need, but then the dev seems pretty responsive...
I've found that the SyncMyTracks app is great for syncing rides/runs/workouts etc. with all sorts of services (including to/from Samsung's Health app). It seems to retain all the detail (GPS track included) and doesn't seem to create duplicates.

Nope. You can use Sync My Tracks to link your Nike and Samsung Health accounts and then log runs on the watch using Samsung Health.

You can also link Strava in Settings/ Connected Services in Samsung Health on your phone for automatic syncing, though those runs typically show up anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours later into the Strava account.
Strava is much better than the Nike app in my opinion. You can also export your Nike run data into the Strava account using Sync My Tracks if you every wanted to switch.
I use an app called SyncMyTracks to sync between Strava and Runtastic. (Used it to migrate from Runtastic without loosing my previous activities). I don't own a Fitbit, but it is listed as one of the sync options. So you could try that.

The most awesome app EVER is SyncMyTracks: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.syncmytracks.free&hl=en_US
It helps you sync between these services: http://syncmytracks.com/#compatibility
It’s unreal how this one app can give you complete freedom from any one service. Alas, it is Android only.
Just to get your fitbit data into google fit, you could use a friend’s Android phone or tablet once and sync it all, then just use Fit or Mobvoi which should sync to Fit. If you want to continue using Fitbit and sync regularly, you could get a cheap $20 Android phone just to sync between Fit and Fitbit.
As an alternative ppl should also check out SyncMyTracks (Android). Really effortless sync between almost all available services. Just exported all my runs to strava.
You can dump Fitbit data to Google Fit on android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.syncmytracks.free

Syncmytracks is brilliant. Syncs across multiple platforms. The paid app is well worth it

The RFLKT+ gives me a compact data readout on my bars. This allows me to keep my phone safely tucked away. With the screen off, the battery lasts a long time ... even with RideWithGPS consuming location data and communicating with the RFLKT+ and my SC sensor. RWGPS gives me audio turn-by-turn direction as well as giving turn indicators on the RFLKT+ display.
On longer rides, I'll keep the phone plugged in to the backup battery with a short USB cable and tucked away in my jersey pocket ... this will allow me to go all day and still have significant battery left at the end of the day if I need to use the phone, etc... If rain is expected, I can tuck it all into a ziplock bag and everything will stay nice and dry.
SyncMyTracks also uploads my data to Strava, since I like how they slice/dice the data and handle segments.
