Specific icons I used were called 'xstan'. Scroll all the way alphabetically to "X" and you'll see the circle icons I used :)
Nice, I love that background. Also there's an icon pack called "The grid" that's similar to what u have already and would work really well w/ the background, if you don't already know about it. Just my 2 cents is all.

I don't know of any Tron-inspired Kustom works, but there's an icon pack on the Play Store you might like.
Edit: It also has some wallpapers and widgets. So you could make a whole design.
I'm heading out the door now but promise I'll link the wallpaper later, if I can find it. I have them saved everywhere. These icons are great, zoom in to see their detail. It's like a smaller icon of itself inside it and glowing.
I use a neon icon pack but it doesn't match your colors. Mine is The Grid Free.
But I will say this, release the location of that sexy-ass wallpaper and your family lives.

This time I made a minimalistic theme based on one of my favourite games, Metroid!

Icon pack used: The Grid (Free version) by Nate Wren. I implemented them into the the theme and changed the tone on them.
Pressing the Samus icon will launch your browser and take you to the Metroid Recon website. Pressing the "Google" text will open up your Google search, the time will open your alarm settings.
And finally, pressing the "S" icon will open your apps.
Everything is as usual open so that you can mess around and edit the theme however you like.

The Clock comes from Ocea For KWGT You need KWGT and the KWGT Pro for it and the preset is Pokémon 20. You would need to remove the blue triangle to makes it look like how I have
Greetings. Hoverboard is a three-screen preset for KLWP, although the background is set to not scroll to give the illusion of a single-screen setup. The animations are nothing fancy, and swiping between the three screens just scrolls between the music, alarm, and weather widgets. Tapping on the album art plays/pauses the music, tapping on the song title opens your music player. Signal bar at the top shows wifi when connected, data when not on wifi, and indicates either the SSID of the network or the data type.
