I have definitely seen the one with the broken screen and IC below it, It was a live wallpaper on android.

edit: to the downvoting dummy, this is literally what OP is looking for
Theme: DarkMatter Icon Pack + Gotham/cjGlyphs/Glyphs for Dock + iVent for some UI
Edit: FrenchiTouch just released his DarkMatter port too, so if you want it and not deal with porting 100+ icons yourself and get 980+ icons ported from the start, download it off the ZodTTD/MacCiti repo.

As you can see from the link, it's not his own creation, it was on dribble since more than a year. The guy is just posing it as his own and forces ppl to donate money to download the theme.
You need a 1 pixel tall transparent . I think it goes in either /Bundles/com.apple.TelephonyUI/ /Bundles/com.apple.springboard.
Edit: Threw a quick theme together in case you didn't want to bother experimenting. Should work based on what I have enabled on my phone. Dropbox
Isn't this literally just the Min icon pack from Android....?
Edit: sigh. I actually own Min which is why I noticed quite quickly. But yeah, here are some of the icons OP is trying to pass off as his, straight from Min's icon pack.
Due to popular demand, I spent a few hours this morning drawing up some more icons for Toast.
I'd like to thank everyone for their feedback and support. First thing I'd like to point out is that this is just a beta for now, I want to fix a few icons before I release this to you guys. (gotta do something about that compass, newsstand, and mail apps)
Another thing I'd like to add, is that I really do want to continue working on this and build a very large icon data base if you guys are interested in seeing this become a thing. If I don't get enough of you excited for this, I don't think I can continue as it's very time consuming.
If any of you are interested in supporting this theme via donations this can be done here.
Next up are icon requests, as of now I got a lot of PM's asking me to make that and this. So I decided to make this thread a request thread. Please keep your post to 3 requests as it's hard to please everyone. Most upvoted icon requests will be worked on first.
Thank you all for your interest.
Dark Splashscreens for iOS 7 have finally arrived! You can download this theme for FREE from my repo http://cydia.myrepospace.com/rj619/
Currently compatible with retina iPhone/iPod Touch, only tested on iOS 7.1.2
Donations help me out more than you know, so if you would like to contribute, here is a link to my PayPal :)
Thank you for your support, enjoy!

I posted here a couple of days ago about this theme, and I've decided to release it. Any problems PM me!
On an unrelated note, my tweak SpringboardOrganiser, which can sort icons by most used, name, or even icon colour, ~~will be on Cydia soon.~~ is on Cydia as we speak. Check it out!
I'm a android dude there's no deny in that but I don know how important good wallpapers are for a setup that's why I am sharing it here too.
So I made a unsplash collection which includes some of the best images (from personal view) from unsplash which can help u create a dope theme. This consists of all kinda walls from nature to patterns, etc It's also upadated regularly.
Hey guys, I've been tinkering with SnowCover4 and trying to get it to work well with my HTML background without the lockbar and just couldn't get it to go. The background image would always stop short and just look plain weird. Through a couple people here and a few threads, I finally solved my problem. Sadly, you don't get SC4's gestures but I'm more of an aesthetic guy myself.
To get similar results to this:
And voila, no more awkward looking LS when playing music.
HideMeX is used in every screenshot in one way or another, i'm sorry to say but most things in this setup are custom (Lockscreen widget, Masq theme, Statusbar, Homescreen widget, CC) I will see about releasing some of it based on the response :) Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

A theme I pulled together from a few sources; it will give you a clear popup and move your tiled notifications below the RisingBars bars (on iPhone 5; older devices may need an image adjustment). For clear secondary notifications you must also install NoLockNotificationsBG in Cydia. Theme link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jmodfh9na93qn64/ClearLowNotifications.zip
Current setup with a hint of traditional iOS.

I'm sure I've missed something so please ask if I did. I see now my method of sharing my setup is a little dated compared to most haha.
-Edit-
I forgot the WP...
For the beginner I highly recommend iFunbox! Installing afc2add from Cydia may be needed for it to show "Raw File System" stuff though which we want. It's much friendlier to work with as it shows thumbnails and can parse the application names. My favorite thing about it is how you can make shortcuts to things like App Store Applications, Regular Applications, and Themes, so it's just a drag and drop party.
Also something I just recently found was AppInfo from Cydia. It basically removes the need to do all of the info.plist stuff, but it's somewhat touch and go with icons. Half of the time it will list all of the icons it uses, and a small bit of those will pinpoint which is the legit icon.
Not jailbreak related, he says he found on pinterst and the other guy found the website. So you need to manually set icons with snowboard or filza.
LessOS is a One Page XenHTML widget It's pretty much a recreation of LessPhone Launcher The widget is customizable in pretty much all aspect from colors to the apps to your apps (with bundle ID ofc)
You can get it now on Packix repo - https://repo.packix.com/package/com.ryu.lessos/
Hey all!
I've been working on this theme for about a week now, and I'm almost ready to release a beta version of it on my repo. This is largely inspired by Muze from /u/purdix, Axla and this unreleased concept from /u/meteochu, and Adobe's iOS app icons. I'd also like to give a big thank you to /u/djaovx for all of his help and suggestions during the design process.
I've currently got only the stock icons themed, I just need to iron out a few kinks before it's ready.
It should be available on my repo Thursday or Friday, you can add repo.tsunderedev.moe to your Cydia sources.
I'll be adding more icons and UI elements to it as time progresses, and once I'm happy with the result, I'll be submitting it to MacCiti for free (several months from now).
I am not taking icon requests at the moment.
Alright, for anyone on iPhone 5 looking for the larger SnowCover theme (seen here: http://i.imgur.com/Wh20iNx.jpg) you can download it here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1gcih9vaebp80jc/1ssocquZAg
This will download a folder titled "SnowCoverBig.theme" > Bundles > com.apple.springboard
Inside this folder are 4 PNGs and a plist. Pick which SCCoverCase file you like (there's a light, a dark, and one that's primarily light with dark behind the music controls as seen in the imgur link) and delete the parentheses in the filename (rename it ""). The other two can remain, or you can delete them, whichever you prefer.
After doing so, ssh into your iphone and place the SnowCoverBig.theme file into /var/stash/Themes.ficSQP. Respring you should have SnowCoverBig as a theme in Winterboard. Enable it, respring, and voila!
Edit: SCTheme.plist updated with correct coordinates (6:35pm EDT, 3/15/13)
Update: I just got the okay from Cody Gordon to go ahead and upload the mod. Here's the package specifically edited generously by him so it's as convenient to install as possible. He told me to let everyone know that they will have to move the lockscreen wallpaper (bg_ip5.png) into Sarif.theme if they want to use it. The mod is also designed only for the iPhone 5.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/whkgyym4uwct9ly/Sarif%20Black.theme.zip
I'll try making one for the iPhone 4 if you guys ask. Hope you all like it.
EDIT: Just wanted to give a shoutout to the developer of Sarif. He's been looking over what I sent him to make sure it's done right so you guys don't have any problems. The guy's awesome. I strongly recommend you buy the theme and support him, even if you don't want the mod I worked on. It's a sick look on the phone, and something anyone can really appreciate.

Soft Remix 2 uses the same design principles of the Suave theme, colorful icons, and a squircle shape. You need to experience it.
It supports iPhone 4 - iPhone 6 Plus, and it's now optimized for the @3x retina display. It supports all iPads 2. Dropped IconBundles requirement so now all graphics are crystal clear, at the expense of fewer apps themed. 100+ of them.
Designed for iOS8.4, IconBundles recomended as it fixes some bugs. Classic Dock requiered in order to dock themes to work.
Please consider making a donation. You could help a little by just saying thanks!

For some reason, I decided to dig through my old photobucket account and found screenshots I took of my old iPod Touch. I thought I had lost them all. I figured with all the newblood running around this sub, this could be an interesting 'history' of sorts on themes over time. Unfortunately I wasn't completely rigorous with my screenshotting as I'm missing the earliest setups. And also unfortunate is I don't have the claim to have been around since iOS1. Still, these shots are fairly well representative of my personal theming journey of over 5 years.
Three iOS devices: iPod Touch 2nd Gen (iOS2-4), iPhone 4S (iOS5-7), iPhone 6 (iOS8)
EDIT: That nostalgia..
Now that the school quarter is over I got to update my themes for iOS8, and the first one is my most popular: Soft Remix.
Soft Remix 2 uses the same design principles of the Suave theme, colorful icons, and a squircle shape. You need to experience it.
It supports iPhone 4 and up (except 6+, that'll come later), iPad 2 and up (iPad 1 and Retina models not tested, please send feedback!).
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/kdqofkxqhr5exir/Soft+Remix+2.zip
Soft Remix 2 REQUIERES IconBundles in order to work. It should kinda work on iOS5 too, only retina devices.
Please consider making a donation if you download from MediaFire, because I don't mind piracy but I do have some financial responsibilities to fulfill, you could help a little. PayPal email: . Direct link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=2MLRFFH7JJPL6
The theme in its current state can be downloaded here: https://cloudup.com/cw9KLJmzAHX
It currently has 38 app icons and I'm increasing that number as I find time. When the number of icons reaches critical mass I'll upload it to a repo.
I'm actually really confused as to how I got the files, but I did... Well here they are, and I made them a Winterboard theme for ease of use. For those who don't know, the .theme file goes in /var/stash/Themes.fnijkejflkeax.

I wish macthemes was still around. I'd love to revisit some sold themes and bring them back.
There's this theme I can't seem to remember the name of. They guy made 3 versions, super detailed, very skeuomorphic, I think the last one was only released on macristocracy. I think his username was Jon something, maybe just Jon.

The ones pictured are by far the nicest icons I have seen produced. Any ideas on some themes or single icons to download? I don't need many.
Credit for the icons pictured goes to:
Camera +, Living Earth, Mercury Browser, Flixster, Bandsintown Concerts, GoPro, Guitar Tab, Sleep Cycle, Hotspot Shield, Remote Mouse, SoundCloud, Transit, Barrel, Activator, Pro Hdr, Mexture, Adobe Kuler, SnapSeed, Seene, Cycloramic, Flow, Clash of Clans, BadLand, Magic Piano, Avicii Gravity, Super Hexagon, GTA: SA, Cut the rope 2, Oceanhorn, Pac-man, Touchgrind 2
Most likely, the status bar is just a transparent image and the fading is part of the wallpaper.
Here's the signal and wifi icons, let me know if they don't work since I haven't touched these in months: Dropbox
Battery and small time is most likely from Sarif, you'd need to pay for that.
Lots of tedious icon resizing, I ripped Climacons from another theme awhile ago but I had to resize all the icons to fit properly.

Did you even bother to read OP's title?
OP is using Springtomize right now to hide the bar. However, Springtomize's option to do that also disables the music controls on the lockscreen which he/she does not want.
I suggested Lockscreen Clock Hide because it has the same functionality as Springtomize's option (hiding the clock which OP wants) yet keeps the ability to use the music control.
If OP is unhappy with his/her notifications not being flush with the status bar (which he/she has not brought up either due to not being online or not having a problem with it), I already have a solution prepared for him/her. Dropbox download
For it to work, you must install FreeLoader (it was removed from BigBoss for a preferences bug and never readded for some reason, but the person who posted the download link is the dev so it's official) and move the folder inside the ZIP to /Library/Application Support/FreeLoader
Then configure in FreeLoader's settings (in the settings app). For Image Count, any number 15 or higher will work (I just put in 200 so it will work with other really long loaders). For Custom FPS, I recommend 60, but it's up to you.
Edit: If you want to make a donation for my work, I would really appreciate it. PM me for details.
You made my day! I love this theme too...I don't know if this will be easier, but this is how I was going to send it to you. I used IconThief to get all the info - also gives you reference designs for the app icons if needed. Here's the ZIP of all my missing apps so far.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9GwDA8kKEVid0hLYlhxcks0YW8/edit?usp=sharing
Thanks!!
Edit: You need Animate iOS 8 to use this.

All package updates still go through your repo vendor (in this case, MacCiti)
Yes. Once you add them from line deco to springboard you can copy the images from var/mobile/Library/WebClips/ to a new theme folder you make within var/stash/themes.xxxxx/nameoftheme/bundles/bundleid/iconname.png
Replace name of theme, bundleid, and icon names with the names applicable to each specific app and apply with winterboard.
★ Edit → You can use appinfo to find the bundle Id and icon names of each app you want to theme.
My setup plus an icon set I've been working on for a while. Had it up and running on iOS6 for fun, got a second wind this week with Pangu's release. Figured I'd make a bunch more and throw it on here for a first post.

Hi All,
Lucid is now on the MacCiti Repo, only $.99. Currently Supports 150 Icons. iPad Version has been sent for approval.
Wallpapers: https://imgur.com/a/lhzaM
Edit: v1.1 Has been sent to MacCiti to fix Jelly Lock Handlers not theming. I am taking Icon requests only via e-mail, you can find my e-mail on the package page.
Edit: v1.1 Is Live. v1.0 Lucid for iPad is Live.
Ok, try this. I think you need themelib installed.
Edit: I got around to trying it and made some changes. The new version is much better.
Edit 2: More changes. I think this is final version. Unless something else needs changing.
Edit 3: This is actually (probably) the final version. It includes the iOS 8 Style and iOS 6 Style. If there are any more changes, I think I'll just make a post for this.
Edit 4: Just realized I goofed up. I'll fix it tomorrow.
Edit 5: Fixed it. This should actually be the final version for real.
I just changed my phone and iPod with no problems. Make sure they are 118x120. The icons I got from here worked.

You could always change them in there actual applications folders but i wouldn't advise it.
If someone knows the directory where unfold is installed, I would be happy to provide a couple of alternate arrow graphics.
EDIT: Scratch that, didn't realize cydia would show all the files that package installed. Working on some different arrows now. Any requests or suggestions?
EDIT 2 (From my post below): Here is the Transparent arrow:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/jkjrpztdgg3q5k6/Transparent%20Arrow.zip
I assume you know how to unzip and put the .png's in a certain directory. Here is the directory that they go into:
Library/Application Support/Unfold/Unfold.bundle
If you're on a retina device you only need to replace the ''. I would append '.disabled' to the end of the original '' as a precautionary measure.

Hey guys,
Was looking around the GroovyLock themes and I came across one called Pebbly, Thought i'd take a look at the inner working of how GroovyLock themes are put together, and learn a bit of JavaScript along the way.
I learnt quite a lot, so much so that I decided to start from scratch using Pebbly as a template and adding some features to suit my needs, like the nice scrolling bar animation and, as i stated previously, the JavaScript which enables the clock to slide up when a notification appears.
So far, I only have it tested on an iPhone 5 as I have no other devices :( but I am still open to suggestions. And finally the moment you have all been waiting for, the download link ENJOY!:

Yep, that’s me. But I have a better method for anyone wanting android themes that don’t mind some work.
From another perspective. What makes Cydget "special" is it can pull information directly from iOS. Cycript can pull notifications, GPS weather, battery percent, signal, wifi, alarm time, open apps from the lock screen, use camera roll to add photos, allow you to add settings into the settings app and this list could go on forever.
Pretty much everything that is in iOS can be used on the lock screen. It gives developers more access to iOS things, that normal html/javascript cannot. This is thanks to Cycript, a tool that Saurik created and truly makes Cydget shine. http://cydia.saurik.com/package/cycript/
With LockHTML, GroovyLock, etc.. you could achieve some of these things, GPS weather and battery percent, but you would need to install other tweaks (infoStats or WidgetWeather for example). With Cydget this implementation can be built into the lockscreen, without needed external tweaks to pull this information. (This is shown in most my Cydgets they all have GPS yet you never needed to install another tweak or configure it at all)
Couple other features I love about Cydget is when you unlock your device or the screen dims the lock screen it taken out of memory. Unlike GroovyLock which stores your lock screen in memory. Also you can specify that you want a scrolling Cydget, allowing you to create a lock screens that scroll vertically just as a website does. Furthermore just as /u/neewshine explained the ability to set multiple lockscreens, just as you can run multiple themes in winterboard. This is a very cool feature, you can have Cydgets that do multiple things such as one with control center toggles, and one with weather. Having the weather be the first to display if you ever wanted to use the cc toggles just press the home button and it will load that Cydget. Currently I have 8 Cydgets on all the time, and I could switch through them by pressing the home button.

If on PC: hit the 'get wallpaper' button and then a window will pop up, click the 'download' button. If on Mobile: hit the 'view/save wallpaper' option and your good to go, all you would have to do is zoom/re-size picture the fit the height of the screen.

Interfacelift.com has so many awesome wallpapers for anything!
As for the icons. I download them and then convert the ICNS files to PNGs with this tool. Take the PNG files and put them in this cropping tool to automatically crop them into the right size for the iOS homescreen.
Once you have the cropped PNGs, you can use the shortcuts app to make the custom icons. It’s a bit of a convoluted process and other people might have a simpler way to do it.
To make the custom icon shortcuts, open the shortcuts app, make a new shortcut, add the action “Open app” and then select the app you want. Tap the three dots in the corner and tap “add to homescreen” then tap the icon and change it to the PNG file you just downloaded. Hope this helps!
Yeah, right on, man.

> Is it possible to theme the weather condition icons in the stock weather app through Anemone?
Indeed Anemone can theme these icons! They're in the Weather framework (inside Assets.car). Anemone includes a handy "cardump" command line tool so you can investigate and dump these Assets.car's as needed.
Here's the output from me listing the contents and dumping the Assets.car here on my iPhone 6, 9.3.3: https://ghostbin.com/paste/z8hnv
Hope that helps :)
Converting GL or LHTML to Cydget.
First you would need to add an extension to the folder. The extension is .cydget. Then you would need to add a Info.plist to the folder. This is where people get scared, you mention Info.plist and it's automatically too hard lol. The Info .plist is quite simple. Here is a template for Info.plist. (Info needs to be capitol)

The most important things here is the Homepage = "" and Background = "" here you would put the name of the html. If you want it to lay on top put it in Homepage="" this is for widgets with touch. If it has no touch and you want it to lay in the background then add it to Background="" also if you want notification to show without blurring the lockscreen then apply it on Background.
I have a few free cydgets on http://junesiphone.com/repo if you would like to look at some examples.
reminds me of this icon pack for android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.natewren.linesfree&hl=en

Being inspired by another theme and downloading the theme then changing some things are two completely different things. Switch UI. If you did change anything, it was minor.
Continuing the publication, distribution, or promotion of this tweak may result in a ban.
Edit: ~~The only ones it looks like you created yourself were the first three.~~ I'm not even sure about that though, I'm just going based on the images I can find of Switch UI on the internet. The last 5 are a direct rip from the theme.
Edit2: Nope, you ripped all of them. You can see them better here.
