I used The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Workbook to help with my anxiety. It was recommended by my therapist and we worked through each chapter together each week. You can totally do it on your own, though, and you don’t need a therapist to reap benefits from the book and it’s lessons. I’ve been through what you’re feeling and I hate to sound trite but it does get better. Good luck to you! Anxiety is the state of mind or it is something which really exist? well! the point is. Anxiety is natural but it becomes a serious issue when it goes beyond the limits. I mean you are little anxious that's ok but if hands are shaking, sweating and all the symptoms you found. you must work on that.
when I feel anxious I try to concentrate on deep breathing and really! it helped me. I researched and find something useful about how to control stress and anxiety.

in this link they explained how yoga and breathing can control your anxiety.
I'm exploring this topic myself lately. There's a whole genre of mental health topics around negative thoughts and being cruel to yourself. I just started this book, as it comes highly recommended by others experiencing similar problems.

I can't say myself how much it will help yet, because I'm just getting started, but it should at least give you a better understanding of why you feel this way. That alone should give your brain something else to consider...and there are exercises and mechanisms in the book to work through to defeat that mindset.
Yes, quite a few books helped me a lot.. although, my brain didn't want to do it in the worst of it ...
This book actually works if you do the exercieses, everyday and write down your thoughts and actually address them logically

and this book i listened to when I did't feel like doing anything, it gave me a better understanding and helped me learn a bit more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5URUfg4Om-U
Reading your paragraph was painful not because of what you said about you is true, but the amount of cognitive distortions is scary.
https://www.healthline.com/health/cognitive-distortions
You need to write these thoughts down like above and analyze them...
"Everyone hates my guts again" ... sounds a bit dramatic and unrealistic don't you agree? etc...

How old are you because what you are going through is a natural ups and downs that comes with having anxiety, depression... one day you are okay, then later you feel bad, etc. its very common during medication adjustment as well.
In terms of other comments regarding attachment, cheated on etc. Read this and actually do the work for few weeks, and report back

You mention therapy, what kind? because your entire paragraph is filled with cognitive distortions...
etc. Every thought you have , must be written down and analyzed as objectively as possible...else you will keep buying into them.
I actually did the work book exercises even though i thought it was pointless, but it does work https://www.amazon.com/Feeling-Good-New-Mood-Therapy/dp/0380810336
This was for quite a while -- and may still be -- the best selling psych workbook. For a very good reason. Invest $20 and see if it works for you?
Yes. Bad trips aren’t anything like you’re seeing evils clowns or snakes all over you. It’s basically just heightened anxiety. I just finished this book on audible and it’s really an amazing read.

Hey there, I am sorry to hear that, but reading your response you are taking the right step with talking to your therapist about this ASAP. In the time being, if you want to treat yourself without taking a bath, here are some shower steamers that a friend recommended me a while ago. The scent dissolves while your shower and is relaxing.
I hope you can overcome this soon, wish you the best of luck.
Oh my gosh I adore my weighted blanket. Make sure you get the right weight though this is the one I have and it’s nice, a bit pricey but it’s easy to wash and soft and everything. In addition the thinking puddy and candles and tea is all a good idea. But also just calming activity’s. Yoga Mat or coloring books or something like that.
Check out Mind Over Mood. It's kind of like a text book/work book and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for help with anxiety and depression. But there are also some incredibly helpful examples that might help someone else wrap their head around an anxious or depressed mindset.
If you have issues with winter, buy one of these. My whole family has SAD and these things are like magic for us.
