Let's start UI - "Who thought it was a good idea?" well... I think their interface is clear, simplistic and all the information are shown to you in a very mannered, non intrusive way and by blocking the option to customize it they are putting all the players on the same page. Customizing interface is giving advantage to people who specialize in coding. Last time I checked, a game is to have fun/compete in set of rules, not to customize the rules itself.
Not to mention that by opening API to 3rd party you will get a weird monster which WoW right now is. A game that barely works on it's own because our Curse clients are filled with thousands of addons to fix their problems.
So that's first, his assumption that interface is "bad" is purely subjective.
Secondly, saying that "game failed 3 times" without any given context and reason is simply putting game in a bad light.
Thirdly, while he's saying "What are the odds that it will be better this time?" let me say that it has nothing to do with odds. Developers are making their decisions based on facts and marketing research - it has nothing to do with odds.
Finally - one matter that you have just touched. "It might end up being p2w", that's so shallow I can literally say that on any game in the world. That's especially distasteful in a place where not only Neowiz is saying loud and clear that they don't want to implement P2W at all costs but also they have a non p2w F2P title on Steam which proves that they can do so.

I don't hate the guy nor I stand for or against Bless Online - just rating this guy as untrustworthy source of information.

has a pretty good tutorial that isn't too long.
The steps are easy to follow and I can confirm it's working.
This is also a really good English speaking guild to join when you get playing.

I'm Eyrin, look for me when you're in game.
Also; the video tutorial doesn't say, but you only need the VPN to launch the game, once the splash screen starts immediately disconnect. The anti-hacking software Xigncode3 has trouble, and may or may not completely load while your VPN is active. I have to disconnect every time for the game to open completely.
If VPN Gate does not work, you can also try Cyberghost (this the current VPN that I use with the Ukraine connection.)
I'm not a Bless player and from the amount of bad karma going around on Social Media, I might not play it.
From what I understand, you have made the same mistakes as Bluehole Studios, the developer for TERA Online in respect to responding to bugfixes. For the sake of your game, please do not continue to make the same mistake as Bluehole Studios, and actually start to fix the bugs that have been reported by your players as early as at least 6 months ago.
Please do not become a headline like this because you did not fix bugs: https://kotaku.com/mmo-disables-chat-after-players-discover-it-could-be-us-1820345684
there are free VPNs like VPNGate or commercial ones like FlyVPN.
You need to create an account on and download their launcher.
First, open your VPN software and choose a Russian VPN, then open the russian launcher and click on the green button and when you see XIGNCODE splash screen on the lower right corner of your screen, you can disconnect your VPN and play normally. The Russian IP Block is active only on the launcher, not the game itself.
P.S: The NA\EU version should be available in the first half of 2017, after Neowiz will release their new update on January in Korea.
try getting geek uninstaller. It is a free app and uninstalls programs nicely. At least for me it has.
It uninstalls and searches for leftover files after.
It has a force uninstall mode too.

Thanks-yeah I've used them before for KR games and decided just to go back to them. I had heard that IPVanish owned their own servers and for some reason wanted to see if connection was better. However, as I was unable to get past the IP block, going with IPVanish was a mistake.
I use FlyVPN which is free 3 times per day 20 minutes at a time (enough for you to connect, you don't need a VPN to remain logged in). I also use Softether but generally Softether works better towards the end of the work day in Russia when there are more servers available and you can usually connect to one of them. You can also look for Ukrainian VPN servers as well since the game is not region locked for Ukraine.
