I'd just like to point out that if you Search Google Flights for a trip from Toronto to Lugano (Where McKenzie said he was going to skate), it gives you the tip that you can save $127 by flying to Milan (27 miles away) instead.
The people working on the trans flag have asked us to move the logo over a few pixels to the right. Below is a script that has implemented the change. If you're running an old script, please update to this one!

For those wondering on how to watch if you don't have cable:
I signed up for last night. I did one month for now just in case Sinclair gets their shit together soon.
Monthly: $24.99
Yearly: $99.99
Yearly, only your team: $84.99
I haven't tested it yet, and wasn't able to find any clear answers (people saying both) but you may be able to subscribe and split the cost with a friend or two. Sounds like three devices at once - however, not sure if they need to be on the same network or not, that's where I was getting mixed info.
Keep in mind, you'll need a VPN to get around the blackouts.
I went with ExpressVPN. 6 months for $60. You can get a better deal if you sign up for a longer term but I really just need it for hockey season.
At the end of the day, this month is costing me a whopping $35 to just watch Wings games, so I'm not really happy about that - I pay less than that for my split YTTV subscription.
You can also try some "alternative" options like but I'd say you're going to want to do this from a PC and either cast to your TV or hook up via HDMI because doing it from a FireTV last night was a huge pain in the ass and I could barely get past the ads and popups.
GLHF, and LGRW!
I had started saving audio clips for a Mickey soundboard but didn't get very far.
Dr. Howe, I wanted to leave you one last comment--not a question, sorry, but a kinda book review and a thanks:
I finally picked up the book you gave me (work has been crazy lately so I haven't had much time to actually sit and read). I'm pausing reading at page nine just to write this post. Your writing style is so wonderful, so vivid descriptive with just enough humor. I'm currently going through the gamut of emotions as you describe Gordie's passing because it brings back memories of my grandfather's decline before he passed, too, but it feels so real and raw like you're right here with me, telling me the story personally. I don't know if it was intentional, but ending page 9 with his passing was a very nice little touch.
I'd love to encourage everyone on the sub to read the book. I know you posted about it in the main body, but everyone really, really should. Here's the Amazon link through Amazon Smile, which will donate a portion of the sale to charity.
I'm so proud you're a Toledoan now and it's a bittersweet pride knowing that Gordie spent his last days here in Toledo, too, and that he frequented places like Tamoshanter and Meijer just like a normal guy. I laughed a bit when I read the part about you being the 'runt of the litter' and inheriting his nose but not his hockey talent--I had commented to my coworkers how much you looked like photos of Gordie and had that same twinkle in your eye that he had in his.
I'm going to go back to reading now, even if it almost pains me to read these stories about how wonderful Gordie was, knowing I never got to meet him.
Thank you for everything and this AMA, Murray!
I don't fucking get it. We pay for fucking NHL TV. You're gonna black me out because I could be watching it on TV? Fuck you, I don't have a TV available. By the way I'M PAYING YOU A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY to be able to watch hockey when I don't have a damn TV.
I'm using Unlocator, but it's just a trial. Blackouts are fucking stupid. If I had access to a TV at the moment, I'd be using it to watch. I'm forced to use my laptop, but nope, even though I'm paying money. /rant
Also, I realize that people could use NHL TV to get around steep cable TV NHL subscriptions...which makes sense to try and "prevent", 're making money anyways.
I've used Unblock-Us. We're coming up on one year without cable, and I have no intention of ever going back.
That is what I thought Hulu was intending to do, but I could be wrong. So far they only have a few older games from the Wings but the Montreal game where the Russian 5 made Roy ask for the trade is pure gold.
Take a look at https://www.playstation.com/en-us/network/vue/
Assuming you are in the Detroit market, the $35 month plan gets you Fox Sports Detroit, NBCSN, and all the ESPN's. 70+ channels overall.
Yzerman isn't a possible option, but I've been on board with Valenti since he released this.
is super easy to run on my Nvidia Shield so I can watch it on my TV without issue or any weird workarounds. I also live out of market so the blackouts don't affect me that much (and when they do, I can use ExpressVPN on my Shield to bypass them). And the cost isn't really a concern. So I'll just stick with that., even if it's not the greatest streaming experience.
I tried some “free” streams tonight as a test run and it was a disaster. Ads were so bad I couldn’t get anything to open or run right. Quality was okay but not even close to 60 FPS.
I signed up for NHL TV and a 6 month subscription to ExpressVPN. Cost me $60 + $25 for a month of NHL TV. I’m going to test it out this month and see if I like it.
If you have GCL, you can use a DNS/VPL region spoofing service like unblock-us or Unlocator.
Both of those services gives a free 7-day trial, w/o the need to provide credit card info. So, if you have GCL, you can use those for 2 weeks. To buy either service (what I eventually did, I went w Unlocator) is $50/year.
Figured it's worth it. Plus, it opens up Netflix from any country. All you have to do is "change region". It takes about 15 seconds.
As for anything else: Comcast, whatever...... I don't know.
Try this store.
I ordered a Brendan Shanahan Whalers jersey from them, and it's fantastic! Takes a while to arrive, though, but worth the price IMO.
But the main reason that they have been so unstable lately is the huge growth spurt in their traffic in recent months. The question is are they just temporary growing pains like reddit went through when Digg imploded? http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/voat.co
If you don't already use Uber there is a code for $30 off your first ride. The uber fee should also be a lot less than a cab. (It was $17 from DTW to The Motor City Casino and The Joe is only a few more miles.)
The only problem with us not bothering is pollution and climate change and so on. Which xkcd puts into perspective pretty well per usual.
Nowadays if you flip to temperature on https://www.windy.com you can literally watch the world burn!
What you choose to eat has a big impact on your carbon footprint (and only secondarily happens to sorta measure how much life you churned through, too).
Now, I'm still awful about my eating habits but I'm trying to slowly eat more vegetarian and so on so, for example, nobody produces a whole ass cow and feeds it tons of vegetable matter while it's farting methane the whole time for me to eventually eat a small part of it.
But if I really want to commit to that I gotta figure out what plant matter sucks as much as a cow. I should... follow through on a commitment to get stricter with it, tbh.
Still, yeah, I don't think suffering is a useful metric by itself. There's just so damn much of it you can't eat ethically, ever, and once you accept that in your heart then you can focus on damage reduction and mitigation in a material sense. While still allowing for the relevance of moral practices, there are always going to be tradeoffs.
It's a free software that basically turns your PC into a media server. So you put all the shows/movies you have into the program and it allows you to stream those shows. My PC is in my bedroom and has a small monitor so I use Plex to stream my shows through my Xbone. You can also set it up to stream out of your home network so you can stream to your phone or friends and family houses.
Check it out, simple to understand eve if you're not a computer person
https://kodi.tv/ in there you can download it and then you need to install the vidtime addon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdEJzLmRUNo
After download and install go to Perch Picks > Sports > Live Sports > Hockey > scroll to live AHL.
If you want to watch some of the more recent games, go to Perch Picks > Sports > Sports Replays > Hockey
Was lucky enough to speak with Josh Riehl and Jenny Feterovich, the writer and producer of the film for my podcast a few months back. If you haven't seen it and are curious, listen to the pair talk about how the movie came to be. Very interesting stuff. And if you have seen it, hear them talk about how the movie came to be.
I like mullvad for their superior privacy track record so far. However their download speeds are a bit slower than Private Internet Access (PIA) and significantly slower than the real speed demons like ExpressVPN and Nord.
But like someone else already mentioned. I'd just use Windscribe if it's free, but I thought it had data caps that would make streaming impractical without paying. All the other VPN's I mentioned are paided services and unlimited.
Oh, another free one I've used is TunnelBear. It by far has the easiest UI to use and I don't remember seeing a data cap.
Looking to spoil myself with a nice backpacking pack since my birthday is coming up. Anyone have some advice on what to look for / avoid? I’m ordering off amazon so can’t try it on myself unfortunately.
Here is the one I’m currently eyeing: 65l Backpack - Multi-day Pack for Hiking, Backpacking with Rain Cover - Black/Gray https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0742DBRC2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_iLY8AbY1NC8MP
Checkout "Rogue's Gallery" and "Son of Rogue's Gallery".
Features folks like Tom Waits, Keith Richards, Michael Stipe, Patti Smith, Frank Zappa, Iggy Pop, and Richard Thompson doing shanties and other pirate songs.
I've had the older "Auto-IQ" version of this smoothie cup blender for a handful of years now, no complaints.
This.
I use Unlocator's DNS addresses and they work great. I'm currently watching the NBC feed in HD thanks to it on my app on my Roku. I would watch it on standard TV but my cable is very basic and shitty quality. Watching hockey in HD is the best. Even the playoff games come through.
I'm using Unlocator. Made an account real quick and just had to change my DNS settings. Boom no black out! Hope it works for you
EDIT: Unfortunately it looks like a 7-day trial, but hey it works
Use a VPN/DNS spoofing system.
I like unlocator and/or unblock-us. They are both about $50/yr and are well worth it in my opinion. Getting either of those will also let you 'be from anywhere' for Netflix. So that's an added benefit.
I mention those 2 services because they both give you a weeklong trial without having to enter credit card info. So, you can get 2 weeks of access (a week with 1, then a week with the other)-----free, right now----to see how you like it. That's what I did and I really liked the service, so I ended up just buying a yearlong pass (was about $50).
I went with Unlocator. It's really easy to just to your account and change your region. Takes about 20 seconds, 3 clicks, and you're there.
Having that + GC has been awesome. I've watched sooooo much more hockey than I ever thought I would've been able to. No blackouts, access to each and every game, all the playoff games, etc.
So, for me, avoiding the blackouts and getting every playoff was definitely worth the $50 for the the extra access to stuff on Netflix is a huge plus, too.
There are some other good, similar services. Some might be a bit cheaper. But I've used and would recommend either unblock-us or unlocator.
You should grab TunnelBear. You can sign up for a free account, turn it to Canada, and turn it on when signing in to Game Center and loading the page. Once loaded, turn it off and you're good to go. I've been using it solely to get around the stupid black outs and it works great! Since you just need it to load the page I never reach the limit for the free subscription.
I signed up for it. When I logged in it would not allow me to watch anything. When I tried it told me I needed to subscribe... which I had already done. Tried logging in on my PC, using their app on my phone. I promptly canceled and I subscribed to ExpressVPN instead. No regrets. The bally app is pure garbage. Charging what they do for such a broken product is not acceptable.
VPN =Virtual Private Network. You basically spelled out what it does. 👍. I stream ESPN+ from FireTV and use ExpressVPN to get around the blackout. You must first turn on the VPN before streaming the game. It works great.
You can use a domestic VPN with ESPN Plus. This is how to make it work with NordVPN:
Log out of ESPN+
Clear your browser cache or use a different browser than you use for day to day browsing.
Turn off location sharing on your computer if it has one. IDK if this will work with a tablet with a GPS device, I'm old and just use laptops.
Connect your VPN to somewhere in the US that is outside of the broadcast area for your game. I try to find somewhere like Idaho that is likely out of all broadcasts.
Sign into ESPN+ on the browser you wiped the cache on.
You should now be able to watch the game.
History of Hockeytown is a nice overview of the history of ... eh ... Hockeytown.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.dofusports.nfl.nba.ncaaf.mlb.nhl
Also available in Apple store if I'm not mistaken. Works for all sports but hockey too, doesn't always have the home feed but 90% of the time.
She sounds like a keeper (no pun intended)!
I actually just watched them all again during work the last few weeks. Getting through all the bonus features stuff now.
Also if you are in need of a gift idea, this just dropped last fall. I picked it up recently and it's quality.
Not sure if there are any skateboarders in here but if there are yall will enjoi this. I was just watching the 2008 Stanley Cup Championship Films: Detroit Red Wings video on YouTube, noticed Franzen wearing a sick Emerica hat. Same colorway as my first and most favorite pair of Emerica shoes I've ever owned.

This is a very hard to find book, but I read it back in the day and what you said is 100% accurate. Adams was a yes man for Bruce. He hated Lindsay and later traded him because of his support for a players union. He literally lied to Gordie Howe (who was young and gullible at the time) about his wage and how much he was making compared to other players in the league. I have not doubt if Marguerite was left in charge, the team would not have fallen apart so quickly. We probably would've won more Cups in the 60s and be a lot closer to Montreal. Lindsay always used to say that Adams was the one that broke up the Wings dynasty.
I hate to say it, but Aliexpress is ridiculously cheap but still good quality. Just make sure you find a seller with a high score / no bad reviews. Oh, and shipping can take a while.
Hey got a 10 minute misconduct, 5 for fighting, 2 for instigating. If the misconduct wasn't for the crosscheck, i don't know what was. Either way, he got it. Sticking up for your team is one thing. A game misconduct is another. There are better ways to start a fight. We were in the offensive zone, 2 on 2 or 2 on 1 if I can remember right, and we had a delayed penalty on the hook, so 6 attackers. Big opportunity. There are ways to get back at someone without stopping the play outright, especially when we've got 1 opportunity to score, and another powerplay on the way. That was the tipping point.
It was up in the air a while ago but he has been confirmed dead and added to the updated list here
VPN. I use NordVPN and it ends up being like a few bucks a month. I'm watching through Hulu since the ESPN app has been giving me issues, but its fantastic quality and the stream isn't behind like when watching the Bally app or sailing the high seas.
It's a Microsoft account. Recover it online
https://account.microsoft.com/account?lang=en-us
Also, password managers are totally worth it. I use this one, they have a personal version
ESPN+ and NordVPN. Costs me like $20 a month since I have the Hulu bundle but if I had just the one it's $13 a month. Super simple to setup too and haven't had any issue other than it's a little slow setting everything up to work.
Home games aren't blacked out when you're streaming Bally Detroit for Red Wings games. That said, DirecTV stream is fairly expensive compared to the ESPN+ and VPN option. I don't use a VPN because my situation doesn't demand it but I know that choice works with ESPN+ for others. I've heard that Nord & ExpressVPN both work fairly well. I'm sure some others do as well.
He never owned the restaurant. Another company licensed Gordie's trademarks, and he got a monthly payment, plus a cut of merchandise sales. Story about it here. I thought he owned it for the longest time too, which was probably the intention of the real owners.
I happened to be up that way the day Gordie played his one shift with the Detroit Vipers. We decided to go to Gordie Howe's Tavern to watch the game, as it was televised. Sat there and waited for someone to turn the game on. Finally asked a waitress if they were going to turn on the game, and she said "What game"? Had to explain Gordie was playing that night. She fumbled through the channels, but she didn't find it. To be fair, it was on Fox Sports, which was brand new at the time.
If I don't stream it, I listen to the ticket if I can't watch the game, and I'm 2,300 miles from Detroit... I use an app called "RadioApp/A simple Radio" -- and normally I don't shill, but let me tell you about this goddamn thing because it took me a year to find...
I can choose any terrestrial radio around the world by adding international locations and favorites-- for fucking free -- but keep this shit on DL cause I don't want newer versions to have ads or for them to start charging to use it like those lame inTune radio apps.
Shirts are done as of Sunday I believe. But if you wish to reserve one you can do that here but I am unsure of how that process works. We will be doing different designs in the future but the response has been amazing so far!
None. If you want an awesome setup just go get a Roku (I did) and install the Hockeystreams app - it's great. I got the $100 but I think their little USB stick version will do the same thing: https://www.roku.com/products/compare
2. FuckNeulionV2.jar can be downloaded here: https://anonfiles.com/file/edb5e46f3b35c342e6aef4673090703d
3. Your hosts file (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) must include the following: 127.0.0.1 nlsk.neulion.com - You will need administrator privileges to edit this file. Start > Notepad > Right click, Run As Administrator. Open the file from within that window.
5. Open C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\intf\modules\ and copy the common.luac file - Paste the copy into the new folder you made in Step 4 (C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\sd\modules)
6. Launch StreamAssistant.exe - Provide the locations of your VLC and Java installations, as well as the FuckNeulion.jar file you downloaded in Step 2. - Choose whether you want the app to launch VLC for you. - Select your game from the dropdown and hit the button for which stream you want to watch.
Open VLC (or have the app do it for you) and hit Ctrl+L to view the playlist.
Enjoy.
Not OP, but I found a torrent, downloaded it, and then created a new Google account to upload it to Google Drive
At the time of posting this comment, the video is still processing so you currently can't watch it in browser like youtube, but you can download it. Once the video is processed you should be able to just stream it from Google Drive as if it were a YouTube video.
>set my location over seas
Exactly. You can even set your location in another state and a long as Detroit isn't playing a team from that state's region you'll be fine. I'm not currently using that setup because I get the games regardless but I'm sure others could recommend specific VPN's. I've heard that NordVPN and ExpressVPN both work well enough with ESPN+. Good luck.
I'm not doing it for this game since its available without it but I use NordVPN. I'm on a free trial right now for a month but after that it ends up being like $3 a month for a year? It just takes me a minute to set it up half the time but I'm also new to working with it.
Download a VPN like ExpressVPN on your firestick. Use the Silk Browser on your firestick and look up sportsurge, you can bookmark it for easier access. You should be able to watch every redwings game from your firestick just make sure vpn is on!
I grabbed the express vpn trial and it works great for the iPhone and iPad.
Unfortunately Apple in their infinite wisdom doesn’t seem to allow VPN apps on Apple TV so I’ll have to figure something out there. I’d just connect to ExpressVPN via my router but I use Google WiFi which is dog sh*t and doesn’t have VPN settings.
Oh, I have ExpressVPN. I connect to somewhere else, usually Chicago because it's close, and it lets me watch Wings games. The only thing that gets slightly complicated is that when I need to connect to another country for national games, I connect to Canada and the NHL TV login wants me to use a Rogers login. With those, I log in first, get the error message, connect to Canada, and then reload that feed and it works.
It's messy, but if you have a 16:9 screen, open it in Chrome, go full screen, and then cast the tab (NOT the video itself), it will work. It's not the best quality, though (frame drops are frequent).
If you have an Android/Google TV device, most VPNs have an Android app and you can install and enable that. I've done that in the past on my Shield with ExpressVPN
You won't be able to cast otherwise. Casting works by basically sending a URL to the receiver to playback from. That URL has the same authentication rules. So you'd have to either be behind a VPN on the receiver or mirror your screen from a device that is behind one.
I used Unlocator a few years ago for the couple years I switched to . I remember you had to pay for it but I also calculated that it plus the subscription was cheaper than re adding cable in my internet package just for sports. Also had absolutely no issues at all with watching any game on FSD.
https://www.amazon.com/Crosley-CR42D-PA-Lancaster-Turntable-Bluetooth/dp/B074CRKQRK
I've seen a couple reviews on various sites with a similar observation to me. I'm used to a different player that my Dad has and I don't expect every player to sound identical, but there's a noticeable difference.
Some things that work well and are easy to make in the pot: salmon, corn on the cob, lentils.
Soak the rice in water before cooking; it removes some of the starch and prevents clumping.
This book is useful. I've also found many good recipes by just doing the Google.
I've a separate air fryer - Brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes, cauliflower all come out wonderfully so you should try those. And it's a game changer for tater tots and crab cakes.
I got the lights and bags from Amazon.
Lights: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01LE069AO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_BSwIBbAP4T3ST
Bags: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B013PWJ7O4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_KZwIBb05F4FVB
I suggest NHL TV. For following one team exclusively, I think it's under $100 per season. For access to the entire league, I think it was around $120 for this season.
If you're in market, however, you'll be subject to blackouts. A good workaround is to use a VPN (ExpressVPN or Nord should be adequate) to set your IP out of market. For MLB TV, which operates NHL TV, I'd set my IP to Toronto or Frankfurt, DE, and it would allow me to watch Rockies' games that way (I'm in Denver). Without getting super technical, I'd run the VPN off a laptop or computer, as mobile devices prevent VPN from working effectively due to geolocation. From there, you can either use HDMI or Chromecast to stream it on your television.
You can buy "Homemade Detroit Style Pizza kits" not sure if they're any good but might be worth checking it if you're into cooking.
https://www.amazon.com/Detroit-Style-Pizza-Home-Making/dp/B073VBHQPQ
Can add a vpn service, I use ExpressVPN, and just change to a uk server on those games. Think it is like $13 a month. I get my worth out of it since it also lets me connect to Canada or uk Netflix and they have different movies than us at different times..
Hmm true, I was thinking about that as well. I've had Private Internet Access in the past and I seem to recall some sort of mobile support. I definitely want to try to make the NHL TV situation work and would go through more trouble to get it going, just because 8 months of games would be $140 + 1 year of VPN instead of $400 for one of the other services.
Yeah, check out Unlocator. They have a step by step guide. Very easy to use. I'm experienced in setting up routers and such so I didn't need it but for someone who isn't as well versed, it's self explanatory.
Is anyone else having an issue with streaming the FS-D feed? It's telling me it's blacked out (which never happens to me because I have Unlocator) but I can watch it from the CBC feed with no problems.
According to /u/EarthenChild it might not work the way I thought it did. It may be based on your account location, and not your physical location.
I would definitely find a free trial VPN service to make sure it works before you make a commitment. The most important thing for you would be to make sure you found a provider that had servers in Michigan (which isn't super common). Most use big states/cities as their main hubs (Chicago, NY, California, etc.).
HideMyAss claims to have servers in Michigan.
is highly touted on /r/nhlstreams
Other than that, I would Google around and see if you can find a good one. Most have free trials, so you wouldn't have much to lose.
I would recommend the service I use (TorGuard), but they don't have Michigan based services, and I use it for different reasons.
Maybe, though there may be a difference between an app-based VPN, or one set up through the Settings app (in Settings->General->VPN). I'm not familiar with HideMyAss, it may be worth looking to see if you can just route the service through the default iOS settings.
If you use Google Chrome you can download the app called Zenmate. It allows you to switch your IP address to about 5 countries (Germany and Hong Kong are 2 of 5) in seconds.
PS I checked that both countries rates change to $99.95
Since you have GameCenter all you really need to do is change your region to avoid the blackout.
Use TunnelBear's free VPN account, select a region, open the game, then disconnect from VPN. It'll keep playing and you won't use the limited bandwidth of your free account.
I don't have gamecenter this year but I must have used this 20 times last year.
I should probably buy an account just to thank them..
There are free ones, but I dont find them to be worth a damn.
I wrote up a little info in a post below, the VPN service I suggested (Private Internet Access) installs a small program for connecting which makes it very easy. Just select the country from a drop down and click connect. 40/year or 6.95 if you buy it month to month.
>Pretty sure its new.
https://www.amazon.com/ANTHONY-MANTHA-Stick-Season-DETROIT/dp/B01MRQI94T according to Amazon he's had a white stick since 2016 and CCM..
Edit: Its not all white but but still and also I think he got the Warrior stick last year but he's been using it all year
Would it be seen as offensive to send Blashill multiple copies of the "hockey coaching for dummies" book? I assume one exists.
edit: Found it!
https://www.amazon.com/Detroit-Red-Wings-Celebration-Champions/dp/B0143MVO9G
Not sure if you can find it cheaper, but that box set has a few complete games and some good stuff on it. I think game 7 against the Avs is my favourite thing to watch on that set.
Edit: sorry forgot to clarify that this is for the 97, 98, and 02 cup runs.
Finished Twin Peaks: The Return last night after semi-marathoning it all week.
I refreshed myself on some things before watching it but I was sort of just watching it to enjoy and then there was a test at the end and I was unprepared.
You know there will be going in but I regret not prepping more before watching it.
(Apparently reading the book The Secret History of Twin Peaks would've helped a lot. I'm checking it out of the library and hoping I can retrospectively interpret The Return through it.)
You can get those interlocking foam floor tiles on Amazon at about a dollar per square foot.
These lights here are pretty good for any man cave https://www.amazon.com/SUPERNIGHT-Changing-Flexible-Remote-Control/dp/B00BP4DUMU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1497136898&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=led+light+strip&psc=1
And if you want to spend some money on a good frame job for a jersey I got mine from Detroit City Sports. It's about $300 but they do a really nice job.
> In the middle of all this pandemonium, Marc Crawford, the Avs coach, is yelling at me, “You started all this, Draper!”
What a magnificent cunt.
Someone else mentioned Blood Feud by Adrian Dater. If you haven't read that book, I highly recommend doing so. It's a great read.
The jersey is a large (does anyone know if Larkin wears Large or XL?), I don't have any idea what kinda jersey case I should get, any advice guys? Was thinking about this one on amazon for like $70 bucks, its home displayed so it just needs to look pretty but doesnt need fort knox security.
Upvote if you can guess the signature on the puck without looking it up!
thanks, Since this is my first ever signed jersey and will be my only one for a long time, I put a decent amount into the case and decided on this one. Its perfect size from the reviews and isn't too deep.
This is the case I ordered, about $100 + shipping. I shopped around and did a bit of research and this was the best. My office has alot of cherry red wood/mahogany colors so this fit perfect for me, I think they also do a black case as well as tan.
The in box hanger was lopsided so I took it out and just went crazy with double sided tape and a ruler to make sure everything was even.
Also the Jersey is a Large for size reference. the pictures really were perfect they filled out the dead space in the frame without cluttering it too much
Hi all, thanks for your input. I almost went for the garden gnome, then almost went for a red wings bow tie, but I found this new release: http://www.amazon.com/Greatest-Red-Wings-Bob-Duff/dp/1771960582
Thanks again all, good luck!
Tough to color match the one I have in my hand right now, it's somewhere between the beige and khaki color on this page. More toward the beige one though.
I got this one for my birthday, but it's still at home because I don't know the best way to hang it currently.
