Funny enough you can actually buy these. They are made in Germany (I mean where else, right?) and called “Hopfenhöhle“ („hop cave“)
HopfenHöhle - Das Original: Outdoor Erdloch Bierkühler - Made in Germany! https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01AC4I7LW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_uLyBDbMG594WP
After a quick google search... Online, these go for roughly $500. I now see why the dude made one, though I don't know why he wanted one.
If anyone is wondering about the back story behind this... no it's not some kind of body modification, it's just from an "art" series by the photographer Thomas Mailaender. Also in the book "Illustrated People"
>Thomas Mailaender "Illustrated People" is the translation into book form of a performance by Thomas Mailaender. He applied to the skin of models 23 original negatives selected from the Archive of Modern Conflict's collection before projecting a powerful UV lamp over them, thus revealing a fleeting image on the skin's surface. Maileander then photographed each of his models before the sun made the image disappear. The book comprises the resulting shots combined with a series of photographic documents found in AMC's collection.

Why anyone would volunteer for this, I have no idea.
It’s called PMC, Precious Metal clay. It’s 99% pure silver and can either be torch fired or kiln fired. It’s a lot of fun to work with.
but yeah, I dont really see why you would waste the time using this rather than just crack the egg, unless you have some sort of medical condition affecting your hands and its difficult for you to crack eggs?
For me, it's because it's like a $5 bag (at most), and 1-2 hours of crafting time isn't worth $5 for me. Other people might enjoy it for the sake of crafting something, but it's just not very economical. Might also be worth it if you had an umbrella with a cute print.
Sources on prices:
Teflon, if the bag isn't waterproof enough
Edit: Someone pointed out that this is probably supposed to be a lay-flat makeup bag, which actually are much more expensive.
Or you can just buy them
Will probably have the same result as your magnet, but I use this Zircon MetalliScanner for my lathe & plaster walls. Found studs pretty quickly. Also like how you can quickly find metal then flip it and pinpoint the source (ie a nail). Mounted my TV pretty quickly thanks to it.
Correct. And the bristles are from a shitty costume wig and I drilled a hole into the pencil and used Bionic as an adhesive. I got pencil graphite all over my hands when I drilled the holes out and failed to realize that I transferred the mess to my face before I presented the "brushes" to my girlfriend.
Sure, tiny ones for organizing wires at your desk. Those thick, heavy duty ones in the video are quite a bit more expensive. Here's 100 for $12.
Than, for sure that tape is perfectly fine for that. I could only find this as example . It’s from the German amazon.. because I currently live there with my app is set to English, but i hope it helps.
Sounds like a nightmare. My cat would shred me and there would be wax everywhere. I would suggest buying a little bit of clay to make an impression of the paw print. There are a bunch of kits on amazon but I thought this one was adorable :)
Would probably be more secure if he was on a big ass bolt instead of wood glue, or put a hole in the shelf to stick him through.
Also, that's a $50 doll.
Are you from the Netherlands? Because they're $300USD.
Mocca master is indeed the brand, Technivorm is the company. They're considered the best automated [non-espresso] coffee maker in the world and command a premium elsewhere.
Vice grips: $20
Basically this exact "tool" minus the locking grip: $5
Using an angle grinder, welder, dremel, fucking machine turned drill, a bunch of hardware and sander to essentially create a more useless and difficult to use version of both of these: Priceless.
If they purchased the proper gasket tape its fine. Its called fireblack or lavalock depending on the company you purchase it from. It's used to seal smokers and grills. With Charcoal or stick burner grill/smokers you don't want any additional air getting in from cracks that could fluctuate your temperature. If you are trying to smoke a brisket you want to keep the temp even, steady, and low and the additional air will cause your fuel to burn hotter and produce black acrid smoke that will make it taste poorly. If the gasket tape isn't directly in the flame it shouldn't burn. The ambient heat shouldn't cause it to off gas chemicals.

The idea here is very sound. In fact, I use it all the time. The implementation though is horrendous.
For anyone wondering, they make power drill attachments for cleaning. I use a set like this. It works absolute wonders on getting stains out of the bathroom or returning the luster to stainless steel appliances (with some baking soda abrasive).
That's because it can't put out anywhere near enough torque to actually sharpen a pencil.
You can buy electric sharpeners that are basically this -- it's just that they're both properly enclosed, and geared down to about 60 RPM. Even then you can over-torque them if you push a pencil in too hard.
They actually sell these things for high heels. https://www.amazon.com/Heels-Above-Protectors-Pairs-Carrying/dp/B015RXVRBA
My wife bought them for our wedding so she could wear her shoes and still walk around the farm venue for pictures.
From a suit case of course. So step one to make a bad suitcase is to destroy your normal suitcase.
Seriously though, it's just a luggage cart.
lol only if I'm trying to kill myself first, I carry one of these in my backpack every day because I have a degenerative connective tissue disorder that means I never know when a hip or knee is going to just slide out of joint and I still have to get around
Hang it up with command strip refills. They work great, I use them to hang up tons of stuff!
$6.99 on Amazon. Not much of a splurge.
I've used one of these every single work day for 2 years, and I'm only thinking of replacing it now. I removed the shitty plastic handle and now it's a super handy wrench that never leaves my toolbelt.
It depends on how thick you would like the ring to be. But you are right, it is much cheaper than buying it in the store. You could easily make at least one ring. I usually get several pieces out of the $35. It also comes in a syringe to add very cool details. It kind of works like icing, but in a much tinier scale. PMC syringe
No, it‘s not. You wouldn‘t use the expensive stuff for crafts. If you use half a bottle for each color it‘ll be about $1. Plus the stone
When I have to scrub a pan, or any dish with stuck on food, I use something similar to this. I don't know if this one does, but the one I own has soft bristles. It holds soap in it you dispense with the top button and is soft on pans, but hard on the food that is caked on it. No drills or binder clips required, and very affordable.

Yup, I have toyed with the idea of them in the past but the last thing I want is these assholes knowing there is more food at my house.
There is actually a product like this that's been around for at least 10 years
Source: My mom got me some years ago bc I have boobs. They are as stupid as they look.
Amazon has a pretty good description.
However, the description states it will work for PET, but not for olefin plastics of which PET/PETG is one and in my experience, PETG is a bitch to adhere to anything so don't expect it to work too well.
Such a shame since PETG is such an amazing filament to print with.
I don't know what's worse... that or this:

There's also this:

You could mount it horizontally or at a 45 degree angle. Use guitar wall hooks and maybe line the inside of the body with material to make it look like the inside of a guitar case. It would be a neat piece for next to your front door.
I was partly correct. On December 12, at 6:28 pm EST, Cernan and Schmitt began their second lunar excursion. One of the first tasks of the EVA was repairing the right-rear fender on the LRV, the rearward extension of which had been broken off the previous day. The pair did this by taping together four cronopaque maps with duct tape and clamping the replacement fender extension to the fender, thus providing a means of preventing dust from raining down upon them while in motion.
From here
Serrated knife is good for almost anything if you simply keep buying cheap but decent serrated knifes, for example
If you're referring to this style, don't use it on a plastic cansiter filter housing. They make specific sockets for those.
You can buy another type that works well from Aquafresh. We used it when I was growing up and I'm thinking of switching back to it because my husband is a freaking savage with the regular tubes and push on the middle, and not from the bottom, like a civilized human being lol
Was on amazon after seeing this looking to see what those pump cost.
Found this: literally has a screen shot of this project

If you are worried about someone knocking the hinge pin out, you can replace a couple of the screws in the hinge with these: https://www.amazon.com/Door-Hinge-Security-Screws-3-Pack/dp/B01DG0TZ1A. That way even if they're knocked out the door remains secure.
For anyone who is looking to actually pull a dent from a plastic bumper like this, apply heat with a hair dryer, then take a suction cup to it, I prefer the ones that sort of "lock" in place like this and you can usually pull most of the dent out. For any remaining areas they can be pushed out pretty easily with either your fingers, or a blunt, rounded object.
My sister found the amazon page for these babies, the reviews are hilarious if anyone needs some entertainment https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elcoho-Pieces-Plastic-Supplies-Decoretions/dp/B07PPGBCJB/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=120+babies&qid=1597257127&sr=8-2

They are incorrect, it's actually called a cucumber sharpener.
Enjoy
(Note, this will not make vege noodles, you need a spiralizer for that)
Uh huh. I seriously doubt you are a chemist. Glycerin (aka Glycerine and Glycerol) can be bought in cubes from craft stores. Or from Amazon.
At least I really hope you aren't a chemist. I really don't like the thought of someone this ignorant and arrogant working in a lab setting
Yeah I posted because it was fun and stupid but in no way was it hard, anyone should be able to easily do it. These are the ones I bought that I know work if you just want those:
It's a potato masher. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Steel-Potato-Ricer-Interchangeable/dp/B078RWHNKT
Glad to know I'm not the only one who is appalled at her waste of a good brush and how terrible she is at using a hot glue gun.
But, once the bristles are off the brush and cut down like that, why not just use that to get the hair off the floor mat? It probably works as well as (or better) than this Pet Hair Remover - Best Car & Auto Detailing Brush for Pet Hair Removal -Rubber Dog & Cat Hair Remover Brush for Couch,Furniture,Car Interior and Carpet brush I found with a 30 second search on Amazon. She doesn't even need the pumice or the glue.
Looks like he’s using clips instead, probably due to the bulk of the materials.

if you have a dvd drive, just dump it and get a hdd caddy, if you really need to swap around there are a few with dock features. did that (standard caddy) on an older laptop for extra storage and dont regret it.
You could use one of them cube type extension jobbies that turns one socket into 3, that should bulk it out to wall level
Search 60/40 on Amazon. There are many like that. We just picked one for our kitchen last spring. I'm looking at it right now making guacamole.

That's a centrifugal fan, they suck air in the circular hole and blow it out the side (top in my picture), OP's fan is blowing air into the mask.
They make a mask that does this, it's called a PAPR, and they're not cheap, probably for a reason.
I had a denim dress, with pockets, in junior high and high school. It’s not unheard of

Did you eat bugs? I saw a product made out of...I think it was worms in the market and wondered if it will be soled.
It is easy to under eat when starting to eat plant based. Good for some people, but not for everyone. But it can result in feeling not satisfied with the meal.
Some foods are more calorie dense than others, like oils, peanut butter, margarine, nuts, some substitutes like burgers are also pretty high calories from fats. And of course potatoes, rice, beans and pasta are high in calories from carbs. And beans, lentils, saitan, nuts and chickpeas and products made from them have high levels of protein that is also filling.
I would suggest looking for some filling and protein rich recipes on r/veganfitness or r/veganfoodporn. A good option is also to look up recipes of your favorite foods in the vegan version. Like vegan lasagna, vegan hollandaise... what ever you like.
To be sure you can track your nutrition for free on https://cronometer.com/ for some days. To get a feel on how many calories certain foods have.
It is a bit more time consuming in the beginning to look up new recipes, restaurants and all, but after some weeks it is just business as usual. And feels so much better.
They're just fruit juice and fruit oil and citric acid. No artificial sweeteners or anything.

I have the lime in bulk and have been using it in cooking, too.
Not the worst idea if you have extra sponges and need to put em on a stick.
In fact, this would make an okay hand vice in a pinch which are really useful occasional use tools.
Like this
https://www.amazon.com/Woodstock-D4119-Handy-Hand-Held/dp/B005W179JC/
But one drop of hot glue ain't gonna hold it on, a few wood screws would do the trick nicely.
I may just make one of these and throw it in my random junk drawer since I am sure I have the parts already in said drawer but separate.
If you check sparkfun.com and adafruit.com, these LED strips have HUGE libraries of light effects; honestly, you could probably assemble something like this and then just..try all of the examples until you find something you like. I'll link the tutorial for the precursor to this idea, which is a little more...removable, and a great way to try out different effects. https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/led-cloud-connected-cloud/all
You can also buy these strips pre-hard-coded from amazon(like this! https://www.amazon.com/Bedroom-Keepsmile-Control-Changing-Decoration/dp/B095HG3QJY/), with little remotes. Those are often cheaper than buying from DIY shops, and you can just scroll through different effects and colors depending what you're in the mood for. If you're looking more for a cool toy than for an in-depth electronics project, that might be the best route!

They make this thing. It’s awesome.
Yeah, I literally bought a product just like this since my new cat likes to close the door to the cat food.
Not that odd.. it's a kit you can buy from amazon or other places to power a bicycle. They were more common before electric parts became available for conversions. Should also add, they are usually under 49cc so they dont require any licenses or permits in most places.
The amount of work to do that....you might as well just buy one for $150 new from Amazon that you won't be embarassed to have in your backyard: https://www.amazon.ca/Louisiana-Grills-Broiler-2-Piece-Country/dp/B00BK31FIC/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1460685965&sr=8-5&keywords=smoker
When you realize that your sex life isn't active enough to warrant buying the 1000 pack of condoms on amazon, so you waterproof your already nearly waterproof phone and make it harder to charge for the next year.

Man these guys really know the hacks that normal people need. Maybe next they can help out with all the people who spent 7,000 dollars on 275 gallons of lube.
so, you could do all that, or you could buy a portable stove top on amazon for like 12 bucks

So they make these things called bunkie boards for platform beds that are foundations for mattresses on beds that don’t require a traditional foundation. Go for the solid ones, not the wood slat ones. amazon link
I came across a different adjustable wrench design that is a massive improvement: Knipex
The harder you squeeze, the tighter it holds. You don’t have to get the spacing exact for it to get a good grip, so it’s faster and easier to use, too.
They’re not cheap, but well worth it. They also make something they call Cobra pliers that are a better design for adjustable pliers.
You know there's actually a bit in Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance that mirrors this amazingly closely? It's about a shim, just like this, that is improvised, just like this, and is treated disdainfully because it's not stock, just like this, even though it works fine, just like this.
I think in the book the guy's using a chunk of beer can aluminum to shim the throttle control assembly so it doesn't rotate on the handlebars.
I was going to argue about your price for hooks, but you're actually damn close
O.O
Please buy some kevlar tire liner when this foam option fails . . . which it eventually will when the foam disintegrates.
Near perfect product! 5 stars if they update this with a cup holder since I'm too lazy to reach a few inches for my drink. After work I'm always stuck in rush hour of traffic so when I'm not getting compliments while using this product with my electronics. I'm helping the fiancé cut vegetables for dinner. Please be very careful since I wasn't paying attention one evening and rear ended the car in front and causing the air bag to deploy which lead to being in paled by a knife in the shoulder. I've learned from my mistakes and no longer use it as a cutting board and strictly use it with my electronics.
Pros:
Great for use with Electronics
Great for reading
Naps with use of a pillow when the car is not in motion
Looks great while driving. I get compliments daily.
Cons:
No cup holders
Not cushioned - not helpful when i decide to nap on my drive. When the car swerves the pillow slides out and I hit my my face on the table. anyone have a DYI on attaching a pillow?
This is my favorite style of shower curtain hooks. They let me change the curtain without having to mess with the liner. Or if I use a machine washable liner I can swap it without having to pull the curtain too.
Not an affiliate link or anything. Just a random product that matches the style I use.
Keyed light switches are a thing. I install them all the time in the bathrooms and hallways of bars and nightclubs. You order extra keys and give them to the staff.
Hey so I'm from the US and faucets are cheaper than shit. Funny enough, cat hair crafts are actually a thing...
Funny enough.... this is a thing people actually do
the electrical resistance of the "tap water" they are using does create something dissipating the current as heat probably in the 1KW range. (as in, the water itself is the resistor)
a less improvised device of the same principle would be this.
I've used enough of this stuff over the years in a professionally that I can say that a couple of microns of thickness in the material will make little difference in the application as shown in the video. You could use food grade stuff from your kitchen if you wanted for this application because it's not going to be taking 100kg of point load on a pallet.
30microns is the usual go to for general warehousing and unlike what you're implying, it's substantially cheaper per roll than $30. It's easy to get that sort of price from a sole supplier your company may use but a savvy business will source it for not much more than cost, delivery and the small margin of that supplier.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tezraftaar%C2%AE-Extended-Stretch-Shrink-Pallet/dp/B07PRVS6T9
£33 for 6 rolls, substantially less than the original comment I replied to suggests this would cost. I have sources I can get the same for about £4.50 a roll.
Industrial size rolls for machine packaging cost more but those are typically a lot longer than the typical 200-300m rolls for application but also look quite different to this.
Ahhh! So a DIY home owner type! XD lol
I could see someone doing this. I've seen some ridiculous "fixes"
Silliest thing I've seen was someone who hooked up an AC fan inside their PC case hot glued to their graphics card and ran the AC cord out the side of the case because the fan died on the GPU. XD You know. Instead of getting a DC fan and using one of the onboard headers that weren't populated, or even seeing if they could buy a replacement. They never understood why they had weird bug issues too with the old fan spinning backwards and feeding power back into the GPU. lol One of these suckers. https://www.amazon.ca/AC-Infinity-Cooling-Ventilation-Projects/dp/B07CZRKTBZ/ref=sr_1_6?crid=30RXFENW6WUG6
Ahh yes, the picquic is nice, but I prefer the Select-A-Bit. It's made in USA (I used to work for a company that molded the plastic parts, that's how I learned about them) and has 16 bits instead of 6. I like the ratcheting version that you can drive at 4x the turning speed by holding the collar, because I install a lot of really long machine screws.
You can get fancy pouches to put all your diabetes stuff in if you're travelling, they're basically little insulated bags with freezable gel packs but they look nice
Amazon link because I'm lazy and it was the first Google result:
A suggestion from someone who was a space-loving kid with a navy blue ceiling: add those glow-in-the-dark stars! I absolutely loved them as a kid

Loose hairs bringing you down? Can't be assed to clean up after yourself? Y'alls need a Flowbee.
Once I started shaving my own hair, I'd just catch it in a trash can and pick up loose hairs that missed. My wife bought me one of those hair catcher gown things, thinking it'd be more convenient. It had suction cups at the end; no plungers required. Never used it; it took longer to clean hair out of the gown than it was to just clean up around the sink.
There is also an anti-fog spray I used to use on my paintball mask lenses and dirt bike goggles. It works wonders and you can buy it pretty cheap on the internet.
https://www.amazon.com/Empire-Paintball-Anti-Fog-Lens-Cleaner/dp/B00F2PLHYQ
I used this exact one, but I'm sure most others act similar.
It's still a cheap and hacky method, you wont have much fun with that. If it bothers you that much you can get something like this which does the job much better.
I like. Why stick to the mundane (as long as it it working for you. I hope you smile (or at least chuckle) whenever you must sweep. Do get a dustpan with a long handle (such as this… although I taped it because I didn’t like the pivot).
If it were me I'd get myfire based weed killer and start to light it all up. The plastic will wither and shrink away pretty fast. Then you feel in the gaps with whatever filler you're gonna use.
I'll stick my my urifunnel thank you.
Not a mouth or anything, but Uncle Richard's Dick Soap will suit your needs
Also this Wiener Washer Mouth Soap that I found just now
Iunno, maybe.
I don't actually know how serious these recipes are, but I have seen a woman cook a fairly gross looking and probably plain tasting omelet with semen.
