He opened his black Zoom shirt first but wasn’t nearly as excited, however once he put it on and kept grabbing me by the back of the neck and saying “look at your hero... this man is no GOD!!! He is nothing!!”
And when he was wearing the RF shirt he kept saying “catch me if you can” and then he would shake his hand and pretend to punch it into my heart.
Sorry he never holds it up to the camera lol.
This is a tie-in comic for the event, so presumably the idea is gonna be "here's what these characters whose actors we couldn't get were up to during Crisis".
Amazon listing with synopsis is here, for those interested:

If I could find concept art like this for other characters, I would! But this was pulling from an awesome set of images from the artist Khoa Ho, who made a whole series of them here.
You can buy them on Amazon in the official Flash shop.
This comic highlights one of the enduring characteristics of the Flash family: their relationship with their villains.
Most heroes primarily interact with their foes in an antagonistic way. Luthor forever hates Superman, even when they work together. Batman, though sometimes merciful, keeps his enemies at arm's length, possibly out of fear of becoming too much like them.
But The Flashes... Their Rogues have always been somewhat of an extended family to them. Sure, abusive and hostile at times, but still family. There's a begrudging respect that borders on care. Remember, Cold's Rogues, for all their crime, still had a code that they followed out of respect for Flash. They dished it out but took their lumps when they were beat. And lest we forget the arguably best and most favorite Flash Justice League cartoon clip.
Not fair at all! It airs 8/7c which is 1am for us and then I'm not sure how long it takes to upload on ^^^torrenting sites ^^^sorry ^^^not ^^^sorry but yeah, I think it airs on Sky1 like a week later?
EDIT: I made a countdown for 1 am, not sure if this link works but #yolo.
Don't know if it's been changed now but I wouldn't suggest using Hola. It shouldn't matter too much, but they caused an uproar a year or two ago when people found out that their connections are being used as nodes (other people's connections go through yours), which allows for other people to use your network to do some shady stuffs that you can be held accountable for.
Maybe try a different VPN like Zenmate or Hotspot Shield.
“I’M u/Earthwormjimby and i use the downvote button as a disagree button, WWUUUUUUUHHHHH”
Jokes aside, Here’s why your whole argument is kind of null… it’s not made out of metal. It looks like metal but it’s not.
The suit is composed of silica-based quartz sand fabric. Abrasion resistant. Heat resistant.
I don’t care if you like or don’t like the suit, I care that your reasons you’ve stated aren’t actually considering what the suit is actually made of, as stated in the film.
I found the picture after searching for Reverse Flash pictures. I did a little editing on it to change the colors/lines, but not a ton.
The rest of it is Rainmeter, which opens up a lot of desktop customization options. So, the stuff on the left opens different folders/applications and the stuff on the right monitors the computer.
Can we get some love for John Stewart though?! He is the third green lantern behind Alan Scott and Hal Jordan and thanks to the TV show there is serious debate as to who is more known and beloved.. And If you take into account the fact that we are getting a Hawkgirl show, the CW could really dive into the romance in a way that the Justice league animated series didn't.

I don't know if you read digital, but here's a link to the issue.

You don't see everything they eat and you don't actually track how much you eat. If you really want to know whether you "eat more than most people larger than me" then go here:
Sign up for an account. Get a food scale, track for a week.
A really good comic to read is her Villains Month issue, which gives you the basics of her comic origin. I read this issue about 2 weeks ago and it was pretty damn cool. We don't know what's gonna happen on TV yet, but it might break your heart because Catlin is Frost in the comics.
Comixology is probably your best bet across the board. You can also get older comics as trade paperbacks (a collection of issues bound into one book) from comic book stores for pretty cheap these days. If you're looking for Barry Allen as Flash, you don't need to read every issue of the Flash ongoing, only the parts before and during Crisis on Infinite Earths and then picking up again during Final Crisis/Flash: Rebirth. (Just a warning -- if you haven't read a lot of comics before, it can get really confusing, what with all the reboots and crisis events that the DC multiverse goes through.) Good luck!
I can't recall where I found them, but you can find the original snoo design file as an SVG file. That just means its made of lines and shapes instead of pixels. To edit those I use Inkscape though I'm sure there's other tools available.
In inkscape custom shapes (say a lightning bolt) can be drawn in by points using the "Draw bezier curves and straight lines" on the left, and closing the line by clicking the first point. The "Edit paths by nodes" button on the left will let you select points and make the lines that go through them curvy, or move them. The "Object > Fill and stroke" menu lets you change colours. You can also use multiple layers to make ordering things easier. That's a quick overview, Google's pretty good for finding specific things.
Not particularly. Just a consistent work schedule, an internet connection, and (between my wife and I) half decent time management skills.
That, and we're lucky enough that most of the time in any given week only half of the shows that we keep current with will actually air a new episode for whatever reason. Combine that with our priorities list and the SeriesGuide app for Android, and we're usually able to stay more or less up to date. There are exceptions, of course -- for example, we recently fell behind on Sleepy Hollow due to both of us working late Wednesday nights. Between taking the dog out and a late dinner, we only ever have time for one show that night and Bones is a higher priority. But then last week many of our shows aired their winter finales, so we spent this week catching up.
And sometimes, when the stars align just right, one or more of our friends will fall behind on a mutual show and we'll have them over on a Friday or Saturday night and make a night of catching up. We generally only do this for half-hour comedies like Whose Line or The Simpsons, though. Stuff that you don't really have to watch to "watch", y'know?
There's an actual burrito blanket, if you are curious and want to do some Barry Blanket Burrito cosplay.
Here's a link to the comiXology page, they have a website with a digital reader: https://www.comixology.com/Flashpoint/comics-series/5872
Here's the first one on Amazon, you can buy that physically pretty cheap: http://www.amazon.com/Flashpoint-Geoff-Johns/dp/1401233384
All you really need to read is the first one on the digital list, the rest are side stories. Maybe read one if you find the Flashpoint version of the character interesting?
You can watch with a VPN like ~~Hola or~~ Zenmate. Once installed just set your location to US and you're good to go.
*note to self, make sure you've finished editing before clicking "submit".
I am planning on inking and colouring this but I'm out of ink and its nearly 2AM.

i'm sorry i wanted to speculate too, there are people saying that Wells isn't reverse flash still, and this is what i get.
Nice insult by the way, calling me a retard sure showed me! And i sure care a lot about my karma! w/e i'm just gonna stop here, this isn't worth my or your time

Barry: So oliver guess what, I have a daughter.
Oliver: What. Me too.
https://www.scribd.com/ is pretty awesome. I read a lot of deadpool and spiderman on there. (I know it's not popular to mention "the other guys" but hey...what can I say, I'm a fan of comics in general)
What if the combat was like Super Hot? During when you're standing still and times slows, you could do some combos or something, and then when you move it does them. I dunno, just a thought.

Grabbed a screenshot in case you can't see it.
OP wanted to know if "bad worst episode" was the popular opinion and I only proved it isn't. I didn't actually enjoy the bad parts either, rolled my eyes and sighed throughout them. But numbers are numbers, I don't see why we should discard them because they disagree with our subreddit's top comments.
A VPN is a software that fakes your location by pinging your signal at an american location (or any other country you choose) before sending data to the website page. Try Hola!, very easy to use and works well with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc.
Well, it looks like Barry was the one initiating the hand hold.
You should check with the TV stations if there is a channel that shows The Flash.
You can also buy episodes on Amazon Video, they come out the same day the episode airs but I don't know if it will work in Australia so you should check that out. You can also rent episodes for a cheaper price there. Just $1 for renting an episode in HD, you'll have 14 days if you want to rewatch it, or you pay $3 to buy the episode in HD. Definitely check out the link to see if it's available in Australia.
If you haven't read it yet, I'd highly recommend picking up the book on the right of the picture, too: Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!
Issue #41.
Also, I'm not sure if you have a preference between digital and print versions, but you can find nearly everything Flash-related in digital form on Comixology.
wow I literally just ordered exactly those 3, 2 days ago and I am so excited to binge read them. I was going to get the road the flashpoint as well but I can only find Volume 1 cant find volume 2
Here is what they have. I've read issues #123 and #139. Flash of Two Worlds and the first appearance of Eobard Thawne.
I would suggest trying again. Right now they're doing a mini-event called Convergence, which is meant to be a celebration/mash-up of all their past history while they move their offices from New York to LA.
But next month they're doing a refresh of their line--NOT a reboot, but a bunch of diverse new titles and interesting new status quos for the books sticking on. Plus you can sample a lot of their upcoming stuff for free--from the offering they did for FCBD, Divergence, to the free 8-page original comics acting as prequels for the books.
If you want to understand more about the newspaper at the end of the episode, read Crisis on Infinite Earths. The part about the red skies and the Flash disappearing relate to that. The Wayne/Queen merger is just an awesome little cherry on top.
Also, if you want to learn more general history of the Flash and the death of his mother, I highly recommend you read Flashpoint or watch the animated adaptation, Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. If you know nothing about the Flash going in (which I pretty much didn't), you'll still enjoy it greatly and learn a lot.
Hahahahaha. You know the most popular superhero pairings right now? Stuff like Iron Man/Captain America, Captain America/Winter Soldier, Iron Man/Loki. Hell, even for this show, Barry/Captain Cold is about the same popularity as Barry/Iris.
>but they will stay because they can relate to the characters much better,
You mean women will relate to female characters better? The badly written female characters who women are completely ignoring to pair straight guys together instead? I'm sure they would relate to the female characters better if they were actually decently written. As it is, they would rather imagine themselves as the interesting male characters who go out saving people and getting into fights, rather than the girls who mostly just stay safe waiting for the guys.
Here's stream of thought. Your submission title got me thinking of Laserblast (guy get's an alien weapon that grafts itself to his arm), which came out a bit after Star Wars and starred Kim Milford, who was in Corvette Summer, which was the first movie Mark Hamil starred in following Star Wars.
I guess it depends.
Do you want to read up on the current Flash that the TV series is loosely based on? New 52 is probably a good place to start.
Want original Flash? The Omnibus is a good collection https://www.amazon.com/The-Flash-Omnibus-Vol-1/dp/1401251498
Crisis on Infinite Earths (issue 7 particularly) and Final Crisis (But IMO, Crisis, then Infinite Crisis for a good story, then Final for The Flash) Then Final Crisis: Rogue's Revenge, Then Rebirth and watch Justice league: Flashpoint paradox (or you can read a lot of Flashpoint issues)
Here is a link I found from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Trends-International-Flash-Poster-22-375/dp/B0718WGTNJ/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_201_tr_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=QEHP5P0NCKQX47B0K45T
But you can try to find it on other sites as well.
Oh I don't use one, I just see that as one of the top reasons people give for using one. However, NordVPN and ExpressVPN are CONSTANTLY having promotions on youtube channels I watch. A fantastic example is SuperCarlinBrothers. Just scroll through their last videos until you find a vpn promotion to take advantage of. (Also, if you're a Harry Potter, Disney, or Marvel fan, they have amazing content for those properties)
You know, that's what I've been wondering too. I felt like Hola fucking stabbed me in the back and I think ZenMate has no reason to be any more safer. There's a saying about free lunches.
What I do is that I disable the whole extension whenever I'm not using it (go to Chrome settings and actually disable it, not just the "off" button on the Zenmate extension itself).
Which one though? Looking back at PS5 memes, closest I've been able to find is the PHICOMM K3C AC 1900, but that's from 2017.
The Zotac Nen Steam Machine is from 2015, but doesn't have the curves.
It may just be pieces of paper around a regular black router.
Copy-and-Pasted :P
As we know Flash can time travel with his connection to speed force, that implies he is faster than speed of light which is 670616629 miles per hour.
But how fast??
In superman comic 709, Barry says that he can perceive events that last less than a attosecond.
What is the duration of a attosecond ?
Attosecond is the quintillion of a second . In other words attosecond is a second to a second what a second is to about 31.7 billion years. In a duration of attosecond, light manages to move from one molecule end to other (light circles earth 7.5 times in a second}
Well 12 attosecond is the current shortest measurable period of time.
So now you know that Flash is FREAKING FAST.
It's one of the first issues of Injustice Year One. https://www.comixology.com/Injustice-Gods-Among-Us-2013-Vol-1/digital-comic/51529?ref=c2VhcmNoL2luZGV4L2Rlc2t0b3Avc2xpZGVyTGlzdC90b3BSZXN1bHRzU2xpZGVy
If you like Reverse-Flash you should read this Flashpoint tie-in Flashpoint: Reverse Flash. It's really good and focuses on Reverse-Flash. You'll also recognize some stuff in it from Season 1 on the show. Strongly recommend it. You can read it before Flashpoint because it ends right where Flashpoint begins sort of.
Season 1 is on Netflix. I'm watching it on BluRay. You can buy the whole season on Amazon Video as well. Probably other streaming services that has it too.
The LAD Bible are all over themselves. With a description of "It is no longer just a website, but an integral part of every day life for most lads." on their Alexa page, I'm not surprised they don't consider themselves bullies.
Did I mention they steal content? Its just the Reddit front page two hours later.
Worked for me last week. But had to watch it with ads today. Personally i don't mind it since USA ads seem kinda interesting. Maybe try CW app, dunno if it has ads there or not.
Arrow Green Arrowverse - Unique Design Phone Case Cover for iPhone 12 & iPhone 11 & All of Other Phones - Customize https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0976RKY7T/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_a_N1ATG831WX63KPZMA58N. Do something like this but for the flash.
> Do I need to read Flashpoint as I've already seen the Flashpoint Paradox movie?
You don't NEED to but I highly recommend it. I saw the movie before reading the book but as is usually the case, there are some details in the book that are not in the movie.
As for which series to start reading first, I would recommend the Geoff Johns one that leads up to Flashpoint. Seems like a good place to start since you're familiar with Flashpoint, and it's a short read.
As for the New 52 series, I haven't read it myself so I can't really say much. I've hear it's great and the art is beautiful. If you're bored with I'd say give the other series a try and come back to this one later. I'm sure it'll pick up in due time.
I'm on a big spiderman kick right now, They have pretty much the entire ultimate spiderman 1-160 on there, they have a lot of big marvel events like Secret Warriors and Civil War. Sadly no DC...But IDW and a few other great comic companies have their stuff on there.
I've been reading comics for a long time so for some comics it's easy to just hop right in, others you might want to start from the beginning.
You can actually browse their collection before you join. https://www.scribd.com/books/Comics
Lots of the comics have multiple volumes within them so you can read a whole series.
I can't promise anything on the quality and I don't know how good my voice sounds because of the obvious bias with the whole "voice being different in recordings than the one you hear" thing, but here.
If you want me to upload these in a video, I can, but I figured it's easier to just post the links for now.
https://www.speakpipe.com/voice-recorder/msg/un19xr7rizjr7su7 - an excerpt from The Eve of the War from War of the Worlds

Then Wells would be a good guy. Honestly, so could Eobard. I LIKE this theory!
It would be like wakfu. It has one of the best villains ever, and in a freaking cartoon. The American dub is aweful, but if you can get past that or find a subbed version, it's totally worth it.
The server might be blocked, have you tried other ones? Been onto Surfshark VPN for quite a while now. Since they are not widely known, Netflix seems to let them go though the radar unnoticed.
Been using Windscribe for the past while, pretty good speeds, generous free options (up to 10gb/month which is more than enough) and as with many paid vpns that have free plans like this they don't use your data at least as far as I can tell, course you can always disable the plugin when you're not using it to be sure. Also doubles as an adblocker which with cwtv.com (and other tv sites) comes in pretty handy, to those that know cw blocks people that use adblockers Windscribe's isn't one of them thankfully.
FYI - the soundtrack, including that song is on Amazon.
It's by Keckosh which Tom's manager is involved with... They also did the "Reverse Flash" shirt he's worn to other events.
It's by Keckosh which Tom's manager is involved with... They also did the "Reverse Flash" shirt he's worn to other events.
It's on the DC Universe service, so the cheapest legal digital option would be to start a free trial, read it, then cancel.
If you prefer physical comics, it's on Amazon for $20, but I'd check your local libraries for it before buying it.
It doesn't apply fully though. Arrow, and Legends Of Tomorrow aren't available on Netflix anymore, at least not in Canada. You have to get Crave if you want to see those. Which means to watch all four Arrowverse shows you have to have Netflix AND Crave or to pay for a VPN to access US Netflix. If you do want a VPN that'll work for US Netflix, ExpressVPN works well. The server I use is Los Angeles 3. It's been working consistently for me for months. If you use US Netflix you can then watch ALL four of the shows in the same place, up to last season. But if you want current episodes of the shows you're unfortunately out of luck unless you watch them on TV either live or with a DVR recorded. Or you can download the episodes on a torrent site weekly and watch them that way. That's what I tend to do since there's no way to easily watch the episodes for me. I am paying for cable, but we only have one box, and it doesn't currently have the channels for the Arrowverse shows and getting them would be expensive, unfortunately. I would like to see Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl get a deal like The Flash has though! I really wish services like Netflix could just have consistent programming across different countries though. It sucks how I have to go out of my way and pay extra money to a VPN company just to have access to more than 1 countries Netflix. And even then, outside of the US most of the other country servers I've tested with ExpressVPN don't work on Netflix. Netflix is not a great service for most VPN's these days. They block most of them. ExpressVPN and NordVPN are two of the only ones I've seen working before recently. And ExpressVPN is just the more consistent one though it has fewer servers and costs a bit more.
Late reply but I wouldn't use Hola.. there were several threads about it in the last few days all over reddit. Alternative is Zenmate but unfortunately it has only US and Germany as Netflix countries but in the paid version there are more.
So I'd suggest . It's the best. There is a free trial to try out and it has all the countries, also it's considerably faster.
Unfortunately no :( but to be honest if you have more interests in American TV outside of The Flash it might be worth picking up the Hulu Plus subscription for 8USD. I'm not sure what Unlocator costs.
Nice find! I didn’t know it was an actual shirt with a a 1984 date at the end. I bet it’s just a coincidence.
For anyone wondering, here is the link to the shirt
Don't know if you were interested in that Khaki one as well but I think I found one like it for a decent price!
This'll do! While you're on it, you might want to order this too.
Here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0027BP0IW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If I had to get a different pair (because those are high heels), I'd probably get these: https://www.amazon.com/Funtasma-Pleaser-Halloween-Captain-100-Brown/dp/B001AH60BU/ref=sr_1_3?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1477108369&sr=1-3&nodeID=7141123011&keywords=brown+captains+boot
Yeah, I was thinking one of those may be better, but I'm not sure. Do you mind taking some pictures once it comes in? I'm still within the return period of this one.
As for the belt, have you seen this one? https://www.amazon.com/Lightning-Cosplay-Costume-Accessory-Season/dp/B01EWWY7OQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1477194949&sr=8-1&keywords=flash+belt
It's for Barry, but Jay Garrick (the real Jay Garrick) wears a similar belt.
It's in stock on Amazon for $9.95 and free shipping with prime (physical copy):
You can even have it in your mailbox tomorrow for an extra cost (at least for me).
> I have no proper hobbies (like science)
Go do yourself a favor and borrow/buy a Horrible Science book. Also, borrow or buy (it's Horribly Famous instead of Dead Famous now though) http://www.amazon.com/Albert-Einstein-Inflatable-Universe-Famous/dp/0439992168 since most of it is about relativity, which has a lot to do with light and time-travel.
To get to know the Barry Allen I grew up with I'd go with: The Life Story of the Flash
It is a mix of prose and comic book storytelling by Mark Waid. It goes through Barry's life and history and is very much Waid's love letter to the character. It is amazing. And it introduces a lot of the Barry Allen plot elements except for one major one I'll get to later. It does reveal the reason why Professor Zoom, the Reverse Flash hated Barry Allen so much.
The fun thing about this book is that it was shown first inside the comic. It was a really nice tag at the end of the next storyline I'm going to recommend.
Also by Mark Waid, check out The Return of Barry Allen
Wally West is the Flash, but due to some post Crisis issues, he can only top out at the speed of sound. Suddenly one day amidst crime fighting, it appears, hope beyond hope that Barry Allen has returned. This is the storyline that made Jay Garrick relevant again, brought former All-Star Squadron hero Johnny Quick back to the present and introduced the Zen Master of speed, Max Mercury (fka Quicksilver, but that name has been taken since his last appearance).
Hopefully all this Mark Waid goodness will give you a bit more insight on how us comic book fans adore this character. To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if Berlanti's not a Waid Flash fan or at least influenced by him.
As far as New 52 goes, it's a good story, but that's not the Barry I grew up with. Fortunately tho, I've been a DC Comic fan long enough to be able to roll with alternate earths. That being said, the Flash TV show had me worried because Barry Allen is my all-time favorite superhero. But they have handled him wonderfully.
They're usually paperbacks. However, those "volumes" are actually collected story arcs (like six, seven issues). And even the volume 1 of the omnibus won't contain every issue from the Barry Allen years (which is Vol. 1, issues 105-350).
Important to know: there are two meanings to the word "volume": there is publication volume (The Flash Volume 1, in this case, is every issue from 1940 to 1985, even though it was called Flash Comics until issue 104, and The Flash from 105 onwards), and the "volumes" they actually sell, which are collected issues from a specific story arc.
Basically, this as well as the money it would cost are the reasons I "acquired" the Flash comics by other means.
My question was more, if I bought this one, would it look good on a bookshelf? Does it have a spine? I have tons of manga on shelves, and I don't want to get these if they're more like magazines.
I bought this one off amazon.
I'm still waiting on shipment so I cant give it a review yet.
So, uh, no one knows how to perform an Amazon search...?
http://www.amazon.com/Flash-Original-Soundtrack-Score/dp/B013R4QRRA/
It's coming out on October 16th.
http://www.amazon.com/Arrow-Season-Original-Soundtrack-Score/dp/B013R4QU7W/
The Arrow S3 soundtrack will be released the same day.
Ok, then I'd go for the new Flash omnibus. Only the first volume has been released so far(I'm sure with the popularity of the show they will continue to release more) but it starts at Barry's origin and his first 30 appearances covering the first appearance of the majority of his villans and Wally West. Although Jay Garrick was the first Flash, Barry and his stories are what has set the tone for the modern conception of The Flash. And the art of Carmine Infantino was revolutionary at the time, with many of his techniques for drawing The Flash still being the standard used today And his designs continue to be the base for the majority of the characters.
They're my personal favorite Flash stories, fun and interesting reads, mainly one-shot stories as opposed to the longer arcs that are common today. .
It is currently on sale on Amazon:
Found it on Amazon for $19: here (released May 20).
If you want to start at the beginning you could buy the new Flash Omnibus that begins at the start of Barry's original run. With all respect to Jay Garrick, the modern idea of Flash begins with Barry. I believe it's on sale on Amazon.
