I'm seeing some vague claims about smashed windows and the like, but nothing that suggests that people in antifa are "more radicalized" than neonazis. Also, nothing suggesting that people in antifa have murdered anyone, whereas we have documented evidence of white supremacists murdering protesters using ISIS-like tactics.

“The source said Yildirim went to a health clinic a while ago seeking an abortion, but health workers told her she was 14 weeks pregnant and abortion was not an option. In Turkey, abortion is allowed during the first 10 weeks of pregnancy, after which it is permitted only to save the life or health of the mother or in cases of fetal impairment, Human Rights Watch said. At her hearing, Yildirim said she doesn't want to keep the baby and that she is ready to die, the source said. I can point you to several rapists that have gotten less than a few months or even less than a month for violent rape.
She didn't accuse anyone specific so she only ended up wasting police resources. It was a first offense and non violent. Probation is absolutely normal for this case.
There lots of examples available on google.
Here is one paper with quite a few references: https://www.academia.edu/483649/Gangs_in_the_Military_Forces_conspire_to_make_gangs_a_worldwide_threat
However, I’m mostly speaking from my experience as a military investigator where I worked several of these types of cases.
A bat probably isn't the greatest idea though, too big to put under the seat and would be hard to explain, although taking a ball would help the story.
Cold Steel makes the "Tire Boss" for "checking your tire pressure", although I don't know how likely that story would be believable.
Another great option is a Maglite. They're definitely not the greatest flashlights (shameless plug for r/flashlight) but a 4D cell Maglite would certainly make a good club, and nobody would question why you have it.
If you have tempered glass, a bat might not do anything at all, in which case you would need an actual glass breaker.

As someone who has suffered from chronic tinnitus for years, this is basically useless. It works for twenty minutes. Do you think I'm going to spend one minute out of every twenty thumping the back of my head? I won't do it in public for sure, it'll look like I'm trying to silence the voices in my head.
Sure, it's a cool comment, and for people who have occasional tinnitus maybe it works, but mine never goes away.

I could go on and on and on and on. There is overwhelming evidence. Don't worry more indictments coming. I cannot wait because Flynn has already flipped on Kushner and he is next. Trump's son in law is going to get charged because he his a criminal along with the rest of administration. The FBI interviewed him and his lawyers let him thinking it would mitigate liability. The FBI were just seeing if Kushner would lie to them though, and he absolutely did. Like he has repeatedly already. See you in prison!!! Criminal administration to the highest levels!!!! We all know Pence and Trump knew about it too. They are next. Enjoy!

>The whole "ask for a lawyer" business is kind of overstated. The only thing a lawyer will advise you is to not say another word to the police. That's the entirety of the benefit of calling a lawyer. (Also, in circumstances where it's not clear that you've been detained/arrested, the lawyer will instruct you to ask the police if you can leave, and if offered the chance, to do so).
>
>Edit: you should still call a lawyer, because you're always better off with advice tailored to your situation than without it. I'm just pointing out it won't stop the police from asking the questions.
James Duane of the famous Don't Talk to the Police video recommends in his book You Have the Right to Remain Innocent that you should explicitly ask for a lawyer instead of pleading the fifth. He cites a supreme court decision that makes it so the fifth amendment no longer has the protections it used to have. Explicitly stating you want a lawyer and then remaining silent is your best option.

Ten weeks seems like a bit of a tight window, but I guess it's defensible, though it's not unusual for women to realize they're pregnant until after that window has passed. What's not defensible is rape, particularly repeated rape plus extortion, and killing and beheading people, for vengeance, "restoration of honor" or other reasons.
Yeah, I too and thinking these factors likely have a correlational, not a causal relation.
Antisocial personality disorder is the diagnosis that likely lines up with this behavioural outcome, but there aren't medications administered to treat that directly (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/antisocial-personality-disorder/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20353934).
DSM V doesn't have specific anger-related disorder, which can either be seen as anger issues bring less important than other criteria or as a shortcoming of the system.
Either way, it seems unlikely the medication (which must be administered to treat a specific, diagnosed clinical disorder) has a strong, direct relation to this behaviour.
I'm not sure what the legal term for that is, but entrapment is "the action of luring an individual into committing a crime in order to prosecute the person for it"

That's because you don't actually understand what freedom of speech means. Freedome of speech is the freedom to say your beliefs without government persecution. School is not the government, the overriding duty of the school is to provide a safe and inclusive environment to all it's students to ensure education needs are met. The school is free to decide how that duty is carried out. freedom of speech does not protect you from the social concequences of your actions. They have not been punished by the government through legal action, which means their right to freedom of speech has not been violated
That's not what you claimed.
She didn't recur to the police to accuse him before killing him. The justice system didn't had a chance to act on her case.
>you are saying that the trans woman is being deception simply by presenting as a woman.
i said withholding information (that are expected to change consent) are the issue. and these will differ for people as that have different values. it doesn't matter what you do specifically, the important part is that information would change consent. Just like in business fraud.
but yes its deception. cambridge dictionary: >deception noun
> /dɪˈsep.ʃən/ US /dɪˈsep.ʃən/ > the act of hiding the truth, especially to get an advantage
the act of hiding the truth that you are a (trans)man, especially to get an advantage (solicit consent for sex)
And what about the rights of the other person ? for example what if for religious reason they believe they won't go into heaven for gay sex? or live in a social environment that condemns homosexualty?
all the person had to do is say what's up... sure its sucks that it will mean a lot of rejections. but that's life, just like with other stuff like you need to respect that others might step away. Its wrong to hide stuff be it a risk for bodily harm like hiding a disease (herpes, aids) or psychological harm. you need to respectful of others, or face the consequences. (in an appropriate way, by law, not murder or vigilante justice etc)

If that's the case, why didn't the dog bite the cop after the cop shoot himself. On the ground, holding his leg, he'd be an easy target.
> the police officer shot himself while drawing his handgun, it doesn’t mean his intention was to shoot the dog immediately, maybe just have it out in case while he backed away.
Someone from the sheriffs office said:
> In defense of himself, he shot, or fired, one round at the dog, and inadvertently shot himself.^[1]
So he was trying to shoot the dog, according to the police department.
A 2012 formal report from the U.S. Department of Justice's Community Oriented Policing Services, The Problem of Dog-Related Incidents and Encounters, advises that:
> shooting a dog should always be the option of last resort. The safety of fellow officers and bystanders is put at risk in such situations, and when a law enforcement officer shoots a dog that does not constitute a serious threat, community trust is eroded and the department is opened to potential lawsuits and other legal action.

Yup I knew you’d try that. Again misinformation. That Iink shows the current death rate with ALL the safeguards being implemented. It doesn’t show the mortality rate of the virus.
Here look at this https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/data/state-timeline from the same website. This shows the death rate of states when they opened, which predictably is the death rate. What you need to be looking for is the MORTALITY rate of the virus, which is the total number of deaths divided over the sum of the total number of RESOLVED cases plus death cases and THATS how you get the mortality rate.
Here https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6 I’ll update with the actual mortality rate in a few.
I know a 32 minute podcast on why people say "The thing is Is" and the reason for "Mine's is ..." could be similar?
The short version is just like with blending words like "breakfast and lunch" giving you "brunch" you can also blend entire clauses and when that happens sometimes if you on the fly switch the way you structure the syntax of the sentence subconsciously then the two "is" get left next to each other.
So you can say "The problem is he can't sing..." and "This is the problem - he can't sing..." but if you start with the first phrase and switch after "the problem is" to the second phrase "is he can't sing" then what you end up with is "'The problem is' 'is he can't sing'".
Applying that to this situation I think the cop might be thinking at the same time "Mine's not" and "This is real" or something along those lines. So if he subconsciously restructures those sentences to mirror the syntax of what the robber is saying, "It's fake! It's fake", mid-sentence after saying "Mine's" it comes out as "Mine's is real".

Probably want to use a burner phone as well. Then ya, you might be able to get away with it until they shut your account.
Here's a phone that delivers a shock but I don't know if it's the one in the clip. Here's a clip of a prank with a similar phone. but can't be sure if it's just fake click bait rubbish.
I'd do something more insidious to be honest.
Find his bedroom and throw a spotlight at it that turns on at night, full brightness.
Throw mint seeds and noxious weeds into his backyard.
Buy a few of these and put them around his property.
Buy a small computer, put in a wireless card and an antenna, and use Kismet to get his wifi password. Would take a couple of weeks I'm sure, but get access to devices and maaaaybe put in some files that law enforcement would be supremely interested in.
SWAT him from one a virtual phone #.
Don't fuck with beloved pets and hide behind the thin blue line.
One time it really saved the day- my friend had her car broken into and the thief broke the tip of small screwdriver in the key hole. I was able to get out after a minute of fiddling, whereas the locksmith quoted her $100 just to come out.
My car key is also attached to a magnet, so when I'm home they both just stick together on a metal corner of a wall. Now I never lose them around the house lol
I'll attach a cheap metal survival card if I can't have a pocket knife (concerts/ shows). Also useful for holding a couple business cards/ cash to my wallet without putting them "inside". Canada is cool because they have magnetic loonies and toonies.

If I'm taking out screws, but I'm not at home, it'll hold onto them.

When I just need to check if something is ferrous or not.
If I ever get struck by lightning I hope it'll help me get Magneto superpowers.
Tbh I just really really like magnets and they're handy to have around! I don't use the one on my wallet every day but every now and then someone will need one and I'll say "hey! I've got a magnet". I keep 5 or so in my work bag, but the one in my car lifts ~700lbs.
A single VPN could be found to be copying all logs literally to China. "Else I am being scammed by my VPN and should find a new one." What does NordVPN have to do with anything? Because it's popular on YouTube ads and you did a google search?
Not all VPNs are the same. And I can pull 0day full access exploits for your OS too. You have not demonstrated anything because you would have to discredit the act of using a VPN. All VPNs. Not just the ones that log. Not just the ones that are poorly reviewed or had a security issue. Ever. All VPNs.
Do you think it is more difficult to "generate an HTTPS certificate that enabled the attackers to perform man-in-the-middle attacks to intercept the communications" on a unencrypted internet connection than an encrypted one?
On October 21, 2019, a security researcher disclosed on Twitter a server breach of NordVPN involving a leaked private key.[78][79][80] The cyberattack granted the attackers root access, which was used to generate an HTTPS certificate that enabled the attackers to perform man-in-the-middle attacks to intercept the communications of NordVPN users.
This is exactly the type of potential risk i was talking about. I'm not going to sit here and do you research for you and review every single VPN provider that exists. You clearly have no idea how VPN works, and the risk you're running by entrusting the entirety of your traffic and data to a company you know nothing about that might exist outside of the jurisdiction of your own country, that doesn't have to follow any laws. you think Comcast is evil, you think the US government is evil, good luck dealing with a company headquarted in Panama to avoid having to comply to any law.
Here’s a link to a picture of one.

It’s got a weird sliding slat thing in the center that blocks any attempts of clearing the back half of the roof.
It’s bolted through the roof of the car, so removing it would leave 8 very large holes in the roof
Just some facts I wanted to drop in:

Windows cracked at least triple the amount necessary for a near-neutral temperature differential. It sure as hell looks to me like the dog had water - maybe even multiple sources. The owner even had a Chewy box inside the car - clearly they give a shit, as Chewy is basically the most expensive place you can get the nicest shit available for your animals.
And most importantly: the video was very obviously and conspicuously cut off and turned back on - twice. Good shots of inside the car are not available. If that pupper had water and a shady spot to escape direct sun (he absolutely did), he was 100% fine, and that's a fact.
I'm not making this shit up. I would never in a million years put any animal in danger - on the contrary, I've pulled dogs out of cars in parking lots myself twice. But in this case? This video and the rationale is suspect as hell.
If she was speaking the truth, there is absolutely an overwhelming injustice. It absolutely pains and disgusts me there's countries where rapists can get away with their crimes.
However, if you murder and behead a person, you have done a far worse crime both legally and morally. Both in a functional country, and a broken one.
And even if you are in support of death penalty, and even if this woman had bothered reporting this crime to the authorities rather than murdering him to "clean her honor", and even if the man had been taken to a court, and even if the man had been sentenced to death in that court - there is no way, in absolutely any way shape or form, that you can justify shooting someone ten times in the chest and then beheading them.
She is a far bigger monster than him, even if what she said is true.
It's definitely not justice served imo. I was not defending her actions, just pointing out the facts. Sadly she never reported it, according to the article I read.
Gramarly does say all the time that I use more unique words than 60-80% of Gramarly users so I would hope that my English is quite good. 😤
Despite Moldova being a poor country, our internet speed is great, "Moldova ranked 53rd in the world for mobile speeds and 50th for fixed broadband speeds during April 2020."
And when you have internet, you have the world at your fingertips, including anime. Plus we had a bunch of anime on TV when I was a kid. Over the years, I also became interested in the Jpanese food and culture, Korean and Chinese too.
Yes, you're right, Moldova borders Romania and Ukraine. You have pretty good knowledge of geography. Well done 😄👍Most people wouldn't know this.
The band met once with the current president who is a highly controversial figure among anyone who considers themselves democrats and or liberals or liberal-democrats, as he was accused many times of not having the country's best interests at heart, to put it lightly. He's kind of like a communist Trump in a way, but better dressed. Has the smile of a con artist and self-serving a-hole too.
In the uk, it's exactly the same but made by ford.
I get the Vauxhall/Chevrolet thing, as there's no Vauxhall in the US. Ford is though. Odd.
>>Sexual abuse occurred in foster homes at a rate of 5.23 indicated reports per 1000 children in care.
That's in a heavily monitored grouping.
That's well BELOW the median rate.
So, tell me more about how he's right and I'm wrong.
You've clearly done a ton of research on the topic.
No, merriam-Webster is the first result for me. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/racism
Even if you can find dictionary definitions that don't define it a certain way, ignoring all the ones that define it differently and insisting a word only has one meaning, the one you happen to like, is ignorant.
> Why are you subscribed to this sub then?
I haven't read it for quite a while, only came to this one because it hit the front pages.
> This sub is often about people going outside of the law to give people what they deserve.
It is sort of implied by the word "Justice." Why not post the other type to r/VengeanceServed - which I find actualy exists, but nothing in it, so far.
Anyway, I fail to see how this particualr video fulfills rule 1.
My HOA is just the two Lawyers in my neighborhood. No secretary, no file cabinet, they use NextDoor.com to send messages and they take their laptops to the meetings. Everyone was pissed because the pool was closed in 2020 but they explained legally why they couldnt open it and everyone was cool. Nothing about social services has ever come up. If those lawyers called social services for someone they would not be doing it as an HOA board member, they would just be doing it as a human being. WHY DO YOU THINK THIS IS THE HOAs RESPONSIBILITY?
I'd still prefer my packages to be delivered badly to a post office than to my porch.. our Postal system is universally hated and loses packages all the time, so you are not alone. Trust pilot gives them a score of 1.3/5 .. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/moms.postnord.se
I think you can transfer your shares without selling them all. DONT SELL GME. KEEP HOLDING.
this is not justice. Justice is when an evil get the time to think about his life and life choices he made in isolation. We have a nice place here in Russia - Black Dolphin https://youtu.be/5bYuMibFyqg?t=100 and it's common here to torture people even in average prisons https://meduza.io/en/feature/2018/07/20/video-leaks-showing-russian-prison-guards-torturing-an-inmate-in-yaroslavl
Teasing and Bullying, lack of a support system in schools, coaching staff may not be trained in ASL, etc. Hell, most things (tangible and intangible) are made without the deaf in mind.
https://www.huffpost.com/entry/deaf-discrimination-the-f_b_7790204
You can find great examples of schools and communities that are welcoming to the deaf community, but that's not the norm.
Do you? I don’t believe they can freely search private DNA companies’ databases. They need a subpoena or search warrant, which is absolutely not free.
It's a fetish for older business men to have a thing for girls in school uniform. Unfortunately it seemed common from what this BBC documentary showed. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p04t0h2b/stacey-dooley-investigates-young-sex-for-sale-in-japan
Careful with this link guys, Web of Trust seems to believe that this link tracks your information. Although I fear I'm a bit too late for this.

Idling for a car is useless and even worse for you car than just driving it...
Do you know what punctuation is? Punctuation tells your readers when a sentence ends and a new sentence begins.
Hey, did you know that you should use a comma after an interjection to indicate a natural pause in your speech?

Lets see:
90% of white americans in 1943 would rather have lost the war than end segregation

Being homosexual was so out of line people literally didnt know it existed
Mixed race marriage was outlawed
Most americans, white or black, were against jews in general. Look at what president truman had to say about the israeli lobby
He also was none too fond of blacks
Fdrs japanese concentration camps
Eisenhower starved nearly about half a million german POWs (including civilians) after the war ended, an international war crime
The KKK had one of the highest per capita volunteerism rates of any organization in america
Reflect on yourself and your heritage.
Check your facts. Disney can’t use Brock Adams photo as any kind of endrsement without his consent. If you are going to use a person’s image for commercial usage - ie tie their image to endorsing your product or service then you can get sued. https://pixabay.com/en/blog/posts/public-domain-images-what-is-allowed-and-what-is-4/
If you explicitly ask someone not to film/photograph you and they are specifically doing so you might have an argument. You'd probably have to take them to court though since attempting to confiscate their property against their will could lead to assault, theft charges.
