I’m a novice compared to a lot of folks on here. But, I’ve been diving in deep the past few months. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned. You say I know stuff - look at my flair - I get confused sometimes haha.
Nano oil: So, if you’re looking for nano oil, know it’s most expensive on amazon. It’s cheapest on eBay and other places. It generally shouldn’t be that expensive.
Many say the best oil is KPL. Knife pivot lube. Available on amazon for $14. It’s the best for washer based knives. Whereas, nano oil is sometimes best for bearing based knives.
My recommendation for strops will follow this post. I got my strop from someone here on reddit and it’s great. Apply compound and when it gets grey with metal clean the strop with a pink eraser.
Lastly, when it comes to sharpening: I use a sharpmaker to maintain my knives. Unless I buy a used knife that’s super dull, this is all I ever need. A knife shouldn’t get dull enough to be reprofiled, I think.
But, if I do need to reprofile, I use a lanksy system. I’ve got the standard kit but added a course and extra course diamond to help reprofile hard steels like super steels. The luxury solution (in my opinion) is a KME system. It’s too much to go into to discuss sharpening further than a device.

They are for a 4mm driver, not standard 1/4 inch, but you can get an adapter.
I’m sorry to hear that! Not particularly helpful, but I want to note that almost always when I strip a screw, it’s a sure sign I need to replace my driver. Also, for something as small as a T6, the driver manufacturer tolerances are really crucial, so I recommend wiha or wera. Since using those, I don’t think I’ve stripped a screw.
I do have some stripped screw remover tools, though I’m not sure if I’ve ever used one on such a small screw. Several months is quite an exaggeration, usually takes 2-3 weeks. Expensive knives in the $150 range can sometimes come in half that time because they use better shipping options.

Blade is somewhat scratched and the BM and Osborne logos are kinda worn, but the action is good. Deassisted, includes the spring though.

I had the same thing happen when I tried to use nano-oil on a microtech. Something in the oil reacted with whatever microtech uses at the factory. Just turned into a mis-firing sludge-fest. Total garbage, had me panicking a bit at first. I just dumped a bunch of Isopropyl alcohol in the knife, shook it up, dumped it out, and repeated until it was clean. It should start working better right after that. Only oil you want to use on a microtech is RemOil, Super light weight. Stuff is excellent, cheap, and it will last forever! The bottle I mean. Don't need much, it goes a long way, 3-4 drop is usually more than sufficient. I usually put a drop on each side of both sides of the blade. Fire the knife a few times and good to go. Little compressed air will help get it down in there without having to soak it. You should not need to take apart the knife very often, a flush will usually work great. I'm a "take my shit apart guy" though so I get it. 😉 Good luck sorting out the knife, looks like a sweet one!

If whoever buys this can't get it done it by fitting it to a bit, I recently discovered the magic of these very small screw extractors which helped me get a much smaller stripped screw free from a ZT scale. I don't even have a drill press, was able to get it done with a drill and a small vise (clamps would probably work just as well). Helps that ZT is so quick to send out spare screws!

Did you buy it from a dealer? If not, it is used. And A is A, there isn't anything better unless you are making some sort of claim about it being better than new and unused, which you aren't even sure of. If you don't know its history, you cannot make specific claims about it and you normally cannot tell the difference between a B and A graded blade just by looking.
Also, it doesn't normally come in bubble wrap.
And you can buy a new one for about $180 from Amazon, and I never saw a dealer list it at $200.

I think for knives without pricing reference points, 90-80% of retail for A condition is fair. 80-70% for B, 70-60% for C.
And I have seen Opuses at 115 with no tax from dealers before. I am not trying to be rude, but you would have a much better chance of selling if you drastically lowered your price. Maybe it isn't worth selling then for you though.

M390, CF, titanium. Only version of them I've seen. I've never seen a $260 TwoSun outside of their integrals.
I totally get what ya mean, man. It's a slippery slope for sure lol. I'll definitely keep an eye out for your upcoming anodizing projects! If you look around, you can pretty easily find some thin guaged sheets of titanium that you could cut up into sections and try out different stuff that way. Or if you prefer to practice on a knife, the CRKT Jettison is a good one to check out!

You'll want a DC 0-120v variable power supply. There are some 1 amp models on Amazon that go for about ~~$120~~ $150. They will get you the entire range of colors.
Color is dependent on a few variables. But the biggest is voltage. Green is considered the hardest to get since it's at the 95-98v range.
The 1amp variant is a great intro to it but can struggle depending how much titanium surface area you are trying to anodize.

I got this band for my Apple Watch and really like it. It’s not been impervious to scratches, but it’s been abused banging up against equipment and machinery. It still looks very good. Seems comparable to something many times as expensive.
