I'm sorry but the definition of Transgender does not agree with that interpretation. People who identify as gender neutral, genderfluid, etc. all fall under that category. We have a gender neutral flair on this sub for a reason. is respecting pronouns as directly urgent as preventing murder? No, but advocating for basic respect of these people's identities is a good step in convincing the general public "Hey, maybe we shouldn't kill these innocent people".
It doesn't matter if they think you're straight, they'll be proven wrong when you get a bf
Also, you could try to incorporate a bi flag onto your outfit/backpack. Make/buy a patch or a bracelet. Or get a bisexual hoodie/shirt (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GWMN17J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_t7CWCbVHRJ17S)

She also does a lot of other pride pendants in different styles! I’m ordering the trans one next...I have a bit of a shopping addiction
"Somehow, she actually believed me"
Bigotry has actually been linked to lower intelligence, so it's not surprising They don't know how the world works, so they'll believe just about anything if you say it confidently enough.

Just do half age plus 7 on their age to see if you're below their limit.
Alternately, use this where your age is the x-axis and their age is the y-axis and the shaded region is acceptable.
This was taken from the end of one of Childish Gambinos songs, the poem was titled Grace, but I edited it to make it a bit more fitting, Enjoy :)
Oh shit I love this stuff.
If they have the controls outside of your computer, like on the router, a VPN should be enough to get past it. I would recommend ProtonVPN's free tier. Most other free VPNs either are garbage or sell your data, so I would steer clear of them.
If it is on the browser or an extension to one, install another one, either Chrome or Firefox.
If it is on the computer itself, it is a little more complicated. You might have to install another operating system. You could try Tails, though the setup is somewhat complicated and you might need to read a how-to on it.. Tails gets you TOR, a super powerful browser that even states like China can't block and leaves no trace on the computer after you reboot it. It does need a spare USB stick or two with 8GB of storage though.
If you are concerned about phones, the only way that iPhones can have parental controls that I am aware of are through configuration profiles which can be removed with only the lockscreen password. (External filtering not withstanding) I'm not as sure about Androids but I'd bet there is a way to remove them. Neither IOS or Android allow screen recording without a huge notification as far as i'm aware. Getting an old phone or a spare computer can also help evade the on-device parental controls, but will do little to the router controls.
If they do decide to use the software and you find out, as long as you feel comfortable with it I would encourage having a discussion with them as to why they feel they need to do it and how you might be able to get them to remove it.
Now I think about it, I don't know of anyone being gay at my school either. I'm planning on coming out at the start of the next (last) schoolyear (in a week D:). I will be the only gay in town!
^^^^Notice ^^^^that ^^^^double ^^^^smiley+parentheses ^^^^smartness ^^^^I ^^^^got?
I have had a friend say this is a good option but I haven't bought any flags from them myself.
:D
I had a dream once where I went on a date with a guy and I was wearing those really cute women’s hoodies that I’m not allowed to buy but desperately want and I cried when I woke up cause I wanted to stay in the dream
Its the pebble time round. The company went under a while ago so its hard to get them, amazon used to sell them but not this specific model anymore.

I'm personally partial to the pebble time round though, which is similar but SUPER slim, round, more fem in general, and looks like an actual cute watch not a piece of tech. the non-round one has better waterproofing and a 5 day battery instead of a 2 day one though(although it charges so quickly that I just stick it on the charger while im in the shower and it mostly charges it up)

Here's a link to the PTR, which amazon surprisingly still has in stock.

check out /r/pebble for more info. The company was bought by fitbit so to use the app you have to use rebble which is explained in the subreddit. works fine for me though.
Do what I did: keep quiet about it, act like it was just a phase, use a VPN for any secretive materials (I recommend Betternet) and then move out as soon as you possibly can! Definitely lean on trusted friends and adults whenever possible and remember: your safety goes above their desire to know your love life.
Not too sure, to be quite honest. It is a British programme. You could always just watch it on the 4OD website. It will be region locked, but there's extensions for Chrome such as Hola or Zenmate which get around those. That is, if you are genuinely interested in seeing it.
All good, all good. I personally found the lesbian masterdoc very helpful. Maybe you might want to give it a read and just flip the genders around? I don’t think there’s anything in there that’s actually specific to lesbians that wouldn’t also apply to gay men. Here’s the link: https://www.docdroid.net/N46Ea3o/copy-of-am-i-a-lesbian-masterdoc-pdf#page=1
Figured you would, all the studies done so far indicate that it is probably a combination of both nature and nurture.
Both gender and sex lie on a spectrum, so some of us are the gender we are assigned at birth, and nothing can change that, Some of us are the opposite gender than the one we are assigned at birth, and nothing can change that. Then there are those of us who live somewhere in the middle, where our environment and how we are socialized influences how we perceive our gender and how we present our gender.
All Apple products tend to have a weird resolution. They only have two that would be considered 'standard'. The Retina iMac (5k) and iPhone 6 Plus (1080p). See on the Retina iDevices they actually scale up imaging by 2 or 3x from the original point count which the devs use for their apps. By actually putting a standard resolution display in the 6 Plus, it's caused more problems because now the image scales up 3x (first iDevice to do so) from the DPI (414x736) then down samples the rendered image (1242x2208) to 1080p. It taxes the GPU more then it should, but it's supposed to make developing apps easier for devs.
Maybe try Croxyproxy (https://www.croxyproxy.com/), idk if it works on mobile, but it might, and might surpass this.
Or just talk to her about it, how would she feel is she was restricted? It would be unfair, wouldn't it?
Also maybe just get 1984 (by George Orwell) and throw it at her for good measure

FUCK CENSORSHIP
It was called Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake, it was published in 2013. I found it on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Adventure-Time-Fionna-Natasha-Allegri/dp/1608863387/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1532475197&sr=1-1&keywords=fionna+and+cake
i got them on amazon!
here's the link to the rainbow one, the butterfly one isn't available anymore

u/snooflu protonVPN has a free tier which isn't very fast but works. Here's the .apk:
Mullvad can be paid anonymously using cash, just mail it to their HQ. The .apk can be downloaded from their website:
Having used both, I can say that both are decent. Firstly, download the app while on another wifi network and install it. Then, whenever you are connected to the VPN no one can tell what you are accessing. Content won't be blocked and if your network logs stuff it will just be logged as connected to the VPN's IP.
Happy browsing :)
EDIT: I just saw that the blocking is on the actual phone not the network. I'm not sure if this solution would work in that case. Try downloading a web browser like Firefox Focus, in addition to the VPN.
If you're doing distance learning, an easy way is to put your pronouns next to your name. Zoom usernames are easy to see and easy to change. Just go to zoom.us, My Account, Profile, the blue edit button next to your username, and then change to add your pronouns.
You can come out to your friends over a quick text: "hi, just wanted to let you guys know that I identify as a boy" or something like that. You can come out to teachers by coming the class a few minutes earlier and talking to them.
I'd recommend checking out the lesbian master doc! https://www.docdroid.net/N46Ea3o/copy-of-am-i-a-lesbian-masterdoc-pdf
it was very helpful for me to figure out my identity :)
I feel you, I've questioning the same thing for a while, now I'm trying the lesbian label to see how it fits me.
I recommend you read am I lesbian doc, hopefully it helps ( link )
About coming out, you don't need to come out if you don't want to, but if you want I suggest you tell closest friends/family if you know they will be supportive
https://tapas.io/series/fools1 I cannot suggest Fools more, I legitimately prolonged reading the final chapter for as long as I could because I could not handle the idea of leaving the universe created by the author and the cute fucking characters.
I still sob at the idea of never hearing more from that verse, it's some good shit.
Rock and Riot is def worth a checkout in my opinion. Gays/Lesbians are at a maximum in this one. There are other sexualities/genders though, do not worry.
If you're into superhero stuff, then Sharp Zero is another cool comic. Got gays, lesbians, genderfluids, non-binary, and a lot more.
Kinda getting my hopes up for a potential season 3 of Netflix after Sense8's Twitter account said they had something special to announce on Saturday and when I saw this as well.... Please?
+1. The simple things do mean a lot, and when you think of one, it leads to another. Have you heard of the computer program Stellarium? It's awesome. :D For myself, I like the things you mention, and the smell of rain, watching thunderstorms, playing in the snow, the smells of new-mown hay and fresh-cut grass, the mixed smells of gasoline, grease, motor oil, and hot metal, successfully diagnosing then fixing laptops (for free/at my own expense, sometimes, to help others), seeing the color changes every year during Fall, and etc.
is ROGD especially in the news lately, or just a coincidence? I was reading this article only a couple days ago.
I got this from Amazon surprisingly cheap (£3.10 & free delivery). Here's the link, but I'm pretty sure it's UK only.
Its the Razer Cynosa Chroma, you can get it on Razer's website for $70, but i found it on amazon for $44 here: https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Cynosa-Chroma-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B075KMZ4MX
> Would a VPN solve this
Yes, most likely. If I set up a server and get the VPN IP address, I can still probably contact the VPN directly, pay a bit of money, and get your true IP address if they keep logs. I'd recommend using one like Betternet that doesn't keep logs. Again, this isn't very probable, meaning that it's extremely unlikely, but it is possible. If you want to be safe, just don't use your full name on messengers online, don't open any suspicious llinks, and be careful about giving anyone outright your IP or MAC address.
You can get an adblocker browser on your phone.
I use this one but you could probably find others
The one I linked lets you set a passcode/pattern for whenever you open your browser for $1/month, which is pretty cool. Normal version is free
Java/C++/Python. Algorithms/Data Structures. I recommend Effective Java btw, that book is fantastic. Reading through Design Patterns by GOF atm. Also a good book, if a little dense.
Mostly working with Java Swing applications atm when it comes to actually making things and not reading theory. Did some PHP/SQL last summer, not a fan of database stuff.
EDIT: Oh yeah I also do FIRST Robotics. Head of programming for my team. It's a good experience, a little simplified and easy but there are some reasonably advanced things to work on that make it enjoyable. It is a solid way to introduce new programmers to OOP principles.
I got a great solution. 3 Magic words that will save you forever! The movie you want to watch + movie online free. Type this into google, thank me later :P

p.s if you do this don't click any of the ads, they are always scams on those sites.

It's likely neither, Kotaku's Jason Schreider (He's incredibly reputable when it comes to leaks, he literally managed to obtain the script to the very first mission of Fallout 4 two years before it's release) said what is set to be announced is a new direction for the series.
Nonetheless, I'm still very excited!
Im currently reading heartstopper, its the only book I've read from her so far but I absolutely love it. It indeed focuses on the romantics between two males. You can buy it physical or as ebook. But if you're a broke boi, she upload them for free here: https://tapas.io/series/Heartstopper?sort_order=asc

Mr. Nobody. Holy fucking shit Mr. Nobody. It's a wonderful film all about choices. Also, Jared Leto stars, and that man is HAWT!
Also, this one's pretty obscure, but you really must check out The Wall. Not just the album (listen to that too, on vinyl if you get the chance) but the accompanying movie as well. Jesus christ it's amazing. Its got no dialogue, but the orchestration and direction manages to communicate its message perfectly.
Compulsory Hetronormativity essay
Hey, I am also struggling with my sexual identity due to Hetronormativity and afraid of being wrong. I read the essay attached and I found it super helpful to spark some self discovery and very informative about hetronormativity.

PM me for my skype :)
You should really try wattpad. All of the books are user-submitted and totally free. I have read at least 30 books on this site. Just search gay or boyxboy (I'm assuming you're a gay dude). Here is a pretty good one to get you started. It's not the best one out there but, I like the setting.
There is also an app, reading on a phone or tablet is a bit more enjoyable that a computer screen because you can lay down and shit.
On the description for Gibraltar on the game's website it mentions him being with a boyfriend, I couldn't find anything about being gay on Mirage's section.
Name: Raphael
Age: 16 (17 in two weeks)

If you want something a bit more tame, Can't stop is really fun, and Joker and Thief by wolfmother is also cool
I'll just post my rate your music page here rather than make a list or anything. Before you reply saying "You only gave [my favourite album] a 2.5!!" read the description for my rating system. 2.5 is a decent score.
Have you heard of the computer program Stellarium? Stellarium is a free open source planetarium for your computer. It shows a realistic sky in 3D, just like what you see with the naked eye, binoculars or a telescope. It is also being used in planetarium projectors.
You can block ads device-wide (or network-wide) with an adblocking DNS server - Adguard DNS is pretty good, and there are plenty of free third-party DNS changers for both iOS and Android. Link.
Looking good :D
Also, as /u/Empathiac also suggested, use a VPN. I personally love the browser plugin Hola! which is very easy to use, though there are many alternatives available on le Internets.
HTML, CSS, and some web scripting language (usually JavaScript, but I've been really into TypeScript lately). I would post something I've made, but this is my alt that I don't want too connected with my IRL identity.
EDIT: I use React, so my HTML and CSS is kept to a minimum (with JSX and JSS taking their places)
Yes, that code will execute. But as demonstrated here, you need to pass "self" in as an argument to "getIdeal"; otherwise you'll get an error about too many arguments being passed into the method.
> self is inherited from the class
From what class? I don't see any inheritance going on here. The init method isn't necessary but you can't just say "self.exists" out of nowhere. Please explain how this works.
Hey I'm 16 too! Anyway, I highly recommend coming out first. Better than having whoever you're gonna be with secretly tell all your friends before you do.
About meeting guys, there's a site called Trevorspace on which I've found out that 2 people I already knew were (closeted) gays and one person who I had a mutual friend with. You can search by zipcode and stuff so you're bound to find guys near you.
There's also MeetMe, but I don't like it as much, since it's also used by straight teens (that go to my school lol).
Good luck!(:
If you can get things on amazon, maybe go to an Amazon Locker and fund it through a friends debit card or something, then get a pride bracelet or something. Before I came out to my dad I kept it in the breast pocket of my favorite coat. And wore it when I felt comfortable, this was the bracelet: https://www.amazon.com/Nanafast-Titanium-Stainless-Rainbow-Bracelet/dp/B010MFKWSC/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1550042138&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=pride+bracelet&dpPl=1&dpID=41rYZebtX2L&ref=plSrch
Hey! I think I found the exact one on Amazon if you really want your own! :) it’s about 6 dollars including shipping. Here it is! https://www.amazon.com/Pansexual-mounted-Plastic-Polyester-Durability/dp/B075DHTWTB/ref=sr_1_17?crid=3OCAM41NEB2YD&keywords=small+pansexual+flag&qid=1559562519&s=gateway&sprefix=Small+pansexual+flag%2Caps%2C136&sr=8-17
It's not the exact same, but I bought this one off amazon
My favorite adventure fantasy series is the Dragonoak series by Sam Farren, beginning with "The Complete History of Kastelir." The main protagonists are adorable lesbians, and the whole world is very queer. Give it a shot on Kindle Unlimited.
It has been difficult but good overall. The main CS course I'm taking (Intro to Java) has been slow since I know some Java already. I think it's pretty common for first year CS courses to assume that students have no prior programming knowledge. Head First Java was a really good book for putting me ahead in Java knowledge. I highly recommend it if you're looking to get into Java.
I'm gonna be the biggest nerd around real quick... But when I was 11-12 I started reading Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Then I started playing Dungeons and Dragons, and I had to make a character name. So that's how Tzun was born, a combination of Sun Tzu. However, my half elven ranger had a last name, which was the name of a prominent house of elven carpenters in my high fantasy book series called Amora.
Thus, I generally use Tzun, TzunLajn, Tzunie, and TzunDominusLajn.
Depends, do you like programming? If so, the books on my shelf that I'm either reading, or have already read, and that I like are:
Beginning Linux Programming (4th Edition)
Closure: The Definitive Guide
Programming for the Java Virtual Machine
Programming Perl (3rd Edition)
Using the STL: The C++ Standard Template Library
Data Structures and Algorithms
The Scheme Programming Language (3rd Edition)
C++ Pointers and Dynamic Memory Management
The C Programming Language
If I had to name the top three in order (in my opinion), it's: Data Structures, Linux Programming, and Programming Perl.
If you don't like programming, the books I've really liked are:
Every book of the Maximum Ride series
The Wizards series
Any and every book by Cory Doctorow; I especially like FTW and Little Brother (FTW more)
Haha, I have a giant stock of books to read if I ever get bored (They're all programming books, and some are super dense and would take me a month to get through *looks directly at you, Programming Perl book*) :P And, Reddit gets a solid 4-10 hours each day from me, haha :P
Hey, I've got a pair of white shoes I've kept clean for over a year now, maybe more like 2. These ones, BTW.
I don't have any experience per se, but all of my friends who have taken it and got a 5 have been native speakers...
I have, however, taken two other AP classes (physics 1 [5] and AP human [4]) and am taking 3 more this year (AP BIO, CHEM, and Physics 2) and 4 more next year (AP Calc AB / BC, AP Phys C EM/Mechanics)
Really, the best resources I can point you to are the barrons books. You can pretty much learn any subject from scratch, and as long as you do the whole book (time consuming but relatively low effort) you should be good to go!
http://www.amazon.com/Dead-Kennedys-Fresh-Rotting-Vegetables/dp/1604864893 I enjoyed it quite a bit. It's especially interesting considering every member of the band seems to have a different story for events throughout the band's history.
Thanks for reminding me about it with your mention of Stonewall.
I learned about it by watching a 8/10 movie about it called Screaming Queens on Amazon Prime.
I've never tried anything but an electric tooothbrush in a condom but I've heard a good thing for beginners is an egg This one is really expensive but I think I saw a really cheap one on the Wish app if you want to check that out, tell me how it goes if you get one so I know whether I should haha
I've also heard that this KY Lube Is the best to use for anal if you're a guy or just a girl that likes that, It'll work great for vaginal too. Just it's supposed to be the best anal lube.
I'm a guy and I love my vibrator
Not really a fan of dildos because I don't like stuff in my butt
I've heard great things about the tenga egg if you're not into butt stuff (which I don't blame you)
I wash my face with Indian Hemp soap. It seems a little different, but it works really well for all skin types. It's also natural and doesn't have the harsh chemicals many face washes have. And it isn't expensive! It's $5 if you buy it from their site, but you can get it cheaper on Amazon.
I moisturize with BareMinerals moisturizer. It works pretty well, but it's super expensive! $28 for 2 ounces! Will not buy again.
If you're wearing makeup, make sure your brushes are clean.
I wear a small black wristband that has "PRIDE" written on it. Not too in your face, but people notice it. Only a couple of people have brought it up, asking if I'm gay.
I gained so much from finding myself and coming out.
As a closeted, 18-year-old Evangelical Christian, I was deathly afraid of even the notion of coming out. I never imagined that I would reveal this part of myself to anyone, let alone my family. However, after my pastor presented a riveting homophobic sermon one Sunday evening, I had a mental breakdown. I couldn't tear myself between my Christian faith and my sexuality any longer.
Once we got home from church (and In-N-Out), I stayed in my room for several hours, crying my eyes out. Once my mom noticed something was wrong, she asked me "Are you upset because of the sermon?" I mumbled a sad "yes" through my pillow because I was too ashamed and embarrassed to look her in the eye. We talked late into the night about my sexuality as I stuffed leftover french fries into my face, still wet with tears. She comforted me when I thought she would be upset.
We ordered books from Amazon about being gay and Christian. The book that helped me the most was called "What the Bible Really Says About Homosexuality" by Daniel A. Helminiak. I learned to accept myself and gained an understanding of faith that I never imagined I would ever experience. I became closer with God because of this gift.
I suggest these then. They also sell mesh briefs, if that's your thing.
