Edit FWIW the wallpaper I posted and many more like it are available through Backdrops.
Wow that was quick! Lol I just made this wallpaper. Clean homescreen. It's currently the Wall of the Day in my Backdrops app. I love seeing the setups but you're not supposed to share the wall file outside of the app. I know it's impossible to enforce but would appreciate it if you could remove the direct drive link
wallpaper is called The Expedition by Kxnt. It is exclusive to an app called Backdrops You need to buy pro to export the wallpapers. I will NOT share the file with anyone for obvious reasons - Go support kxnt yourself if you want it.
To Linebit that is.
Launcher: Nova
Icons: Linebit :)
Widgets: Huk for KWGT (Slightly modified by myself)
Wallpaper: Liquid Crush from Backdrops: [link]
PixelizeD Samsung Theme by Cameron Bunch for navigation buttons
Somebody in the YouTube comments asked as well. There was a reply to the app Backdrops ... but I can't confirm if it's available in there or not.
This is a wallpaper I designed from my Backdrops app
I know it's impossible to enforce, but they shouldn't be shared outside of the app. But the real crime here is that you're linking a compressed version. Find the hi-def version within the app, it's titled "Beacon of Hope."
Based on the current "Wallpaper of the Day" from Backdrops - Wallpapers.
Backdrops is a wallpaper app,
It basically has a free "daily" wallpaper, a bunch of paid packs and a 'community' section where anyone can upload
I've found that some of the pattern wallpapers from Backdrops look quite nice. You'd need Backdrops Pro in order to download wallpapers to your device, though.
There's another image I wanted to include, but I don't have the pro version of the app that has requires pro to DL, Backdrops. The image is called "Ghastly Galaxy," and is the ideal example of the kind of vividly-colored image I think AMOLED does best.
It's so vivid it almost looks 3D
The wallpapers are from backdrops which can be found here this is a paid app, and without the developers consent this is stealing
It's from the app Backdrops. I can't give you the direct link as you'd need the pro version to download wallpapers, but you can still apply them with the free version.
This is taken from the Backdrops - Wallpapers app. They share great self-made wallpapers for free. Please support the app developers.
Backdrop wallpapers pro. Has seriously beautiful original wallpapers created by some well known designers who also make many of the well known icon packs. Make the best use of the AMOLED screen.

Found the wallpaper in the Backdrops app. Icon set is Earth Icon pack.
Zooper widgets are custom made. Media utilities is used for the music text
This wallpaper is called Shoreside Slide and is found in a wallpaper app called Backdrops. The link to the wallpaper app:

Background is from Backdrops app on Google Play.
Photo taken with Fujifilm X-T3 / XF35mm f2 / B+W UV Filter.
It's off of Backdrops , you can download the app and set the wallpaper for free, but if you want to download the wallpaper to save it, you need their premium version.
Enjoy!
The 2 wallpapers u are looking for is in app called backdrop (it's free) The one on the left is called "Denim Days". The one on the right is called "Tranquil Noise" when you download the app just type those two words (separately not together) in and you will find what you were looking for✌
No problem, also the wallpaper came from this app
Backdrops ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.backdrops.wallpapers )
Wallpaper can be found under name "Night Angles" by PRO INFO
Downloaded just now. Will let you know how it works soon.
Update: what a rip off. Most of the walls are directly from Backdrops and other are just monument valley stills. Not cool man.
Also, there are way too many ad pop ups. Full screen ads for somebody elses work? Good job!
Dam what a ride but finally got the 3200x2560 source photo which was downloaded from an app called Backdrops since its an exclusive for that app apparently.
BTW if you want to search for it on Backdrops, its called "Squandered Skies".
Here you go. It is called Swerve and you can find it on Backdrops. Normally I change wallpapers all the time but I've been using this one since October 18 because it looks nice, is saturated, and enables the dark theme.
I haven't used it but I just browsed the screenshots on the Backdrops listing on the play store and it looks very similar to Google's wallpaper app but with some categories that Google doesn't have. Neat!
It's from Backdrops app. Unfortunately I can't download it without buying the app. But you can download the app for free and set it up for your device.
Here's the link for the app: [link]
Wallpaper: from Backdrops with Material Music Komponent and Weather Flat SVG for KLWP
Google Widget: Nova Launcher Google search bar with grey theme.
KWGT: Material Daze Widget preset
For opening app drawer and the Google app I have Nova gesture controls on with swipe up and double tap respectively.
Just so I know you mean the same app. [link] this one?
If so then yes it's not registering my purchase either I have sent the developer an email. He replied to my initial email but then gave me the old shoulder when I replied to him.
This wallpaper is titled "Brain Strain" in the Backdrops wallpaper app
Link to app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.backdrops.wallpapers
They have the full resolution version (I can't download the wallpaper because I'm not a pro member)
This wallpaper is called Amber Arrows and is found in a wallpaper app called Backdrops. The link to the wallpaper app:

Just fyi, but your wallpaper is actually from Backgrops. Maybe Backgrounds HD copied it without permission, but the original source is from Backdrops.
Anyway, nice and clean setup, I like it!
Background is from Backdrops app on Google Play.
Photo taken with Fujifilm X-T3 / XF35mm f2 / B+W UV Filter.
Backdrops is my favorite. Tons of good walls on there.
For live wallpaper, Material Islands is pretty cool. Changes colors with time of day.
Nova Launcher - 6X5 KWGT - Both 4x2
Wallpaper - 'Thirst for Love' by KXNT via the Backdrops app
Play store App link - [link]
Widgets - basic widgets made in KWGT, add the image and a shape to an overlap group, clip the shape and your in business. Add icons or text as required.
Icon Pack - Whicons

I can't link directly to it, but it comes from Backdrops and it's called Hex Field. You can search for it and it'll come right up in the app.
Enjoy!
It looks like this one called "Blue Splatter" on the Backdrops app (I don't think I can link to the photo directly tho!)
It's in the Backdrops app: [link]
Search for Crown Me within the app.
I discovered the app in a MrMobile video. I don't really ever use wallpaper apps, but this one has some nice wallpapers.
Resources/apps used:
It's actually from my Backdrops app, titled Tranquil Noise

Wallpaper: Swoop Loop from Backdrops
Widgets and Icons: [OC] Kustom Made with KWGT
The wallpaper is from backdrops. Download the app here
Unfortunately, it requires the premium version which costs $1.99 to save/share. The image is titled "Rapid Falls" authored by Kxnt (Scenery category).
It's free to set the wallpaper using the app, but I can't share it without paying.
(edit) I tracked down the exact name of the image, told you what category it was in and why it couldn't be shared, and still got downvoted. Lmfao
Just wanted to say that the $2 or so I spent on Backdrops was well worth it. Especially since with the premium, I can use the wallpapers on my computer. Although the community ones can usually be found elsewhere, the custom ones are unique to Backdrops.
Is a backdrops exclusive so not sure I feel comfortable with uploading & distributing so
First time it showed up online was here
After a little digging, it's from the Backdrops Android App
I'd recommend giving Backdrops a try, I get all my wallpapers from there.
EDIT: nvm, it's linked elsewhere in the post. :)
I want that one too!
Maybe it's from the Backdrops App, but i couldn't find it? ([link])
This is today's wallpaper from the Backdrops Wallpapers app. Please support the dev and download the app if you need the full resolution image (3200x2560).
App is android only. I use a tablet to get them and send them to myself after my leap to iOS about a year or two ago.
Wallpaper: The Expedition from Backdrops App
Launcher: Nova
Icon Pack: A mixture of different icon packs
I don't think I'm allowed to do that as the app is paid if you want to download the wallpaper.
But here is the link to the app : [link]
Nope, unit is stock Android 7.1.1. So yesterday unit got stuck in a boot loop, had to factory reset, restore data from backup and seemed okay.
Today did the Security Updates and no boot loop but unit was attempting to start up for over 30 minutes. So ended up factory resetting again from boot loader and start as new.
So ran the Security updates with the device as new and am now factory resetting and restoring from backup... Hope all runs smoothly. I have a feeling issue might be software related.
When my first issue with the boot loop occured the only thing that changed that I'm aware of is I installed this Backdrops - Wallpapers application,
Thought I'd just post what I've done so far so everyone knows.
Wallpaper: Office Hours from Backdrops App
Launcher: Nova
Icon Pack: Polycon (for the Relay icon)
Widget: Minimalistic Text Widgets (shows the time on the computer's screen)
That's up to you! I've been using backdrops ([link]), but the official Google one has some nice wallpapers as well. I like the variety Backdrops has, and the fact that they're high res wallpapers which look great on the S7e screen.
As for the pixel look, the beta has some features that should be able to get you that pixel look, or some part of it (whatever you desire). Under the dock, you could give it a white background, or make it semi transparent. I set mine to about 10% with a white color, which gives it just a bit of definition but still looks different than other launchers. You can get turn on the little up arrow to open the app drawer, and also activate "swipe up to open app drawer" under gestures I believe? Have some fun making it personal! This is the fun part of Android :)
So many icon packs to choose from! I've lately been using the pixel icon pack ([link]), but I really like a bunch of other looks, like the Elun and Voxel packs.
It's from Backdrops app. Unfortunately I can't download it without buying the app. But you can download the app for free and set it up for your device. Here's the link for the app: [link]
I use an image titled "Let's Play" from the Backdrops app. I don't know why I love it so much, but I do.
It's my wallpaper for all of my devices.
Sure thing. The wall is from Backdrops and the icon pack is Pixel Rounds

List made using List My Apps
I've been using Backdrops for a few weeks and I love it.
List made using List My Apps
This wall is from my Backdrops app, titled Mystic Falls. A lot of people seem to like this one
It's from Backdrops. The wallpaper is called "Cyclone Zone."
Apps:
Backdrops: Choose and download from tons of nice HD wallpapers.
DataDEX: Still new, but definitely the most beautifully designed Pokedex app I've come across.
Iconstructor: Create your own icon pack. Lots of options and has a great tutorial to help you get started.
Kolorette: For your theming needs. Get the main colors from your wallpaper (or any other image) for use in KWLP/Zooper/etc.
Recurrence: Nice little app to schedule your own custom notifications. Has a bunch of customization options too.
RSBrowser: Great Chromium-based browser. Has Chrome Sync, works with ChromePie, everything I could ask for in a Chrome replacement.
Stellio: Nice music player with a great interface and, most importantly, can find all the music on my SD card. One of the downsides is how it doesn't support .m4a files though.
Tachiyomi: Clean and functional manga reader.
XDA Labs: Get updates to apps from XDA. Great for browsing the forums too.
Games:
Icons:
Alos: Beautiful flat rounded icons.
Around: My favorite circle icon pack.
Crispy: Bright and colorful Material design icons.
Easy Square: Simple square icons.
Elun: Another great circle icon pack.
Long Shadow: Square icons with a long shadow effect.
Perfect: Material icon pack that lives up the name.
Pixel UI: Circle icons based on Nougat.

My first post!
Wallpaper : The Expedition from Backdrops
Icons : CandyCons Unwrapped
Widget: 027 from Pixxy KWGT
Edit: Apps widget
Backdrops is my favourite. it's got a good selection of exclusive wallpapers as well as backgrounds uploaded by the community. you can also add wallpapers to favourites (and cycle through them using Muzei) or download the files straight to your device.
that said, these days I grab wallpapers from Google+. Nick Nice and Alex Chaves are absolutely worth following.
Backdrops: Great selection of wallpapers that gets updated daily by the developer and the community. If you have a high resolution phone like the Nexus 6P and have a hard time finding a nice wallpaper for it, Backdrops is the app you're looking for.
Deezer: I was a huge Google Play Music user after discovering I could do 1440 kbps FLAC streaming on my wifi network with Deezer, now I just can't go back. The discovery service is on par with Spotify and the family plan available is super cheap and nice.
Metronome by Soundbrenner: The only metronome app that I've found that it just works and looks amazing, also is free.
Noisli: Sometimes I really have hard time falling asleep, Noisli is the only background noise generator app that I've found helps me. Looks super nice and the sound quality is really good.

I'm using folder for almost all the apps on the Homescreen and I only use one Homescreen. By using the folders I can quickly access everything as well as have it all organised.
It's part of Backdrops. The wall is called Vice Rise.
I'm using Nova Launcher Prime and the wallpaper is accessible via Backdrops. I would share a link to the wallpaper, but sharing it requires a paid account. The wallpaper is called Galactic Atoms and it can be found in the MINIMAL section of the app. For the main icons, I'm using Dives. For the dock, I'm using Urmun.
Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know!
Backdrops - I don't use it as much as I used to, but it's still a great wallpaper app with a huge collection of backgrounds, some of which are exclusive to this app only.
Barcode Scanner - grandfather of all QR code scanner apps. free and open source, small size, does one thing and does it well with no unnecessary fluff.
Bitwarden - my password manager of choice. FOSS, cross-platform, syncs my database between devices.
Blokada - rootless device-wide ad blocker. FOSS and easy on resources. offers a wide choice of hosts blocking lists, as well as the option to add your own list or just few domains.
Bromite - FOSS Chromium based browser with privacy and antitracking features being a priority.
You can find it in my Backdrops app. It's named Gnarly 90s in the Patterns category.
Wallpaper is "The Stimulant" on Backdrops
Icons are Folds
Top widget is Fav KWGT #206
Bottom widget is Widget45 from Ornate KWGT
I edited both widgets to fit the phone and theme.
Those wondering what app is in the bigger screenshot, it's called Backdrops
no, it's from Backdrops app. it's called Gradient Glow:

I’ve been desperately wanting to make an ultra-simple dock only type theme. I just like the idea of showing off most of the wallpaper as possible and I think you could have some really cool looking home screens with something like this. Check the Global’s tab to change the name, wallpaper, font, colors, etc.

The homescreen itself is a ~~KLWP setup with a simple clock.~~ I've changed it to a KWGT widget. Link at the end of the comment.
The icon pack is Umbra.
Not sure if this qualifies for weekly challenge because it's quite simple but heh worth a try.

This is a KLWP remake of my first theme, Expedition.
Wallpaper : The Expedition from Backdrops by u/kxnt
Icons : CandyCons Unwrapped
Widget: 027 from Pixxy KWGT
File is locked because theme relies on the wallpaper downloaded from Backdrops, and wallpaper downloading is a paid feature.
Enjoy!
I started out this project to test tasker integration with KLWP. Which allows you to send variables from tasker to KLWP, and based on that variable, you can customize different items. The notification area in the theme is based off of it.
The Bell, Airplane, Wifi/Data, Bluetooth and Data transfer rate are from within KLWP, but the PowerSave mode, NFC, VPN and GPS icons change because of Tasker.
The theme has a customizable logo (Rick&Morty/SP/C&H) and a customizable wallpaper. You can find the png files for those along with the preset (.klwp) and the Tasker project (.xml) files here. Change these in the globals tab.
The wallpapers are from the app Backdrops, from the playstore. "Planet Z", "Slash Parade" and "Off the Wall".
It's from Backdrops!
Wallpaper: Golden Grove from Backdrops Pro
Icons: Color Paper Icon Pack
Widgets: Widget 45 and Widget 57 (both modified from original) from Odisea KWGT

This is my first go at customising after getting an LG G6 a couple days ago, coming from Windows Mobile
Wallpaper: From Backdrops I think, installed loads of wallpaper apps, don't really like any of them.
Icons: Flight
Used Nova Launcher to hide the status bar etc.
Spotify player: It's a customised widget from the Ocea KWGT pack
Break Line: Custom widget using a font from the Parrot Zooper pack
Weather and Date: Customised widget from the Ocea KWGT pack again
Search Bar: Customised widget from the Europa Zooper pack
Ideally I'd want to be able to swipe in from the left and right to open up 2 sets of app folders to hide some of the not quite as frequent apps from the home screen, so help there would be appreciated. Alternatively if there is just some way to extend the home screen down a little, so I can stack a few apps lower down and just scroll down to them.
That's from Backdrops, but I believe it's a paid one. Search for "red", and it'll be somewhere down the results if it's free.
I got it from Backdrops
It's part of Backdrop. ~~This wallpaper you can only get by paying for the app.~~
Lots of good backgrounds there
Good idea. Android isn't for everyone, and I think iOS's biggest strength is that it just works. With Android, you'll probably spend more time in settings menus, but in the end, you get to make your device your own.

I came to this sub for some inspiration but I found myself too overwhelmed by the amount of apps I would have to download for them to work. This was my attempt to make a simple look with only some basic and free customisation options. Let me know your thoughts!

Body asleep. Mind awake.
Thanks to u/littleshitherelisten who asked if I could share the KLWP file to probably my favorite theme that I've posted here in the past, the original Lucid Dream (built using Nova Cards preset from Prism pack by YoG), therefore leading me to completely recreate it from scratch without the use of any preset. If you for whatever reason go back to Android, Backdrops is my favorite wallpaper app.
I still boot up my Nexus 5X to check out the new releases and also so I can save them to my drive and use them on my iPhone X
On iOS I’ll occasionally try some on Vellum too, but I always go back to the favs from Backdrops.
Also, depending on your taste, check out this guys wallpaper designs: Abstruct.co He’s a renowned designer who has been commissioned to design countless stock wallpapers on Android, such as for OnePlus.

That's the wallpaper "Backlash" from the Android wallpaper app Backdrops, awesome app, well worth supporting the artist.
I use Backdrops Wallpapers . If you like material style wallpapers then you will probably like this App.
Backdrops - my absolute favourite wallpaper app. Has such simple and amazing designs [link]
Hermit - creates an app for a website. Especially useful for when you don't use an app often and you want a lightweight option [link]
Pushbullet/Join - notification mirroring, SMS from desktop and so much more [link]
Chrome remote desktop - see your desktop on your phone [link]
Memorigi - my new favourite to do list app. It just works for me. Also check out Google Keep, Todoist, Wunderlist or ask for more recommendations [link]
Weather timeline - pretty, simple and just works [link]
Authy - only if you use 2 factor authentication (which you should) [link]
LastPass - password manager. I love it and it has changed my internet usage [link]
Sleep as android - alarm app that is able to track your sleep but also comes with problems to solve or things to do to stop the alarms in the morning (scan a QR code for example)
[link]
Google rewards - Google occasionally sends you surveys and gives you play store credit for answering them (give it location permission and make sure it is turned on) [link]
Tasker - very complicated automation app, but I like it. I use it for rotation on a per app basis and opening an app upon Bluetooth connection [link]
These are the apps I enjoy and use a lot. If you need further recommendations I'd be glad to help. Merry Christmas!
Edit: added links on mobile, hence the lack of proper formatting
It's from the Backdrops app, one of the "exclusive" ones.
I suggest Backdrops for wallpapers. Pro version is not worth it, but the free on is definitely great.
Agreed. I think there's more visually appealing ways to do it. I like what Backdrops does ([link]).
