I think you should've provided more context.
For those who are unaware of ExpressVPN, they were recently acquired by Kape Technologies who also acquired another VPN last year(or two not sure about that), PrivateInternetAccess or PIA.
Check this link for more info.
Right now, it looks like ProtonVPN is the only available option since it "mostly operates" under Swiss laws. This is not an ad.
/u/Marques-Brownlee and /u/Goaty_Malone,
I used Today Calender after seeing it years ago in one of your videos. I also got the loading bug and switched to Calender Widget by +1Labs. It took me a few minutes to tweak but it looks very good.
Love this app. Do you have the names of wallpapers. It is a great collection you have and maybe might take some inspiration from it. ☺️
Amazon! I think he did an AMA a while back and posted about it. I actually have this hoodie and love it. But it does run small, fit wise.
I use a kinda old, ugly looking app called BackupYourMobile, and I swear by it. It supports syncing with Google Drive, and means you just install that on your new phone, login to Google Drive and restore the latest backup. It can take 10 or 15 minutes, but texts, MMSes, phone logs, even settings and app data are all restored exactly how you left them.
Is the calendar widget that he linked really the calendar he's using? I can't get it to look the same.
Edit: Looks more like a theme from this one.
Something unique like this...
4 cores, 512 ssd, 2 in 1, 16gb ram, 2k ish screen, under 8.5 inches!
I really want Marques to review some Kindles! Specifically the new waterproof one that just came out. IPX8 they say.
Amazon has been honing the Kindle brand and dominating the E-reader market for 10 years now, what's the current state of Kindles?
The wallpapers are from backdrops which can be found here this is a paid app, and without the developers consent this is stealing
I'm very interested in that "aftership" one but it says it's not compatible with all my devices (I'm from US). Any clue?
It's not Asphalt, I'm sure, at least none of the latest ones and I doubt that older versions had such graphics.
~~I'd say it's more like GT Racing (Gameloft's second racing series but I can't find it on Google Play now) or EA's titles - Real Racing 3 or one of mobile 'Need For Speed'~~
Edit: Like someone else said, it's this game gear.club
I've recently been giving the whole Microsoft experience a try. I have the Microsoft Launcher currently using the Bing daily wallpapers. Homescreen
I normally use Nova along with a KLWP wallpaper with a few widgets and stuff, but giving this setup a try. I recently picked up this for 3d backgrounds, but with my 6p's battery being fucked, I don't want anything to drain the battery too bad.
Phone: Nexus 6p. Google's neglected step-son.
Apps: Reddit If Fun Gold for Reddit, Simply Pro for Facebook (though I don't really like it), Samsung Internet for the ad blockers, and most of Google's stuff.
Oh, and using Whicons for app icons, but it's kinda leftover from my last setup, just haven't changed it since. It's also kinda hard to pick a pack with revolving backgrounds.
Doesn't seem like they shouldn't be trusted, it is 1 data breach where no logs or usernames/passwords have been compromised. I'll take a company admitting to that over a company allegedly been compromised but silent.
Or is there any article of NordVPN showing it is not to be trusted? Any important boardmembers with a shady past?
This is probably the one that he is using: Calendar Widget: Agenda - Beautiful & Customizable - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.candl.auge
It is from the Unusual Wallpapers app but here is its direct link.
Before reading. Please remember, I'm just a guy on reddit trying to give the best advice that I can. This information should be seen as just suggestions and no more. The best practice is to just look at YouTube videos from known, trusted creators, ALWAYS check reviews and use sites that can detect if products have fake reviews. Good Luck!
What speed? Based on you saying "Say we purchased the highest speed/bandwidth internet our service provider offers" I will be guessing gigabit since that is the fastest internet that is available in my country, the Netherlands.
Since it's a 3,700sqft house, you should probably get extra wifi access points. It's these little devices that extend the range of your WiFi and make it stronger than if it was just the router alone.
If you want easy setup with no fuss, google has "google wifi" its available in most countries and regions and there are tons of youtube videos to help you. There's also tons of other ones in your local tech store, amazon, etc. Now. The actual router. Based on my guessing you have gigabit you should then get a gigabit router. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LXL1AR8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_U6pyFb6T0TJS6
Here is the ASUS RT-ACRH13. It has 4 network ports. (each 1 gigabit. NOT 4 cables sharing a gigabit connection. there was 1 review where one port had slower speeds but it could just be a faulty model IDK.) It also has a USB port so you can easily make a usb drive accessible to the whole network. Like a NAS (network attached storage). If you need more network ports, you can always get a network switch. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0863M7C1L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_erqyFb3DSHC8V
oh and it's not expensive.
If you have speeds over gigabit just search "(INTERNET SPEED) router".
Good luck with your house and internet and have a good day.
he uses stock icons, but their is an icon pack called Google Icons by Amirzaida that has all the stock icons

I came here looking for an answer too but I ended up eventually finding it easily through a google search that led me to a post in this same subreddit... Anyways it's Home Agenda and it's a paid app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.franco.agenda
How about something on new apps/services/software available for phones?
I was watching a few of the recent videos with Snapchat, Instagram, and the "What's On My Phone ..." And the entire time, I was thinking about either what I use also, what could be used instead, or what I also use that isn't listed. I've talked to a lot of people who don't know about new apps, or are switching from iPhone to Android, or vice-versa and just don't know what to look for.
For example: In the "What's on my phone" video, the app showing the calendar content had an issue with loading details, meanwhile, I'm thinking about how I use an app called Chronus that does the same thing, but without the bugs, and a few more features. Kind of an all-in-one.
OR
how I've always had something to control the led notification color on my phone. Green for texts, White for email, Yellow for missed calls, and so on, down to a per-app basis if I wanted -- but, someone who just picked up a Pixel 2 had literally no idea that this was even possible for a phone and was thrilled at the ability to control it. (I think it should be a default feature in android, but that's just me).
These are just two off the top of my head, but I'm sure there's more that could be done.
You know my suggestion would be to buy an iphone at a cheap price cause you just had an android, and then after the iphone go for an android again
About the watch, I think Samsung's galaxy watches have really good looks(I have the blue Watch5 too) and you can get last years similar one for 150 USD. But battery life has been its weakness so... I think its better to watch some online comparisons for that
All these are available from the Backdrop app. First one is called Amber Visions, the second is called Revelations.
Would highly recommend you downloading the app.
If you're thinking about getting them I can confirm that they are worth every single penny.
And they're currently on sale on Amazon for $248!
> you think
Yeah you can go ahead but I would suggest you go to Mullvad directly. Mullvad is based in Sweden and your account identifier is a 16-digit number and they accept bitcoin and even cash as a payment method if you want to completely anonymize your purchase.
If you guys want a good 3rd party Twitter app that is in the Play Store check out Talon I have this also and it is great but for me Flamingo still better. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.klinker.android.twitter\_l
I disagree. I think he's using calendar widget by home agenda...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.franco.agenda
He's used it and mentioned it before on previous videos as well..
There's a lot going on in here,
The main system icon pack is- Galaxy themes(Samsung's store)- BrightRedUx
Clock is custom made using the app UCCW https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget

If you would like more details just ask.

I use the Logitech MX Keys Keyboard and Dell 32 inch curving monitor
Ok I think I got it here so essentially you buy these two adapters from Apple in this post https://reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/94ulbi/_/e3seknq/?context=1 or you can get the this https://www.amazon.com/DisplayPort-LANBO-Thunderbolt-Displayport-Aluminum/dp/B076CFDF2R/ref=cm_sw_em_r_dp_dz_U_sTLABbD023C64_tt which you don’t need a adapter it just a cable I’ll recommend the adapters but this amazon cable is fine.
What do you mean? Sony also has a true wireless earbuds version of the product. these ones . Not the recent upgrade of the headphones.
Finally an MKHBHD podcast! I like the content, but I would like the podcast to be available in the himalaya podcast app if this is not too much trouble. Of course I can subscribe via another app which I have done for now, but it would be nice to be able to find all my podcasts in one place, and an added advantage is that this is an extra platform where people from outside the target group can discover the podcast.

Just set up a wallpaper folder and add them into the app, and then set the wallpaper change frequency. Works well.
Really depends on what aesthetic you're looking for. For small hands, the R.A.T. series comes to mind.
We specifically buy T450s, refurbished on eBay or Amazon

This one is less than $400 US
Another Widget in the Play Store. It's just the Google Pixel widget, and it has some customizable settings. Also, it's great to have your upcoming events showing up in that widget where the date is. Now, I don't have one, but when I do it is really useful. Here's the link:

I use this guy (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.syncedsynapse.eventflowwidget&hl=en) as my calendar. Pretty similar to the one in the video, cheaper and does not have the 8.1 bug :)
The new color halo gray is selling for the same price on Amazon as others and i have not read about extra price on the web. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078SQ7GWK/ref=twister_B075YQNNZY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'm confused, I got on Amazon and did a search for Jaybird Freedom and found these. They don't look like the ones in the video but they have the same name and are sold by Jaybird. Does Jaybird offer a lower-end version too?
