You need the UCCW widget... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
and the Evangelion NERV theme to go with it.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yau.QNBT.NERV&hl=en
FAQ on how to set it up are on the theme page.
UCCW has widgets for days. UCCW link
I don't really know what else to say, I love customising so I bought KLWP & KWGT as soon as they came out
Mull it over for a while. In a few weeks you might decide to buy it......maybe not
Until then, give UCCW a go. Just a warning, it's old(ish) the skins don't be updated, I don't think anyone is making new skins for it and so the existing ones might not be that accurate
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
Edit - Did you try any of the built in widgets that comes with KWGT? Would they not suffice for your needs?
There's a lot going on in here,
The main system icon pack is- Galaxy themes(Samsung's store)- BrightRedUx
Clock is custom made using the app UCCW https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
I got some other icons I'm using that is using red line icon pack. https://dlandroid.com/redline-iconpack-linex-apk/
If you would like more details just ask.
instead of zooper try UCCW, i know zooper was kinda cool but since the app has been abandoned it might be possible that some new presets of zooper might not work.
Download the clock widget design. Install this app, open it, press add(plus icon), import uzip skin.
Now go to your home screen (or ac display), add widget like normal, choose uccw..
uccw (ultimate custom clock widget) is an android widget and open source project that has every clock face and display imaginable.
I'm not familiar with sundowners, what are the requirements for such a clock?
Hi. As written in the description. You need to use UCCW to use this widget skin. Just download "UCCW" and add an UCCW widget to your homescreen, select the Vision OS skin from the list.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
Edit: Most UCCW skin will not include an application icon for you to use, they're automatically loaded to UCCW once installed. Here is a video tutorial from my other UCCW skin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEbSaICCU_M
What you could do is create a 1x1 widget with the name of the app, and have that open the app when you tap on it. Useful for the home screen, won't work with the app drawer.
You can use UCCW for it.
It's called the BEBAS CLOCK skin for UCCW
First off, install UCCW: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
Afterwards, go into your app drawer and find the 'widgets' section.
Select the UCCW widget and then select any of the sizes, I prefer 4x2 or 3x2.
On the next screen, you'll then be prompted to select any of the UCCW widgets you've installed, in this case, choose the Shapes widget.
Next, you'll be asked to tap to a place on your screen to place your widget, do that and resize to your liking.
You're done!
Created it on Samsung S6 using UCCW and Nova Launcher along with GIF Widget for the animated Growlithe.
Features include:
all of the D-Pad directions being linked to specific app.
The start button linking to settings.
Select button to Facebook.
(A) Button to App drawer
And the Pokeball shadow at the base links to Pokemon GO.
Growlithes CP is the current time, HP battery percent.
Weight is temperature.
Height is: CPU usage
Region: Would display specific location (town) disabled for this video.
Also the blue orb displays the battery level as a bar.
Had a fair bit of fun making it, might make gifs that make the red, yellow and green lights blink.

I will only export the clock and battery bar as the rest are hotspots which are just invisible links which could be placed by you.

Nova Launcher settings:
Desktop Grid: 12 x 12, Subgrid Position Active. I believe I hid the notification bar using the free version of this app as well.
Instructions:
For the full working product you will need to download UCCW, GifWidget and Nova Launcher, along with PixBit and 8-Bit icons if you want to redesign the app drawer as well. Links above.
Nova settings I most recently changed for this are the desktop grid to be set to 12x12 with Subgrid positioning active, this helps you align widgets in the right spot, if it doesn't match this you may end up with alignment issues, especially on the battery level circle.
For UCCW Import / Export I don't have much practice, but here is a website, which is glittery, and possibly made on Piczo with some instructions (im sorry it was the highest result).
I know this probably seems very complicated, and it pretty much is, but worth it! If anyone else understands my guide and can write a better one that would be fab as I have no experience in exporting homescreens to another device!
FAQ:
To create buttons on the D-Pad create hotspots over an invisible background.
To import UCCW I believe the uzip folder, found under UCCW need placing in UCCW Output or the UCCW Main folder, if someone could confirm after testing.
Subgrid is under the Desktop / Desktop Grid settings in Nova Launcher were you select the grid size.
Hotspots sometimes don't respond immediately and you need to wait a short time for a response.
I would recommend having a second screen with a literal app drawer as UCCW can be slow to boot on restarts and access to the app drawer becomes slightly restricted during that time.
Nova Launcher allows you to lock your desktop, I would recommend this so invisible widgets don't move around.
For those who want this on their home screen, use this crop as wallpaper (it's from this image) with this .uzip skin imported in UCCW.
EDIT: Then you add a UCCW widget like you would any other widget. A bunch of new ones would have shown up in your widgets list, select any one, they are all the same. Tap the widget. This will open UCCW, where you need to select this skin you imported. Now resize and move the widget so that it aligns with your wallpaper.
You might have to tweak the skin for resolutions other than 1080p.
There's a UCCW widget called: Elegante.
You're comparing apples and oranges...or really apples and a whole bunch of different fruits.
First off, of course stock Android isn't going to have as many options as a jailbroken iOS device...because you're comparing stock to modified. Compare rooted Android to jailbroken iOS and the story changes.
You didn't point out anything in particular that you can't do.
There's tons of custom launchers that will let you change colors, backgrounds, individual icons, or even whole icon packs. You don't even need root for crazy widgets like UCCW, Kustom, or Zooper. And that's just the home screen.
You can already change the font on the entire system. Get into the world of custom ROMs and Xposed and there's not really anything you can't change (especially with Xposed, there's really nothing it can't touch). There's all kinds of system UI tweaks to change things like the status bar and nav bar layouts, and you can even have Xposed modules that modify specific apps. There are plenty of lock screen replacement apps that don't even require root. Get into the CM or Sony theme engines if you want transparency and other effects.
You're going to have to make a better argument because honestly it sounds like you're either a) trolling or b) didn't do any real research
I made it all myself, using UCCW(Ultimate custom widget), Whicons(Icon Pack) and Nova Launcher.
It took me more time to make than I'd like to admit (Hexagons are an absolute pain to work with).
It's this widget with this theme
I made it.
Originally I used UCCW (widget maker) but now I'm trying out Kustom (live wallpaper maker) and have recreated it there (with animations!).
Edit: Download for the widget (hopefully it'll work). UCCW is requred to use it. I have no experience importing widgets so I can't help you there.
UCCW with LinesClockFree skin
I can only think of Zooper widget, but it is too old, plus I don't think it was Foss.
UCCW is similar, but more awkward to use, looks old and not Foss https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
Chronus does much less and not Foss https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dvtonder.chronus
Launchers may have some widgets. I know total launcher has and you can design them, to a point.
Searching for similar apps does not yield much.

App widgets created using ume icon changer
Quote widgets created with Memo Widget
Screentime and weather widgets by Samsung.
No icon packs, I compiled the pictures and icons myself.
Also UCCW is a neat widget customization tool.
I just used UCCW to make a homescreen widget with the dimensions of my screen, and Apex Launcher for getting rid of the notification bar etc.
Also the orange bar at the top is Energy Bar, it lets me know how my battery is doing but I forgot to remove it for the screenshot.
Ultimate Custom Widget is also a good alternative.

You can make your own with UCCW.
I made a Uccw custom widget ages ago This font goes with the widget It looked like this
Here's the wallpaper you'll have to crop it to you screen size. Here are a few otheres from the same series. I hope some of this is useful to you or at least gives you a few ideas.
Bonus wallpaper
Apparently I made a note to use this for a theme but I had forgotten about it until I went searching for all this stuff.
Edit: The icon pack was stamped white
It's from the app UCCW (Ultimate Custom Widget) and the name of the clock is "minimal clock"
