Try forcing your refresh rate to 90hz and try the game. Try this app to force it to 90hz, you need to give some adb permission. If still getting problem then i suggest to unlock your device and flash a custom kernel.
I usually go Spigen for my cases, but went with Tudia this time for the 7T. I had plans to go Tough armor, but after seeing almost every review talk about how bad the buttons became, I wanted another option. I've been super pleased.

I bought a random 4 pack on Amazon, 3rs try worked no bubbles lol here https://www.amazon.com/Pack-OnePlus-Screen-Protector-Definition/dp/B07XCT1KKK/ref=pd_aw_fbt_107_2/144-9667459-0115722?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07XCT1KKK&pd_rd_r=d558b11b-bf74-41c1-9aca-2f551e8fecfa&pd_rd_w=Rwb1f&pd_rd_wg=5Cuir&p...

Here's a list of all the plans that Google offers
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.paidtasks
And here's Google opinion rewards. The plan I use from Google for the storage is 2 bucks a month and all the surveys I get paid to do on Google opinion rewards is more than enough to cover it
I was using those screen protectors from AliExpress (they come with that crappy glue so you can put it around the edges). I recently bit the bullet and searched for one on Amazon. Night and day. Lol
I wouldn't use a case but the back of the 7T is slippery. It was always falling off things.
I tried this one but returned it. Forgot why. - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XD5ZQ3Z/
This one has a raised edge around the bump. Been using it for over a year with no complaints. - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y5SJ1BF
I've had this one since November 2020 and it's still in great shape: Bastmei for OnePlus 7T Case Extremely Light Ultra Thin Super Slim Hard PC Case Cover for OnePlus 7T (Gravel Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZPTFX6X/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_AX23YT52FJZ73NB01FXF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Strange. I have the HD1905 and it just so happen to come across preinstalled with Netflix.
Since you're bootloader is already unlocked, I would set up Magisk and install a HD1905 "fingerprint" using this.

Yes true, but there's a difference between a lesser known brand (like OnePlus) and a brand that really isn't a brand, more just like a label. And when it's the latter it's usually not up to spec. Be careful, just a little bit off and that nice battery can fry your phone if it isn't doing that already. I'm not putting my stock in this brand: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.mcdodo.co
If rooted you can disable the System Updater till you decide you actually need to update.
If not, you can use this app and set up a filter to block any notifications coming from the respective app containing specific text:

I use this one, in blue:
OnePlus 7T Rugged Clear Case, Poetic Full-Body Hybrid Shockproof Bumper Cover, Built-in-Screen Protector, Guardian Series, Case for OnePlus 7T (2019 Release), Pink/Clear https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07Z45VYNX/
I would absolutely NOT recommend any Pixel devices until they fix their camera issues.
I had a Pixel 4a before getting the OP7T and one month into owning the 4a, the camera crapped out. It started by not being able to focus, and then opening the camera app would just give a black screen. It seems to be a hardware issue, so no updates would fix this.
This is a common issue with the Pixel phones, just read the reviews for the Google Camera app here:
Hello.

Had my 7T for over a year now, very happy with these.
Spigen is really good, I'm using one too! Although I prefer This model
Here's one on Amazon that I got last month.

For me I just use GCamator,it's a really quick and easy way to install GCam if you don't feel like rummaging through the threads

You cannot do set alarm tones from Spotify with the default alarm app on OP7T. The other way around is to download Google's alarm app [LINK]. The only problem is that you will have a redundant app in your app drawer.

The clock widget was called "8-bit Clock", but its no longer on the play store unfortunately.
I'm sure there are. I wound up getting myself plastic ones because I hate the glass ones. Here's the ones I bought, it's a 6 pack I think https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XL4CFKB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabt1_e8rWFb9FY83YR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks for the tips.
I use Nova on my current phone. Love it!
I have the gcam app, but I believe it caused the camera to crash sometimes, so I stopped using it. I'll try it again on the OP7T.
As for a case, I already ordered a Spigen one. Simple design, and protects corners well. (I fidget with my phone, and have dropped it more times than I can count! Lol) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XD5ZQ3Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabt1_LIiTFbGT2XP59
I ordered my phone from B&H Photo, and 1 review said there was no screen protector. Guess I'll find out 😆
I have this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082HBT7H9/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_awdb_imm_t1_VdmNFb739CBA2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
A review on amazon: "The front and back films seens crap and not much durable and not reliable. In my case, i cant use with a tempered glass on the phone (fingerprint scanner almost always fail to recognize my fingerprints). (Edit: you can put the tempered glass on the case instead of the phone, is not perfect but works, even the fingerprint scanner.). The back part keeps too far from the back of the phone. Fingerprint need to re-register with the case on. Buttons ok, Camera ok, Top speaker ok, bottom speaker sound too low, Microphone not bad. Face unlock ok. Did a waterproof test (sinked in water for a minute and under the faucet in all the holes for a few seconds to simulate cleaning the phone) and was ok. "
I did what says there and put a tempered glass in the case instead of the phone and work well. The only downside is that in the inner side of the front of the case, there is a tiny plastic that keep the front film separated from the front-top of the phone. This makes the tempered glass to not adhere completely in the top. I think that the separation is for the speaker to sound better. For the bottom speaker i think it sounds ok. For the waterproof, i clean it almost everyday with water and have no problem.
This carbon fiber case here is very good looking but not super protective.
The case feels very nice but there isn't much front protection. The bump for the camera is very nice if you have a tempered glass protector it is a smooth transition.
The carbon fiber looks very good and in black and red, even my wife complimented it.

I'm pretty sure it's this one (I'll edit this comment if it's not with the right one). These screen protectors have not let me down at all. I am a very clumsy person to the point that I trip over air. So I constantly drop my phone (a lot) to where I'm not allowed to hold anyone else's phone. So I can for sure let you know that with the spigen case and these screen protectors are a great duo. The screen protector has cracked when I dropped my phone a few times but when I took it off the put a new one on. My screen was great.
Switched to Ringke Fusion X after using Spigen Armoured Case for past 1 year.
Have been using the same non branded tempered glass from day 1 which I bought from Cannaught Place for ~1$. Luckily none of these covers pushed or broke the tempered glass.
Launcher: Launcher 10
Weather widget: Digital Clock Widget Xperia
I know it can come across as a bit busy, but I love the clean lines of the tiles and the "organized chaos" designs it allows for. The standard layout of a solid tile color and black background makes for a simpler experience.
I also love that the launcher brings back some of the live tile functionality from Windows Phone/Mobile. The calendar, photos, contacts and clock can all be live and even some 3rd party apps show live info (like Spotify in the screenshot and Messenger shows a preview of the last unread message).
Launcher 10 :)
For the clock, I use a widget called Digital Clock Widget Xperia
Good pictures depend on good lighting, there's an app called PhotoTime which gives you directions on blue hour and golden hour based on the location you set. First find a good location, find the blue and golden hour at that location and wait for the right moment to click photos. Even stock camera will do just fine. You can also use GCam and use other apps to edit a little bit.
I got it from the oxygen updater app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arjanvlek.oxygenupdater
When you open the app go into the settings and scroll down to advanced mode and turn it on. Then refresh the app or restart it and the beta should be there
That's insane! Never had anything like that, but I just switched to Friendly for Instagram as this is a nice webwrapper that's supposed to be alot "lighter" on your phone. It looks very nice, no ads and more options. Might be worth checking out.
For those who havent gotten the update yet, download oxygen updater via playstore (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arjanvlek.oxygenupdater) and use it to download the zip file. From there its easy to follow the instructions provided to continue.
Most development for Firefox on Android has stopped. It is only receiving security updates in line with Firefox ESR (Extended Release, currently v68) so that they can focus development on the rewrite, Firefox Preview. It doesn't support extensions quite yet, but if that's not a hard requirement for you it's worth giving a try. It has URL on the bottom and superior performance, though for OnePlus users that may be less noticeable.
Beta is indeed ESR (showing 68.4 while release is 68.2.1). I'm not sure why it would be 60Hz while release would be 90Hz though.
I like dark, but not fully black, usually something poking up from the bottom.
Here is my current homescreen. The bump at the top wraps around the camera notch and shows battery, animates while charging. Calendar widget is Agenda by Mr. Francisco Franco himself.
WP is from AMOLED Wallpapers app. The wall of the day has lots of my favorites.
I installed this borderlight from the app store but couldn't get the notch to look as nice as this one. How did you do it?
Here's an example of the way it looks for me: https://i.imgur.com/8rim2ky.jpg The notch isn't quite right.
Perhaps you used a different app?
With this measurement tool: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glen_watson.touchaccuracy
We know we have a severe problem of touch accuracy while typing on keyboard using OnePlus 7T this tool is free and help us see how much accuracy error each one of us have.
Thanks!
It came with the icon back I installed... I paid for the pro, but I think the backgrounds come with the free version too. It's freakin' tits!
I found a way to still do it in Android 10. Get Activities Launcher: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.szalkowski.activitylauncher. Then open the app and find Settings (app) > Notch display. Click this to access the hidden settings menu where you can choose between unhidden and hidden notch modes. Works on my OP7T. I have opted to hide the notch.
I have the Ringke FusionX too. It is great for price and I really like the style and clear back (looks great with the blue 7T)
i'm 100% positive it won't work. it's an active pen.
OP needs a universal stylus. something like this;
styluses like the above aren't really comparable to active pens. they don't have the pressure sensitivity, precision or other functionality that you find in devices that are designed to use proper styluses / active pens.
still useful and novel though. eg: I'd rather draw using a pen vs. my fingertip. lol
Excellent, I was looking at that one, but through Amazon. https://www.amazon.ca/OnePlus-Unlocked-International-Warranty-Frosted/dp/B07ZQT4QCV/ref=sr_1_12?m=ADSASCASDFHX9&marketplaceID=A2EUQ1WTGCTBG2&qid=1588775379&s=merchant-items&sr=1-12&th=1
When you bought it from their website, was it the Chinese version? Any issues at all? How's the company?
Do you know what they mean by international version? Warranty?
There are a bunch of these soft TPUs with the sensor holes on ebay / Amazon under various names by the same Chinese mfr, they have thick corners.
