CoreProtect can achieve this. It logs everything from killing mobs to taking items out of chests.
You server will require plugin support for it to work. If your not using a modified version of your server jar already, i would recommend using Paper. It's a drop-in replacement for your server jar, just modify your start.bat to use the Paper jar instead of the vanilla one.
If your using something like Aternos then it's even easier, just go to server software and select Paper/spigot
I do not think it’s that Im more than sure it’s a mod, because there is a certain group of mods I download and it starts doing that here’s a mod list
Run an adware scan, restart your PC and try again. If that doesn't work, check your PC for programs on this list and remove any you find.
If you are in the US your best option is to purchase a Gift Code off Amazon
Credit card purchases, including pre-paid cards, often won't work as Mojang is outside the US.
No, at least not currently. If your friend happens to have any windows pc he should be able to join if he uses the bedrock edition. He can download it from the microsoft store.
Also if he has an android phone he can join with that by using Minecraft Pocket Edition
GUYS I FOUND A SOLUTION!!!
ive had the same problems as you guys where i would sometimes load for 5 to 10 secs then the error message would come up. However if u use a VPN it fixes it. this is the exact one i use and its free https://protonvpn.com/free-vpn/
The messages in the console make me believe the problem is with the player, and not the server. Can you check if he has this problem only with your server or with more? Is it only your server, maybe you should think about mods or datapacks. If he also get kicked from other servers, it's really his PC/installation and you should work from there..
First step would to scan for virus/adware/trojans.. Maybe use this; https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Check your pc for programs on this list, and take any action it recommends,
You should also run an adware scan
Mine is msi for refrence here is the link- here
By chance has anyone found a workaround to have it work while NordVPN is running? I have some background apps that use the split-tunnel so it is rather annoying to have to start/stop everything there when my son wants to play.
Just to not misunderstand you:
It now works with localhost AND with the 192.168... ip, right?
Then check the port forwarding on the router, and that the ip the router has is publically reachable and not behind another NAT.
You could check the NAT thing by comparing the ip your router shows you as public with the one shown on a website like (Don't click the Hide My IP Address Now button, you don't need to do that.)
It’s a plugin. I’m not sure which one specifically but this one is close enough.
Like I said before though, it won't help for your current situation. But installing it will help it it happens in the future.
I believe this: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/healthbars-1-12-2-1-16-4-mob-or-player-healthbar-customizable-toggleable.84895/
Tried their integrated commands to remove name tags, for one the commands they listed on their page are not actually the real ones, and the ones I am trying to learn don’t seem to have an effect
Hello u/bladekenter. I've made a plugin that fixes the mob spawner fps lag: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/mobspawnerfpslagfix.85357/.
You can tell the server owner to install it.
On minecraft.net, i am signed into a Java account. On the Microsoft store, i am logged into my microsoft account. So no, they are different accounts, how would i log into the one i bought the game from?
Being online definitely has something to do with it, because I only change my skins on minecraft.net and have my character model set to "classic", but whenever I can't connect to the online servers and I'm forced to play an offline single player world of my own, I am ALWAYS Alex.
I am very familiar with the launcher's play button saying either PLAY or PLAY OFFLINE every other time I start up minecraft lol.
Skins can be added through the launcher, or on minecraft.net.
To add texture packs: Open Minecraft and click Options > Resource Packs > Open resource pack folder. Drag your texture packs (in zip format) into the folder that opens. You can then select the texture pack from the menu.
Optifine is required to run all shaders afaik.
I have the same problem. I use the same email for my microsoft account and minecraft.net account. right now I cannot login into minecraft.net or my java edition any more. I tried to recover password but I never receive any email for it and I have sent many support requests but none was answered.
Idk that would help you but i have issue where some skins wouldnt upload to my account, and that solve my problem. It doesn't solve all problems but it can load your skin.
That helped me :
REMEMBER: You must be logged to your account on minecraft.net when you click APPLY.
Hey, looks like you have a URL in your title, click here to check it out:

Yes, and we decided that none of the saves were worth saving. So I uninstalled it and deleted all of the related files and folders that I know of. After that we were unable to reinstall until after we solved the firewall issue that was preventing us from logging onto the minecraft.net website.
he just told me he was using mc leaks cause the same issue as the minecraft.net website is happening on the launcher and he has to use mc leaks to play, he does own a minecraft account though
another problem is he cant log into minecraft.net, when he presses log in nothing happens at all, it just doesnt register that he clicked log i, so reinstalling minecraft is out of the question
I don't know exactly what cracked means but from what I've read about it no. I bought the game from minecraft.net, meaning that I bought it legally which from what I know it means I'm not cracked. Please let me know if I'm wrong I'm still kinda new at this. :)
I have contacted support but I've been waiting a couple hours for a response so I'm trying to find other help while I wait. On the Minecraft.net site if you attempt to reset your password it says:
"If there is a Mojang account registered to [EMAIL] we have sent instructions for how to reset your password."
Just incase I was using the wrong email to be safe I went ahead and tried with all the email accounts I've ever owned and none of them received a password reset email.
This happend to me a will ago... Try going to mojang´s website or just go to minecraft.net, and try sending u an email for the password for your email... (sorry for bad english) and then change the password and u will be fine!!! (this solved the problem to me)
I just disabled the GeForce overlay and removed MCLeaks. the adware scan came up with one file so i "quarantined" it and restarted my computer. just tried logging into the Minecraft launcher and it still doesn't let me in. i've also tried logging into Minecraft.net from my phone and same issue on there too.
Minecraft doesn't play nice with VPN's so it's best to avoid them anyway.
No, nothing external. I followed the instructions listed on Minecraft.net. I enabled Port forward in my Routers settings. I checked my desktop IP and port, everything is as is.
yeah sure, as for fixing your problem, here is an article i found. You can manually change the Left and Right balance temporarily while playing Minecraft. hope this helps.
Depending on the software you have available, you could try scaling the image down. I don't know the one you referenced, but the one I use, GIMP, is both cross platform and free, and does have that ability
https://www.gimp.org/tutorials/GIMP_Quickies/ (how to scale)
An internet search for a steak hunger bar will turn up hits. Just be aware that if the image you choose does not have a copyright that permits free use, you must comply with its copyright requirements.
It is using a plugin to get a scoreboard you can customize yourself. :)
Multiple worlds are possible with the use of plugins. For years, the most popular multiple dimension plugins is Multiverse (bukkit, spigot).
If you don't know how to work with plugins or run a non-vanilla Minecraft server, there is a lot of information online on the topic.
If you Have access to the account again, and you've changed your password, the only other thing to do is enable 2 factor authentication, if you're using a Microsoft account.
> but I wanted to check as it was a password that is used for other things,
That's really bad security. Every password should be unique. Then, if someone gets one password, they don't have access to everything. If you have trouble remembering passwords, use a password manager like BitWarden
Are you talking about the black bar with the close "x" at the top of your Minecraft screen?
If you are, there's not much you can do to get rid of it. Check out borderless gaming on GitHub, I think it offers you a solution.
If it's the new launcher then it's a bug (I think) at Mojangs end.
There was a post made on Mojang's support Twitter acount:
"We’re aware that Game Pass members cannot yet access Minecraft Java Edition! We’re working on getting a resolution in place and will update soon."
I may be wrong but so many users are experiencing this problem so it must apply to non game pass members aswell.
It's not ideal but I have read numerous times that lunar and badlion (optifine) have launchers that are working currently until the issue is fixed
Apparently the spawn radius gamerule only works for a player's first spawn, and for respawns it just uses the exact spawn point instead. To get the behavior you want, you would need a plugin, according to this thread about the same issue. It sounds like EssentialsX allows you to do this and more stuff regarding player spawning.
Hope this helps!
To run mods and plugins on the server you'll need to use something like Kettle.
You can then install Pam's HC by dropping it in the mods folder. Your economy plugin in the plugins folder.
It's been a while since I last used Spigot, but IIRC it was much easier on the server than bukit was.
Also for commands like /home and /warp etc they're all included in Essentials X. With the specs you've posted you should be able to run a server and minecraft without to much hassle.
1.14.4 is fine for vanilla, if you're wanting forge mods it's best to use 1.12.2 at the moment.
There was a spigot plugin that allowed bedrock players to join a java server. It's not been updated since Java 1.12 though.
I'm not sure there is a way to do exactly what your asking. But you could get the same results using Multiverse.
You would create the public world and set that to default. You can then allow access to the second world to only you and your friend.
Hey! I thought I knew a plugin that would do exactly what you need, but unfortunately it hasn't been updated since MC 1.8.9.
The closest I could find was Village Generator not sure if it can affect the generation rates, but it will let you spawn villages within the world by command.
I mean an older version of the game launcher itself, it looks like they removed the downlad link from their website, but sometimes it's a problem with the launcher itself... Maybe try looking around here https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/hate-the-new-minecraft-launcher-i-have-a-solution.216894/
you'd have to register a domain name to use DNS instead of an IP. Then you would have to register with a DNS provider, so that it connects your domain name to your IP. This step should be free. If you have a dynamic IP instead of a static one, you need dynamic DNS aka DDNS.
You can register domain names at places like godaddy.com, I use cloudflare.com for DNS
Right click the download link, and click "Open link in new tab"
btw, I recommend getting a Paper server rather than a vanilla one. It's more stable, has more performance, and supports spigot/bukkit plugins!
Where is the server hosted? Is it a home PC?
Your crash appears to be caused by severe lag, this is backed up by you seeing "can't keep up" messages as soon as the server starts.
Is it a vanilla server? The vanilla jar isn't very optimised. You might get better results with a paper server it's much more optimized, and is server side only, so vanilla clients can still connect.
The vanilla server Jar isn't optimised, so problems like this are to be expected.
To get round it, use an optimised server.jar like PaperMC. You will still connect using the vanilla client, but the server itself will run much smoother.
Have a look at CoreProtect amongst many other things,it tracks chest use.
You will need PaperMC, or spigot, to run it.
I think I understand the cause. I've even managed to replicate similar lags in my system.
It's most certainly due to how the power-saving mode works. If you're interested in having the full explanation, tell me again and I'll write it down, it just might be a little long.
Otherwise, in terms of why it's only happening now, I think it's either because your map minecraft has gotten heavier over time so it requires a little bit more performance, or some kind of update has changed slightly how certain components work.
What I would advise you to do is stay in balenced mode. This mode shouldn't normally consume much more power than the power saving mode. If you think your PC is overheating anyway, you can verify this by installing the following software:
It's a little freeware. (You have to take the classic version on the left side of the page)
When you open it, there will be a lot of lines with info for your different components. Look for the sections (there are several) that give temperature values and look at the values as you play. As long as it's below 70°C, it's all good, around 80, it's a bit hot and around 90°C, it's the limit. On the other hand, if there are completely inconsistent values like 999°C or 0°C or those that jump from 10 to 200 all the time, they're just unconnected sensors, you can just ignore them.
If your PC is indeed overheating, there are other parameters that allow you to limit this without putting the power save mode on. So tell me again if this is the case and I'll give you the indications (I'll make screenshots to make it clearer).
If you cant find the original file you can go online and download an icon and assign that.
This site has the official icon:
And here's one for customized icons:
Are you talking about the in-game frame rate control or is it the NVIDIA control panel? if it's the NVIDIA panel what is your monitors name?
No matter what make sure to update drivers (or revert if this started after a driver update)
It's pretty much the same thing as changing textures. I'm going to assume you know how to make the base for a resource pack starting with the minecraft assets folder (if not, I could give some quick instructions or find a nice tutorial to link). The sounds are located in assets/minecraft/sounds and are stored as .ogg files. If the sound files you would like to use for your pack aren't in the .ogg fromat, use a converter (others have recommended LameXP and fre : ac as free and safe, but I haven't actually done any of this myself, so not sure). Then, just replace the default sound files with your sounds, making sure to name it the same way.
The launcher is a separate program. So go to your Control Panel/Software and properly de-install the Minecraft Launcher. Then re-install it.
It would also make sense to scan your system for adware;
I think you need to first uninstall the cracked software fully from your system using the control panel. The skins thing happened to me as well and i think its an adware issue. for that i used https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ and you can try the free trial. once u download it click scan and once scan is complete click quarantine and that should work for your skin and others.
No worries. On the original device, I'd suggest running an Adware scan and checking your hosts file.
Also, remember to mark the post solved properly please. AutoMod replied with our solved process on your previous !solved comment
There could be a number of things causing this. We'll start with the basics and work from there:
Check your computer for adware and incompatible programs:
Okay. A lot of skin issues are caused by adware or incompatible programs.
Were you able to join servers in the past? Have you installed anything new since then?
Check your computer for incompatible programs and adware.
This can sometimes be caused by adware. Run a scan with AdwCleaner, restart your PC, then launch Minecraft again.
If that doesn't fix it, check your computer for incompatible programs.
There's supposed to be two Minecraft tasks, that's normal.
When the loading bar stops like that it's usually a sign of adware infection. Try running a scan with AdwCleaner, restart your PC and launch MC again.
Try running an adware scan with AdwCleaner, restart your PC, then try launching Minecraft again.
If that doesn't work, check your computer for incompatible programs.
A couple of things that might be causing this:
If neither of those options fixes it, answer the following please:
You also don't need to install java unless you're planning on running mods. The launcher has its own bundled version of java for use with vanilla.
Exit code 1 could be caused by a number of things, try the following in order:
Okay, a couple of things to check then:
Is it still crashing though? If it is check the basics:
A few questions for you,
There could be a few things causing this.
Could your check your PC for any programs on this list, and take any action it recommends.
You should also run a scan using AdwCleaner, restart your PC, then try Minecraft again.
Could be a number of things causing this.
Do you have any of these programs installed?
I'd also recommend running an adware scan.
This might be caused by an incompatible program. Check your pc for any programs on this list, take all recommended action. You should also run an adware scan using AdwCleaner.
Let me know how you get on please.
This could be caused by a few things, Have you got any of the programs on this list?
Also, run an adware scan, there's a small chance adware could be causing this.
Check your PC for any of these programs. If you have any installed, remove them and try to load again. You should also run an adware scan using AdwCleaner, then restart your PC.
There could be quite a few things causing this, we'll start with the basics;
This sounds like adware infection. Run an adware scan on your PC using AdwCleaner, restart and try launching again.
The multiple launcher instances is because the launcher's based on Chromium, you can see more info on this bug
This is usually caused by adware/malware or an incompatible program.
Run an adware scan using AdwCleaner, restart your PC and try launching again.
If that doesn't work, check your PC for programs on this list and take any action it recommends.
Have you got any of these programs installed. Might also be worth running an adware scan. Be aware though, none of these things will fix the world that's already corrupted.
Thanks. A couple of things to try then, after each point try running the server again, only move onto the next step if the previous step hasn't worked.
If after trying the above it doesn't work, let me know. I have confirmed that the Minecraft server isn't the issue here, so something on your PC is causing the problem.
Okay, we'll need to start ruling things out then, run an adware scan and check your PC for incompatible programs. Let me know how you get on.
Okay, the crash you received is caused by overactive security software and/or adware. We ruled adware out by running the scan, You could take that one step further, and run a full malware scan using Malwarebytes. My next suggestion after that, is to remove VIPER security and try Minecraft again.
This is normally caused by adware infection, run an adware scan, restart your PC and try loading again.
If that doesn't work, check your PC for incompatible programs and remove any you have installed.
Run an adware scan on your PC, restart, and try loading again.
There's a slim chance that adware could be causing this.Try running an Adware scan, restart your PC, then try again.
If that doesn't work, check your PC for programs on this list, and take any action it recommends. Pay particular attention to the section about game overlays.
let me know how you get on please.
There's a few things this could be,
Run an adware scan, then restart and try again.
if that doesn't work, check your PC for programs on this list and remove any you have installed, then try Minecraft again.
Run an adware scan on your PC, restart, and try Minecraft again.
If that doesn't work, check your PC for programs on this list and remove any you find.
Run an adware scan, and check your PC for programs on this list. Remove any you find and retry Minecraft.
Let me know how you get on.
It still shows the usual server outputs though?
Everything points to the connection being blocked. This could be down to your ISP blocking certain ports, or something on your PC is blocking the connection.
Run an adware scan, there's a small chance that could be blocking the connection. You should also check your PC for programs on this list, and remove any you have.
If your friends are still unable to connect you'll need to contact your ISP.
Okay, it should be able to run with that amount, so something else must be causing the issue.
Run an adware scan, restart your pc and try launching Minecraft again.
If that doesn't work, check your pc for programs on this list, and remove any you find.
There's a couple of things this could be;
Run an adware scan, and then restart your PC and try again.
If that doesn't fix it, check your PC for programs on this list, and remove any you have.
Run an adware scan using AdwCleaner, and check your PC for programs on this list. If you have any, remove them and try Minecraft again.
The most common cause of this is adware infection. Run an adware scan, restart your pc, and try again.
If that doesn't work, check your pc for programs on this list, and take any action it recommends.
Run an adware scan, sometimes this issue can be caused by adware.
Also check the 'Game Enhancement Software' section on this page, it lists all known incompatible software.
Run an adware scan, if that doesn't work, check the programs on your PC, against this list and take any action it recommends.
There's multiple reasons this could be happening.
To start with, check the programs on your PC against this list and take any action it recommends.
You should also run an Adware scan.
This is usually caused by one of two problems.
You may have a program installed that is incompatible with minecraft. Check the programs installed on your PC against this list. If you have any, do what is recommended in the list.
Or it could be Adware/Malware, running a scan with AdwCleaner will fix it, if that's the case.
Check the programs on your pc against this list, if you have any of the programs remove them.
You should also run an Adware scan
Sounds like something is interfering with minecraft,
Check the programs on your laptop against this list and take any action it recommends.
You should also run an adware scan, I'd recommend AdwCleaner
