I just made it for myself with Bubble.io privately. Bubble is totally free for private use. It's technically not a "mobile app" but can be accessed via the browser. I think there are other no-code tools that will make actual mobile apps, but can't recall what they're called.
I just set up a basic database with item types and then I add individual item entities with their expiration dates. I think there are other inventory apps like Out Of Milk and stuff that will do similar things and are probably also free, but I was just curious to make my own for some reason.
They sell nose wires on Amazon, you could try gluing them to the outside of the mask to get it a little better of a seal. https://www.amazon.com/100PCS-Aluminum-Bendable-Bridge-Adhesive/dp/B086Z5K63V/
People are starting to re-stock after running down their caches, as well as a bit of panic related to the record number of new cases.
There also has been a run on things like soap, hand sanitizer, and general cleaning products the last month, but much of that demand is coming from businesses that are expecting to be able to re-open. Try to find a touch-free soap dispenser like you'd see in a restaurant's bathroom -- If you think N95s are rare... You haven't tried to find a touch-free TFX dispenser like this one.
This one appears to be new (or has recently come back in stock?) on Amazon. They were next day delivery yesterday, probably out of stock completely soon. Mine shows "Out for delivery" but by this hour that usually means it's getting delayed until tomorrow or worse.
I got mine on Amazon a few months ago. They are still there but more expensive now. I got the elderberry zinc ones so my kid would use them if he needed them.

I haven’t tried this portable lock personally, but it has pretty good reviews on Amazon. Doesn’t hurt to try.
It started out as a Raspberry Pi running Retropie, but I am now using an old PC running Batocera.
Batocera is an operating system that turns your PC into a retro gaming console.
You can actually boot it and run it from a flash drive without making any changes to your PC, but I like to have a dedicated machine hooked up to my TV.
You don't need anything special for most of the games. If you have an old PC in your garage, it will probably do.
It runs all the old classics; Atari 2600, Nintendo NES and SNES, Genesis, original Playstation, N64, Game Boy etc.
I can't tell you where to get the games from for obvious reasons, but google is your friend.
There's a guy on youtube called ETA Prime who has loads of simple step by step tutorials such as this one:
(Skip to 8:10 to get an idea of what it actually looks like in use).
Second that one. I’ve had mine for a year and a half and it’s great!
I also have this one in my bedroom. I’m happy with both of them!
The Aqua-Tainers leak a bit when you use the spout. An o-ring will fix the problem.
The o-ring size is: 1-1/16" OD x 7/8" ID x 3/32" thick, (#17 O-ring)
It fits perfectly on the spout of the 7 gallon Aqua-Tainers:

hatchet, axe, folding knife, saw, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, small bottles of vodka and other alcohol for treating wounds, drinking, fire and barter, extra propane and gasoline (unless in an apartment) firearms and ammo, batteries, neosporin, Lifestraw, canteen (miiltary with steel cup that can be used to boil water), portable grill ( REDCAMP Wood Burning Camp Stove Folding Stainless Steel 304# Grill, Large Portable Backpacking Stove for Hiking Camping Survival BBQ (Large) ) paracord, hydration bladder for backpack, solid bag and can opener.
> Oh man we used to dread when dad pulled out the peroxide for a scrape. I still use it for some things like an infected hangnail, but Neosporin is so much less traumatic! My kids know NOTHING about pain! (except emotional pain lol)
ahahahha the agonizing emotional pain.
I recently bought these anti-septic towelettes. They have Benzalkonium (BZK) in them. Look it up--it's in a bunch of first aid kits.
If I got a scrape, I think I would saline it, use the BZK, then Neosporin. The BZK is prob overboard lol.
If anyone wants hand sanitizer, Suave is sometimes in stock here. Ordered some for family members in different states--it basically is just water and alcohol without the gel, but that's all ya need. 72% ethyl alcohol (CDC recommendation is > 60%). (Obviously soap and water is better, but it's not always available.) Hasn't been any hand sanitizer in stock locally since mid-February (though fortunately as a germophobe I always keep a ton on hand, so it wasn't a problem for me).
Or you could just buy defogger for glasses. It’s like $5-$10 on amazon and works like a charm. I bought one that’s actually for diving gear, it’s a small bottle but will last me years.

Here are some disposable masks in stock on Amazon, $30 for a pack of 50. I received mine, cut one apart and confirmed they are 3 layers with the center one being a melt blown cloth filter.
re: hand sanitizer, if there is a local distillery near you, give them a call. I lucked out and one near me had converted part of their setup and was selling the WHO formula hand sanitizer. I fill plastic pocket spritzers and use those
I bought this one awhile back and it works great. Currently unavailable on Amazon but maybe you can fine something similar somewhere else. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N9J2GYI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Yes, we bought one at the start of this. I figured we could use it to determine when we were just feeling sick and when we were actually no-kidding in danger. Various articles about coronavirus patients suggest that an oxy sat below 94% is worrisome and one below 90% is VERY BAD.
Amazon seems to have sold out for now. If you're curious, this is the one I bought. It was about $35.
A hand-held bidet (basically a water hose) can still be purchased on Amazon for $40 or less. How long it takes to get delivered is anyone's guess.
HERE is one example.
It drastically reduces the need for toilet paper.
If anyone needs tampons, Amazon sells mass quantities for vending machines. A little pricey, but cheaper than buying the smaller boxes over time. They have other products, as well.

Nope. Has to be UV-C specifically, and also put out ozone. I have this one, and it's still in stock and fulfilled by Amazon.
You want to set up a room where you can put what needs to be sterilized, close it off, and leave the room for an hour. Between the light and the ozone, it will disinfect, but you must absolutely not look at the light or breathe in the ozone! So make sure you can vent your sterilization room quickly and easily, (we set ours up in our garage so we can open the garage door when finished to quickly vent) and that you have your bulb set up on a remote or timer. This light will cause retinal/skin damage, and ozone is toxic to breathe in, so attempt this at your own risk.

JUSAID Pet First Aid Kit, 105... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BYP6NSK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Sorry for my very late reply, my friend! This is the kit I settled on for my dogs. I’m pleased with it. It comes with some pet specific supplies like a great first aid guide for dogs and cats, a pet sized splint set, collapsible water bowl, muzzle, pill organizer, emergency collar and leash, thermometer, and waste bags. These items make it especially ideal for camping, too.
One thing I did notice while examining and organizing its contents is that many of the general first aid supplies I already have in my human first aid and trauma kits. I’m still happy to have the pet specific supplies in a smaller bag, as it will enable me to find what I need more quickly.
Late to the thread but if anyone needs one, Groupon is selling one for $19.99 plus $3.99 shipping and you can probably use a coupon on it.
There’s a Honeywell shop on Amazon. They have n95 NIOSH certified and they run about $1 per mask. If done right, you can reuse the masks as well. The best fitted at the over the head. Say goodbye to hairstyles and fashion though 😂😂
I have n95’s that a I got from a reputable manufacturer, before I picked up the n95’s. The fit is very different, but still better than a surgical mask. (Which is still better than no mask).
The n95’s and KN95’s protect what’s coming in as well as going out. Something also about electromagnetic charges?
Looks like they’re back on sale. Here’s the link to the ones I get. They’re elastic is also fabric, so it holds up better. (I had one in the 5 boxes I’ve bought, come loose).
Also google how to reuse them. It’s basically sticking it in a paper bag for a set amount of days to “air out” if you don’t have other means. Washing them/ using alcohol or hydrogen peroxide will compromise their filter.
I find the 3M 8511 a good option on larger faces. It does have an exhalation valve, which makes it rather comfortable. The design has the straps attached a little bit inside of a perimeter edge - that means there is usually less discomfort from the edge digging into the face (since it is spread over more surface area).
Another option is 3M 8233. It is an N100, so it exceeds N95 standard and is more of a niche product in the safety world (most users in N100 will just upgrade to a reusable cartridge-style product). It’s going to cost more (probably closer to $15 each), but is pretty durable and has thick straps with adjustable length. I saw it on sale in 3M Amazon store for about $11 though.
I would generally prefer to buy from an authorized 3M safety/industrial distributor (like Airgas, Grainger, Fastenal, etc in US) instead of Amazon. You will get better pricing and be more confident of the authenticity.

>Also how long can each pair of filter last? They are pretty expensive too
I've found the 3M organic vapor cartridge to be the best bang for my buck-- $35, but good for six months, can be used daily, and can be wiped down if you get anything on it. So the cost per day is just about nil, once you've made the investment. I've always liked the breathability in the half face-- all the filters available have so much surface area it's not really a problem.
For the mask, I have the quick latch half face model, which is pretty affordable (<$20), and I pair with goggles (~$10).
Total cost: $65 for 6mos.
GVS P100. Official GVS store (linked to from the official GVS website)
52 bucks.
Done, son.
This will be expensive, but you can wear a 3m n100 mask.
You can put on an extra large cloth mask on top of it if you're worried about the way the n100 will look.
I used cronometer, I have my stored food posted here.
Supercook is awesome. Great recommendation.
I'd also like to suggest cronometer.com to anyone interested in avoiding nutritional deficiencies. It's a calorie tracker but the focus is on nutrition. I've been using it every day for the last 8 months to make sure I'm getting all my vitamins and minerals. It's actually surprisingly hard to get there with just food..
Anyway, if you're worried about possible nutritional gaps in your planned meals, plug in a few sample days worth of data and see how it looks.
Another consideration is that using a calorie tracker during a bug-in situation will help you not accidentally blow through all your food too fast! So it might not be a bad idea to get comfortable using one.
I have a reusable silicone mask with a filter I replace weekly. My hubs, kids, and I all wear this style. It also prevents glasses from steaming. It is supposed to be N95 quality.

i found this audio book this week. its a war time production during 1915. It talks a lot about rationing and what the bodies really need. Milk is high on the list
"The long war has brought hunger to Europe; some of her peoples stand constantly face to face with starvation. To meet all this great food need in Europe—and meeting it is an imperative military necessity—we must be very careful and economical in our food use here at home. We must eat less; we must waste nothing; we must equalize the distribution of what food we may retain for ourselves; we must prevent extortion and profiteering which make prices so high that the poor cannot buy the food they actually need; and we must try to produce more food. For all this there is needed a "food education" of all our people. For the purpose of diffusing this information this little book has been prepared under the direction of the Food Administration. By following the suggestions for food conservation herein contained every one can render his country an important war service." (Summary excerpted from the Preface by Herbert Hoover)

> Tested Masks In this study, four different facemasks were assessed against laboratorygenerated particles of five different sizes under well-constrained laboratory conditions and using the state-of-the-art particle instrumentation. Three cloth masks, and one pleated surgical mask, were purchased from street vendors in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2014. Two commercially available N95 masks from two different manufacturers in the United States were also tested, including a rigid Moldex model (2701) and a 3M model (8200). The Moldex mask (N95 mask2) and one of the cloth masks (cloth mask 1) had a plastic and latex exhalation valve. N95 filtering facepiece respirators (N95 masks) are a class of certified respirators that have undergone a certified and laborious process to test their efficacy.10–13 Photographs of the tested cloth mask of three different types, along with two N95 masks, are given in Supplementary Figure S1. ... > Cloth mask 1, the best performer of the cloth masks, also has a conical or tetrahedral shape, allowing the edge to conform closely to the mannequin’s contours. The worst performing cloth masks were simple rectangles with loops to connect behind the ear. It is possible that this design does not allow a sufficient fit on the mannequin, allowing the leakage of significant fraction of particles to penetrate through the mask. Although this was apparently true on a test mannequin, the leaks from such shape of masks is also likely true for real-world uses.
(Let's see how much formatting fixing I have to do on this)
Hey thanks but that's a pretty old article (2013) listing pretty old versions of the software. Might as well point people directly to the current ones: https://www.kiwix.org/en/downloads/kiwix-reader/
I upvoted you because the software consensus rules allowed your transaction through (in bitcoin world, all speech matters, not upvotes or downvotes).
Interesting notes also that while Bitcoin is protocol and bitcoin is currency (for simplicity's sake), a lot of people see Bitcoin as speech, because it's code, and information transmitted from place to place based on that code; and code is speech
Check out stuff like "bitmessage" and "twister (http://twister.net.co/)" for some actual speech applications built on bitcoin, or "peepeth" built on ethereum.
> Medication shortages for the next 12-24 months as we attempt to begin manufacturing them in the US because of shortages globally and protectionist policies already now in place from India and China. There will be no capital to build these facilities. Domestically
Only if the US government has made the dollar worthless. Which I don't see in the cards quite yet, we're in a terrific deflationary storm as lots of "virtual" money gets destroyed and people try to sell what they have for US dollars. Virtual as in the value of stocks; travel etc. read is something like 10% of the economy, and I don't see it making sense to "bail out" airline companies, they or their assets need to be put on ice for the duration and as you note, for some time beyond.
> Vaccine development is already being hampered as research labs and virologists are told to quarantine. This is counter intuitive, but already happening.
Citation?? Maybe outside the US, but I hope this isn't happening for very long as state wide shutdown issues get worked out. Then again, Manila is going to run out of meat in about two weeks due to cackhanded implementation of a lock down.
Given how bad the false negative problem is for testing, something we've known since January 31 when the director of the CDC spoke about it:
> [...] I want to be clear the current tests that we developed at CDC, is not, we're not sure of the natural history of how the virus is isolated. Can you isolate it one day, then, three days later, you can and we are seeing in the cases that are in the hospital. We've seen people had detectable virus, then they didn't have detectable virus. Then three days later, they had detectable virus. We're using the virus cultures right now and these individuals more to help us learn about this virus. How much asymptomatic carriage in fact is there? So I want people to understand that distinction. We're not using it as a release criteria, because we don't know the natural history of how this virus is secreted. And this is what we're continuing to learn.
Which do you think is more likely?
> I mean, okay, but in the US, for example, we had two months' advance warning, and our leadership did literally nothing to prepare.
That it a complete and total lie.
To take just one example, by January 31st the head of CDC mentioned what many other nations have admitted, accurate testing is very difficult:
Of course, it's even more difficult if the manufacturing arm of your lab is incompetent, which the FDA blew open (details on request), and now the private sector is going to get a chance to show what they can do. With style.
And a great deal of stuff has been done behind the scenes, but the CDC testing debacle has severely, perhaps catastrophically put doing a lot of mitigations behind schedule.
If you are this pig ignorant of what's been happening, you're not worth listening to.
An elastomeric half mask respirator. If you have an unusually difficult face fit for whatever reason, and EHMR is often a good solution. Exactly what respiratory protection professionals jump to when they can't find a disposable N95 that fits the user.
If you're looking for something to quite literally tape the device to your face, wardrobe tape will often do the trick.
Dear /u/smar6061:
For a long time, the US government CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) said "please save the N95 masks for hospital staff". Early on in the pandemic, there may have been merit to doing so. Nowadays, I don't think there is. I encourage every American to wear an N95 mask, or (at the very least) a KF94 mask.
3M has ramped up mask production significantly in the past couple of years. (Source.)
Many hospitals have started reusing N95 masks. This saves a lot of masks. So, America may now more N95 masks than it needs.
Anyway, even if there is a shortage, it's of 3M N95 masks.
I would encourage you, if you're willing, to get yourself some non-medical 3M N95 masks (e.g. 3M 9205+, 9210+, or 8511). You can get 3M 9205+ from Amazon (these are not counterfeit) or at many Home Depot stores.
If you're unwilling to wear 3M N95 masks, I would at least encourage you to buy some other N95 masks (e.g. Honeywell).
If you're unwilling to wear N95 masks, I would encourage you to at least buy non-counterfeit KN95 masks (e.g. Powecom masks from Office Depot) or KF94 masks.
N95 / KF94 / KN95 masks are reusable, but not washable.
N95 masks have two headbands. KF94 and some KN95 masks have ear loops. Masks with headbands will protect you best.
No vaccine is perfect. Please, protect yourself from the Delta variant as much as possible.
What are your thoughts?
I really like GVS respirators. I have several of this model and keep one in my backpack.
It's not nearly as big as the 3m respirators.
I like this case a lot too
The closest I’ve found so far is the Levi reversible over the head masks. The link is for Amazon but they’ve got other options on their site.
There’s a little pocket sewn in the design to accommodate for your nose without clips, & Since it’s over the head instead of ear loops you get a tighter fit, it has a slot to insert disposable filters (fits those ones off of Amazon & Walmart), and comes in a solid color. The set I have had 1 mask with blue on one side & red on the other (perfect for voting day, July 4th or walking through opposing gang territory), 1 that’s peach/skin colored and black on the other, & one that’s blue on one side & black on the other.
80% of the time I can wear my glasses with it & not get fogged up. When it does fog up it’s usually failure on my part for not tying it correctly.
Over the head ties do make it hard to remove so I end to wear it for the entire time I’m outside, including in the car alone. But I’m not out & about much these days with work from home so it’s fine.
Amazon sells a temp checker alarm that'll go off if the temp rises above a certain amount. We lost our meat once from a pet unplugging it accidentally. Bought these! I’m a nurse and use them daily with patients. No issues with fog up.
GVS elipse off amazon (link) was my last purchase, I had some existing 3M ahead of the pandemic.
It's a really nice small mask. I love it for home improvement. If you get the case too it's great for keeping in a backpack or go bag for travel
It would greatly depend on how your vendor gets their dry ice. Dry ice really isn't that complicated to make and you can even buy small machines on Amazon. I honestly don't know how most manufacturers deal with getting dry ice but I would say a fairly large number would find it most economical to produce on site.
I'm sure you could email or call your vendor and ask as well.
I have a question with all of this mask talk. https://www.amazon.com/3M-Cartridge-60923-Respiratory-Protection/dp/B00AEFCKKY/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=respirator%2Bmask&qid=1607389082&sr=8-5&th=1 I already owned one of these so I wear it when I go grocery shopping. So far so good. Can anyone confirm if it's effective, outside of anectdotes, but in science for dummies? My mask was open for a few years because I only ever used it if I needed to spray paint something outside. (I make costume props) I figured being p100 it would work just as well as an n95, but I guess I'm worried now if it has degraded over time or I'm exposing myself taking it on and off (how do you clean them anyway? I wipe them down and leave them for a week).

For a tiny space, a cast iron fondue pot may be more practical. I've got a vintage one from the 70s. You just need some burner pellets in stock, and you've got yourself a tiny pan to warm up whatever cans you have even if the electricity goes out. It doesn't take up much space either, and will be really nice to share a meal around with friends when all this covid mess is finally over.
I bought a set of 10 that I really like. Having been in and out of the hospital, I've tried different styles. The balaclava was so tight it made my nose bleed. One was a loose fabric. I inhaled fibers from that one. This new set is a soft material, no fibers and nothing that hurts your ears with prolonged use.

Similar but using this to do first freeze before popping them into freezer bags.
Dont forget a bag of powered eggs as well.
I already had a regular spray bottle of it. I've been using it since March, and it's about half gone. The refill has been out of stock, and who knows how much of it they have, so don't delay.
I use these. They are referred to as KF94 which as you might guess filters slightly less than N95 but I find them comfortable and sterile to replace which I think makes up for it in the airplane scenario you describe
If you take off your respirator, you need to sanitize the inside after each meal since it will be exposed to the air around you.

I also had gum recession that I have been working with my dentist to address for years, but I have a different autoimmune disease that causes severe dryness of the whole body. My rheumatologist suggested I try taking a hyaluronic acid supplement and somehow within the first week of taking it my gums were light pink (they had been red) and very tight against my teeth (they had been loose, receded, and inflamed.) I did not change anything else at the time, and wasn’t anticipating this kind of improvement for my gums, I started taking it for my dry eyes and mouth. It was a very pleasant surprise. I also drink lots of bone broth and try to keep good dental hygiene.
My dentist reopened in May and I had a standing appointment. Somehow I was less worried about going in then and I didn’t get sick, but I would not go right now. We are in a hot spot and I wouldn’t risk it. Anyway, the dentist was very impressed with the improvement and was excited to share the cause with his other patients. They also highly recommend using a waterpik for gum health. Best of luck, stay healthy!
If you're shooting indoors: double up on ear protection.
I had no idea that people did this when I first started shooting, but it can seriously save your hearing. Using just plugs is dangerous because the uncovered part of your ears can still be damaged, and just earmuffs don't provide enough protection indoors. Get something like these and learn how to put them in properly:
Then get something like this to put over them:
You'll be able to hear just fine and your ears will thank you.
I started buying these Clorox toilet tablets for home as an added measure to microdroplets. TBH I don't know if it helps but I am taking every precaution I can.

If you have the money and are planning to do it long-term.
Also disposable masks lose their effectivity if you use it too many times, so make sure to be grabbing a new one every so often.
Otherwise, just buy new packs of facemasks which is cheaper short-term (if this whole covid thing doesn't end in 5 months).
Currently it's about $10-$20 for 50 disposable surgical ones. That's ~2 months for $10/$20.
Nitryle rubber decomposes at 105C, the virus dies after 5 minutes in 70C. I have a box for used gloves, once it's filled I put it in an oven and then reuse. They also survive washing machine at 60C with bleach. This means I can switch gloves often for comfort without going broke.
I also like gloves which are only nitryle on the one side, like this https://www.amazon.com/Liberty-Ultra-Thin-Glove-10-Gauge-Polyester/dp/B00C9QF5XU?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_15 because my hands sweat less in them.
Your post reminded me of this series I stumbled upon.
I haven’t done it in an office but I absolutely would. You might try the ones that collect into disposable urine bags though, more discreet for sure. Your cleaning service might side eye bottles of urine but the bags are opaque, no one would know what is in them.

Have you thought about also wearing a face shield? Amazon has some “cute” ones that attach to colorful headbands.

Ah, I saw $$ and assumed US -- yes, US prices. Can't speak for other markets.
Good deal on the 7093s, hard to find in the US and usually around that price from a good distributor or marked up significantly via shadier sources.
The 6500-series is specifically marketed as "Rugged Comfort" and is designed to be more durable than the 6200 -- 6200 (medium size of the 6000 series) is the "value" product. See 3M PDF for an overview of the highlights of the 6000/6500/7500 facepieces. Note that the numbers are a little confusing, as the "6000 series" is 6100/6200/6300 (Small/Med/Large) but the 6500 and 7500 series sizes are 6501/6502/6503 and 7501/7502/7503. One would think the numbers for the 6000 series would be 6001/6002/6003, but not so much.. heh
From that PDF about the 6500:
• Extended product life due to resilient silicone material • Long-lasting polyester-spandex straps • Faceseal keeps its shape in high-heat environments
Will Amazon ship to you? They have all this stuff available with some of the best prices on the market at the moment... Guessing not, but just in case -- 6502QL
$13.76 on Amazon currently.
Knockoff may work, for a time. How long that time is.. well, only one way to find out.
Depends on what you are paying for 7093s, going with a different facepiece might make sense. The Moldex 7000 and North 5500 are both in the ~$15 range as well, and the P100 filters for either are generally easier to find and less expensive than the 7093s. If you're going the 3M route, I'd personally spend the extra $5 on the 6502 facepiece; it's a far superior unit both in terms of comfort and overall quality.
Both. eBay is basically the danger zone of buying anything in demand. Amazon too -- lots of fake junk on Amazon. Only buy "ships from and sold by amazon.com" items when looking for stuff on Amazon. Speaking of that, they do have the 2078 P95 pancakes up for a good deal right now.
wasnt talking about any specifically but here's amazon brand equivalent of over 80oz for the price of that 54

You could just get some sanitizer test strips which are ~$5.50 USD on Amazon. That what’s similar to what is used to test sanitizing solutions by the state health department.
Most cities have a home brew shop (usually also a wine store) but here is some amazon

I expect that there's stuff from around your house that will work.
Can't vouch for the article. https://smartairfilters.com/en/blog/best-materials-make-diy-face-mask-virus/
elastic bandages appear to be readily available on Amazon. example: https://www.amazon.com/GT-Lifetime-American-Elastic-Bandage/dp/B07V1T6NJ3
I'll bet that would work a treat if you played with the widths.
> He told me he doesn’t know when ‘they will see butter again’.
Just a heads up to anyone, if you need butter and can't find any, I just ordered a gallon of beef tallow from Amazon. Also available by the quart. There's also plenty of ghee (clarified butter) available, looks like. So there are options!
If it helps, this is the one I ordered from Amazon, which was more than enough to cover all vents in my 2 bedroom apartment. It should also be available to your local hardware store if you're brave enough to venture out.

If you live in the US, there is still powdered milk available on Amazon. I bought this shelf-stable milk a couple weeks ago and it took a little while to be delivered, but tastes pretty close to fresh milk.
If you live in the U.S., I bought this on Amazon a couple weeks ago so I could have milk when my fresh milk runs out, and while it’s not exactly the same, it tastes pretty close to fresh milk. It’s in stock on Amazon still but it won’t be able to deliver for a week or so.
The only totally vegetarian one I know that's is also very good, but extremely spicy, is Paldo's Hwa Ramyun, see here on Amazon.
That's not a bad price, but check all the "Fulfilled by Amazon" sellers, they're all good for this SKU, and that's critical because of commingling, you might get it from another 3rd party with inventory in a closer warehouse.
Be warned if Amazon is the seller, it's very likely near its best by date if they have it in inventory, which they generally have now.
Nongshim makes a "Soon Veggie Noodle Soup", see here for Amazon, since it's out of stock for a few days you might actually get fresh product, I'm rolling the dice on that with another of their's.
Warning, the reviews convinced me not to try it, but since I'm not a vegetarian, have so many other choices that I love, that that was a major factor in my decision. And /u/Emeralds92 likes it.
I’m U.K. so probably not much help. But I found this on Amazon and is very similar to OP’s https://www.amazon.com/Green-House-HC-4202-Greenhouse-Indoor-Shelves-Grow/dp/B01GDVVZY4/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=green+house&qid=1583682349&sr=8-3
To piggyback on the seed tip, I'd add "invest in a heat mat". You can get them for less than $12 on Amazon. They'll help with germination rates exponentially, and can serve dual purpose as a bread proofer in case you're making your own bread.
I had to get one last year, I was just thinking about that today that it might come in handy for monitoring at home if one of us get sick... I got mine on Amazon too. Mine was $14, now it's double that! Pulse Oximeter
I actually just broke down and bought three bottles of “Atrac-Tain Superior Moisturizing Cream.” on Amazon I tried this when I visited my parents a couple months ago. I guess a doctor had recommended it to them. My hands are constantly super chapped with cracking sores and it’s the only thing that’s worked for me this winter. Shea butter also helps to some extent, but it’s super greasy.
I bought this one on Amazon and it arrived yesterday. UV Travel Sterilizer-Vogue Edition (Mint) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081DRFYND/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_K0.uEbHA5WT1V
I did quite a bit of research into the seller, UV Care, before buying and they looked legit.
I don’t have any highly scientific ways of testing the effectiveness of the UVC sanitizing, but I did use it on a few non dishwasher safe to-go cups/tumblers (one stainless steel and one plastic) that had started to smell musty after months of use and only hand washing. The smell was completely gone within an hour of using the wand. I’m going to try it on a persistent spot of mold in my shower next.
We’ll see what happens, but so far I’m pleased.
I bought this in medium (not on amazon mind you) and it is pretty nice. Most 3m p100 (more filtration than n95) 3m bayonet filters will fit it.
I’d get more TP and paper towels. Those can be used up quickly if someone gets a stomach virus or food poisoning. Lots of tissues too.
I also found some blue barf bags on Amazon, and they have literally changed my life. My 3 year old would never make it to the toilet, but I can easily hold one of those in front of him, and he doesn’t freak out at all. Then I wipe his mouth with a baby wipe, out it in the bag, twist to seal, and throw it away. So. Much. Cleaner. Link: EverOne Emesis Bags, Blue, 24Count https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MN6DXVZ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Also, saline spray to loosen nasal mucus.. Lots of bandaids and neosporin.
You might not have listed it, but you’ll want plenty of toiletries. They might not be essential for survival (we can just not wash our hair, I guess) but they will make everyone so much more comfortable. Also, lots of laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher fluid. Baby wipes are one of my favorite things on earth. They have so many uses.
That’s all I can think of for now. Hope that helps. :)
I'm surprised that more people haven't thought about building a UV light box for disinfection. This is probably your best choice for clothing, disposable items, and things that you might handle. It can be as simple as a cardboard box lined with aluminum foil and a UV light.
Note: Disposable masks are made from layers of polypropylene. When the mask gets wet or hot those layers collapse and the masks effectiveness drops significantly. Exposure to UV light will kill the virus and extend the life of single use items without affecting its structure.
You can buy UVC lights on Amazon.

It’s incredibly simple, and takes very little water. They don’t even need light, and it takes about 9 days for most seeds. You can even do it in a mason jar, but I liked the stacked system. I bought a variety of sprouting seeds (mung bean, alfalfa, broccoli... etc) on Amazon. Lots of instructional videos about sprouting on YouTube.
