People often slip back into old habits when with old people if that makes sense, “ it all comes down to factors that serve as triggers for behaviors, especially our environment. The formation of habits is a process that is etched into our neural pathways, according to Kristina Orlova, licensed marriage and family therapist. Habitual behaviors can be triggered by a number of things, such as your environment“
“Another theory is that when we’re with old friends, survival drives us to fall back into old ways of doing things, according to life coach Dr. Diana Robinson, who points to the very essence of the theory of evolution: those most able to adapt to change survive.
“The people we are with form the context and adaptation to the situational context is … important for survival,” Robinson explains. “We all like to think that we are independent in our behavior, but we often do not recognize how much we adapt in different contexts.”
Frequently, we adapt using habits we can trust because we have already tried them out within a given context. We have interacted with old friends and family frequently enough in the past and we know how they will behave and the best ways for us to respond.”

Yep. I'm trying to use Peer Tube when I can. I hate Google and the only reason I still have a Google account is to get past their stupid (sinister?) "age verification" requirement on some videos. While I appreciate the need for child privacy, you're absolutely right that there already is a whole YouTube Kids app already.
I recommend "Sex at Dawn". Regardless of whether you agree or disagree with their conclusions, you will learn a lot about societies that seem to be doing quite fine wihtout monogamy.
No, that is what the WOKE government wants you to believe... its time I opened your eyes to the truth of this world...
Let me recommend this book to you:
It really helped to open my mind, its written by a very brave man.
>I love trump
Why don't you marry him?
>but do you really think he is fit enough to do what he supposedly did
A six foot man can attempt to reach a steering wheel from the back seat.
>Guns are easier to gain access to then cars
> Since you're saying this so assertively, of course you must have proof beyond a few anecdotes, right? Right?

Nothing that you've said so far has been true or accurate, so I want to clear all of this up. A publisher is liable if they lie. If a source lies, that's on the source. The publisher is not liable for that. If what you said is true, then yellow journalism couldn't exist, yet it does. What counts has a source? Somebody saying something. That's about it.
Would you like a true to life example of what I'm talking about? There was a book published in 2018 called Fire and Fury by Michael Wolff. At the time of its publishing, it claimed to be an eye witness account of the goings-on in the Trump White House. That book is absolute, total, and complete fiction from cover to cover and provably so. None of it is true. And it even reads like bullshit. There are stunningly outlandish claims of criminal events taking place that are obviously untrue and never happened. Yet it presents itself as 100% true to life. Because it was presented as true, it became a number one best seller literally overnight. It's even listed as non fiction.
Where were the lawsuits over that book? Where is the fear of liability from the publisher? They can't be too afraid considering you can buy it on Amazon right now. It's even an editor's pick! Not every injury deserves a lawsuit and not every lawsuit is desired.
I forgot to show you some links I found. I should also let you know that its possible for two groups to get along, it's also possible for people of different racial backgrounds to live under the culture or to adapt to another person's culture.

aesthetic is kinda bad too now, you'll never see games that look like this anymore (except nier or doom) games with an absurd amount of effort put into even the clothing, because go ask a dev from sony games and all they care about is smashing a ton of worthless detail into every texture imaginable, even ones you'll never see
Dude don’t be so racist! People can use the same mentally deficient logic and claim brown people aren’t true Latinos just natives that speak Spanish. Also very few Latin Americans speak Spanish properly. Spanish in spain is spoken differently.
> the system has nothing in place to make site their not forcing feminine men or masculine women through the process.
Yes there is... it's called professional therapists' and psychologists' diagnoses.
People can transition with informed consent, but then they're obviously not getting it covered, as there's no evidence suggesting medical necessity.
> You could easily make the argument that a feminine man who's constantly told by authority figures (ie. Parents) that he is really a girl will have an immense and almost irreversible effect on that child's mental health. Case in point. People who have self confidence issues because they were told they were not good enough.
I guess if we're speaking in a world purely of hypotheticals and conjecture? I'd like to see actual evidence of misdiagnosis or regret from people mistakenly transitioning. Hypotheticals aren't empirical data.
> You mean the only opinion you're allowed to have without being shunned and silenced.
I mean if you're just discounting the entire medical field across the world there's not really anywhere to go. Like you're just an anti-intellectual conspiracy theorist.

Believe it or not. Doctors try to stop people from dying. That's kind of their thing.

I can, considering I pass.
>Why do you think they are?
>How does one provide proof of fraud if we don’t require ID
There are already measures in place to prevent voter fraud, that’s why it’s extremely rare. You need to be a registered voter and your residency is checked as well, if you vote multiple times you get charged with a felony and your vote gets thrown out. It’s a high risk low reward crime.
I've been a customer of Linode for many years. Now they have a banner at the top of every page reading "Black Lives Matter. Linode is committed to social justice and equality." It's even on the back-end control panel pages taking up unnecessary space.
What does BLM have to do with renting servers? Nothing. It's just annoying.
Sounds like you went down the Auth right pipeline. My friend helped stop me from doing so. Black people or any person of another race isn’t blatantly bad I have multiple friends of other races and they are some of my closest friends. I don’t like the way you speak of people like them. I may hate the people who throw these terms around but I don’t hate them because of race I hate them because of the actions they have already done. Here’s a hyperlink I hope you can learn from them
It has the strong potential though. Do you disagree?
The more far left that enter the platform through the front door, the more they take off their coat and stay awhile. Then, they come into your subs as months turn into years and they find what interests them. Then, after a few years, you get tired of being downvoted when you realize the population has changed. Then you leave. Then the trend accelerates. Then more people like you, being grossly outnumbered, or say folks like including moderate liberal etc., leave as well.
I left slashdot.org in 2006 or so, after it had been my favorite site on the internet ever since 9th grade. 8~10 years and the theme of the stories and comments was more a source of anger to me than interest. This was probably about the era when techies and silicon valley began the march to real politicization.
You are wrong and I have receipts.
The study you cited is old and has been disproved. Anthropologists can definitely tell the origin of someone looking at the skeleton. I understand you believe that everyone is born the same and it's very hard for you emotionally to accept that there are differences between groups of people.
So you end up like a flat-earther or an anti-vaxxer, you call legitimate science "pseudoscience" because it goes directly against your religion.
Well for that specific instance because you’re using a dab rig and are supper heating the dabber I will recommend an actual torch, one with a “on lock” to keep thee torch lit while you’re using it and also one with a very wide base so it can stand on its own while lit and you can just deal with manipulation of the dabbed and bowl.
Something like a culinary blow torch is great for that. And cheap.

>I can't talk about conservation when it comes to hunting because its not a topic I understand much
Good on you for admitting that, that is rare on reddit. I respect your choice to be vegan.
If we were to stop sustainable hunting nearly every state run conservation program would crumble. Even the Fish and Wildlife service relies on us for almost all of its funding. Things like studying soil erosion, animal migration, population studies... Yeah it all comes from us. It's something that very few people realize or appreciate.
No one appreciates nature more than people who spend a lot of time outdoors.
I actually do try to avoid as much store bought meat as I can. The animals live in shit conditions are shot full of steroids. Even something like pen raised venison and wild deer are wildly different tasking.
I disagree with you on the ecological effects of veganism though, and so do a number of people who are smarter than I am. This was an eye opener that I read in a college sustainability class.
As for the suffering of animals, I sympathize. But, I want to eat meat. I do my best by being as respectful to the animal as I can and I never take shots that I cant guarantee.
I'm a real leftist—an anarchist—and I am very concerned about privacy. I use ProtonMail and ProtonVPN, I use Firefox instead of Chrome, Ubuntu Linux instead of Windows or macOS, Tor, and I'm working on degoogling my Android. I once wrote to one of my neoliberal senators urging her to protect the right to encryption, but she just gave a terse, authoritarian, and mealy-mouthed response about "terrorists and criminals" using encryption blah blah blah hence we need to force backdoors.

That is called "I Hate Men."
There were many things from feminists like Sally Miller Gearhart who said, "The population of males needs to be reduced to 10%." Paraphrasing a bit but it was very close to that.

The Bible isn't a reputable source. I can say The Hobbit was a true story, doesn't make it so.
>because of your ego.
Mmmno, I just don't believe in things that have no proof. Sorry you believe anything some crazy guy wrote in a book thousands of years ago lol I hope you don't eat seafood or wear clothes with two types of fabric or else you will go to hell. There's your "kind" god at work lolololol
Speaking of Comics and Sexuality:
https://www.amazon.com/Supersex-Sexuality-Superhero-Anna-Peppard/dp/1477321608
From Superman, created in 1938, to the transmedia DC and Marvel universes of today, superheroes have always been sexy. And their sexiness has always been controversial, inspiring censorship and moral panic. Yet though it has inspired jokes and innuendos, accusations of moral depravity, and sporadic academic discourse, the topic of superhero sexuality is like superhero sexuality itself―seemingly obvious yet conspicuously absent. Supersex: Sexuality, Fantasy, and the Superhero is the first scholarly book specifically devoted to unpacking the superhero genre’s complicated relationship with sexuality. Exploring sexual themes and imagery within mainstream comic books, television shows, and films as well as independent and explicitly pornographic productions catering to various orientations and kinks, Supersex offers a fresh―and lascivious―perspective on the superhero genre’s historical and contemporary popularity. Across fourteen essays touching on Superman, Batman, the X-Men, and many others, Anna F. Peppard and her contributors present superhero sexuality as both dangerously exciting and excitingly dangerous, encapsulating the superhero genre’s worst impulses and its most productively rebellious ones. Supersex argues that sex is at the heart of our fascination with superheroes, even―and sometimes especially―when the capes and tights stay on.
I don’t know. People are so scared of being labeled I think that may not be so true. This book lays it out: https://www.amazon.com/Irreversible-Damage-Transgender-Seducing-Daughters/dp/1684510317
I am aware it had controversy but the controversy was that her book got into how there is no real vetting of transgender girls and how it is even promoted in some ways. The medical community doesn’t even involve parents in this kind of situation which is insane to me.
These are kids. They don’t know what they want. Their brains are not developed. We don’t trust them to vote. Just something to think about.
> But 5 million votes can not be fraudulent.
Then you won't have a problem with a full investigation. That being said, 5 million votes in a nation of over 360 million people is not that many.
> after the judges decided about them, not from a Trumpist "news" source.
The only cases that courts have thrown out were redundant. For example, the attempt to stop votes being counted when they had already finished counting them. It can't be stopped if it's already done, therefore, redundant, and thrown out. Trump literally just won a case in PA getting a bunch of votes hurled due to mismanagement, and there's another one in the works there already. GA is recounting and doing a full audit. People at the top are taking this seriously.
Anyone that cares about the health of democracy should be too. Everyone is acting like only Trump could be responsible for any fraud, but they're blinded by partisanship.
Go watch this on Amazon Prime if you have a chance:

The Dems and establishment Republicans have been doing dodgy shit for the last 5 decades, probably longer. Trump, the first real anti-establishment president, threatens to 'drain the swamp', threatens to shake up the intelligence community, ends TPP, brings peace to the middle east, and the establishment is none too happy with any of it.
For the record, everyone that voted for Biden voted for the TPP, cuz you can bet your bottom dollar he's bringing it back.
