Pro tip for OP. If you have a wallpaper you need sized up and it has very complicated artwork like this you might try using a tool like https://letsenhance.io It’s a tool that uses machine learning to predict what color a pixel a might be when scaled to a larger size. Just short of asking the original artist for a custom commission this is your best bet. Any attempt by any user on this sub would take way too much time or be very warped.
This first time I had the opportunity to see one was at an air show at Edwards AFB back in the late 80s. Parked on the tarmac and we couldn't get closer than about 25ft. I was probably about 11yo and totally amazed to actually see one, and it was so close.
When I lived in DC, I got to see the one at the Air and Space extension out at Dulles (separate facility, but they share the same runways). You can get closer there, and I was still just as impressed decades later.
That is one awesome price of aviation history.
Also, the Area 51 book by Annie Jacobson has a lot to say about the development of this marvel. A great read.
Here is the original source, which is 16x9 1440p. Credit to Mikael Gustafsson
I used a combination of let'senhance.io and waifu2x to get the details of the hay, edges and road texture and waifu2x for the decals and text on the plate and all since that gave a better result, put a waifu2x max denoise layer on top for color adjustments and put it all together in Photoshop.
If you don't want to do that, your best bet is just using let's enhance since that makes all the magic occur to get these super detailed upscales.
All of these were autogenerated by an Android app called Tapet! I'd highly recommend downloading it. It lets you export the wallpapers at any resolution. I accidentally uploaded a couple that are non-ultrawide resolutions though (whoops). Enjoy!
I've also included all the full upscaled 5400x3375 pictures in the description of each image respectively.

Download picture from here and save to the pc. Go to google images and click the camera icon and upload the picture; it will do a reverse image search to look for images like it. Type exactly like this: +21:9 +retro +wallpaper
The addition signs tell google that those terms have to be on that page. Just like you can do the minus sign telling google that term/keyword can't be on that page.
Also click on tools at the top of the page on image size; click on a minimum of 10MP.
Then I go into a free program called GIMP like Photoshop to edit the pic.
This is a bit of an absurd request. If you want that many pictures done you should learn how to crop an image. Please download GIMP and follow the instructions on this page. https://www.gimp.org/tutorials/GIMP_Quickies/#crop-an-image
This is their latest submission, but there are more available here for direct download at 3440x1440 https://www.cyberpunk.net/gb/en/
The images seem to be cut-down from 3840x2160 which is a shame. Still worth a look.
Also check out the excellent DisplayFusion at https://www.displayfusion.com/ which is the best tool I've found for managing multiple monitors. Plus, it has a great wallpaper manager optimized for multi-monitor layouts.
You can, but it's better to start with as big an image as you can find.
You can double the size usually without too much fuzziness. You can also use something like Let's Enhance, but that will cost you (eventually).
