In the case of White Zombie, it looks like there are different distributors for different versions of the film. This is the Prime version, and this is the non-Prime "Restored Edition." The studio for the Prime version is Victor & Edward Halperin Productions, but the studio for the Restored Edition isn't listed.
Amazon makes deals with distributors, not specific movies. So if there are two different distributors, there will be two different listings.
Part of the problem is that Amazon lumps in Prime content with non-Prime content, but there's a strong incentive for them to do that, because it gets people to buy/rent more movies. So, that's probably how it will always be.
Just got a zorishi rice cooker for $99 + tax. I NEVER have seen a zorishi rice cooker go for under 100 and they rarely go around that price point if they do have a discount.

It should be a temporary charge that disappears from the statement in a few days. They do that to make sure you gave them an actual card instead of like an old giftcard with $0 on it but you can also make privacy.com cards, you link your debit card and thru privacy you can open/close new debit cards on demand, set balance limits, ect. great for things like free trials or sketchy sites so you can make a card that is $3 so that the trial still works but if you forget to cancel you won't be charged.
I find they all have a pretty craptastic ui.
There's no reason each one shouldn't be fully editable to the user's preferences.
But I really don't understand the hate for Prime lately, they have tons of content and new stuff added daily.
I post these so much I feel like a spam bot, but these two websites help you find good stuff, then if you save it to your watchlist, you don't have to deal with the bad ui.
I actually think their video selection has improved quite a bit.

However I have a question, I asked around my friends living in same area (Seattle) and they all see the normal "Overnight" shipping, or the 1/2 day shipping for the majority of items as usual. However mine is absolutely wrecked. I asked Amazon customer service to escalate account issue and I wonder if anyone has heard prime account "stripped" of prime shipping options, perhaps because we used the faster prime shipping too much before?

Depends on the VPN service an how well they keep you protected. I actually just changed my VPN service because I was getting picked up more and more by streaming services who were paying attention to my location even if I was using a US based server. With my new service (NordVPN) I've not been having issues. Even if I remote across to another country and request streaming.
I'm not from South Africa but NordVPN has been working quite well for me, worked for other streaming services too. Not perfect, how it works depends on if you're using pc or some other device but overall I am quite satisfied.
No the people that own the rights have. They might be moving it to another streaming service. They might just want it to be exclusive to PBS. It is available on PBS you have to support PBS to watch it. You can also buy it. Try using Just watch to see what is available where.

If you're not using a VPN then that's the problem. If you do use a VPN like me, I still get that stupid "back from traveling" message randomly. I'm in Canada and using my VPN for Prime in the United States. I set the VPN to U.S. but if that message appears, I just refresh my screen. If the vacation thing doesn't go away I turn the VPN off and refresh it again, then turn the VPN back on. I always get back in one way or another. It's really weird because logically if the VPN is off, the website should see my real address and then know I'm not in the same country. I don't know if it's Amazon or my VPN that's buggy. I'm using NordVPN and turning off cybersec has helped some recent connection issues. If you're using Nord also this info might help:

they either take over an old product , or selling a product which is unlikely to have bad reviews (something very basic, like a phone case). then they accumulate review rating on this product, after that they switch the product out to the actual product they want to sell. so the product comes with many +ve review to start with.
the way to check is
1. look at the top reviews, see if it is describing the same product or not
- looking at the most recent reviews, see what's the rating
below is another good example, 1k+ reviews, high rating, but those reviews are totally not related to the product selling.

So I'm not sure if it's scenario 2 because the seller is the Apple Store. Amazon received an item with a 13-digit serial number. Maybe it was a rogue employee that switched the headphones. Amazon didn't accept my appeal. Their decision was final. This sounds like absolute fraud to me but nothing I can do at this point.

To find them, use the filters. First, do a general search on amazon for dash cams, then filter by prime eligible items. Next, go down and choose "new" condition as your next filter. After that, you should see a filter options for sellers. Choose amazon.com as the seller and that should give you a list of cams that will accept a promotional credit.

There are a few interesting Android options in the $100 price range, but the sub $50 bottom end, the 7” model is an island of un-suck in a dumpster fire of sh**ty Chinese hot garbage, and slightly better zombie-branded trash like the RCA Voyager at Walmart. As for FireOS, Alphabet has trademarked the term “Android”, and only allows it to be applied to licensed products that have the Google Play Services pre-loaded. Fire Tablets (and Fire TV Sticks) are all Android Open Source Project under the hood (just like Android phones and tablets), but with Amazon GUI and App Store slathered on top, vice Google’s equivalents. Hence the “FireOS” appellation.

As far as I can see, no seasons of it are included with prime (in the U.S.). When I search for it, I can buy season 1 (either by season or by episode). Amazon does have some problems with the way it lists what's available in prime. It separates seasons which makes searching for things among shows with many seasons a pain.

I don't know everywhere Roku streaming devices are sold, but I know they're in the US and UK. I know the UK has Roku devices sold there only because I'm aware the BBC's iPlayer has a Roku app which is unavailable to me as a US user.

Buy the latest Roku Ultra streaming box and be happy. Don't buy an under-powered stick. Be sure it's model 4661 though because Roku has used the Ultra name 3 years in a row for 3 different models that look the same.
New models are likely coming out by autumn, maybe next spring at the latest. They release newer/better models just about every year. Costco is clearing out its Ultras now, which is a sign to me that new models will be here in the next few months, and the current Ultra will go on discount.

I recently started watching Prime video and Netflix. Netflix has separate profiles but apparently Prime doesn't. I was kind of shocked. It was that monitor, everything I've ever ordered from Amazon has been shipped by UPS, and I always return to a UPS store that this right down the road from my house. I've only ever had to return an item 3 times from Amazon, all were cheap products under $40 but everytime Amazon gave me a label and I just went in, showed them the label and they boxed and returned it. Super, duper simple.
I'm not sure if it's because it's renewed, but this time it came through FedEx. I had no idea until the 17th when they left the note saying I missed Delivery, and on the 18th my package never showed up. I think it's probably because it's renewed, I tried to save $80 for a Renewed Monitor and am out $400. Probably the last time I try that. What do you mean a VPN that actually works for Prime? For Prime video to watch stuff from other regions? Any should work, Amazon will block the servers over time and you will have to switch to different servers on the VPN service if this happens. I use NordVPN and they have a load of servers they specifically state work for video services in all major regions. And Ive never had issues with any streaming services blocking NordVPN streaming specific servers. But I also havent used any other VPN services, so I wouldnt be able to tell if others give better features or anything.

2nd worst is SurfShark. Even had a local account bank account I have had for 15 years cancelled “for suspicious connection”. Glad the bank was looking out for me. Surfshark sure wasn’t.
BOTH of these VPNs depend on YouTube influencers to push their service. Which has made me trust so-called influencers even less.

Check to see how long it will take to deliver to nearby zip codes. See my other note in this thread. Amazon switched us to delayed ups for everything. I just changed my zip code to another zip code in the same post office and it stopped it.

I had support change everything to the UK last year and could stream all content until the 1st Jan. Then it was all blocked.
I bought a sub with NordVPN and everything worked again, until today. Now everything is the two error messages you noted in your original post.
Even tried it without NordVPN and got the same errors on programmes that were available. Internet connectivity & PrimeVideo all is working well on other devices. Just the Firestick 4K. I expected more from Amazon

It looks like you ordered the Twilight Blue color. It says it's not in stock until February 5. If you buy a different color it should ship sooner.

Thanks for the insight. I did actually send an email to yesterday (mostly just copy and pasted this post with the language cleaned up).
The customer service guy I talked to today was actually very understanding. He said my only option was to "fill out a request form with the Heavy and Bulk Department" to request a similar item for the same price I paid on November 30th. The only TV I found that was similar was this one.
He said I'd hear back in 1-2 days so we'll see what they say. If nothing comes of that then I can try calling again and asking for the "Price Match Department" again.

The Netflix app shows it in the settings, Prime Video has no such function. There are also other 3rd party apps which can show various device specifications like DRM Info. I actually recently returned my phone because due to a software error Widevine went from L1 to L3. It's not something you would be able to "install" yourself.

I don't think I'd wear them around the house though, because they slide on tile and other similar floors. You might want to look for something that has silicone dots on the bottom for grip. Just an idea.

Through the Roku? Yes. When you load the Roku, you can choose what apps/channels you want to add on your account. I have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and many more. I would recommend getting the Roku Ultra because it has an Ethernet port, so if your WiFi is not strong enough, you can plug the internet in directly. It also had a slot for an SD card, so you can add even more apps/channels. Additionally, if you do decide to use the Roku remote, there is a headphone port on the side, so you can plug in headphones and have your own personal sound. I'm pretty sure this is only available on the Roku Ultra model.
I'm not sure if it's across all Roku devices, but the Roku app can also be used as a remote on your phone.
I do have this GE Universal Remote and I am able to control my Roku easily. Tip: if you have the Roku on, and press 1 on the remote it opens Netflix.
