In the case of White Zombie, it looks like there are different distributors for different versions of the film. This is the Prime version, and this is the non-Prime "Restored Edition." The studio for the Prime version is Victor & Edward Halperin Productions, but the studio for the Restored Edition isn't listed.
Amazon makes deals with distributors, not specific movies. So if there are two different distributors, there will be two different listings.
Part of the problem is that Amazon lumps in Prime content with non-Prime content, but there's a strong incentive for them to do that, because it gets people to buy/rent more movies. So, that's probably how it will always be.
Just got a zorishi rice cooker for $99 + tax. I NEVER have seen a zorishi rice cooker go for under 100 and they rarely go around that price point if they do have a discount.
EDIT: Camelcamelcamel is saying lowest it's been is $105 and that was a year ago
I’d like to suggest a site called justwatch. Select your country and you can just search for movies and see what services provide them to stream, or their prices across the many different services.
I think you can also select a service and browse what’s on each service? Idk I mainly just search for specific things
Are you looking at the correct site?
International Prime Video is managed at www.primevideo.com, Amazon US Prime is managed at www.amazon.com.
It should be a temporary charge that disappears from the statement in a few days. They do that to make sure you gave them an actual card instead of like an old giftcard with $0 on it but you can also make privacy.com cards, you link your debit card and thru privacy you can open/close new debit cards on demand, set balance limits, ect. great for things like free trials or sketchy sites so you can make a card that is $3 so that the trial still works but if you forget to cancel you won't be charged.
I find they all have a pretty craptastic ui.
There's no reason each one shouldn't be fully editable to the user's preferences.
But I really don't understand the hate for Prime lately, they have tons of content and new stuff added daily.
I post these so much I feel like a spam bot, but these two websites help you find good stuff, then if you save it to your watchlist, you don't have to deal with the bad ui.
I actually think their video selection has improved quite a bit.
So if I look at free shipping for five bucks a month and Prime Video for five bucks a month, I gotta say I'm pretty happy.
Two sites, one that help you search, one that keeps track of all the new stuff: https://acmebay.com/movies/amazon-prime-movies-genres-list/ https://www.justwatch.com/us/new?providers=amp
I bought a Fire TV Stick last year on Prime Day to leave at my in-laws house. Both it and the Fire TV Stick at our house are on my wife’s Amazon account. Both work fine.
Amazon’s published policy is that you may link an unlimited number of compatible devices to your Prime account. Any three of these devices may be streaming simultaneously, with no more than two of them playing the same title. Other services (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.) will have their own rules.

With Spotify Family you can add an additional user to your account for $5 ( https://www.spotify.com/us/family/ ). I would say that Amazon Prime Music is in no way a replacement for Spotify, either in content or usability.
If you're on Amazon prime, you can't give her separate account rights to the video & streaming. However, you can have up to 10 devices that are registered under your account for streaming (Kindle Fire, Android Tablets, etc), and if she has your Amazon login she can easily stream over a web browser.
Google allows 15GB storage for a Google account across Gmail, Google Photos, and Google Drive.
If you need more storage, Google charges $20/year for 100GB storage, or $30/year for 200GB. Source
Unless you need online storage, it's fantastically less expensive to get a small portable 1, 2 or 3 terabyte drive.
LoL, came here over this mega thread and seeing I am not alone.
However I have a question, I asked around my friends living in same area (Seattle) and they all see the normal "Overnight" shipping, or the 1/2 day shipping for the majority of items as usual. However mine is absolutely wrecked. I asked Amazon customer service to escalate account issue and I wonder if anyone has heard prime account "stripped" of prime shipping options, perhaps because we used the faster prime shipping too much before?
For example this ssd shows overnight shipping for my friends in the same my area, but 5 days for me!
Question: Are you using WiFi for your PS4?
I noticed with the PS4 that there are some bizarre DNS checks going on. It's not just Amazon that has the problem - it was basically everything. A friend recommended a powerline adapter and I haven't looked back. I liked it so much I setup every major internet device to these.
I am a fresh user of Amazon Prime ( and amazon at all) (Spain) I see the product with Prime sign product with Prime sign!, but for some reason not only price for the product rises from 54,95 to 55,95 when you add item to your "shopping list(or how do you call it)", but also when i get to shipping options i don't see Prime-2day free shipping option" at all. (it should be delivered to Portugal)
(I don't speak spanish, nor portuguese - but i looked carefully with vocabulary and didn't find any info regarding this matter
I understand that it could still have price(even though i have prime) because of abroad shipping, but still don`t understand why price rises for 1 Euro for no obvious reason. I asked questing under product section, but it just was deleted
So please, if anybody can explain 1Euro rise and no prime shipping option for a new user I would appreciate it.
It looks like you can't do it on an iPhone:
Note: You cannot purchase or rent movies from within the Amazon Video app.
It's most likely because they are competitors. I would try the web browser on your phone first, but if that doesn't work, you would have to use a computer to do it.

It's great. I think it's too small though but I'll get used to it.
It's $20 but there is a $5 coupon in the link.

Depends on the VPN service an how well they keep you protected. I actually just changed my VPN service because I was getting picked up more and more by streaming services who were paying attention to my location even if I was using a US based server. With my new service (NordVPN) I've not been having issues. Even if I remote across to another country and request streaming.
I'm not from South Africa but NordVPN has been working quite well for me, worked for other streaming services too. Not perfect, how it works depends on if you're using pc or some other device but overall I am quite satisfied.
No the people that own the rights have. They might be moving it to another streaming service. They might just want it to be exclusive to PBS. It is available on PBS you have to support PBS to watch it. You can also buy it. Try using Just watch to see what is available where.
Downton Abby https://www.justwatch.com/us/tv-show/downton-abbey
New additions to NZ Prime Video sorted by date: https://www.justwatch.com/nz/provider/amazon-prime-video/new
But note that JustWatch is not 100% correct, I've seen titles in Finnish Prime Video that were not listed on JustWatch as available on Prime.
$5.99 per month ($2.99 for first 6 months) is the Prime Video subscription rate in most non-EU countries that do not have their own full Amazon Prime (with shipping etc).
Sounds like this is not the service for you.
I went to Amazon Music Prime, and apart from the ads for "Try Unlimited Now", I don't see any music that isn't included with Prime.
And I already linked to "Prime Reading", which is all the books that are included free with Prime.
If you're not using a VPN then that's the problem. If you do use a VPN like me, I still get that stupid "back from traveling" message randomly. I'm in Canada and using my VPN for Prime in the United States. I set the VPN to U.S. but if that message appears, I just refresh my screen. If the vacation thing doesn't go away I turn the VPN off and refresh it again, then turn the VPN back on. I always get back in one way or another. It's really weird because logically if the VPN is off, the website should see my real address and then know I'm not in the same country. I don't know if it's Amazon or my VPN that's buggy. I'm using NordVPN and turning off cybersec has helped some recent connection issues. If you're using Nord also this info might help:

this is a strategy some bad seller uses,
they either take over an old product , or selling a product which is unlikely to have bad reviews (something very basic, like a phone case). then they accumulate review rating on this product, after that they switch the product out to the actual product they want to sell. so the product comes with many +ve review to start with.
the way to check is
1. look at the top reviews, see if it is describing the same product or not
below is another good example, 1k+ reviews, high rating, but those reviews are totally not related to the product selling.
Ha ha, I also cannot get this sent to California. I tried Party City & Amazon both.

So I'm not sure if it's scenario 2 because the seller is the Apple Store. Amazon received an item with a 13-digit serial number. Maybe it was a rogue employee that switched the headphones. Amazon didn't accept my appeal. Their decision was final. This sounds like absolute fraud to me but nothing I can do at this point.
I'll never know what happened but thanks for reiterating how important how important documenting returns is. I will do that from now on.
Looking at getting this desk, but having odd feelings about it. Looks legit and but just feels odd heres the link to it if anyone wants to look.
If anyone needs a new air fryer, the Ninja DZ401 Foodi 10-quart 6-in-1 DualZone XL 2-basket air fryer is super on sale today. It's cheaper than the 8-quart on the same model, but the deal is exclusive to Prime members. It's usually $229.99 and it's on sale for $159.99. It has been under $200 for months and the lowest it's ever been on Amazon was $169.99. I have the smaller (8-quart) size and love it.
This one was actually specially designed to transmit clean audio data. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D2M66PV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
It's so clean it doesn't even transmit data!
Virtual private network. I use Surfshark, but there are plenty of others, like Nord and ExpressVPN. Basically it routes your connection thru a server in another country before connecting to a website/streaming platform, so it thinks you're in that country.
I know this is an old thread, but...
I bought 4 WRG4s off of Amazon a couple of years back:
https://www.amazon.com/Nokian-WR-All-Season-Radial-Tire/dp/B0794DHDT9
28K miles later the tires seem to be worn down. I never felt they worked as well as he WRG3 I bought for my previous car either. Ready to chuck them and buy something else to replace them. I was wondering if Nokian tires were not as good as I expected or if I got some lemons.
The more likely explanation for the low cost is that they are fake. Very sad about this.
Sure, this one has 5 monthly payments. I'm in Canada though so it might not be helpful.
I bought it from the official Panasonic Store on amazon and people have bad reviews related to defective parts which every product has but in my case whole fcking camera is missing. They gave me a charger and a camera strap with some manual. There are 100+ reviews and an overall 4 stars plus rating.
My package says 2.1 KG. I ordered a Panasonic lens with a 20-60 mm Panasonic lens with the box pac
Only this seller in particular has a shipping fee that historically never existed for years in this item or any other item in it's category until less than 3 weeks ago. It's a common household item, like furniture https://www.amazon.com/SUPER-DEAL-Freestanding-Organizer-Adjustable/dp/B07XFQ31VW

I hope you found a way to cancel the channel subscriptions. It’s so dodgy how Amazon does it. Very greedy way. It will be their downfall.
Anyway, for others, they can try this link. Try these…. https://www.primevideo.com/settings/channels/ref=atv_set_channels

There are dash cams shipped and sold by amazon. This is one. This is another.
To find them, use the filters. First, do a general search on amazon for dash cams, then filter by prime eligible items. Next, go down and choose "new" condition as your next filter. After that, you should see a filter options for sellers. Choose amazon.com as the seller and that should give you a list of cams that will accept a promotional credit.
I enter what I like and if they have it, I add it. Sometimes I browse the genres.
But I'm pretty easy to please; I find a few things and listen to them for months.
Here mainly to say make sure you use all your free trials--Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, unless you have some Amazon-specific device that makes using these services harder. All offer a month or more of free membership, and Apple has a Groupon going on right now that will give you four months. https://www.groupon.com/deals/apple-music-national-4-1
I just finished Pandora and started Apple. I use Prime music when I want to save phone battery and play music on my Kindle Fire.
Just make sure to cancel the day the trial ends so you don't get charged.

Like the others said licensing. I'm guessing you aren't in the US because you have to buy Supernatural here to watch it on Amazon but it streams on Neflix. You can try https://www.justwatch.com/ and if they have your country it will tell you what services have shows/seasons of shows and if it is streaming, for rent, or must be purchased. It gives the rental and purchase prices. (Streaming in this context is you pay a monthly or yearly fee and can see anything on the service.)
I ordered a flatscreen tv that was advertised as 4k quality, when it arrived to my home. It had no legs to stand it up. The screen has wandering blacks spots(or dead pixels what I see many refer to it as on Amazon.) Paid full price, then the seller offered me a 60% off on the same tv 3 months after. supposedly a "4k flatscreen tv"

Similar product with similar screenshots. Likely same company. Reviews show it’s a 16GB USB thumb drive that is programmed to fake the available size. Don’t bother.
There are a few interesting Android options in the $100 price range, but the sub $50 bottom end, the 7” model is an island of un-suck in a dumpster fire of sh**ty Chinese hot garbage, and slightly better zombie-branded trash like the RCA Voyager at Walmart. Then the Fire Tablet goes on sale for $30 or $40, or has a BOGO deal like they did on Prime Day.
As for FireOS, Alphabet has trademarked the term “Android”, and only allows it to be applied to licensed products that have the Google Play Services pre-loaded. Fire Tablets (and Fire TV Sticks) are all Android Open Source Project under the hood (just like Android phones and tablets), but with Amazon GUI and App Store slathered on top, vice Google’s equivalents. Hence the “FireOS” appellation.
OK, it just keeps getting better. That same listing shows up for me when I search in "All" items, but it actually *says* it's subscribe & save when it isn't!!!
Unreal. Come on Amazon, get it together.
Yeah, not available anywhere in India right now according to JustWatch. It's a good site & app to check and it has many countries included.
https://www.justwatch.com/in/tv-show/castle
It’s a separate website but I’ve found it works pretty well. Try JustWatch. You choose your country first and then if you select the streaming service, it should then give you the titles available in your area.
https://www.justwatch.com/ compare the free subscription content per service. Compare paid content pricing of each for the same content / title. No paid / subscription service has everything under its roof, this is how the power that be with content licensing screw us.
As far as I can see, no seasons of it are included with prime (in the U.S.). When I search for it, I can buy season 1 (either by season or by episode). Amazon does have some problems with the way it lists what's available in prime. It separates seasons which makes searching for things among shows with many seasons a pain.
The best search I've found that covers multi-region and many services, amazon included, to find where a show is streaming is justwatch:
What streaming device are you using?
What speed do you get from this speed test? When running the test, be connected to the Internet via the same method as your streaming device and be located in the same room.
Do the testing first. We haven't established you need a new router. If you pay for more than 50Mbps, then there's a greater concern about the router because older routers are limited to 50Mbps.

Third-party sellers often have that very high, because it is very expensive to ship overnight.

In 2007, Netflix was weeks away from launching its first streaming device, The Netflix Player. Out-of-the-blue, Netflix's CEO Reed Hastings decided the device needed to be service-neutral, because he wanted all streaming services to run on the device. If Netflix was in control of the streaming box, Apple, Amazon and other companies would not support it.
A few months later, in 2008, Netflix's player was spun off to a separate company, Roku, Inc. So, yes, Netflix and Roku are American companies.
I don't know everywhere Roku streaming devices are sold, but I know they're in the US and UK. Roku's operating system is licensed by Sky, Telstra, TCL, and Philips (the first two being cable/phone providers, the latter two being TV manufacturers). I know the UK has Roku devices sold there only because I'm aware the BBC's iPlayer has a Roku app which is unavailable to me as a US user.

Buy the latest Roku Ultra streaming box and be happy. Don't buy an under-powered stick. Be sure it's model 4661 though because Roku has used the Ultra name 3 years in a row for 3 different models that look the same.
New models are likely coming out by autumn, maybe next spring at the latest. They release newer/better models just about every year. Costco is clearing out its Ultras now, which is a sign to me that new models will be here in the next few months, and the current Ultra will go on discount.

Sounds like the video comes from Germany and probably isn't appropriate for his age group. Might have to contact CS if it seems to be in error.
I recently started watching Prime video and Netflix. Netflix has separate profiles but apparently Prime doesn't. I was kind of shocked. I read an article where Amazon is rolling it out in select countries (India) to test it. No date on when it will reach the rest of the planet. As far as I know you can't do it in the US yet. :(
https://www.primevideo.com/help/ref=atv_hp_nd_cnt?nodeId=GD8VJD2EDJ2GSNEC
Same observations here. I would add that the inability to create multiple prime video profiles is annoying.
Amazon says you should be able to do it, but the option just isn’t there.

It was that monitor, everything I've ever ordered from Amazon has been shipped by UPS, and I always return to a UPS store that this right down the road from my house. I've only ever had to return an item 3 times from Amazon, all were cheap products under $40 but everytime Amazon gave me a label and I just went in, showed them the label and they boxed and returned it. Super, duper simple.
I'm not sure if it's because it's renewed, but this time it came through FedEx. I had no idea until the 17th when they left the note saying I missed Delivery, and on the 18th my package never showed up. I think it's probably because it's renewed, I tried to save $80 for a Renewed Monitor and am out $400. Probably the last time I try that. Will just pay the extra price next time and hopefully have no problems.

What do you mean a VPN that actually works for Prime? For Prime video to watch stuff from other regions? Any should work, Amazon will block the servers over time and you will have to switch to different servers on the VPN service if this happens. I use NordVPN and they have a load of servers they specifically state work for video services in all major regions. And Ive never had issues with any streaming services blocking NordVPN streaming specific servers. But I also havent used any other VPN services, so I wouldnt be able to tell if others give better features or anything.
As example... if it doesn't fully load, 5hat tiny up/down arrow is missing. Closing app, going back in fixes it

I honestly searched the page, even had hubby take my phone and look. And I'm still going to order through Amazon, love them. I don't care about cheapest prices, I'm aware I can get some things cheaper in store. I'm an introvert, avoid crowds/people. I'll pay more to not deal with current social climate, while in public

I used to take ginseng as a teen, not sure it even does much, if anything at all... just example
Good luck. I have tried 3 VPNs.. NONE of them outsmarted any streaming provider.
NordVPN is absolutely the worst.
2nd worst is SurfShark. Even had a local account bank account I have had for 15 years cancelled “for suspicious connection”. Glad the bank was looking out for me. Surfshark sure wasn’t.
BOTH of these VPNs depend on YouTube influencers to push their service. Which has made me trust so-called influencers even less.

I had support change everything to the UK last year and could stream all content until the 1st Jan. Then it was all blocked.
I bought a sub with NordVPN and everything worked again, until today. Now everything is the two error messages you noted in your original post.
Even tried it without NordVPN and got the same errors on programmes that were available. Internet connectivity & PrimeVideo all is working well on other devices. Just the Firestick 4K. I expected more from Amazon
The FireStick 4K is only a month old.
It looks like you ordered the Twilight Blue color. It says it's not in stock until February 5. If you buy a different color it should ship sooner.
That's where I'm at right now. I requested this one be considered as a possible replacement.
Thanks for the insight. I did actually send an email to yesterday (mostly just copy and pasted this post with the language cleaned up).
The customer service guy I talked to today was actually very understanding. He said my only option was to "fill out a request form with the Heavy and Bulk Department" to request a similar item for the same price I paid on November 30th. The only TV I found that was similar was this one.
He said I'd hear back in 1-2 days so we'll see what they say. If nothing comes of that then I can try calling again and asking for the "Price Match Department" again.
Thanks!
The Netflix app shows it in the settings, Prime Video has no such function. There are also other 3rd party apps which can show various device specifications like DRM Info. I actually recently returned my phone because due to a software error Widevine went from L1 to L3. It's not something you would be able to "install" yourself.
I just got offered $1 to receive two turkey lifters on November 18th. Maybe add the following items to your cart and start the checkout process to see if it offers it to you:

I bought these ASICs about a year ago when they were going for $6.50. They are holding up nicely. I jog in them.

I don't think I'd wear them around the house though, because they slide on tile and other similar floors. You might want to look for something that has silicone dots on the bottom for grip. Just an idea.
MSI GL65 core i7 10th gen, RTX 2070max-P. I sold my desktop GPU when the 3000 series got announced. But I might end up getting an AMD card instead since they're cheaper and perform about the same. IDK yet lol.
I'm having a hard time searching for them as well. I did a google search and added this to my watch list. Then fired up the Vizio amazon app and the movie streamed in 4k.
I am not sure about the third party retailer, but it came up on the amazon app. I've seen this a lot and I was just curious about it. Not just coffee. The ad in question, which shipping alone was over $100 seems to be missing now. But I asked them the same question and the reply was, that there will unlikely be a reply!
Here is an example, not quite as bad but still bonkers pricing...
Chock full o'Nuts Coffee Soho Morning Mild Roast, 12 Single Serve K-Cups https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00GZJMPLC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_eGaKCbET2FANF
Every ebook in the Prime Reading library is available to Prime members, at least in the US.
For example, the ebook 1984 lists a price of $0.00 for the Kindle version.
I have two options where the 'buy' link is normally found. The first button is labeled "Read for free." That's the button you should press.
The second button is labeled, "Buy now for $9.99". Amazon likes to try to sell you stuff it is already provided you for free. Yes, that's dumb and annoying and they should not do that.
Their app on iOS is pretty slick. Once installed, you “share” a product to the FakeSpot app while browsing in the Amazon app, just as you would share it to a friend via SMS or email.
It’s assessments have generally tracked pretty well with my own spidery-sense gleaned from actually reading the product reviews. It does give amusingly straight-faced assessments for products who’s reviews have become memes, like the Hutzler 571 Banana Slicer or the Haribo Gummi Candy, Goldbears Gummi Candy, 5 Pound Bag.
I spend $35k a year with Amazon and you're full of shit. If the item is out of stock or not logistically local it will not deliver in 1-2 days.
