They had one episode where they showed what the house looked like when the brought the first kid home. Mostly white decor and very tidy and neat.
It's at 3:44 in this episode. At 6:47, you see what it looks like after 1 kid.12:00 is just sad
I have an Anker dashcam and it's amazing. I can pull the footage up on my cellphone using WiFi in the dashcam itself and save/upload from there.

It's a little pricier than I remember but it's well worth it.
Those poor kids. Thank you for all you did for her.
I'm sorry that she couldn't overcome her conservative/religious upbringing (and the negative effects of that, which may be at play here) and take advantage of the opportunities you provided for her.
Growing up in that sort of background can be a real bitch. I know I'm assuming a lot, but based on women I've known:
(And before anyone replies: no, that doesn't make it right; and yes, no parent should use their kids that way. But the reality is that they do, and that may have happened here. I'm not defending Ashley, merely explaining what may be at play in her life).
I hope for the kids' sake that Ashley gets it together.
Women (and men who want to help out): you can buy Plan B on Amazon.
You can also buy the generic version for cheaper.
You do not need a prescription.
Not really a Child story but this is on the same topic kind of.
When I got done reading the book Man's Search for Meaning I really wanted to learn more about the death camps and so I asked a coworker of mine who recently took a tour in Dachau what everything was like. (I didn't want to be rude, I just wanted to learn more). The guy pulls up pictures of him and his three kids playing hide and go seek in the camp. There were pictures of his kids hiding behind doors, giggling, and my coworker was leaping from hallway to hallway. I have never been so mad, but everyone's excuse was "If they don't want people playing in it then they should just take it down."
It’s a lesbian love novel about a Hasidic Jewish woman and a Columbian woman who fall in love. The cf part is pretty minimal. But it’s there. Is that something you’d want to read? Mostly it’s in there to make me see she’s not judging it.acts of assumption
> My daughter is now 12 months old, and I have been forced to go onto medication to cope with the stress that comes from being a parent. I coped at first, but then I began to quite literally fall apart at the seams. I'm a normal, outgoing, easygoing kinda guy. We live in a nice place, live comfortably. No issues really. I'm someone who never in a million years would have thought that going onto meds would even be an option for anything in my life, for anything. I have been through plenty and pulled through each time, stronger. Becoming a parent is different. It is off a different kind of ledge, and if its not the ledge that you REALLY SURE you want to jump off I would seriously caution you of doing so, even if your "biological urge" is really strong or if you think that having kids is simply the "next thing to do". Do I consider HER a "mistake" ? No I don't, but do I consider having HAVING her a mistake. It was just the next thing that happened, and while I do love her, if I had the opportunity to go back to the way things were? Sure, I would take it. People just don't like to hear that kind of thing.
It's posts like this that make me know that I made the right decision to be CF.

Honey, you need to get a safe of some sort if you plan on taking the pill still. Amazon has all kinds.
Get all your legal documents: birth certificate, SS card, passport, diplomas/certifications, transcripts, any medical records, including insurance if you're still on your parent's insurance, and put them in there so she can't withhold them from you at any time.
Or a safety deposit box might be better, since I guess a safe can be moved.
You'll need to get real creative as to where you hide stuff.
It all depends on how much mom goes thru stuff.
Do you have your own car?
I don't like this particular brand, but this is a good idea if you can sneak it in.

It's called Demon's Plague. It's a zombie apocalypse book, but unlike every other one it takes place in a semi-realistic version of Medieval England instead of a modern / military setting. When I say "Semi-Realistic," it means a low-fantasy world where the cities and characters are fictional, but the weapons, places, and technology are authentic or at least plausible within the setting. No magic, dragons, or other fantasy creatures. The zombies are heavily inspired by Max Brooks, no runners. I also did my best to avoid common tropes for the genre. Characters are intelligent and learn quickly how to handle the infected. And best of all, the story focuses on exactly zero children or babies.
It's available on Amazon now in digital and paperback.
airbnb has a very strict nondiscrimination policy
>Airbnb hosts may not: Impose any different terms or conditions or decline a reservation based on the guest’s age or familial status, where prohibited by law. Airbnb hosts may: Provide factually accurate information about their listing’s features (or lack of them) that could make the listing unsafe or unsuitable for guests of a certain age or families with children or infants. Note in their listing applicable community restrictions (e.g. senior housing) that prohibit guests under a particular age or families with children or infants.
I say invest in 2 things: a door wedge and an AddALock device.
If your door has a good latch bolt on it, you don't have to invest in a whole lock. I've discovered an invention called an AddaLock that just fits right in the little slither between the door and door frame. When it's locked in place, it keeps the door from ever opening, regardless of how hard you try to open it. Of course, it's only as strong as the door's wood.
Amazon link - it's small and easy to install, and it really works.
EDIT: You cannot lock a door from the outside with the AddALock. It only works from the inside. Keep that in mind.
Offers a harrowing look at it from a psychological point of view. It's not something to take lightly as I've seen it first hand within a family when I was teaching. Luckily, there was intervention and prevention by rehoming. It is an insidious and scary situation to be aware of.
I'm not saying that's what your seeing on social media, in regard to that, I would hope their hearts are in the right place overall (even if it's TMI and/or annoying to overshare for pity pts.).

The old german tales pretty much always end with a kid being killed. They didn't fuck around back then. They were brutal tales, it's only recently with Disney cutseying them up that they've not ended with children being tortured. I would recommend you pick up a Brothers Grimm collection and read through.
Edit: fyi they are not quite as accurate as an actual lab test.

Yup, I went to check on Amazon, and about 80% of the 1-star review are about how it didn’t work. The rest is about how the box was smashed or how it was expired when the pill arrived.
Thank you! I have ADHD and it was still interesting enough for me to finish writing it - I call that a win! 😂
It's calledThe Lightning Conjurer Series.
It's not worth the drama.
But if you really want to freak her out.... you can check the photo, grab the exif information out of it, see if it contains the GPS location where the photo was taken, then if so.... post back.... These things are amazing. I am never traveling without them again.
"Children begin by loving their parents; after a time they judge them; rarely, if ever do they forgive them." - Oscar Wilde
which is frequently bastardized as:
"Children begin by loving their parents; as they grow older they judge them; sometimes, they forgive them." - some optimistic parent

Fuckers never leave!
> when you're poor, having your man and your children is all you've got!
Okay, so there's a book I keep forgetting to buy called Promises I Can Keep: Why Poor Women Put Motherhood before Marriage, which is a report on why many low-income women postpone marriage but jump right on having kids. I read the free sample from Amazon, and you might be interested in reading it, too. It examines the social and psychological reasons why women in poverty develop some of the same reasoning that your mother is talking about.
Yea it’s usually used to keep bed bugs out but they are also water/liquid repellant.

There's a free version here of just "To Room Nineteen," but the pdf is a bit messy and not e-book friendly, if you're looking for a Kindle one:
http://blogs.acu.edu/1020_HCOR140H1/files/2010/03/To-Room-Nineteen-Doris-Lessing.pdf
For anthology, maybe libraries would have it in a collection? Also, I'm sheepish about linking purchases if it looks like the new person is trying to sell stuff, or if my recommendation just isn't good, but... Amazon does have a collecting of Lessing's work. It includes "To Room Nineteen": https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0037BS2XG/ref=oh_aui_d_detailpage_o00_?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I really just thought r/childfree would appreciate this work, but sorry if I'm wrong!
Edit: I backspaced in the pdf link or something. Works now.
Nope. No hedges or structures. I'm thinking of this though:
Might be small enough to not be a structure? I might do it and ask for forgiveness instead of permission.
She should get a child safety harness/leash. I know the word "leash" will sound strange to some people, but they have been around for a very long time.
Totally looks like a place for kids.
Also, check the reviews for one by someone who sounds like the same woman. Surprise, it's the one star review.
I was mostly basing that on what I've observed, personally. When I did a quick search for some data I found this:
>Studies have also consistently found that mothers spend more time than fathers in feeding, supervising, and caring for children, although men have increased their time with children, especially in conventional gender-typed activities like physical play (Parke 1996). However, effective parenting also includes providing encouragement, meeting emotional needs, anticipating problems, facilitating social and intellectual learning, and enforcing discipline, activities for which mothers are primarily responsible. Even if couples share housework before they have children, they often shift to a more conventional gender-based allocation of chores when they become parents (Cowan and Cowan 2000).
Gender reveal parties are that Pinterest-made-up event to gather even more attention at the pregnancy. So now we have :
It really isn't about getting as much attention as you can. It's about a natural miracle. That happens over 200,000 times per day, every day of every year, since the humans have been making babies.
This ^ u/carrotcakegal!!! If you haven’t done so yet, change your email, google, social media, and all other sensitive account passwords, IMMEDIATELY! It sounds like the kid is not well raised and that your sister doesn't set an boundaries and rules.
Also, parents are infected with viruses up to 85% of the year, so kids are basically plague rats.
We're in the middle of a pandemic, sharing food is a bad idea for everyone.
However, it's not healthy for you to not be eating, so let's solve that problem.
Do you have your own room? If so, consider setting up a mini-fridge, table and a if possible small microwave in your room and explore food you would enjoy eating that you can make in your room. If you can't do a microwave or need to hide things, there are options like an electric kettle that boils water, a small rice cooker, even a tiny little immersion heater that let's you heat up water for tea or coffee or instant soup (try to get healthier versions than crap ramen). Like this https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Immersion-Electric-Portable-Reheater/dp/B01M0Q84BR
There are tons of options, and not all of them are unhealthy crap food. You can make a basic salad with chickpeas from a can, get frozen veggies that steam in a bag in a microwave, sandwiches, dried fruits and nuts, etc.
You could also try and plan ahead and fry up some tofu ahead of time, then keep it in the minifridge and throw into a salad or soup in your room.
I keep thinking I need to dig out my clothes hanger button from the 1970's when we first fought for the right to legal abortions.

It seems wholly unfair to children to have them for the sole purpose of filling some abstract void. That's so much pressure to feel like your existence is suppose to make your parents feel fulfilled.
Oftentimes I think they end up just being used as a distraction. Tending to them leaves one exhausted and less inclined to contemplate life and how to make it meaningful by one's own volition. Personally it seems like a lack of imagination on her part.

But anyway, I'm sorry you are experiencing this and I hope you meet some new CF friends. Maybe meetup.com might have some fun local chapters of Cfers?
I don't know about 50, but you can order 40 lbs of cat food on Amazon.
You can buy super cheap pregnancy tests on Amazon, 100 for $18.
Def will be sore and a dull ache. I had good meds and I recommend buying a decent ice pack.
Long as you take care of yourself and be careful you should be good in a couple of days.
I 100% agree with everything you have said. I have no doubt in my mind that in the future, there will be a war over resources. It's not a matter of IF, but WHEN, and it wont be as long as people think.
Also, just to point out that we are almost at 7.7 billion humans now
Kids-in-mind.com was the bane of my existence as a kid - mom would check every damned movie on it. Oddly enough, a lot of the content isn't as bad visually as it was written out explicitly.
>On the OP's side, she did say that she would never even think to ask someone why they decided NOT to have kids, or criticize them for choosing that.
Well bully for her, but as I say so often around here, the world isn't exactly suffering when people choose not to have kids. We do, however, suffer from the selfishness of people who feel like they need more than a replacement amount of kids. So she can withhold any misplaced judgement she has, because it's pointless anyway. She, on the other hand, deserves to be judged for her choice.
http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/
And yes, it's extremely depressing that we're seen as these awful beasts because -gasp- how could we NOT want kids?! I've actually noticed a trend: if you're having a discussion with someone, the quality of that discussion is vastly improved so long as they don't know you're childfree. It's why I use this childfree account for this sub, and a different one for the rest of reddit. As soon as people dig in your history and see that you're childfree, they automatically dismiss you and your opinions because you're clearly a total asshole who's not worth talking to.
Get an automatic feeder. It saved my morning sleeping in habit. Cat doesn't bother us anymore. I recommend it to anyone who likes sleep.
if everyone who bangs without protection could stop for a day or use protection for one single day, that would be amazing. The equivalent of a small town of surplus people wouldn't be born. Just imagine how much we could catch up helping out the others! http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/
Do it, don't tell anyone until after it's done, and make digital / scanned copies of all relevant documents (medical paperwork such as invoices, receipts, or bills for the procedure, signed notes from all medical personnel directly involved, etc.) for your own records, like that guy in the classic Craigslist copypasta story did. Even if the story itself might not be true, and even if you never face a paternity suit in future, it's good to have records.
Good idea! I decided to make it into one. I thought it'd be cheeky if I made it available in child sizes too, lol
Edit: actually put it on a pillow too here on Redbubble
I posted here a little over a year ago, with some pictures of the champagne glasses my wife and I bought for our wedding dinner. I meant to post this for our one year anniversary last month but my new job has been keeping me busy.
We went to Easter Island for our honeymoon and came across a sushi restaurant called Kotaro. It was one of the best meals we had on the island, but the sign outside the restaurant cemented it as the most memorable. And we had just spent the day hiking so we were looking to relax.
Okay I am a working mother in the US, so I can comment, and no there is not a "shit ton" of tax breaks. (from google) The Child Tax Credit is $1,000 per qualifying child. A child must be your dependent and under age 17. The amount of the credit is reduced starting when your adjusted gross income reaches IRS limits. For 2012, the limit for married couples filing jointly was $110,000. There is also a shortage of affordable childcare.
You may have worked in places that gave parents extra benefits but that is far from the norm and I have been working for over 20 years, as has my husband and neither of us have ever worked in a place that offers childcare nor have any of my friends. The state run agencies are often as full or with long waiting lists that they are unattainable if you are needed to go back to work, which is usually within 12 weeks in the US. Add on top of that the culture that women are the main childcare providers, which adds a whole other can of worms.
https://www.cdc.gov/breastfeeding/faq/index.htm
Stop making the breastfeeding relationship between mom and child weird for no reason. Different strokes for different folkes, guys.
Only reason I mentioned twisted testicle is just so it could also possibly be a precursor to explain "infertility" down the line (saying something like "well, the things got damaged down there and built up scar tissue, turns out that was the dominant one for swimmers"), but groin pull is a good option. All depends on if they'd go digging for medical articles.
Edit: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/testicular-torsion/symptoms-causes/syc-20378270
There is a bit here confirming that twisted testicles could cause infertility:
> Complications
> Testicular torsion can cause the following complications:
> Damage to or death of the testicle. When testicular torsion is not treated for several hours, blocked blood flow can cause permanent damage to the testicle. If the testicle is badly damaged, it has to be surgically removed.
> Inability to father children. In some cases, damage or loss of a testicle affects a man's ability to father children.
It's just an option if you'd want to defer future issues.
I have Nexplanon, too, and am adamantly child free. I have a fund for if I ever fall pregnant.

I also bulk buy these tests once a year and take one every month-ish. They're super cheap and just as effective as the $10 ones. Also, none of the in person awkwardness.
Some crying kid ruined my sister's acceptance into an honor society, but they stopped after 5 minutes. Why? She was wearing fancy white shoes kinda like these ones, and the buckle was irritating her skin.
The ironic thing about Margaret Sanger regarding her modern reputation as a "babykiller" was that she fucking hated abortion, and wanted there to as little need for it as humanly possible.
Also, she gave lectures about the value of birth control to KKK wives' groups in addition to groups of black people. Lady did not care that much who she was speaking to, only that said people were using BC to avoid abortion and having children they couldn't afford or adequately look after.

This is about 5 months in but, 1/400. And 1/2500 don't know until labor.
I thought it would be closer to $8000, but things added up (not to mention the money I spent flying to the workshop and spending a few days nearby).
Here's a link to photos they sent me of them building the frame:
And some I took of the bike after completion - not particularly great photos, but you can get the idea:
You can turn off the customised search in Google. Though, it will still track you. So, if you want Google without tracking use StartPage. I love DDG but it's just Bing without tracking running on AWS. While DDG won't track you, Amazon might.
Now, the ideal option would be an open source search engine that doesn't track you and runs on its own hardware. That's where findx comes in. However, it's not as good as Google/StartPage or Bing/DuckDuckGo. Though, it is still in beta do that's understandable (remember how bad Bing used to be?). The more use findx gets, the faster it will improve.
I hate that your husband has this issue, how terrible! My partner and I bought these ear buds that allow you to go to live music and hear it clearly yet it’s not so loud. Maybe they could help?
Fill a bowl with durian candy (Amazon Link). If they're going to be assholes, then hand out candy that smells and tastes like it. :D
I'm usually listening to stuff so maybe that's why i don't hear kids, I don't own a pair of noise cancelling headphones but I have these bluetooth ones off amazon. Maybe someone else reading the comments will have a better suggestion for noise cancelling headphones or what works best for them.

I love the Velcro ones because they're easy, comfy, and can be adjusted for ankles or wrists. Neither of these are exactly what I meant, as mine are Velcro with a buckle between them that can be squeezed with one hand to release it.
Edit mine also have a cloth strap between the cuffs which is great for tying the cuffs to the bed or whatever. I would do some searching if you're looking to buy something like this.
You probably know this already but there is a kid-proof version of the Kindle Fire - comes with a foam edge all around the tablet. You seem to be doing a good job using the teachable moment as a parent but tablets are expensive, so could come in handy. :)
Have you heard of Marie Kondo or her KonMarie method? I read her book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, and it helped me a lot with de-cluttering my home and keeping it that way. The book was an easy read and I finished it in a couple days, but if you're not a reader there is a lot of material online about the method.
I bet you speak from your experiences living in a nice house, owning a nice car, and traveling the world with your perfect wife and children 😂 We all know the majority of people with kids out there are living in mansions and driving Lamborghinis, as it's not like having an extra mouth to feed or three makes saving money and making the most out of a paycheck more difficult. It's not like those people ever, say, came from money and inherited wealth or waited to have kids until they were financially stable in their early 30s.
>"shady Middle Eastern guy at the hostel doesn't rape you"
Oh of course, I forgot your only travel options in the world are either whole family vacation or violent rape and murder. Of course, if you go to run down hostels in the middle of a war zone you'll be *completely* safe if you have a bunch of tiny humans and a husband with yourself. It's not like parents need to tailor their vacations to child friendly places or anything. Being with your children 24/7 is so rewarding to every single parent ever that in fact, babysitters, daycares, au pairs, summer camps, boarding schools, and dumping the kids with relatives are merely figments of collective imagination and never happen IRL
Wonder why you felt it was necessary to point out the alleged rapist's ethnicity too. I bet that's just purely incidental
One of the main reasons to block youtube ads. I feel sorry sometimes for content producers, but if that super algorithm is incapable of delivering ads that are actually interesting: fuck it.
I'm not CF and I rarely comment, though I do lurk on occasion. There's a Craigslist account with a similar situation.
Shit, yeah! /u/thr0wfaraway has got my back!
Gecko Rock Resort kicks ass :)
I know it does, because I made it, haha.

We're neither cheap nor expensive, we're simply the best deal you'll find on the planet...and we've got awesome puppies, too.
No kids and the best food you'll ever eat in your life :)
End of shameless plug.
That's not right. Borderline Personality Disorder (also sometimes called Emotion Dis-regulation Disorder or C-PTSD) in part of a larger umbrella called "Cluster B" personality disorders, which Narcissism is also under, but they're separate issues.
BPD is mainly a disorder of overactive emotions- you know how when you get a sunburn your skin is really sensitive and things you normally would notice hurt a lot? BPD is like that but with emotions, and can sometimes be caused by being raised by narcissists.

> What the hell is going on in the world.
Nothing good. Lots of right shift.
As an aside, how often do you update your flair? Too bad you can't make it update in real time.
I'm so fucking sad right now.
We've been renting this awesome house from a friend of mine for the past year and the entire time we've been talking about buying it.
It's in an up-and-coming neighborhood that's about a five minute bike ride from downtown of the major city we live in. It's literally two minutes from my husband's work. It's a 100+ year old house, which I LOVE because of the character and personality. Original hardwood floors throughout the downstairs that are thin planks (which I understand is rarer?) and it was remodeled like ten years ago in a way that is super awesome. TWO bathrooms! Yes, two! In an old house!! There's actually closets! That are big! And the kitchen is YUGE with an eat in area that has TWO SKYLIGHTS and we painted it the puurrfect shade of forest green with white ceilings and trim. And it's a gas stove, which I adore. Did I mention the fenced backyard with a big garden and two mature trees, one of which is a weeping willow? Oh, and the built in window seat in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Oh, and the mature raspberry bushes out front?
I adore this house. It's so fucking perfect. So we got it inspected to start the process of purchasing it.
Guys, it's a disaster. There's extensive termite damage underneath the house. There's high radon levels. It needs a new roof, new furnace, new water heater, new windows, new siding or a completely strip job to get rid of the lead paint covering the entire outside. The crawl space has to be dug out. They'd have to rip out all of the original hardwood floors downstairs to do that (my heeeaaaarrrrrttttt). The inspector said that he wouldn't even pay 30K for the house and that even if we got it that low, that we'd have to spend so much money to fix it that it might not ever increase in value enough to cover what we spent.
WE CAN'T BUY IT BUT I WANT TO SO BADLY AND I JUST CAN'T LET GOOOOOOOO
Now I'm jealous. Obamacare forces (many/most) health insurance providers in the US to cover women's contraceptive services, including sterilization, but specifically EXCLUDES those for men.
I'm not in a relationship now, and was tentatively thinking of getting snipped early next year, which would cost me $500 out of pocket (per the estimate of my health insurance company, which doesn't cover a dime of the cost), but now I'm tempted to wait and see if a men's rights group succeeds in challenging that nuance of the law.
Heck, if I had a law degree, I'd file a suit in federal court challenging that nuance of the law myself.
I'm sorry you're in this position, first I would contact an abortion clinic in your city and ask about the cost directly and ask if they have a payment plan (and almost guaranteed they will). Then I'd ask your mom to sign the consent forms in which ever way you think she'd be most likely to sign them (for my mom that would be while busy doing something else, but I don't know your mom). If that doesn't work, I would travel to Illinois. It's not close to you at all, but a quick look at flights shows a $77 roundtrip ticket to Chicago. Illinois, unlike Missouri, doesn't require parental consent, they only require that your parent is called 48hrs in advance. Clearly obtaining an abortion closer to home is preferable, but if it comes to something like this, know that all you need to fly domestically is a driver's license and that if you have a morning flight you can check into the airport the night before and not have to get a hotel room.
I once saw a woman posting about her second or third unplanned pregnancy (in her case she miscarried) and wondering whether to tell her boyfriend etc etc. I responded "It sounds like you need some help, try taking a look at this"
The website looks pretty shady, but I have been using it for a few years now with no issues.
In addition to what you can see in the picture (which I only just noticed and thought many of you would appreciate) you can make it so that people can't send you game requests or things like that, very highly personalise what you see on your newsfeed and in the side bars, and, if it floats your boat, you can even see who unfriends you.
The comments still exist, she just hid them from view. Still an active thread on Disqus, though.
I suggest getting a lock on your door. If you cannot change your door knobs, I suggest these two items:

I've noticed this too! It maybe be motherhood is such an exalted status that it appeals to that mom-lifestyle-blog sensibilities to do so.

I wonder if it is also possible that it's also a way to prevent getting creepers from hitting on them? I mean MILF is still a term and a mommie4eva wouldn't deter every creeper obviously but it maybe lessens the amount of it to a certain extent? I'm curious because when I was on meetup.com for nearby meetups and to find groups of friends locally when I first moved, I found I was getting hit on a lot until I made a big deal on my profile about being a newlywed -even though the groups I was in were suppose to be friends-only not FWB.

Granted, I know a ring doesn't deter everyone either but it cuts down some of the B.S. It doesn't happen quite as often now. I'm typically not someone that solely identifies myself as being someone's wife (hell, I still have my "maiden" name) but that really caught me off guard since it's not even a dating site. It's not like I was posed all sexy with duck face or anything it was just a head shot that most groups require when you join and I'm not vain enough to presume it has anything to do with just me personally. My guess is this happens often to many.
Re: why humans evolved to have periods.

I agree with you in a lot of ways, but for me, most of what I hate is that other people are convinced my body exists to procreate (and the institutionalized nature of sexism as a result, etc.). I don't believe it. I know I can do way more than squirt out more humans.
But I am right there with you on fuck the uterus. I have at times been tempted to remove my own with a Denny's spoon (they tend to be quite sharp). For now, though... well. There are forms of birth control that alter the cycle so you get less periods per year or even none at all.
edit for correct link

Look here. This is complete bullshit. According to the government, your employer doesn't have to pay for your sterilization, but it does have to arrange for its insurance to cover you. At this point you should probably ask the hospital how they plan to cover you, and if they cannot or will not they are breaking the law and due for a chat with your lawyer.
If you're in the USA, your health insurance is required by law to provide the services at no cost to you.

I had to pay the hospital $200 towards my $2,700 deductible, but it's being refunded to me now that the insurance has cleared.
> for a quick clarification, I do not want to be 'childfree' personally as i enjoy children a lot.
For a quick clarification, one can be childfree AND enjoy children, the topic is addressed in the sub's sidebar and the sub's FAQ.

Hope this helps
If they read this news article and don't consider it a tragic and horrific loss of life on par with (or even worse than) 9/11, then it's almost like being "pro-life" was never about the embryos in the first place. Imagine that.

Seems like studies are at odds. I did read murder is the number one cause of death during pregnancy followed by heart disease. It was from the WebMD archives though.
The link is http://gizmodo.com/5907456/the-9-weirdest-places-in-reddit; it's currently down to to server problems from the hurricane but there's a google cache here.
Sounds like you need a lockable trunk or three. Or a basic lockable metal storage cabinet.
Hell, maybe you could even find a used "truck box" or tool box on craigslist or something.

20 bucks, slap a basic padlock on it.
Also, you can get the canary or something similar, video security that alerts your phone if someone enters your room.
I read this very interesting article thingy a few days ago. What is the evolutionary benefit or purpose of having periods?
Warning! Extremely graphic description of what happens in the uterus while pregnant. It's really gross.
Try this one (not mine): https://www.etsy.com/shop/granniepanties?ref=l2-shopheader-name
I'm about to start cross-stitching (my stuff should arrive this week). I did the 3 patterns for $10 deal, so I got the Princess Bride "Anybody want a peanut?", the Hitchhiker's Guide "Always know where your towel is," and the "Damn it feels good to be a Gangster." I am quite excited.
Overpopulation is the whole world's problem. http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/ Regardless of what country you live in, resource scarcity will eventually effect you. Or, is your plan to make sure YOUR nation has more numbers when we inevitably start openly seeking more, more more? If we keep going at this rate we'll be desalinating water and eating algae in cramped high-rise studio apts with toilet/kitchens. I mean if africa and india's are the problem, then why cant the informed and educated be the solution?
When i was 12, my parents hosted christmas at our house. Somehow, a toddler managed to get upstairs, pick up my $2000 laptop and throw it over the railing 3 stories down. When i asked the parents to pay for it, they told me i shouldn't have left my laptop in the open(it was actually in my room behind a closed door, up 2 flights of stairs, on a bed taller than she was. That was the day i learned i didn't want kids, kids ruin nice things, and some parents are entitled cunts.
If you are using chrome, you can get an extension called facebook purity, and it contains a text filter, so you can automatically hide posts containing any given word, and you can also do it by username basis too. http://www.fbpurity.com/
I'm not sure if this has been implemented in your area, but I've heard of a bunch of success stories regarding finding missing animals from NextDoor. It wouldn't hurt to see if Juice has been located by someone who uses it.
Well, there would have to be a strategy to build your case:
An attorney can tell them more what to do, but usually reporting the incidents as they happen is ineffective. Unfortunately, in some parts of the country CPS is so overwhelmed dealing with terrible parenting that you have to let the neglect/abuse go on for a while before CPS will take action.
Which makes me think--it might be worth searching around the web for any media articles in your state about CPS failures that lead to children being harmed. I'm thinking something like this one:
You know, something to show to CPS if they're unresponsive.
Just a thought.
Not in the Pacific Northwest. It's an odd regional custom that is beginning to gain more and more recognition as The Seattle No. Up here, anything but a committal "Yes" means "No."
Obviously it's a regional thing, but important to keep in mind on the anonymous, decentralized nets :)
It's nice to see a parent that recognizes bullshit when they see it. I don't even bother with all this parent/non parent nonsense anymore. I just order my kit and keep to myself. If someone asks about your kid you say some vague thing and then ask about theirs. They never even notice you're lying because they're too busy blabbering about their snot machine - All the while you're standing back singing frere jacques in your head, planning your dinner.
I have tried every other approach, and as a childfree woman, there is literally no way to escape the bullshit you will face from moms in the workplace. They will condescend and/or pity you until you're ready to go postal. It's just not worth it anymore, I just pretend I'm one of them.
>you have to make the most out of it and be the best parent you can be.
No you don't. To say you have to is too limiting considering the circumstances. You and I both know that there are plenty of fatherless children that can attest to this very fact. About 4 in 10 are. Around 24 million in America all-together. Link to statistic
Yeah- mirena is good for five years. Iirc Most folks don’t stay on accutane for a lifetime. At most it’s like 3- 6 months at a time. Here ya go:
