Looks like it's from that 8-hour Rinse takeover FT did a few years ago. You can stream that here (it's amazing, particularly the first hour or so).
It's all about Jackmaster right now, brilliant DJ. Dollop NYE was amazing!

When you were describing what you were looking for i thought of MMOTH immediately. "For Her" is a good song. I could list off a million songs i sometimes mix this genre in ableton when im bored with producing. Feel free to message me a song you have mixed in if your stuck and where you want to go next and ill give you a few ideas.

Edit: Also if your going to mix this genre White noise sweeps work wonders for the songs that just wont flow together.

London.
then take your pick.
But yeah, urban nerds is the one. Make sure you see Zinc if you do go. I saw him at lovebox this year and he blew my fucking tiny little mind. He mixed Ms Dyanmite - Boo acapella with Congorock, Tempz - Next Hype vs Bookashade, then dropped into 138 Trek and I fucking creamed all over myself. People were moshing. Never seen that at a dance event before.
edit: Fuck it. Did it for you.
Almost all of Where Were U In '92? was created using samples of older music. Here's the main sample for Float
yeah I did, download here: http://www.filedropper.com/jacquesgreen-thelookkorelessremixjaderberghouseedit
you might enjoy the mix i did it for then! http://www.mixcloud.com/jaderberg/first-for-everything/
Remix / sample of Crystal Waters? I think I know he one you mean but can't think what it was called or who made it. Maybe try checking this list
You're being downvoted for posting your opinion, but I fully agree with you. If you listen to their older stuff, it sounds nothing like this. I'm not saying one is better than the other, but since musical taste is subjective, it makes sense that some people would like their older or newer work better.
Compare a track like Carnival to Latch. They sound worlds apart. With each new release, their tracks are getting more pop/vocal and less uk-bass in my opinion.
I wish there was more going on while I was there (I moved away last summer.) My friend Eli Glad has a pretty fun monthly called Lights Down Low they have a pretty cool lineup for next friday: Dave Nada, Canblaster, & Franki Chan.
I listened to the first half of his album last night, and I guess I don't see the comparison you are making. To me it sounds like the spacious sub driven dubstep that was coming out ten years ago. "Real" dubstep pre Skrillex and "brostep" (whatever the f*ck that is).
It also reminds me of what Burial might have sounded like if he had been making dubstep in 2004. Thankfully Burial has his own brand of bass music that is best described as...well...Burial.
I will listen to the second half of the album after work today. Does he mix it up and do something different? The record is basically all dubstep at 140bpm so I guess I just don't understand what you mean by "some pretty cool jungle influenced tracks in the 120-130 range". Am I missing something?
EDIT: a letter
While we're on the topic, anybody know the first track in this mix? https://www.mixcloud.com/corenewsuploads/blawan-and-pariah-hessle-audio-show-on-rinse-fm-2012-11-15/
I've definitely heard it in other sets but I don't know the id.
the "drop" in Harlem Shake is fantastic.
What is so great about Disclosure is their ability to intertwine the bassline with the vocals, especially with What's In Your Head

Figured this isn't a problem since it's a free DL. Let me know if it is though.
