Get a sff (small form factor) gtx 1560, 1050ti, or even gt 1030. The numbers give you an idea of which graphics card is newer or better performing, higher is "better". Then get a DVI to VGA adapter, and that should do the trick :)
The only problem is that the small form factor 1050 and 1650 can be a little pricey, so if your budget is tight, I recommend the 1030. They should all come with small form factor brackets included in the box. I've personally used all 3 of these cards in small form factor PCs.

I tried to pay and got declined.
Declined payment went to a company called "Aesthetics Supplies"
Reviews for Aesthetic Supplies in the UK: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/aesthetics-supplies.co.uk?stars=5
Don't bother boys, it's a scam.
Just checked US prices. They are still $50 higher then what I paid 18 months ago for a Zotac 1060 3gb (regularly priced, not on sale $220ish). Definitely more reasonable but still jacked up. My GPU is halfway through its lifespan so I have been hoping that it makes it until the prices return to normal. If my GPU dies before then I will either have to downgrade or buy a used console because I can't afford current prices.
ETA: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 Mini 3GB GDDR5 Super Compact Graphics Card (ZT-P10610A-10L) This was the card I bought and here it is listed on Amazon where I bought it.
It's not your card(s). There is something deeper in Windows messed up. In a situation like this, I would probably run this tool...
http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html
This program is pretty amazing at this stuff. Follow the directions. Or, if your Windows install is new, or doesn't have much in it to lose, just reinstall instead!! I have a strong feeling by that point either way it might be fixed.
However, I have to wonder WHY this happened. So I would probably do a Hard Drive scan, (Start it at bedtime..), by going into a command prompt as an administrator and typing 'chkdsk c: /r' and letting it reboot to run the test. The results will be in Event Viewer after it's done. Can't remember if it's in the System or Windows section of Event Viewer, but poke around or Google it. I would also try to think of any times when the computer was shut down unexpectedly from a power loss or something else other than proper shutdown. I might also run some diagnostics to check everything else.
You most certainly do not have one terrabyte of RAM, and judging from that motherboard you're probably using a very first generation (Nehalem architecture) Core series chip; of those I'd bet your friend chose an i5 Lynnfield. That board does not support any CPU newer than Clarksdale, nor does it have SATA3 or PCIe3. Unlike Ivy Bridge, or even Sandy Bridge CPUs, that first gen has not aged well.
If I were you, I'd find out what your RAM situation is. Download CPU-Z and report back. You're probably going to want more RAM (you need DDR3), and as far as GPU, yours is positively obsolete. With that CPU/board combo, go absolutely no higher than a GTX 1060 6GB. In fact, you're probably better off getting a decent used card like a GTX 970.
I found this selling on amazon for $240 I'm a bit worried about buying from another seller, they only have 7 reviews do you think its a safe bet?
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01N0P24HI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A20INPHIJX9HBM&psc=1
This is the card I believe its 6gb you need to click under 15 new, the second one for $241 looks pretty good
I think you can get a RX570 for that price on amazon
That's a Dell Optiplex 390. Your main size restriction is going to be the size of the cooler on the card, and the length of the card. Try to get measurements of the distance between the CPU cooler and the Power Supply, and then the distance between the back of the case where the brackets mount to the front of the case. Based on just eyeballing what I see, I recommend this one.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071DY2VJR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_MlXxFb9A0YEZR
This card will give you basic gpu acceleration and it's capable of running some games too.
I don't know if it will work. Ideally, contact HP customer support to be 100% sure that you can switch out the PSU
It has to be switched out with the current PSU in your current PC.
I would look for a reliable brand like Silverstone, EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic, FSP, Antec, etc.
That 420W you linked seems to be getting bad reviews about bulging capacitors and failing fans.
And it's seems that company is lying about its rated wattage capacity: http://replacepower.com/power-supply-types/tfx-power-supply/rp-tfx-420-watt/
>Total Wattage: 280 Watts
Even the total wattage is a lie. If you multiple 12v by 14A on the label, then you only get 168W
Replacepower is not a well-known brand.
Unfortunately PSUs from reliable brands are pretty pricey right now
Something like this is good, but you'll need a 6-pin to 8-pin adapter: https://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-Technology-Supply-Connector-SST-FX350-G-USA/dp/B07QGMX5DW/
I have the bigger brother of the 5600XT, the 5700XT, and it's been good to me. Maybe once every other month I'll run into some oddity where the card does something funky -but 99% of the time the card is honestly great. I have the THICC II model, and the same model for the 5600XT is for sale for $270, which isn't bad.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086PVK8RT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_n.DkFbF2SV422
It's on-par with the RTX 2060 generally, so a fair bit better than the 1660 Super.
BestBuy has a model of the 2060 on sale for $265.99 on clearance, but it's sold-out online. If you've got a store near you that might be worth seeing if it's in-stock in-store.
Thinking of going 5600 xt or 1660 ti Would you reccomend the 5600 xr over the 1660 ti? Because of price

What's the technical reason for this?
good question. If it doesn't lineup then you may need to buy a flexible SLI bridge. You can use it to adjust one of the GPU so both fits in the NVlink bridge.
That's what I was thinking. So it's currently ($529.99) Used, Like New. Do you think that's a good deal, and is it worth gambling with one that was used?

I just looked on there hoping you were wrong. Looks like the prices have increased quite a bit over the past couple of weeks. I got an EVGA FTW3 3090 for around $880 from Amazon about a month ago.
The best deal on something similar, though 3080ti is: https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-Graphics-HoloBlack-IceStorm-ZT-A30810F-10P/dp/B08V1ZWGVR/ref=sr_1_12?crid=1YXFM6GPW6SJI&keywords=rtx+3090&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&qid=1668911456&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011%2Cp_36%3A-100000%2Cp_6%3AATVPDKIKX0...
Uhhh for 1080p, a fucking 3070 or a 6600 would work. Unless you are fucking rich, no point to get 3090ti… waste of money lol
I had a 1070 that had a dvi port. Even at that time it was difficult to get such a card. Now mostly it is hdmi and display port.
I used this in 2019 when I had an old monitor with dvi input only. You need two HDMI cables and two of these adapters.
How's this one? It's 400w. Would it fit with a SFF box? I'm hesitant...Would you recommend a good one from Amazon at 500w?

https://www.amazon.com/Mackertop-Supply-Compatible-942332-001-PA-3401-1HA/dp/B08QM6RJHZ/
For these 3 options i would go for the first option. But if you want to overclock or ypure gping to have it on heavy workloads, go for the 2nd option. 3 fans are always better than 2.
Btw i found a rx 6750 xt for 504€ in a good model, take it a look, maybe its better than those you mentioned.
It's quite easy to buy one online. Here's one on Amazon, for example. Or get an RTX 3070 Ti for $600 or RTX 3060 Ti for $400 on Best Buy. You'll need to pick them up in person, but they'll be brand new. 3070 Ti is about 15% faster than the 3070, and 3060 Ti is about 15% slower.
Thank you for all your opinions and advice. I helped someone out and they wanted to repay me with a PC (how could I refuse?), but they wanted the PC to be fully built. I ended up going with the Ryzen 7 and 3060ti for a few reasons.
The 3070 is only about 10% faster than the 3060ti
The PC I chose was water cooled (the PC with the 3070 would not have been)
The PC I chose has tons of storage
I am more likely to upgrade the graphics card in a few years than upgrade the processor
In case you are interested, this is the PC. Would I have preferred to select my own parts and build my own? For the most part, yes, but I'm absolutely not complaining here. It's been a while since I've built one and I get way too OCD when spreading thermal paste on the processor.
Um, no it's not.
Also, if you're paying $250 for a 1070 you are getting ripped off big time.
You could try one of these.
RAIJINTEK Morpheus II CORE Edition, GPU VGA Cooler
The thing kicks ass, i have one on my RX vega 56, you will need to find a pair of 120mm fans as well but I'll bet this cooler will out perform your old cooler. The only down side would be the the money lost on an old video card.
The 1660 TI def needs additional power. If you look at the 3rd photo, you can see the 8 pin connector.
You need an 8 pin available coming from your power supply.

there’s this single fan 2060
it’s not actually half bad though with the inclusion of a single fan, just is a bit loud sometimes
though around this price range it’s either 1660 supers or 6500 xts so I don’t see why not

It all depends on your budge. If you play those games on 1080p A RX 6600 is more than enough to run those game, and if you can swing your budget up a bit I would get the RX 6600 XT
You can get the RX 6600 for $300 on Amazon
RX 6600 XT for $400
i was looking into the rx6600 and its sky high 500€ for the chepaest one, found one on a discount from amazon uk https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-Radeon-EAGLE-Graphics-GV-R66EAGLE-8GD/dp/B09JCKJ2G9?th=1, i dont live anywhere near the uk but it would be much cheaper shipping than from amazon us, i dont want to buy it from another country tho, i want to buy everything from 1 place
You only need to spend $200 on a CPU. This. AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08166SLDF/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_2YVBR6QPSWAJCJ8DJAR1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I THINK you'll need a 650w power supply, someone correct me if I'm wrong. The RAM speed will SEVERELY limit your FPS in game. Get two 16 GB sticks like this G.Skill RipJaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin SDRAM PC4-25600 DDR4 3200 CL16-18-18-38 1.35V Dual Channel Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GVKB https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015FXXBW0/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_JA1F1CMXAKY74MQVZXC4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 However you'll need to make sure the motherboard you have will support speeds up to 3200. As far as the GPU you're going to spend $600 on that as well if you can get the 3060 TI for that price which I think you should be able to probably a little cheaper.

If necessary then I can definitely get one with more wattage
That’s why I was thinking of keeping the 3060. Some comparisons show them equal and some show the 2070S having a 25%? better performance

if it has to be amd, amd radeon fury
the recommended specs are all over the place, they say they want a 380 or a gtx 980. fury is on par with the 980, which is faster than the 380
I suspect you will not be able to get the warranty from Sapphire since their warranty only covers the original purchase (which, you got it on ebay--you're probably not covered).
Sapphire VGA products carry a 2 year warranty* with all enquires carried out through your initial place of purchase. This can only be carried out by the original purchaser Please contact your Dealer/Reseller for Warranty / RMA service. They will require proof of purchase which includes the original invoice/documentation.
Product Warranty will not be valid even if returned after purchased for the following cases: * Products that are defaced or physically damaged and modified by customer. * Products that become non-functional due to customer improper use. * Products that cannot be verified as Sapphire products. * Products that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt. * Products not sold from our official distributors or resellers.

Ebay's policy seems to be limited to within 30 days, but Paypal's is actually 180 days.
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/security/buyer-protection
And, depending on how you paid, your credit card carrier might have even longer chargeback limits.
If you genuinely feel that the video card was defective to begin with, Paypal might be your best option: Contact Sapphire anyway to see if you can get a warranty on it, but I highly doubt you will be able to.
Well according to the warranty page: >Damages to PCB (Printed Circuit Board) whether cut, scratched, warped, cracked, dented or broken.
>Any damages to the components, hardware and/or assembly of the graphics card including neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
So I'm guessing if your power supply decides to explode and burn the card, I don't think it'll be covered. BUT according to this FAQ answer from last year overclocking is okay just don't go too crazy and actually burn up the card.
About pascal, it's aimed for the first half of 2016 but as these things go, we may or may not see it until the end of 2016 so yeah. I haven't read anything about them setting an actual release date yet so I'm not sure when it'll be out.
Hey man. I currently own a Gigabyte Windforce card, from last year. Compared to my friend's Asus model of the same card, it's far surperior. I've also had good experience with EVGA, though. Basically, pros and cons.
EVGA: Pros; One of the best coolers on market, Great costumer service, EVGA B-Stock which has good deals from time to time, and Great cards to display
Cons; Huge ass cards, probably no back plate preinstalled.
Gigabyte: Pro; A cooler just as good as EVGA's, Great OC ability
Cons; Not very pretty, Make a fair amount of noise at higher temps
Sorry I dont know much about MSI, hope I could help though most of this is obvious stuff. Good Luck!
EDIT: My friend and I own R9 280x's which pump out A LOT of heat, and comparable to both the GTX 970 and GTX 960
Im selling a brand new, unopened 2070 super gaming x trio for cheap.

Use this site to run benchmarks on your computer. Their software will detect/test your CPU as well as GPU.
Then use their build tool to compare what your performance could be with different components.
FWIW, I think any modern GPU you throw in that machine would be bottlenecked by the capabilities of your CPU and motherboard - just speculation based off of how old that card is.
You MIGHT be able to get by using a PCIe X1 riser card like Bitcoin miners use for hooking up multiple graphics cards to one motherboard.
I did this so I could hook up a couple GTX-690's to an X1 slot for use with photogrammetry.
It SEVERELY bottlenecks the cards though. Since they will only be using ONE PCIe lane.
Also the card would be loose. Not mounted in your case. Or just sitting inside somewhere.
You put the second card on in this, and put the small card in one of your small PCIe X1 or X4 slots and a USB cable connects them together.
Since this second card will be bottlenecked, you would only want it for low graphics intensive stuff. Like your cockpit panel I'm assuming. No quickly moving 3D stuff.

Awesome man glad I could help! Just a little heads up, if your computer hasn't been serviced in its 9 year lifespan, there may be a lot of dust when you open it up. You can spray it out with short bursts from a can of compressed air. But do NOT allow the fans to be spun by the air, use your finger to hold the fans still when spraying the dust out of them. Spinning the fans with the air can wear out the bearing and make the fans whine loudly when the computer running. Only do short bursts to prevent the parts from becoming too cold. Also the thermal paste between your CPU and the heatsink may be worn out, which would cause your CPU to overheat while gaming. You can use this tool https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner to monitor your CPU temperature, if it overheats you can put new thermal paste on it which will fix the problem.
8192mb of ram is 8GB btw. So meet all of the minimums except for the GPU. And you don't need a '8GB graphics card'. It looks like the GT 1030 has 2GB of gddr5. Your crashing issues sound more like settings/driver issues.
"Genshin Impact Frequently Asked Questions Summary (PC Version)" https://genshin.mihoyo.com/m/en/news/detail/5654
Imo, you could get a new GPU and be more than happy with it, but this is a problem with the game or your drivers.
Inflation is absolutely insane right now for video cards. Here's the price history for the 5600xt, it's a different company, but still shows the jist of the insanity we have to deal with at the moment. https://pangoly.com/en/review/sapphire-radeon-pulse-rx-5600-xt/price-history
My 580x is going for almost twice what I paid for it brand new
its a gpu stress test benchmark tool http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
on it it has a button called gpu shark which tell you lots of info about your gpu take a screen of it like i did https://imgur.com/oCtIVwA
I would download a app like GPU-Z and see what the temp is at different loads. I am no expert but it sounds like a temp thing.. if it looks high take your case apart make sure you clean out any fans on your GPU and such and check airflow.
Blow out the fans, all of them.
Install and use Open Hardware Monitor (https://openhardwaremonitor.org/downloads/). Sometimes the cards just blow to make sure they are good when you are starting something.
You can look at what is happen and if it the fan that kicking off.
You just need to download GeForce Experience software, and Nvidia will tell you what driver to install.
However, 1 gig of vram isn't gonna get you very far, no matter what driver. You need a better gpu, like the other poster suggests.
parsec! You can remote into your gaming computer with parsec and there are other options to use your computer as a node in a render farm but not easily especially between macos and windows or linux.
Thank you, that's a bit of a relief. I wasn't sure if I had to purchase an entirely new computer seeing as how old mine is.
Would you happen to know which video card(s) would be a good candidate for the upgrade? I'm looking at the video cards on Slick Deals and I can't tell which ones are even compatible with my PC.
I don't know anything about video cards but I keep seeing Radeon and GeForce pop up everywhere so those two must be the most popular.
not a 3060 ti but a 3060 is on amazon for normal price link
dont buy it look on amazon rn there is a 3060 for £300 link
In case you're still looking over a year later, I finally found a block that specifically states it works with the Windforce OC 3X. This is the only place I could seem to find one.
This one? Looks to be an AMD graphics card. It's a decent one for it's era, according to reviews.
First available in July of 2014, according to Newegg.
Great idea... get a 1x pcie extension cable. It'll be kinda janky, but it'll let you use the card with the GPU installed. Something like this should work:
Not a fruitless endeavor, but perhaps an expensive one.
You would want a low profile card, and one of the most common of these is the GTX 1650.
Problem is that because of the current market, its priced twice as high as it should be.
I have no personal experience on these other than I came across one a few weeks ago and filed it away mentally as "Hmmm thats neat".

Could be a solution for your issue?
It doesn't need a support bracked unless it's a chunky AIB card. They really just aren't built like the FE and Reference cards. So if you have a Triple slot AIB card I would use a sag bracket. I do and it really eases my mind knowing the GPU won't crack the PCB under it's own weight. With that being said, you really don't need to worry about reattaching the piece. It probably will come off but it literally doesn't matter unless you are moving the PC around a lot and even then it's not a big deal. So get something like this and don't sweat it.
I think you might need this adapter, there is no other way you can fit 16 pins in a 12 pin slot, you might get away with only using one 8 pin but you may experience some graphical problems by doing that.
Ok. Check out this. I think it's your best option.

It looks like you can buy a Quadro P620 on Amazon in Canada for $250. Even looks like it'll ship pretty quickly. Not an amazing GPU but a nice little one that'll last and work as a troubleshooting GPU if you buy a nicer new one.
Dell Inspiron 7000 15.6" FHD Gaming Laptop | Intel i5-7300HQ Quad-Core | 16GB RAM | 256GB SSD | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 | Windows 10 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZR6MG4T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_0CZPW8ZYA5SYEEBJCEDX
I believe this is the listing for it.
Another good compact Quadro with exactly what you need (3 ports instead of 4) is the Quadro P400
It seems a waste to me to get power hungry dual slot cards with loads of CUDA cores when you’re using it for development. $250
Or, for half the price, there’s a Quadro P400 V2, also at Amazon. $150!
I’ve been using 2-3.5 monitor configurations (3x4k@60hz, plus a repurposed retina display at 1080p) for development for many years now and have used 2 different Quadros (in two different machines) over that time to do this. Both of them performed as needed, didn’t die, and fit into the half width slot in one of my systems, which was a network depth 2U form factor
I really think those gaming cards are overkill and a waste of money. Sure, they’re the cheapest models, but they’re just not necessary. You don’t need 6GB+ of VRAM for 3 to 4 snappy, crisp 4k 60hz displays
I’m not sure how the P400 V2 is half the price of the P400. Wish I had that option when I was buying
Not in this current gpu shortage, 5500xt is worth 800 on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Overclocked-DisplayPort-Graphics-ROG-STRIX-RX5500XT-O8G-GAMING/dp/B083FM3XPJ/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=5500xt+rog&qid=1617753867&s=electronics&sr=1-1
Perfect! That's the right price for sure. This is the one I got and will most likely use.
this is what i was actually looking to do...tonight actually. i don't know how good it is though. sheesh.
ASUS Cerberus GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC Edition GDDR5 Gaming Graphics Card (Cerberus-GTX1050Ti-O4G)
the gpu is $549. The psu is $59.
Hmph. I didnt think about BestBuy.

I'd say go with a RM750x. They are about 170 canadian dollars new, and is among the best 750W PSUs. As the 6800XT recommends a 650W PSU, 750W should be enough. The RM750x also has better efficiency than your current PSU.
yea it came in my Dell pre-built I played GTA5 and WoW at 4k on it :D which surprised me! And a few other games not as graphic demanding... But I'm getting into VR, first on a Oculus Quest, and now on my new 4k (2160x2160 per eye) Reverb G2 headset which I have to put at 25-50% resolution 720-1080p lol. It does Red Dead 2 at 1080-1440p depending on settings and Doom Eternal I think I put on 2560, anyways... it works well, but I got a new 4k 120hz tv w hdmi 2.1. I've been hunting a new top-tier gpu, either a 6900xt for sub $1400 or a 3090 sub $2000...
I've had the 1060 3gb card since 2017/2018 it came in hhttps://www.amazon.com/Dell-i5675-7806BLU-PUS-Inspiron-Desktop-i7-8700/dp/B079HWQFHS/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=dell+inspiron+desktop+5680&qid=1613969003&sr=8-3 I think it's valued at $130-180 somewhere in there. When my brother gave me an old pc w a 4gb 1050ti I thought it would be better bc more vram lol, but nope. The 3GB does suck -eaten up fast. Hey you might check for some good used cards on ebay/craigslist/FB Marketplace (but I'd do ONLY person to person cash for anything non-ebay). Also, there's https://www.reddit.com/r/hardwareswap
GL buddy, and make sure not to get scammed -I almost got scammed 2x now on OfferUp and FB... friggin scammers are scamming like crazy these things! And I'm worried a used card was maybe ran into the dirt for mining.
150US? I'd go for the Lian Li Dynamic. I know some people call it a fad case and overrated but I absolutely love mine, I have the XL though which is a bit big. It's got great thermals and everything and is super easy to cable manage as its massive.
My living room TV also runs off of a PC and I have the Corsair 220T for that, which is an amazing buy IMO. Right now its selling for basically the cost of the fans and RGB controller + 10$, which is a steal.
Sorry about the huge links. I'd go with the second one as the top one is a bit expensive, but its absolutely gorgeous if you dont mind spending a bit more (get the non XL version though I recommend).
Good list so far, but I would maybe just get a B450 Tomahawk. Unless you feel you really need the x570. I upgraded to an x570 from a B450 Tomahawk and it really wasn't worth the extra money.
If you can get a 1660TI in your price range, it's a not bad card. Or a 2060.
If you want a nice case, I recommend the Corsair 220T. It's 110$ Canadian on Amazon right now which is literally the price (+10$) of the 3 fans and RGB controller that it comes with. Even Gamers Nexus, who usually hates on Corsair and their RGB love, kinda approved of it.
I had some luck getting a full gaming PC off amazon with a 1660 super for 950 canadian. Obviously not super high end but I needed a new PC it's their most popular cyber power one here's the link. I got a used one but new are around 1050. Plays Half life Alyx, Asgards Wrath and other VR games well. https://www.amazon.ca/CYBERPOWERPC-Xtreme-i5-10400F-GeForce-GXiVR8060A10/dp/B08FBK2DK5/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=gaming+pc&qid=1608342785&s=electronics&sr=1-1
That used to be the case but nowadays reviewers--especially on Amazon--write positive & negative equally. I wasn't saying there's anything wrong with the MSI one, actually mostly very positive reviews; just personally I'd prefer an EVGA or ASUS Rog, but if MSI went of sale would get it.
That won't fit.
It's not in the compatibility list.
>Accelero Xtreme IV is compatible only with the graphics card using a standard size PCB with a width of 98mm.
>Graphics cards with different dimensions will not be compatible with this cooler. This includes: -Low profile Graphics card
IIRC, there are zero aftermarket coolers that fit the Pheonix
Because I have a similar card and it sucks lol and I've been researching.
A cheaper and alternative effective solution is to remove the Asus Phoenix 1660S fan shroud and then simply zip-tie a larger and quieter 120mm fan to your card
It's worked for the terrible RX580: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/b3nq88/the_cooling_fans_of_my_rx580_are_super_loud_so_i/
Lowered his temps by almost 20C~
A 120mm fan pushes more air effectively and is much more quieter.
You can control the 120MM fan speed with GPU fan controller adapter: https://www.amazon.com/GELID-SOLUTIONS-PWM-Adapter-Cooler/dp/B005ZKZEQA
A quiet noctua 120mm fan attached to the 1660S phoenix is a cheaper/better solution
I don't think they do anymore. Amazon itself was selling it, not a third party, and it was the sc2 edition. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Gaming-GDDR5X-Technology/dp/B06Y13N2B6/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1538858533&sr=1-1&keywords=1080+ti

Cheapest price they are selling right now (only third party) is $700.
