The tightrope is feeding your child a diet which we know is killing people by the millions. Look at the top killers, all reduced by eatin a vegan diet. Your risk of cancer drops 15% and CVD by 25% (and that's a conservative estimate, I'm just going off that because that's the current 'established' number established by the largest systematic review to date)

Would be glad to give some suggestions, in order:
First, soluble fibers are certain fruits, various veggies, some dark beans, avocado, etc. They can be looked up, but I make sure to have a glass of Orange Juice most mornings to help for the day.
Second, you want to really more so learn what the insoluble fibers are, and try your best to avoid them. These will guaranteed exacerbate any issues you have if you're the "runny" type. You don't want more water pulled into your stole, as insoluble does. For me, this mainly involves avoiding cereals and certain wholegrain items.
Third, there will be crossover, many foods contain both soluble and insoluble fiber, so you have to mentally take note of what to eat or not eat depending on how your digestion is feeling.
Last, and a game changer (take note), go on Amazon and buy some Psyllium Husk tablets. These can jumpstart your digestion bulking to pre-emptively stop issues. Unlike immodium which prevents you from going, these make you "normal," to the point you can even (technically) have no-wipers! Take a recommended dose (for mine it is 3 pills) before each meal and it will help prevent issues and give healthy movements later upon digestion. Psyllium Husk is really the only thing to make me feel normal again in 10+ years.
Don't use the shitty combination locks they provide. Get something like this. Squire makes some of the best, most secure locks you'll find. You have to do your own research though. A lock is only good if it's in the right application (ie you put an extra long shackle on a locker for everyone to see).

Ugh... The police is not targeting anyone. They respond to calls and police high crime areas. A lot of the people who live in these areas are minorities. This is why the anti-police narrative is so unfortunate.
