I'm 6'3. I went full keto but way overestimated how many calories I was eating. For example, I once actually thought it was reasonable to assume that a 3 egg omelet with cheese and peppers had 1,000 calories when it was really closer to 400. Going from September 20th to February 1st (133 days) and assuming that I burn 2300 calories a day means that I was eating an average of 600 calories a day. Don't do this.

After my balls to the wall stupid diet was over, I went straight to lifting and actually tracked my food on MFP and that's stayed relatively the same since last month: 160g protein and 2700 calories a day. Nowadays I'm trying to cut so the protein has stayed the same but I'm now eating 1800.
