Pretty sure what your after is Heroku.

Posted this for someone else a few days ago on another thread. Can I ask why you need nodejs? (Are you just learning it? Or need cheap db too?). Any Heroku has a free tier.
Seems like if you want free, something like GitHub pages would do the trick as well. Can host html, javascript, css etc. Without the hassle of setting up a server.
Good luck. Give me a shout if you need any other suggestions. I enjoy reading these so would like to help the community any way I can.

I recommend that one instead. It's also 100% free but supports many more sites, it also downloads entire folders with one tap.
Oh, and no ads or notifications unlike the imgur official app!
There is an app called Squid that looks like a good candidate for simple cyoa making. It has a shape feature, can set page size instead of infinite scrolling. Can insert pdfs/images/text from other documents and more. Perhaps that will do the job better then the purely visual editors I listed below.
fun irrelivent fact, for cat ears it says "What? No! They’re not functional! The scientists at our company are genius, not magicians!" did you know that scientists have acctually made working cat ears that respond to you brain waves/emotions? https://www.amazon.com/necomimi-Model-Lightweight-signaled-movement/dp/B09G14T7ZG/ref=sr_1_fkmr2_1?keywords=Nekomimi+de+se+d%3Fplacer+dans+l%27EEG+%28Necomimi%29&qid=1666548076&sr=8-1-fkmr2 they are quite pricy though
I really like it it. It looks great - the cyoa was made with free software too :)
The font I used is Raleway.
If I could make one criticism, I think the banishment effect should be ironic, rather than a doubling down on her theme.
If I make a compile a DLC from the customs, can I include her in it?
CYOA Studio is pretty standard, but I prefer making layouts/etc. manually using image editors like The GIMP. Keep in mind, GIMP loads images into memory when you paste/open them. Large images should be opened on their own, edited and/or scaled down.
…Converted current version into a visual format (with some extra highlighting)
P.S. The focus appears to be on a stage hypnotist skillset, rather than any useful mind control. Also there seems to be a few ability perks mixed into the Effects section. (…And what are “basic effects” supposed to be, anyway?)
Huh, actually a pretty good CYOA, but you can just see how much you're straining against the tools you're using. I mean you finagled a word processor into making an image style CYOA, which like, good hustle, but not doing yourself any favors.
Personal recommendation, download Inkscape and watch like 30 minutes to an hour of tutorials on it. You don't need much (drawing out boxes, cropping, alignment, text), and you've already gotten the text written, so it's pretty much just a quick copy and paste job. It's just much easier to design a pretty option box, copy it a few times, and paste in the text you want, than trying to finesse google docs into doing that. Plus, if you're feeling fancy, you have a lot more options for adding pretty artwork and what not.
> but that cookie is the cookie from cookie clicker.
Hmmm, what's this?
Hmmmm
Hmmmm
The throbbing cookie mesmerizes me like jiggling boobs. Nothing this enticing could ever be
THE HORROR!!
THE HORROR...
Ia! Ia! Ia shub-cookieoth. The burnt cookie of the kitchen with a thousand crumbs! Ia! Ia! Ia!
You say that, but that cookie is the cookie from cookie clicker. I honestly think it's more eldritch abomination than cookie. Getting rid of it is almost a favor.
That's going to take a little while to read, yeah. Seem interesting.
Might I suggest getting a Let's Encrypt certificate for your website, especially given NSFW content? It's free.
Google has an editor that works a lot like photoshop called pixlr. It's located at https://pixlr.com/ . It looks and acts a lot like photoshop. Pixlr X from the same family looks and works a lot like a cell phone photo editor - much simpler, still effective for the basics.
It's also a web app with startlingly good performance, and everything that comes with being a web app. That means no download, no install, but also no keyboard shortcuts.
I recommend looking into Heroku. You can get a NoSQL db off them for free up to 5gb I think. (Been a while since I used them so don't quote me on that but bet something is free).

Good luck!
I recommend RedReader instead (alt). It avoids the usual adware nonsense and more importantly... you get the proper raw & zoomable images (except for some galleries which inexplicably only exist in their gallery mode even on PC). I can't imagine how annoying CYOAs must be with something else on a phone.
> Give it some time to load, may take a while.
You weren't kidding. I timed it at about 38.5 seconds. It takes about 2-3 seconds for each option to register on top of that. (This is my computer by the way.)
I don't know why "Huge" requires Chubby/Fat. (You can copy the blurred out options by right-clicking it and choosing "Copy." In Firefox. Nothing you can do to stop this because firefox has a built-in system that allows you to bypass disabling right-click by holding down CTRL or Shift or ALT.)
