Probably not. More likely is that they both use the same third party for SMS delivery, likely Twilio or someone like that. And that since they don't expect (or want) replies, they don't pay extra for a dedicated short code, the result of which is that sometimes the short code the provider picks will be the same as used for another customer, potentially including your competitor.
Sometimes Google and Microsoft end up with the same sender number too.
The comment was posted three years after the iPhone launched in jest as part of a secret Santa riddle.
It's a slight homage to Slashdot's infamous iPod launch comment.
On some phones, you may be able to tap on the screenshot in the top right and edit from there. Some others require you to open it from the notifications (or the gallery) and use the image browser's editor. If your phone doesn't have any editor at all, I recommend that you download this one. It may take a while to figure out, but it's more than worth it.
I was exploring the neighborhood of a place I was considering moving to when I came across this. Google maps link
This is actually something new Google is doing. The image is from street view and is of an address. They are using people to help translate number plates into usable data.

This has been around for quite a while, dude. This isn't something released in the last week, month, or year.
That feature has been around for the better part of a decade...
I fucking love technology.
Edit: A little content rather than mindless excitement. That's a piece that highlights some of the reason for my excitement.

I think you'd find it very beneficial and maybe life changing. I recommend this book to many young and middle aged men.
They only use one of the words for identification, the second word (the easy one not always necessarily the second one in order) is used for helping scan books into digital format. Recently (except not really, this has been going on for a while) they started using these numbers that come from mapping services (like Google street view) in efforts to improve their database for AR purposes. Since you identify the actual number now they have the "exact" location of the image and they can now display the information over it :)
If you wanna read more about it read on here:

A good replacement for vanced on iPhones is cercube on altstore. I have never used it (Android) but I've heard good things from iPhone users. To install altstore (which is a appstore that contains cercube), you need to sideload it from your computer. Here is the official altstore site with install instructions in the faq: https://altstore.io/
If you have questions, you can also look to the r/altstore subreddit for help.
You can go to haveibeenpwned.com to see if you've never been part of a data breach. They just reused passwords from old breaches. Business Insider wrote an article about this attempt a few months back.
Hehe, no problem again, and just noticed I've again forget (I'm a bit tired after a day of hard work :) ) an interesting link:
Which contains informations to set it up to work as the window manager of your favorite desktop environment - a nice way to start hacking around it, too. So if you've got XFCE, Gnome or KDE installed, you can already give it a try while still using your favorite DE's tools.

a few ruby scripts I wrote to replace some things that take up too much space in the menu bar on my 11" Air.
Nothing in the dock but Finder and Path Finder, everything else is launched from Alfred.

As for the window borders: you didn't mention what window decorator you are using, it depends on that. The easiest way might be to head over to gnome-look.org, find a decoration that you like and tweak it if necessary. I think all of them has a nice text config file in them.
The menus depend on you GTK theme and engine. Some engines don't let you change these colors, some do. I think the most advanced engine in this regard is murrine (I might be wrong). Customizing a theme is done via editing the gtkrc. You might have some luck with gcolor2, but it's likely that it's more limited than editing by hand. A long-ish tutorial for editing them is here.
This is almost certainly a real screenshot:

Now, if it's true... this means very sad things if it's true.
Ok so I think we can agree Kaspersky is fishy right now and might not be a great choice under certain circumstances. I don't really understand why you would choose Defender when multiple independent AV testing organizations rate it lower than most. See AV-Test or AV-Comparatives performance test where it's actually third from last.
Defender isn't meant to be a full security suite, it's mean to be a bare essential that you have installed alongside windows (it was previously even called Microsoft Security essentials). For someone who knows what they're doing it's probably fine, but for your average PC user who isn't nearly as literate there exist better options.

If I had to recommend one to Reddit I would probably go with Getting Lucky (On Amazon here) It has a pun for a title that suggests racy content and then never delivers, it's a novella which is the TLDR of books and most importantly it's all about karma (although the cosmic retribution kind, not the sweet sweet internet points kind)
If anyone does end up reading it I would love your feedback!
