Here is the image in scalable vector (.svg). Take (or send) this to any decal cutting place and they can cut it for you in any size. For anyone that doesn't know, vector images can be infinitely scaled without losing quality, unlike a bitmap image (where you blow it up and it gets pixelated). Source: Futurama

Ooh yeah. 213rwkw on pump. It's so nice to drive :)
It's had a lot of work done to the car so far.

One thing a lot of people overlook is that you have unparalleled visibility out of most Subarus. Consumer Reports gives Subaru Legacy, Forester, and Outback the top three spots for line of sight out of all cars. IMO this makes a huge difference while driving in traffic.
Toyota Avalon is a great car. I'd expect the Legacy to feel less refined/luxurious, but on the other hand it costs ~$10k less and has all wheel drive.
1000 miles, you can read about the procedure here
It's in your owner's manual also.

It's a soft body physics game, lots of fun to crash in to shit and break things. There are a good few Subaru mods out for it as well. It's awesome. It isn't a finished game yet but it's still being worked on. Slowly but surely the game is getting there.
Don't worry about RS parts bud, skip up to finding an 02-07 WRX shell and transferring the brakes, interior, steering, drivetrain, engine etc;. Youll want to cover the inside of the doors(directly on the door skin, not the shell), the rear gate, and if you really want to go crazy, the roof. Door panels are pretty easy to get off, same with the rear gate panel, but dropping the headliner is quite a task. As far as material goes, i love noico but any “sound deadening butyl mat” will work. These newer cars usually have some sort butyl mat or tar style sound deadening already but definitely not enough
Sorry for grainy pics, phones not good with low-light.
I always wanted to do this, but always have been sidetracked. Finally got around to do it this time.
Bought a 5 meter roll of LEDs from Amazon for $13 (there's a lot of variety out there). Decided to bulk by enough to do my friend's subies as well.
I'm proud of the result, and I recommend anyone to do it if you have the time.
Wasn't hard to do, the annoying part was drilling the holes in the roof molding (if i didn't have a drill press, it would take a bit longer).
Pretty much followed this guy's guide except for the wiring part. I drilled holes (to fit the wire) and soldered the wires to the metal plate. Nothing gets in the way of the stock bulb. The switch still works.
It's more than that, I'd expect much less engine and road noise.
> Though the ride didn't need improvement, cabin quietness definitely did. Subaru addressed this perennial problem by sealing noise passageways into the cabin and fitting thicker glass. Reduced road and wind noise were the result, placing the car among quiet competitors like the Chevrolet Cruze, Ford Focus, and Volkswagen Golf.

I can answer this one! I have this rack on my Impreza. It's the Tyger rack, and I got mine on Amazon. It's a great rack. I loved the fact that it's pretty deep, but not as stylistically bland as the Yakima rack.
Edit: This one
You're incorrect. Your personally feelings on the matter are irrelevant, English as a language has evolved to include "literally" as a hyperbolic figure.
Wow, good morning r/subaru! I've made a form to fill out. Only to gauge interest in said stickers. I do not want to spend of few hundred bucks and get stuck with 100's or 1000's of r/subaru stickers... Mods if I'm stepping on toes here let me know also if licencing is an issue. WRX etched nameplate is not for sale. Form here Once again this is only to gauge interest and try to get the best price per piece.
Here's a typical situation: you've negotiated the price of your car on the lot and then you reach the finance person at the end trying to sell you the extended warranty. The most expensive plan is 7yr/100k with $0 deductible, online sites list this around $2620.
If you're in this position without prior research they're probably going to highball you at $3k. They'll also offer it as extra payments at the end of the loan so as not to affect your monthly rate and $3k at 3% over 5 years winds up costing you $3500. Even if you do throw it in to the monthly you're adding another $54/mo. and at that point I think most people would rather have more car, e.g. higher trim, more accessories.
Or you can wait it out, see how much you drive over the first few years and what issues your car has before deciding on an extra warranty. If you do then you can negotiate against every dealer in the US, probably getting the same plan around $2500 and you can do ten installments of $250 as an option. Or you can save $70/mo for three years and then decide what to do with that $2500 as your factory warranty is about to expire.
It's entirely up to the buyer, though. Personally I see no reason to commit to a higher price up front when you can get it later at lower cost with no risk. Owners of Subaru's extended warranties are some of the least satisfied in the business (Consumer Reports, 2014), largely because their cars are so reliable.
Credit to Justin Chapman, who took the photo. I don't even know the specs and mods made to the car but thought it, along with the rest of Justin's photos were worth sharing. Go check out his Flickr here.
If you haven't leased before, read up on it a bit.
Consumer Reports articles on car stuff, click on Car Pricing for the leasing information.
If you can't swing any down payment whatsoever, I don't know your situation but that is a big flag to me that you're not in a spot to either lease or buy a car right now. If there's any way you could get 6-12 months out of your current ride and start saving up for a down payment, I'd do that instead.
Also remember to factor in insurance costs, if that's a thing where you live. An STi is relatively expensive to insure.
If there's some kind of pressure to get a car right now, I'd honestly hate to be leasing an STi. If you're leasing, you can't do anything to it (even most cosmetic mods are likely out of the question, unless they can be completely removed and the car put back to stock), and you have to keep it under an annual mileage cap. You're going to have to treat it like a family sedan, not a rally car. Given that, and again assuming you absolutely need a car now, why not lease a WRX instead? I bet you could get one for less per month than the STi, or get an upgraded model for about the same price and have more creature comforts.
A good judge is when the average temperature hits the freezing mark, as in when the average in the graph on Weatherspark is below the freezing line. For me in NWPA that's Dec 3 to Mar 14.

how old is the car?
anything mid-late 90's+ is going to have rust protection baked in, literally. they spray the bare metal with a heat activated etching primer and bake it. the heat causes the primer to bind to the metal better than the stuff you could get at the parts store and blocks oxidation very effectively. I worked at a GM dealer in the mid 90's when they were just starting to use this tech and it failed. we were repainting several cars a week under recall and used the baked primer method. They improved the tech even more after that. unless you're in a super salty environment rust should not be an issue, and if you are, rust really can't be put off much by spraying some crap on it.
anything you add would be for damage protection, so that the paint doesn't get chipped down the metal, and is for year round, not just winter.
http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/2012/12/watch-for-these-sales-pitches/index.htm also says the dealer rust protection is snake oil.
At Crystal white pearl is very easy to maintain. Don't let your dreams be dreams! It's also on amazon for the same price, but you need paint and glue and all that
Real talk, it was super easy. Like I was changing in a new pair of sealed beam lamps. They were direct plug in replacements. I found them on Amazon, just find out the head light number and search "(headlight number) LED replacement" and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
These are the ones I ordered, invade we use the same bulb number: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016OOUUWS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_cye.xbH5XJ3AB
Yeah, I've never really been a fan of them both because safety, and because I am a minimal person, although they do look sweet on some older cars (my buddies E30 has an awesome one that fits the theme nicely). This caught my eye because my steering wheel continually gets grime spots, and most importantly because my Leatherman / knife handle always seems to catch on the steering wheel when I get in, tearing off little pieces of leather affecting the finish. Definitely considering doing this, seeing as how cheap the chord is. There has got to be 200+ colors available. Here is a link to the paracord on Amazon if anyone else is interested! The tutorial states he did an Outback with about 100'. The new WRX steering wheels have those little bumps on the bottom right and left possibly needing a bit more than 100. I'll report back when I try it soon!

Bought on Amazon, link below. The front ones do ok as long as you don't lower the window past them. The rear ones do nothing, but no brand or style would do anything due to the way the rear windows open. They don't just open from the top but the rear edge also opens. So the rear ones are simply for looks no matter the brand you buy.

Here is your plug on Amazon. You've been looking at a typo that has propagated throughout many a forum/community. Plugging your vehicle info into Advance, AutoZone, Amazon all yield the same result - I*LF*R6B. When you web search almost any spark plug number, like ILFR6B you will almost always find a much easier reference number to go with it. In your case it's 6481, and you can take this number to your friendly neighborhood parts monger and tell them you need a set of 4 NGK 6481 plugs, and they will hand you a box with the original ILFR6B code right on the box. NGK's website also has the ability to search by specific vehicle and gives you the same answer.

Yeah for sure! I got a headlight kit from amazon, the chemical guys silk shine spray and a spray bottle with dish soap and water. I also had a 24-pack of large microfiber cloths that I fully expected to throw away, and we chucked maybe 12 of them. They were CAKED with dirt. Haha.
By keeping the safe & reliable Subaru you are maintaining an appearance of being in control of your life and not needing to show others how well off you are.
Have you ever heard of "The Millionaire Next Door"? Most millionaires in this world live well below their means, which lets them STAY wealthy.
Just buying a fancier car for appearances sake is illogical.
Your vehicle is meant to be a workhorse, not a symbol of class. If you don't believe me, go to a really upscale neighborhood. I am willing to bet that, yes, there will be expensive luxury cars, but right next to them I'm sure they have a nice Outback that they drive day to day.
What watch do you have? Minimal & Elegant is, in my opinion, the best for the 360. If you have a round watch without the flat tire (Huawei, LG etc) then M&E is still great but Puji Black is also amazing. Originally I wanted Puji but the flat tire just takes so much away from its beauty. Whereas the flat tire adds to the customization options for M&E. Their new side lights option is sick for the 360.
Edit: Realizing now you wanted a car specific one. So the launch control thing at the bottom is called a 'Little World' for M&E. There is a large community on G+ that makes custom ones, which is where mine came from. There are several car ones where its a silhouette of some sort, or the badge, etc. You can also set a background image, instead of a solid color or gradient like I have.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074DWH8JR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share is the Bluetooth OBDII plug I used for a while on my NA Forester. When I picked up my XT, I went with the Cobb AP due to it being able to track a few points that the OBD plug couldn't, as well as have it for eventual tuning purposes. Hope this helps at least! ✌️
I have the Viper 5704
I will only buy 2 way remotes, what it means is the car talks to the fob not just the fob to the car. The number one reason is people are so desensitised to a car alarm going off they wont even pay attention so with a 2 way when the alarm is going off the fob freaks out also. That's worth its weight in gold to me, plus there are little things like you can see the internal temperature of your car with the fob also. The LCD panel will also show you what status it is in, or the last status it was in when you got out of range. For example, I'm at the far side of a mall, I cant remember if I locked it or not, I can look down at the fob either there is a locked padlock or a unlocked padlock. Keeps my mind at ease.
I have had a ton of viper systems in the last few years, I have had the 2 way without a lcd screen, the 2 way with the lcd screen, the one mile range 2 way with LCD (the current one in my WRX) You name your question, ill most likely have the answer, and I can tell you the pros and cons of all

This is a hid plug in play kit in 2011+ projector housing. Everything above what should be the cutoff is shooting directly into oncoming traffic. All that light should be directed at or below the cutoff which is why in theory, you actually lose visibility. You may gain a little over stock, but nothing in comparison to a real kit.
Wife got the same notice from Honda about a year ago and took a few months to actually get the part installed. It's the largest recall in history and has been ongoing for a while now as they keep adding vehicles to the list. 19 total automakers with an estimated 42M vehicles in the US alone affected (source).
I'd contact your local Subaru dealer about it ASAP. First on the slim chance that they have the parts available to replace and second to see if they'd be willing to offer a loaner vehicle. First come, first serve with those requests.
Are the lights cloudy? You could try restoring them, which ought to help significantly.
Otherwise, you may just need to realign the low beams if they're not pointing in the direction you want, or are pointing too low so the light doesn't go out far enough.
http://www.cnet.com/products/2016-ford-focus-rs/ is what I found. I saw another that said sub-30k GBP. I hope those are true, because 45-50k would be insanity. That's 335i territory and I find it very hard to believe they're going to be competing with that in both performance and luxury.
http://www.dictionary.com/browse/coupe
according to the dictionary a coupe is a close, 2 door car shorter than a sedan of the same model.
it also means an ice cream sherbert mixed or topped with fruit, liqueur, or whipped cream.
it says in the dictionary that the term coupe originally meant a short, four-wheeled, closed carriage, usually with a single seat for two passengers and an outside seat for the driver. OR the end compartment in a European diligence or railroad car. funny how words change over time, isn't it? and yet nobody makes fun of someone calling their car a coupe because it's not a fucking scoop of ice cream. get your head out your ass man.

I'd go with the Impreza if it meets your needs most of the time. This may help: http://www.consumerreports.org/impreza/all-new-2017-subaru-impreza-first-drive-review/
Personally, I'm getting the Impreza manual as soon as its available primarily because stick shift isn't available in the Outback, and the OB has gotten too large for my taste since I bought my 2005 OB. It's about to age out at 207,000+ miles. Really sad to let it go, hopefully the new one will ease my pain.
Edit: grammar, I suck
Some new images were released for the TV anime Subaru is working on with Gainax. Here's an article with background and more info.
It depends on which model. As an example: My 2015 WRX has the new turbo FA engine which I believe the Forester XT got in 2014. There is a chart in here that can help if you will buy used: http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine/2015/06/excessive-oil-consumption/index.htm
Honestly once you get the door cards off, the wiring should be pretty strait forward.
96 Legacy Speaker Wire Color Code
This might be helpful. Legacy Speaker Removal
Nope, stock height. Just the angle that does that. Although I would never lower my Impreza in NY. Too many potholes lol.
And yes I have a scanner and a regular ham radio: https://www.reddit.com/r/subaru/comments/40f2kw/scanner_and_radio_installed_makes_road_trips_more/
I'm rather cheap and prefer everything nice and compact so I went for price and size over features. The scanner: https://jet.com/product/detail/0bbe4912df6c4230b8fe711022222d47?jcmp=pla:ggl:cwin_electronics_a1:communications_communication_radios_radio_scanners_a1_other:na:na:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&k_clickid=1a352e87-8f28-a9c9-733e-00004d5bd6d4&abk...
The radio: "BT Tech UV-250" I believe on Amazon. Mobile, so no link but easy to find.
I also did glass mount antenna. I'm not too concerned with range so it didn't bother me, but they aren't the best. If you don't have a strong signal or repeaters nearby, it can affect it. Also, make sure you don't mount glass-mount antennas on top of tint.
I wouldn't say the average last day of snow in Detroit is anywhere near 4/22. I live further north in Central Michigan and we might get a bit of snow in the first half of April, but even that's not true every year. According to the website below, the last day of measurable snow in Detroit is around April 1st, with an average 1.5" of snowfall during the entire month of April.
Oops, I was making that statement based on the information that Subaru provides on their website.
When they say all the time they mean all the time. You're right that it may bias the front more so than the rear (In fact the Driver Controlled Center Differential on the STi allows the driver to control how the torque split between front and rear) but regardless all wheels are being actively driven at all times. There's really nothing to argue here.
If you're interested in learning more CNET did a good review article a while back: http://www.cnet.com/news/not-every-subaru-all-wheel-drive-system-is-created-equal/
Year? It's probably somewhere on this page, but if not, here is the full 2002-2006 parts list. (might have to click "Download", the online reader isn't too great at 20+MB files.)
The manual implies you have a jack in your console. That's what the CD/aux button is for?
Failing that, here's some info: http://ae64.com/aftermarket-HU-install-parts-IF2008.htm.

not sure if it would have anything to do with it or not, though
i think one handles the two lower speeds and one handles the two higher speeds (could be completely wrong here)
So! I did some looking around. Suboptimal website warning: https://www.joomag.com/magazine/subaru-wrx-wrx-sti-manuals-2015-wrx-wrx-sti-owners-manual/0446787001392305169?page=402
Looks like you have one.
It's an option, but not recommended. A phone camera isn't made for long run-time or a substantial amount of heat like a dashcam. It also won't have the same wide field of vision. I would recommend just getting a dashcam. Something like a simple G1W will do.
Outside of odd items which are certain to break, like the xbox 360, extended warranties are a bad idea. I would suggest taking that money and saving it for regular maintenance.
Try reading this consumer reports article. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine/2014/04/extended-warranties-for-cars-are-an-expensive-game/index.htm
>Conversely, owners of Hondas, Subarus, and Toyotas—perennially high-ranking brands for reliability—were among the least satisfied overall with their extended warranties. They were also far less likely to have used them, compared with owners of most other brands’ models. Just 39 percent of Honda and Toyota owners reported having used their coverage, followed by only 36 percent of Subaru owners. Not surprisingly, owners of those brands were among the least likely to say they’d definitely purchase the coverage again; less than a quarter of policyholders for each make said they would do so.
I put Silverstar Ultras in, and it made BIG difference, I also then did a proper headlight restore. I got the Mother's Headlight restore kit for like 15 dollars on sale at Autozone. Make sure if you get a headlight kit it comes with a drill attachment, makes it easier and much better end results.
Want more information? Consumer Reports: Halogen Headlight Bulbs
Short story: Nightmare. It would be far easier and cheaper to sell the non-turbo car and buy a turbo'd version. (FYI, both 2.5i's and GT's came in 'Limited' and 'Unlimited' versions)
Additionally, Legacy GT's came with quite a few additional features not present on the 2.5i's, quickest example I can think of is fog lights and the turn signal markers in the sideview mirrors. On the less aesthetic and more functional side, the drivetrain includes an additional limited slip differential- this is very important if you're going to be driving this in slippery conditions. Here's a link to the owners manual PDF, at the end there is a chart showing all of the differences between 2.5i vs GT and Limited vs Non. http://justbeamit.com/3199d
Long Story: Turbos require a fairly extensive amount of piping for oil and rerouting the exhaust from the headers. Besides the fact that installing it is a pain, fitment can be an issue, and then you've got a custom tuned vehicle that will be harder to service, work on, and get advice from the fantastic community.
Also keep in mind cars with turbos require more care, more expensive gas, more upkeep, and are generally more expensive. But POWWEEEERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

It’s a really cheap 3 piece lip that I bondoed and paint matched. The fitment isn’t perfect but for the price I can’t complain.
this isn't something I've ever tried or seen myself so I can't speak to its quality, but something like this might be what you're looking for?
I have seen customers come in with something like this installed.
I have both roof racks and a hitch rack for my '19 Impreza. Go for a tray style hitch rack. Putting bikes up on the roof will get old quick, especially on the taller Crosstrek.
I have this hitch receiver from etrailer
They have cheaper hitch receivers, but the one I linked to gives the best clearance, which is what I was interested in on my Impreza. It was easy to install, but does require taking the bumper off. Honestly, the majority of my time doing it was fiddling with the stupid body clips.
There are better racks, but that rack holds my bikes just fine. I had 2 heavy touring bikes on it for a long 300 mile trip to a trail, they didn't bounce or move at all. I transport my carbon road bike on it for after work rides. Just keep in mind it's not really a secure rack in terms of locking anything. I keep a chain lock attached to it, but it would be really easy to defeat the hitch pin lock.
I wouldn't trust a strap attached rack as far as I could throw it.
Buy a cheap bluetooth OBDII dongle, and download a free app to your smartphone.
I bought this one almost five years ago. No idea if it's a good one or if there are better ones out there these days:
www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NLQAHS/
And I use Torque Lite on my phone.
No problem! This is the one I ordered recently, and it was amazing when I had it last. It's not as gaudy as the current one I have, but it does have orange accents that a quick sharpie can fix. And if you do decide to run it with the FM mode, it's got a good signal strength to boot.

Welcome to the club! I got one of these for my Outback:

The bar was custom made, but here are the link to the lights, MICTUNING WR1 2Pcs 4.7 Inch 27W... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087LWNVPB?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

usually the thing that requires the high strength is the tension held on threads caused by the "pinching" from the head end. Since your head end is... not there any more, the bolt tension is no longer being applied to the threads. Ergo, it would in theory be a lot easier to get the bolt tip out now.
That being said, if the bolt is as rusty as that subframe... was.... then you're still going to have an uphill battle.
You can try soaking it in PB Blaster or your favorite penetrating oil for a few days, and then using a Left-Handed Drill And Extractor Set kind of thing to get that nub out. (this is what I have and it's saved me a few times.)
If you can get the rest of the subframe out, and only have this one broken bolt, then it might still be salvageable. Were I you, I'd try to get the rest of the hardware out before giving up.
May also want to consider adding a small MAPP gas torch to your arsenal. You want to heat the "nut" end, not the "bolt" end, as much as is possible. Going forward, impact tools might be good for you as well -- the vibration you get from an impact is more likely to "rattle" the rust loose, as opposed to a high amount of force on a huge breaker bar or whatever. The huge force can be more likely to break the bolt.
It does hang over the sun roof, but I don’t mind it so much.
I’m almost certain I got it off of Amazon honestly. Pause.... yes, yes I did. Here is the link if you’re interested:
It comes with a cargo net which is great. I do want to eventually get different clips for it though, because the ones that come with it loosen ever so slightly over time. So I have to check it on a regular basis.
Pretty sure it was cheaper when I bought it a year ago too...
There are adapters to retain steering wheel controls. I used a Metra Axxess ASWC-1 for mine. Literally just connect the wires and it was already programmed out of the box.
you should invest in one of these anti-theft license plate frames

I lied. Thought I had 3M but had this: SYLVANIA - Headlight Restoration Kit - 3 Easy Steps to Restore Sun Damaged Headlights with Exclusive UV Block Clear Coat, Light Output and Beam Pattern Restored, Long Lasting Protection https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00429NKWK/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_fabc_wzJ6FbVQV6QHB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It was fairly easy to do. Main tip is when applying the clear coat do it swiftly (20 seconds for the whole headlight) and don't try to go over the same spot twice. This will prevent streaks
Have them on my ‘14 STI. Here’s a link:

Holy crap!
Any parts that you replace or are re-installing, coat them in POR15. You wont get rust on the painted surfaces...

It looks like your bearings are a full assembly. Like the one at this link(not sure if its exact fit for your car): bearing on amazon
Here is a good video, your car should be similar, this guy makes tonnes of good videos! you tube bearing video
That looks like the Highland that you can get on Amazon.
I've got one as well.
That's a bummer.. maybe my card is a newer one; it definitely works that way. Mine shows up in Chase online as an "Amazon Rewards Credit Card", FWIW.
As far as cheap car toys go, this magnetic phone mount was the best $10 I've spent in a long time: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0176S0GCU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_SCqXxbMERZVEK
Hmm, I'm not sure where those weather mats would go, but I've got a feeling it may be behind the driver and passenger front seats. I found them on Amazon though! Maybe somebody in those reviews has any idea.
Do you use the above power cord for constant power? I actually have this model in my amazon cart.
Sweet thanks! Just ordered myself a set. For anyone else interested, they're 15% off on Amazon right now, for the hatch set at least.

Navigator Halogen lights. Bought them at Canadian Tire for $50, here's an amazon link which i believe are the same lights.
I'm glad you like it, thanks :)
I'll do my best to answer as I'm at work now and will provide links later.
I got the light bar as well as the mounting brackets off of Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NXL4F4A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0175W0NCA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
I'm not entirely sure what exactly the multi-link is meant for as I didn't end up installing the lift. I was pressed for time so I had my local Subaru mechanic install it. He said it went on without any problems.
Yepp, stock rims plasti-dipped black! Currently, I have Blizzaks ws80s because I went on a cross-country winter road trip earlier in the year, but I will be replacing them very soon. Most likely a more Hwy friendly tire with a little bit of aggressiveness for the mud.
I really dig your color and keep us posted when you start getting down and dirty with your beast ;)
My friend bought it for my birthday, it came from Amazon!
Look on Amazon for a license plate mounted bar, they aren't too expensive and I believe that's what this one is.
This is the kit I used. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B013D9QOI6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Not sure if that violates this subreddit's "no links" rule, so I apologize if so. The product name on amazon is "Super PDR 51pcs NEW Auto CAR Body Restore Tool Paintless Dent Repair Tools PDR Puller Gold Dent Lifter Puller Tabs Red Glue Sticks"
There are a ton of similar kits on Amazon, and I'm sure professional PDR guys would be able to say why this one's terrible, but it worked well enough for me. You would also want to pick up some de-natured alcohol from somewhere because getting the glue off is a pain without it.
Thanks for posting. Great setup, especially the DIY custom sun shade with afforadable amazon poles Bravo!
My battery and terminals just looked like that and cleaned it up last weekend.
Take the battery off and use hot water to clean most of the battery up.
Used hot water on my terminals as well.
After that i used a hot water/baking soda mix to neutralize the acid.
Bought a few things off amazon as well:
The dielectric grease should help it from getting moisture and corrosion on it again.
Generally I don't buy expensive name brand items before doing my research. I went there a lot of post on reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/search?q=weathertech
I have two toddlers. To get into their car seats they really have to climb. These mats seem to be really sturdy and secure. When I got them out of the box I was worried as they were slightly deformed, I placed them in the back of my car and the next thing I knew all the kinks from the box "settled" in the proper place in my car. It fits like a glove and covers a significant amount.
I was trying to decide between 3D MAXpider mats and WeatherTech. Once I realized that MAXpider doesn't cover the "hump" in the back seat it was a no brainier. How ever I think in the future I am going to do the MAXpider for my front mats because they seem to come up higher. I didn't really look into Husky though.
Also, I got lucky and was able to find the WeatherTech mat on Amazon for cheaper then manufacturer. It was supposed to be a week till delivery, but I got it in two days... I went on WeatherTechs website; looked up what would fit my car; copied the product number; and pasted it into amazon. I'm not sure what will fit a WRX, but this is the mat I purchased. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SQO2JWO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It too about 300' of that .25" vinyl tape. I bought two 150' rolls from amazon
Here’s some options more in your price range which would be more of a permanent pull in solution.

I transferred my coffee several mornings into my favorite insulated bottle for over 4,000 miles on the move to Alaska from North Carolina. Even went to Tim Horton's :) definitely good coffee! Most places let me use my own thermos so it wasn't a hassle really. The spacer sounds like what you need, here's a link to a similar product :
