Typical case of "I did not inform myself and now I blame the Company". The DLC's are not yet included in the Heka Chests, that has been stated by multible Ubisoft Employees on several occasions. The Game needs a title update for that to happen and the title update that will include the DLC Packs in the Heka chests will release in december.
> A new title update will be released in December. This update will add more content and allow you to enjoy the game with increased challenge. Here’s what you can look forward to:
> * Nightmare and First Civ pack items will be available in the Heka Chest.
So next time, do some research before writing a rant.
I was going to say it's still on sale over at greenmangaming but since you're quoting $ I'm guessing you're in the US so it probably won't activate in your region, link if anyone needs they use Ubisoft connect so it'll automatically be added to your Uplay account:

currently going through it just now. I hate Ubisoft but this is the only game series I will buy from them and only cause I got it cheap. Regret it now. I saw that NordVPN and Rockstar both stop it launching but I have disabled Nord and dont have Rockstar and it still wont launch also updated my drivers and Windows. Still goosed.
Are you getting this error on your browser? what I'd do would be to login to the Ubisoft account you want to link to in the browser that the Epic launcher is using to link your accounts, you'd login to both the Ubisoft connect website https://ubisoftconnect.com/ and the accounts management website https://account.ubisoft.com/
Delete Ubisoft Connect and download it from https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-US/ then reinstall. It should be the full version of the launcher. Steam version installs only stuff that is allowed by Steam.
The Store is missing because your friend's Connect launches in a Steam Mode (I guess it's how it's called), it's a bare bones version that uses less RAM and has the Store disables as per Steam/Valve requirement. They can't have any way to monetize Steam users outside of Steam.
Try adding it to your account from the website using a web browser
Then as others have said run Ubisoft Connect outside of steam you may need to download and reinstall it you can get a fresh copy from here:
If "introuvable" means what google has translated it to, not found, then I'd say your install of Ubisoft connect hasn't been fully installed or become corrupted I'd remove everything except the game folders and try and reinstall from a fresh download this is the link that Ubisoft are providing on https://ubisoftconnect.com/
It's really great to know that you used G2A successfully.
If you're happy with shopping and you have a free moment, we'd be super glad if you dropped by and gave us a rating on Trustpilot - (just like Mario we are collecting stars). If not, please share with me any feedback you might have to improve the quality of your shopping.
Thank you for your time, best!
I used the same method with Privacy.com
never trusted these guys but for Valhalla I subbed. Even tho my gut didn't wanted to spend money on uplay. Should have gone with my gut.
Steam is not crap and I have been using Steam since 2004 I cannot just leave it for another digital distribution retailer store.
Also gog.com is one hundred times much better than Steam.
I've had this issue for months. The only thing that have helped me is to install a VPN (desktop version). I used TunnelBear. So I changed location and Ubisoft Connect finally successfully logged in. Then I turned VPN off and it logged me in without any issue. A couple days (or a week) later the problem gets back
This is where i claimed it: https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-US/shop-discount/
On the top left, you can see watchdogs legion there. Why doesnt this work?
Ubisoft Club and Uplay are combining to form Ubisoft Connect.
So, your username, units, achievements, rewards, everything you currently have will just move over from one platform to the next. You won't have to do anything, it'll all be automatic. For more information go to https://ubisoftconnect.com/
Update: I just read that Ubisoft are transitioning to a new ecosystem, which may make some uplay integrations unusable, that's why they gave everyone all the rewards for current titles.

It's not a bug: https://ubisoftconnect.com/
They've deliberately unlocked them - it seems uplay/ubisoft club is rebranding as ubisoft connect and unlocked everything "to celebrate"
They released a set of their dev tools called Story Creator you can use to create questlines other people can play. This gameplay comes from a zipline-centered one I made. It allowed me to place (two waves of) enemies where I can assassinate them from the big zipline, since the main game doesn't have that.
I recommend using Dashlane for generating authentication codes, aswell as storing your account credentials, since there’s no worry about accidentally losing the app because the data gets encrypted and synced with their servers, allowing any device you log in to with your master password to have your authenticator.

Again, grammar isn't the problem, comprehension is. Judging from your replies you seem to read as well as you write, since you have no idea what anyone is trying to say. Maybe have a glass of water and calm down, Brandon. Maybe you can start with these and we can go from there.
As DarkCeptor44 said, websites or you could try this app
