I got this app that forces me to carry my phone to the bathroom and scan an NFC sticker before the alarm turns off. It also has the option of making you do a puzzle, but I would just get angry and pull the battery out after failing to solve "3 x 7 = " at 6 a.m.
edit: Puzzle alarm clock. Any generic NFC stickers from amazon will do, I think I paid like $8 for 10 or something. Obviously your phone has to support NFC though if you want to use the stickers. Apparently it will work with printable QR codes too.
What's the name of the app? Could really use something like that! edit: seems like Puzzle Alarm should do the trick
This will probably be really annoying, but this app makes you solve a short easy puzzle before you can turn it off. I used to use it before i moved my alarm. (Im sure there is an iphone equivalent) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock
It's not tasker, but this app has a really well built NFC alarm feature. I don't know if you've already checked it out but it might work well for your application and save you a bunch of mucking about with Tasker and Trigger.

gw gak pernah pakai BB, kemarin pas bersih2 rumah ortu ketemu BB curve, kayaknya punya temen ortu yang datang terus hilang terus gak tau gimana ceritanya.
I definitely found it hard, especially at first, and I still find it hard sometimes. I struggled at first because I tried running. No matter how much I actually ran I still hated it, and I hate it to this day. What worked for me was finding forms of exercise that weren't so uncomfortable to me. I found I really liked biking. I'm sitting down so it's barely like exercise and riding around town gives my mind time to wander (when I run I can only concentrate on how much it sucks to be running). The hardest part for me is waking up since it's the only time I can exercise and I take seroquel to sleep which leaves me hung over. I actually bought these NFC tags and the app Puzzle Alarm Clock and in the morning my alarm will not stop going off until I physically bring my phone to the kitchen and scan the tag I put next to my espresso machine. Then I make an espresso, splash some water on my face, and do some stretches to wake up.
Once you're used to waking up and working out for a couple weeks it gets a lot easier. I'd recommend trying to make an extreme effort to work out for two weeks and not let anything get in your way, and after that it will be easier. It also helps a great deal to have a workout buddy, since you'll disappoint them if you fail to show up.
Download a alarm app on your phone that requires you to wake up in order to turn it off.
I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock
I have to go to the bathroom to turn it off by tagging the nfc behind the mirror. (also make sure you cant reach you phone from your bed)
Heavy sleeper here... I suppose I've just gotten better over the years, but one thing that really helps is that I use Puzzle Alarm on my Android to get me up. I have it set so that I have to get up and go into my bathroom and scan an NFC tag (also works with QR codes) before it will turn off. I can snooze it, but only twice.
There is also an option where you will be charged $1 if you don't get up... I haven't had to do that, but I'd imagine it's fairly effective.
My issues with apps like these is that you can still just go to your home screen, hold down on the app, go to info/options and force close it.
I use Puzzle Alarm Clock but (probably due to narcolepsy) I can solve the puzzles without waking up, and I basically have force close in muscle memory in case I can't :/
Try an alarm with a puzzle feature, or one that makes you get out of bed. My husband is a chronic oversleeper and he uses one similar to this.
Puzzle Alarm Clock has been great for me. I put a QR code in the bathroom down the hallway which I have to scan in order to turn off the alarm.
Puzzle Alarm Clock. It isn't exactly the prettiest app, but the NFC pairing works well, and there are other ways of making sure you're up with it, like puzzles. But I ain't awake enough for puzzles.
I have this same problem, basically a very specific sleep walking pattern where I hunt down any alarm I set. It lead to a really unhealthy relationship with sleep. I've been dealing with it for 15 years now, so I totally get how disruptive it can be to things like work, school and important social events.
The solutions I've used are: puzzle alarm apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock asking friends/family/flatmates to wake me, and most recently training my cat to expect food at 7am, so she comes and wakes me up by licking my face and head butting me.
If you can afford it, making an appointment with a sleep therapist is probably a good idea too, because obviously my solutions all just deal with the symptoms and there's definitely an underlying cause. My country has a shit mental health system so I haven't been able to.
Puzzle alarm app Choice of Maze, math problems, scan an object, memory, recreate the password.
Each game has different difficulty levels.
Can play your choice of music or ringtones.
I do 2 easy mazes and 4 easy math problems while this song plAys

Its free, and for an additional chip of 5$ you can buy a step that makes you scan barcodes (e.g. you can set it for it to make you walk around your house scanning certain barcodes)
I'm trialling a thing at the moment which takes the theory of Brili but adapts it for my brain, and it might work for others. I have bigger issues with task-switching and prioritising than memory - I mostly don't forget my routines, I just short-circuit when trying to pick the order/method with which to do them, or feel utterly overwhelmed by the prospect of standing up and going into the next room to cook/exercise/meditate and so never manage to manoevre my arse into the right place at the right time. I quickly tune out alarms because my instinctive response is always "Go Away!" and not "Do the Thing".
Enter barcode alarms.
Apps like this one allow you to set alarms that are dismissed by scanning barcodes or QR codes, either ones that you've printed out specially or scavenged from household objects. So:
1) Stick the barcodes all over your house - bathroom mirror, kettle, bed, front door, desk, etc. Probably best not to stick the barcodes on things that can be moved around - go for fixtures and furniture, rather than your toothbrush or keys. The exception would be for things like medication, where it might be helpful to scan the barcode on the packaging.
2) Set alarms for each habit, and assign each alarm to the barcode that you've stuck in the place where your start that part of your routine.
3) Hey presto! The only way to make the annoying noise Go Away is to go to the place where you need to Do the Thing. And then you're there now, sooo... why not just keep going?
No doubt this will prove a temporary fix like everything else, but I'm hopeful in the short-term, especially now that quarantine has upended all of my routines and I've come completely unmoored. I hope it's useful to someone else. :)
I recommend Puzzle Alarm Clock. It has tons of good options for those who can't get up easily:
memory matching
mazes
math problems
password
sequence memorization
barcode scanner
NFC tag scanner
You can add multiple puzzles and adjust their difficulty as well. It also has counters to going back to bed, like a "poke" 5 minutes after the alarm goes off. If you don't tap that notification within 5 minutes, the whole alarm sequence starts again.
I use an app called puzzle alarm. It's a couple bucks on the app store. It's got a lot of options but my favorite is after I dismiss my alarm it will send a push notification to my phone 5 minutes later. If I don't dismiss that notification within 5 minutes my alarm goes off again. If I have any puzzles set I have to solve them again. This will continue over and over until I properly dismiss the notification after the alarm.

That's the Google app store link for anyone interested.
Hey, you could also try Puzzle Alarm.
I'm mostly just horrible at waking up, but this app makes me solve a xx - xx * xx = ?? equation. You can choose other types of puzzles and test them out.
Not sure what iOS has for this, doesn't seem that this one is available there.
Taki przykładowy tag NFC kupujesz z allegro za 4zł, przyklejasz go sobie w łazience, a potem każdego ranka żeby wyłączyć budzik musisz wstać, iść do łazienki i przyłożyć telefon do naklejki.
Zbawienna aplikacja dla ludzi takich jak ja, cierpiących na chroniczne drzemki w telefonie.
Puzzle Alarm Clock. Has also several puzzles (math, memory, captcha, etc.), qr or nfc scan, automaticly launch other app. Etc. But saving me often is the little notification 'are you really awake?'. Not responding alarm goes of from scratch. So no more oversleeping after accidently falling a sleep again or accidently disabling instead of snoozing alarm.

NFC/QR stickers + a smart alarm app.
You can snooze the alarm but you cannot turn it off until you scan the NFC sticker or a QR code.
Put a sticker on your coffee maker, in the bathroom, behind the breakfast cereal. If you are really bad put one in your car.
perhaps this app is what you need.
or one of these guys
Can't speak for how /r/jaysont34 did it, but some people use Tasker to do it, but there are a few apps that have built NFC in as well.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock
Puzzle Alarm because of one of the features 'check if really awake.' Little while after dismissing alarm a little beep and notification 'Are you awake?'. In case of not responding alarm goes off normal again. Saves me often from oversleeping after too sleepy accidently dismissing alarm or falling a sleep again.
I did ask dev of Alarmpad to add that feature. Alarmpad is beautiful. Will buy in split second if added.
Linkme: Puzzle Alarm
Edit, link bot not working so here is link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock&hl=nl&referrer=utm_source%3Dgoogle%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_term%3Dpuzzle+alarm&pcampaignid=APPU_1_28OUVqSTCsX_ywP1hLygCw
Puzzle Alarm Clock. I have it set up where in order to turn off the alarm I have to get up and go all the way to the kitchen where I taped a NFC tag to the wall. Stops me from sleeping in ~~most of the time~~
Hijacking this comment to tell people about Puzzle Alarm Clock.
This has a ton of different features like solving puzzles or scanning QR codes to make the alarm turn off.
I use the QR option, which gives you a QR code to print out and put wherever you want. I put mine right by the shower. When the alarm rings, I can only turn it off by going to the piece of paper I printed out and scan it with my phone camera.
It works like an absolute charm, because I have serious trouble waking up in the morning. One year I skipped days an equal amount of time as I actually went to school. I came late almost every single day that I actuallu showed up.
something like this i guess: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock&hl=es_419
Your have puzzles, math eacuations, memory cards, etc Haha sounds good
SAA is a little too easy to switch off, I found. Puzzle Alarm isn't going to stop unless you pull the battery (or do what it wants you to, of course).
i think this is the one i used https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock&hl=en_GB it's kinda fiddly to get set up but you can play with it and work it out, it's pretty good when it works (can find others by just searching "puzzle alarm" or something like that, if you're on iphone i'm sure there's similar)
My alarm clock requires me to take a picture of a QR code that hangs in my bathroom so I have to leave my bed in order to shut it up.
edit: I noticed that some people have been asking how to do this so I decided to make a guide for y'all. This is a guide for Android devices only (sorry guys, I do not have an iPhone!)
Step 1: Download 'Puzzle Alarm'
Step 2: Click the + icon in the upper right corner of the app.
Step 3: Click the time to set the time you want to wake up and then confirm.
Step 4: Click 'Dismiss mode'
Step 5: Out of the 5 different dismiss modes, choose for 'QR'.
Step 6: Cause this is the first time you're setting this up, you'll need to print the QR code so you can hang it on your bathroom wall. Make sure you're connected to the internet and click 'Touch to send QR code. The app will automatically send a QR code in PDF-format to the e-mail address of the Google account set up on your phone (it'll tell you which one it's sending the QR code to).
Step 7: Press the back button on your device.
Step 8: Save the changes.
Congratulations, the alarm is now set up.
But beware!! As /u/Attorney_Gonzo pointed out; if you're somewhere else than home and you set a QR code alarm, there is no way to disable the alarm other than holding the power button to force restart your phone.
Oh and; if you're the type of person who'll avoid the alarm by pressing the snooze button incessantly, the app even offers the feature to disable snoozing so be sure to look into that!
There are a few to choose from: I use Puzzle Alarm because you can't turn it off by just killing the application. On the downside, you have to use a QR code it emails you (to print out).
There's also Early Bird Alarm, which lets you choose a barcode instead of a QR code (I used to use the barcode my shaving gel), but is a bit too easy to turn off.

Fucking terrifying witch music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7kmM7vMCxk (mp3)
Or you could use a QR code on your bathroom mirror (for example) which won't require NFC: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock
Oi OP, esse alarme que precisa fazer um quebra cabeca ou equação ajudaria?

Puzzle Alarm Clock - Play Store
you're welcome
Put your alarm clock across the room. Also, this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock
Get something like this app. it helped me a lot.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock I've been using this one for years.
I personally use Puzzle Alarm Clock. And highly recommend it if you have problems with waking up
Puzzle Alarm Clock is a really great app (especially for heavy sleepers like me).
A shit ton do. Puzzle Alarm Clock for Android does as well as NFC Tags and QR Scan to shut it off (force your self to scan your milk to turn it off.) And text someone if you fail to wake but that might be another app.
I suggest Googling best alarm clock iOS / Android and find a list.
Edit: Sleep as A Droid is my favourite and has puzzles, alarm changes and bedtime notifications. But you might need the ~3$ unlock. Also Twilight or Flux for Android will change screen colours at night. Android 7 / N has this by default under night light but Twilight gets much darker.
I used Puzzle Alarm clock - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wroclawstudio.puzzlealarmclock&hl=en One of my friends also managed to do the same thing with Tasker.
I use Puzzle Alarm Clock (link).

Here are three that allow NFC tags for turning off the alarm, they're pretty common on this type of alarm app, so this is just the first 3 that appeared on google.

Puzzle Alarm Clock :) just set a difficult puzzle.
