My friend developed a humble but simple android game about trench warfare in world war 1. Here's link if you are interested Trench assault
Ogre Battle. Oh, the classic. It'd be difficult to find something like that... but here's something that's somewhat similar to Ogre Battle.
SRPG Generation of Chaos Turn-based movement, large scale battle: instead of 5v5 you get 30v30. Could be overwhelming for those who're not familiar with the system. Ported from PSP, so you may try the emulation first.
Generation of Chaos: Pandora's Reflection is unlike the one above: it has real time movement (similar to Ogre Battle) but (from what I've seen) no army-based battle. Never played this, but someone else on the Internet told me about this so I'm posting this here for your reference.
The Last Remnant has one feature similar to Ogre Battle: battles with squads of 5 characters, labeled by Hiroshi Takai (director of the game) as a "turn-based, command-based system using symbol encounters". Sadly, it was only available in Japan Play Store - and support and sale of this game has just been officially discontinued... and also note that this game used cloud streaming to make it possible to play on Android.
Valiant Force all the way.
Discovered the game a few weeks ago and I'm hooked as hell.
It's the perfect turn-based RPG game for me

I believe it is called War Agent
I used to play it but it looks a little different from what I remember, might have been updated a bunch since I played years ago.
Pay $1000 to join our guild! Sure. (It's a freemium game, so a successful guild would need to spend real money.)
The pitch is a mess, but I guess "bring new content to LM in help developers" and "advertising your name or Brand or Company could be in the game" are the key ideas: They want to turn the game into an advertising platform, which is something the game's publishers could do without any help from a random guild (and have done in some games). What's in it for the guild members is not clear.
Also, they keep saying "90 million players" and then "over 200 million people worldwide today play". Google Play store says 4.8 million downloads. Maybe they have it in lots of other stores, but I don't think that adds up.
I've been playing Warlords of Aternum https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.mantisshrimp.warlords for several weeks now.
Turn based strategy on a hexagonal grid. Gacha for collecting new troops, which are mostly variations of five different basic types. The basic gameplay has been very enjoyable.
Free to play friendly, which is great as the in-app purchase prices are ridoculously high.
Your game looks similar to the (Trench Assault)[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.companyname.TrenchAssault] game that used to be good until it sold out and changed to a completely different Pay to Win game. I'll try it out!
Valiant Force is the perfect RPG turn based strategy game for me.
Great community, game mechanics feels deep (heroes have talent trees, runes, equipment, synergies, auras, etc.), raids, guilds, game devs won't ban you for using emulators (which is important for some people, me included).
Download it, seriously. If you liked FEH and War of Crowns, give it a try!!

I used to really enjoy Metal Slug Defense. It was a great game but they dumbed it down a lot and made a lot of the games automated. Pretty much a tug-of-war using characters from the Metal Slug games. You don't need to spend much money on the game either, a lot of stuff is given to you for free.
