Yea, with multiple things on the clapper being left blank it seems more like a gift from the crew (it could be a $20 one from Amazon). Especially since they're supposed to be used when you start filming so it's something that would be hard to forget about.
We also know the show will sometimes do reenactments if they miss something (they aren't filming 24/7).

She’s pretty clearly motivated by the idea of having money, and I cannot stand her thus far, but this conversation reminded me of The Five Love Languages. (An absolutely amazing book and a breezy read that everyone should check out. I can’t believe how much it made me understand myself and others.)
Basically, for some people, gifts are their love language. And I don’t necessarily mean that in a materialistic way. Giving and receiving gifts, however small, makes them feel loved. I don’t like using the phrase “gold digger” because it has such misogynistic connotations and also implies that there’s something wrong with transactional relationships when they’re actually perfectly fine and quiet common.
But I’m curious about Larissa—I wish we could tap into a parallel universe and see how she reacted to him having a bouquet of flowers for her when she arrived. Would she have bitched about the quality of the flowers like Daya in season two? Or would it have given her a little reassuring emotional boost that protected her from feeling such deep disappointment when she saw the underwhelming dreariness of Las Vegas for the first time?
I want to like Colt and dislike her, but I suspect they both may turn out to be quite different from their portrayals in the first two episodes.

I don't know if I can agree with that totally. I will give you that Danielle did some pretty crappy things by lying about her finances, ect.. I think she jumped in way too quick and without making her expections or personal situation clear. I also think that she was just looking for a young Tunisian boytoy. I don't wanna be insulting and call her flat out dumb but to me she doesn't come across a deep thinker and appears to lack emotional maturity. I mean clearly Mohammed wanted nothing to do with her but she kept calling, showing up, and looking at his social media when most sane women would have just moved on. She is a glutton for punishment!
Mohammed on the other hand seems totally incapable of either sympathy or empathy. I can't remember a single scene where he actually showed any emotions whether good or bad. Never once did he seem happy and even in their more confrontational moments he may have looked annoyed but not really angry. It also appeared to me that he was incapable of owning up to his own wrong doings and constantly shifted the blame to Danielle.
I am not a doctor so obviously I can't diagnose anyone but I recently came across an article about something call Alexythymia which totally reminded me of the Danielle & Mohammed situation. Basically it's a disorder where a person is incapable of expressing or being aware of emotion. When one partner in a relationship has it the other partner tends to act out by crying, screaming, and basically acting crazy as a way of trying to get some kind of reaction. I don't know maybe I'm reading too much into it but it summed up Mohammed & Danielle to me. Just my opinion on what I saw of those two.

I dunno, in one of her interviews she said she traveled 18 hours to get to Morocco. A quick google flights search makes it seem like that's only a few hours above the quickest way to get there. Maybe she got lucky on some layovers. I seem to remember her saying they had to take 3 flights which is great leaving from Tampa. Most flights on the search have 2 layovers. I am sure that the photos on the dating profile are of someone they pay to be the model, "the face" of a fake person. The person David is chatting with is just one of many people who do it as a job. This doc gives a pretty balanced view about the foreign dating business in Ukraine. At 1:00:35 there are briefly two people telling how they chatted with men like David through a fake profile as job.
When it is an actual person who exist, sooner or later, they will make personal contact because they want a green card and/or side hustle for money/goods offline as well. That Lana has been absent for 7 years is very clearly because she does not exist.
Unfortunately, a lot of these men can't let go of the fantasy. I have read reviews of those dating sites that would make you worry and facepalm, because you can tell that the men are hooked on the fantasy they created in their head. They can get really obsessive about it all as well, just like David.
As example, this guy, who spends way too much time investigating "Anna" and asking for help in his review to "proof" his case about Anna. He probably wants to believe that the dating site just needs more evidence and that it is a upstanding business. That Anna is just an exception. Because if he admits the dating site is riddled with scammers, he will also have to admit that what he wants, finding his custom green-eyed Slavic fantasy online, might not be realistic.

I honestly think that Jenny represents the "American Dream" for Sumit. He did the Michael Jones thing on social media to try to get a green card- it's as simple as that. The possibility of Jenny "going away forever" upsets him because he's losing out on his green card dream. I've run into many men on Facebook or Match.com from India running this scam.

Not sure about a duck, but get a pill popper! I worked vet med, and credit these for still having all my fingers. Once you try it a couple times you can do it so quick they don’t have time to freak out(much). Dogs have a gap in their teeth on the side, so stick it through and towards back of throat. That way you don’t even have to pry open those jaws of death. Apoquel is a fantastic allergy pill for dogs if that’s the one you’re thinking of (order online though Bc it’s expensive as fuck).

They’re shirt stays. I’ve used them before. My old job I had to do a lot of up and down and shirts would always slip out of my dress pants.
I tried this style and hated it. I bought ones that are Y shaped. They clip onto the socks and then two clips on each side of the shirt. They work much better. Really useful if you work at a job where you get up and down a lot, or at a wedding with dancing. They work really well to keep the shirt tucked in neatly and looking good all night with no need to tuck back in.
Theyre cheap and effective. I’m surprised more people haven’t seen these. While I wouldn’t say they’re common I think every dude should own a pair for an occasion like a wedding at minimum. Unless you prefer suspenders or the suspenders look. Then it’s a moot point.
