On this day last year, it was 77 degrees. Man, what a historical bummer this spring has been.
Lol, the Cubs are supposed to go back to Washington on Thursday? Fuck you MLB. Florence is forecast to hit the East Coast as a fucking category 4 hurricane on Thursday night. Why not send the Cubs into that right MLB?
There's no possible way another season can. 103-win season, that postseason run, and arguably one of the most amazing World Series ever capping it off? As SVP said quite well, it's a confluence of circumstances that will be impossible to see again in our lifetimes, and it happened to our team to boot. I have no doubt we'll win more championships in years to come, but that one will be special and perfect for the rest of our days.
"He's taking batting practice, staying active," Maddon said of La Stella
Did you go to opening day last year? It was a year ago tomorrow, so check out the next day.
It was 70s leading up to the game, then it POURED at about 5, just before they opened the gates. Everyone was soaked, but it wasn’t cold... yet. We were in our seats when a COOOOOLD wind came through at 6:45 or so. This was the leading edge of the cold front. It never got warmer. It started pouring again and they had to delay the game and the opening day ceremonies. By the time the game got started, it was in the 40s and stayed there. The wind chill made most people leave by the time we walked it off in the 9th. There were probably fewer than 5000 of us left at the end of the game, so few people that my wife and I left the 500 section and went down to the 200s where we could take a break from the wind.
My MIL bought in after Christmas sales last year. Amazon still has a few left if anyone wants one: https://www.amazon.com/Hallmark-1995QXI1542-Keepsake-Christmas-Ornaments/dp/B01NAYP40K
Pay for and paid for a British VPN called UnLocator. There is another called Unblock-Us. This service fools your device into thinking you're not in your home market. I used my Apple TV and the app along with UnLocate me and it worked very well. All you really have to do is follow the instructions on the unlocator/unblock us website and change the DNS of the device (phone, apple tv, tablet, etc) and bam! You're watching home games. Much more reliable than regular streams. Here is an r/baseball thread where I found out about this
It's dicey, for sure, but the outlook is improving. A few hours ago it was like 75% chance of thunderstorms basically noon-6, now it's more like 15% around 1 and higher near about 3. Looking at the radar it seems like the shitstorm is missing us to the southeast, but weather is weird around here, you'll never predict it 100%.
1) He doesn't have a criminal domestic violence record. Even the initial police report notes that self-inconsistent stories were involved. Shooting off a gun inside a garage does indicate that Chapman does probably have an anger/intelligence problem, though.
2) Agreed.
I've used this app on Android for a good while now.
After a season, you'll be intimately acquainted with a wide variety of goods and services available in Wabash County, Indiana.
Keep dad in the game sounds like a well intentioned program that probably led to a lot more men being incontinent and impotent by over testing for prostate cancer. Instead of listening to these guys read this thing from the Mayo clinic
>We play better at night, I don't have the numbers but I'm pretty damn sure it's true.

45-28 day games (.616)
I like how we're over .600 regardless...
2008?
"Milwaukee was outscored 23-8 in the series and fell to 0-6 at Wrigley Field, while Bryant helped the Cubs move 34 games over .500 for the first time since Sept. 2008."
in carrie muskat's new book the big 50: chicago cubs, one of the early chapters is "8/8/88" (which of course ended up being 8/9/88).
dallas green famously was the one who pushed the hardest for lights at wrigley, but he was gone from the cubs by the end of 1987.
on 8/9/88, green said to the Chicago Tribune:
>"I think Chicago and Wrigley Field lost a little bit with the lights. I felt we could survive and make our money with day baseball. I saw the emotions of the fans and what day baseball meant to them. It's special i think TV and baseball missed the boat on this tradition, and it'll never be recouped."
i live on the west coast now, so night games are always done early enough for me. but growing up in virginia, i could never as a kid watch world series games or prime time games to the end because i had to go to bed... it's a shame that none of the 2016 world series were day games - game 4 and game 5 were sat and sunday.
I use PIA (Private Internet Access) and it works very very well. Only cost a couple bucks a month like $3.33 or something.
I connect to through my computer then cast it to my TV via Chromecast.
I've been told Unlocator works with the PS4, though I haven't tried it myself.
The best way I've found (although it requires a rooted Android) is to use XPrivacy to feed *the At Bat app fake location data as detailed here.
Once you get the game streaming on Android, you can Chromecast it with no issue because the only location check happens on the Android device when you start to stream as far as I can tell.
Even better is if you set your location outside of the US, you should be able to watch even the nationally blacked out games (although I've had less success with that this year).
I am definitely going to try this out next season. Any good tips or suggestions for a complete VPN newbie? I still have to buy a regular subscription, right? And I just use Unlocator to skirt the ridiculous Iowa blackout rules?
I just discovered that boxes of Rizzos are actually a thing. And they appear to be vastly underrated on Amazon.
Edit: This product needs the "three howling wolves" treatment.
I have tried. I have ProtonVPN with many different exit points. I bought MLB TV with the expectation that it would work well. But I’ve only been able to get it to work about 1/8 of the time. Usually it doesn’t matter where my exit point it, it says I’m in a restricted market.
using unblock-us (or similar smart DNS provider).
It's very simple to set up on PS4:
I cut the cord, and I won.
Here's how I won: Paid for and paid for a British VPN called UnLocator.
Here is an r/baseball thread that turned me onto these services
If you have a rooted Android device, you can use the XPosed module XPrivacy to feed the At Bat app fake location data. This is how I get around the ridiculous Iowa blackouts (yay Iowa bros). The best part is that I can use my Chromecast to play it on my TV with no issue too.
If you want a VPN solution, Private Internet Access is pretty great. They have lots of servers worldwide and it's pretty cheap. I haven't tried PIA with myself, so I can't speak to how well it works for that.
Not sure if it was a worth a thread so I will post it here.....http://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/17906346/indians-set-start-carlos-santana-left-field-game-3-world-series%20http://es.pn/2eBdrFr
Basically, CLE has to play Carlos Santana in LF due to NL rules. Francona even said he has anxiety about it. In The Indians reddit the fans seem a bit worried too. Baseball is baseball so it may end up being no big deal, or it could change the entire game. Let's hope for the latter :)
Scherzer leads in IP, Ks, WHIP, fWAR (3rd behind Thor and JoFer), and wins, so he's definitely one of the contenders.
The Cy race should be very close, and if ESPN's Cy Predictor is to be believed (throwing out relievers), it's Scherzer and three Cubs.
After last night's start, John Lackey has a 1.06 WHIP. That places him 10th in MLB among qualified starters ... and 4th in the Cubs rotation.
It's September 28th, so it's quite likely that every Cubs start in the postseason will be taken by a top-10-in-MLB pitching-and-defense combo.
This is pretty up to the minute. Peep that precipitation chance column.
And only local time matters because the home team controls the decision and wants to maximize the gate and concessions.
PSA Anyone that doesn't have access to ESPN, Youtube TV has a free 30 day subscription that includes ESPN. https://tv.youtube.com/
Also, it includes CSN and CSN+ for $35 a month, so I plan on keeping my sub.
My cable provider (Spectrum) changed something last year where I can no longer use the Unlocator DNS on my router, so I can't use it on my smart TV. Still unlocks blackouts on my laptop but very frustrating, considering the Yankees, Mets, Pirates, and Indians all claim western NY as their market. Absurd considering you couldn't get Pirates and Indians games on cable here even if you wanted to. Thankfully the Blue Jays games aren't blacked out, despite it being our closest team. Go figure.
I did 8 men out last year finally-- good follow up to the Astros scandal. This year I think I'm doing Ten Innings At Wrigley
The sidebar of the desktop site here has a good variety of Cubs related blogs/podcasts in the News/Analysis/Podcasts area.
As far as books go, I recommend reading Ron Santo's biography. He is a very important figure in Cubs lore. Ernie Banks and Billy Williams as well. Ernie lived a very interesting live.
The Cubs of 69 is another good read. Apparently you can get it for $1 on amazon right now.
https://www.amazon.com/Cubs-69-Recollections-Team-Should/dp/0809241560
I'd also watch the ESPN 30 for 30 film Catching Hell. It details a lot of important information in Cubs history.
On top of that there is a TON of history with the Chicago NL franchise. I could go on forever.
I believe it's The Dickson's Baseball Dictionary
web app allows you to switch broadcast audio between radio and TV. So you still have the video feed, but have Pat & Ron audio. You can then use a chromecast to stream that to your tv.
Take note, to use this feature for the playoffs, outside of an subscription, you will also need a VPN like unlocator
This is the best option I have found for cable cutters like myself.
There's also mlb's that gives you all world series games and select division/championship series games, but that does not include the broadcast video feed. Basically, you get a few camera angles to choose from but no audio.
Last year, I paid for Unlocator and and it worked beautifully. Zero performance hit. I could even use the app on my Roku and it worked just like it would if I were out of market.
Getting a digital network antenna off amazon meant I could get network stations like Fox, ABC, CBS, and NBC in HD which covered 90% of my football watching desires.
Then having a Roku for the odd web-app (like ESPN for MNF and Baseball Tonight) and I had pretty much 100% coverage over all the sports I truly care about.
If only accesses your location to start the stream and not afterwards like someone on here mentioned, I would recommend using TunnelBear.
With all the scandals going on with Hola, I think TunnelBear seems a lot safer considering you can actually turn it off once you're done with it. Here is their site, so take a look around. I used it overseas to access Spotify a few years back, but have not used it since. But it worked flawlessly there. However, I am not sure what 's rules are in regards to accessing games in other countries, but you can use a US IP as well on TunnelBear and just hope it doesn't choose a blackout city for your game.
Indians played an amazing game. LeBron cursed you guys with his timely Halloween props
>a skeleton James had stationed on a stage with "3-1 Lead" inscribed on the bass drum head, a clear shot at the Warriors' squandering a 3-1 series lead in the 2016 NBA Finals.

> a reverse split lefty
You're only looking at this season, though, which is a very small sample. Check out the past 3 seasons combined. He is better vs. righties.
I managed to get this in one equation. Here you go: https://www.desmos.com/calculator/zoci5pqb6k

0=\left(\left(-x^2+\frac{5}{2}^2\right)\frac{\frac{x-\left|y\right|}{\left|x-\left|y\right|\right|}-1}{-2}-y^2\right)\left(\left(-x^2+\frac{13}{4}^2\right)\frac{\frac{x-\left|y\right|-\frac{1}{3}}{\left|x-\left|y\right|-\frac{1}{3}\right|}-1}{-2}-y^2\right)\left(\left(-x^2+3^2\right)\frac{\frac{x-\left|y\right|}{\left|x-\left|y\right|\right|}-1}{-2}-y^2\right)\left(\left(-x^2+\frac{9}{4}^2\right)\frac{\frac{x-\left|y\right|-\frac{1}{3}}{\left|x-\left|y\right|-\frac{1}{3}\right|}-1}{-2}-y^2\right)
I think this is what you're looking for.
http://www.espn.com/espn/eticket/story?page=cubs100
Found it because I remembered one of the people was Billy Corgan and another was a child (who must be nearly heading off to college now, ha) named Wrigley Fields.
Edit: I now see that it appears the video won't play. I'm certain that this was it - I'm thinking it's possible ESPN didn't save the video? Not sure. But this is definitely what you were looking for. Must have watched it a dozen times that year.
You can use OBS to record anything going on your computer. It's normally used for streaming, but you can record a copy of the "broadcast" without actually streaming anything.
here's the mlb article: LINK
mlb made the decision based on the weather forecast (rain).
here's the hourly forecast for chicago tomorrow: LINK
so on the downside, now we have to worry that we might lose arrieta's start if the game begins and then endures a rain delay.
but on the upside, cubbies do pretty well when it comes to postseason rain delay games!!!
let's go cubbies!
It wasn't easy to find (because using open standards doesn't help Google or Apple get their claws deeper into you), but there is an RSS feed. I just added it to my TT-RSS list and it works great. Support open standards and use the client of your choice!
Soapbox aside, I'm sorry I haven't looked at this before. Bob Odenkirk? I gotta listen to that. Nice guest list.
Yes, the Cubs have hit the Cardinals the most (11 times) but only by 2 over the Pirates (9 times) which makes sense as we 3 teams play each other the most and they are the highest-stakes games.
Source: http://www.espn.com/mlb/stats/team/_/stat/pitching/split/24/sort/battersHit/type/expanded/order/true
Furthermore, the Cardinals have hit the Cubs 8 times. So only 3 less than we've hit them.
Source: http://www.espn.com/mlb/stats/team/_/stat/pitching/split/16/sort/battersHit/type/expanded/order/true
The Cy Young Predictor doesn't even have him in the top 10. I think that's crazy but I can see some of the guys on there getting better votes than him. Fernandez, Cueto, Arrieta, Lester, DeGrom, and a bunch of other guys are arguably having better seasons depending on what stats you rely on (e.g. WAR has him listed as 11th in pitcher WAR for the NL). He's definitely having a great season though and I'd personally take him over some of those guys, at least for this year.
Thanks for the detailed info! Huge help, googling solutions gets confusing.
We’re paying $8.33/month for ExpressVPN. That per month amount I gave was with the price added for the whole Cubs viewing cost. We did some comparing and ExpressVPN was similar to Nord and offered a $99/one year deal. So far so good.
Oh let me just make your life a bit better.

carrie muskat also wrote banks to sandberg to grace which was a fantastic book.
i just ordered this one off amazon.
Main: Technically my job, but obviously I'm actually on Reddit.
Alt: Probably my shitty Chinese knock-off Ghetto Blaster from Amazon. Bought it on a whim after walking through back alleys in the semi-ghetto in LA and feeling the need to carry a boombox on my shoulder. It's cheap and truly doesn't work all that well, but it's super fun anyway.
I use IPVanish. Here's a list of their setup guides. I have android streaming boxes on my televisions so I use the apps. It works on my phone as well. There are guides for other operating systems with videos.
Using a VPN is super easy and it’ll work for you. Just make sure you pick one that has multiple US options so you don’t get stuck in any kind of blackout area. I think I used NordVPN last time I was in your situation and I had no issues.
Edit: alternatively you could get a Chromebit/Chromebox and hook that up to your TV. Then find a stream on r/MLBStreams and you’re good to go. Not as convenient, but it’s a better value.
I do similar, only I use Unlocator. + Unlocator + Roku works wonderful.
I'm in Texas, and the Cubs were blacked out against the Rangers a few weeks back. I used the Zenmate extension to tell that I was in Virginia, and then broadcasted the game via Chromecast to my TV. It worked really well.
Plenty of ways around it. My roommate uses Unlocator. Costs like $5 a month and gives access to any blackout game on MLB TV (ESPN & Fox included). Just has to change the DNS address on our Apple TV and it's golden.
There are other services as well but I'm not familiar with any others. /r/MLBstreams have multiple threads on it.
Unlocator is supposed to work for any device on your network if you set up your router to use their DNS. I haven't tried it, but I'm thinking about it so I can use my chromecast. I use ZenMate to watch on my PC and XPosed/XPrivacy on my Android phone.
If on PC there are many in browser proxy options like Zenmate, Hola, etc... Many have been found to be a little shady like sharing bandwidth, however, they literally only need to be turned on to load the game page, and then can be disabled.
OH yeah - I remembered. Unlocator. It's like $5 and works like a charm. You can set it up so your router is masked, or you can set it up so just your streaming device is masked, if it's a device that is supported. I stream through Apple TVs and that was super easy to set up. Tutorials on their page.
I've heard nightmares about trying to stream in parts of Iowa, because some areas are blacked out to 5 teams or more. I'm sure there is some way to find out what teams will be blacked out in your area, and if the Cubs are blacked out I'd recommend Unlocator.
It isn't cheap ($100/year), but you can use it with your computer & any consoles you have, so you will never have any blackouts. I personally subscribe to & NHL GameCenter so it is a lifesaver for me.
Start time was after 1 so 61 degrees wind out of the west at 20 mph, so out to right (which explains how they got to Sutton so easily)
Get you NordVPN, costs less than $5 a month, you'll be prompted to download an app, do it, open app, log into it, then you'll click on a city outside of blackout area for both cities (Cubs vs Pit I clicked on Denver), then open up internet browser to mlbtv and click on cubs game.
Pretty sure this doesnt work with apps and have to use actual computer internet browser tho. It may sound confusing but after the first couple of times it's easy.
bro you gotta get one of these man, absolute game changer. it changes the game
Really hoping we can pull off this win, as it is my father's birthday.
Don't ruin the surprise, but we got him the Cubs lawn chair from Amazon. He'll be home in like half an hour to open this gift, whatever my other family members got him, and some coins from Africa (he collects coins) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BMFYQXC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I think it looks more like Tom Dettore instead of Dave Otto.
It's the cheapest option factoring everything in, but it's still a hassle if you want to cast to or stream from a smart tv. If you do go that route, get a good HDMI cable and just connect to a TV that way. I had bad luck using the NordVPN app on my Sony smart tv but ymmv.
Here you go.. But it may not be appropriate for work.
Another idea is to print some business cards and hand them out to Cardinals fans which read “I’d rather my sister be a whore than a St. Louis Cardinals fan”. 👍😎
I use NordVPN on Chromecast. They have deals all the time. I bought mine for like $72 for 60 months about 3 years ago. I also bought my through the phone app. It charges me $9.99 every month.
I'm sure prices have inflated, but this is what I pay.

There's a possibility Strasburg might not pitch in the NLCS after expressing discomfort in his bullpen session earlier this week.
Hmm... Odd. This ESPN article from the other day suggests otherwise: http://www.espn.com/mlb/playoffs2015/story/_/page/playoffs16_expertpredictions/espn-experts-make-their-predictions-mlb-playoffs
Almost all of them pick the Cubs to win the NLDS.
Edit: Granted, many (but not a majority) picked the Mets to beat the Giants, but still.
> Rain ending in 35 min
According to Accuweather lol. That's not in general for the zip code, it's Wrigley Field the location.
Looks like it'll be a great day for a ballgame up there in Chicago today, especially this time of year. Temps forecasted to be in the high 60s from 1 PM all the way to 6 today. Go Cubs!
Looks like it'll be a great day for a ballgame up there in Chicago, especially this time of year. Temps forecasted to be in the high 60s from 1 PM all the way to 6 today.
Based on the weather report, the storm will reach land on Thursday. However, it is not projected to affect the DC area until Friday.
I agree that having to fly out to DC is BS considering that there's a good chance that it will likely end up being a meaningless game, but I don't think the team is likely to get "stuck" in DC.
He actually said in this NPR interview that his plan would allow health care companies to pay ISPs to favor their traffic for monitoring patients. So, that's why he's doing this, to help sick people. You know, there was a time in this country when un-elected public officials who subverted the will of the people were tarred and feathered and then run out of town on a rail. It's a good thing for Pai that that kind of mob justice doesn't prevail anymore.
http://www.espn.com/mlb/player/gamelog/_/id/30145/jake-arrieta
He's still good, but not worth a 200 mil contract right now. Maybe he has had a lingering injury since June? Maybe it's in his head. Maybe he's just come back down to Earth. Regardless, it's not reactionary to say he's not worth a monster deal, because right now he's not. You don't get paid for what you did, you get paid for what you're going to do, and right now he's trending down.
there was an article about Bryant earlier this season. Mentioned a slump he was having, and after awhile he called his dad for help, whose advice was really just asking him if he forgot how to hit. He did really well in the next couple games.
Article's not showing up anymore. Grr. Ill keep looking.
edit: Found it.
Here is the hourly that shows it picking up later in the night. Nothing is guaranteed to be accurate, but at least this shows the expected intensity as the night goes on.
Miggy has been kicking ass lately! I honestly wonder if having him read mean tweets about himself has started this change.
Link if you don't know what I mean: http://www.espn.com/blog/chicago/cubs/post/_/id/40433/miguel-montero-reads-mean-tweets-from-fans
It's good to stay objective about things man. I love and support the Cubs with all my heart. But he hasn't been "less awesome lately", he's been bad.
"You go we go". Fowler hasn't been going lately and neither has the offense -- thats not a coincidence to me. We need to get Dex on track!
I must not be the only one concerned as ESPN just put up an article about it.
We've got two around my neck of the woods that are gorgeous, but one of them..... Damn she is fine.
Here's the one I'm talking about Kristina Montouri
Am I wrong, or does this: https://www.wunderground.com/q/locid:USIL4494;loctype:1 say the wind is blowing in from the south blowing north? Because blowing north should be basically out to left. I don't understand weather.
Says 'chance of rain', but significantly lower than today (obviously since it's pretty much 100% today). I'd figure they'd be playing tomorrow.
https://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=60613
The weather report says greater than 40% chance of rain until 10 am tomorrow morning with 70 and 80% chance at 7 and 8 tonight. https://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=60613
Well .040 points of OBP is huge, but the main reason there's this difference is that it's adjusted for park. 40 HR in Coors is not the same as 40 HR in Dodger Stadium.
2015 Park Factors: Coors bloats offensive stats across the board, and Arenado plays half of his games there. The 2016 Rockies are batting .300 as a team in their home games, and it's not because they're the most talented offensive players in baseball history.
I'd argue that given their natural positions, Rizzo is a better first baseman than Bryant is a third baseman. This is somewhat subjective of course. Rizzo has the better fielding percentage, though granted that's not entirely fair.
But at their positions, Rizzo is #11 defensively in MLB:
http://www.espn.com/mlb/stats/fielding/_/order/true
Bryant (apparently) is just short of qualified for standing at any one position this year, but at 3B he'd be #15.
And yeah, Bryant is an OK left fielder, but I mean...it's left field.
Also, remember that Rizzo just missed a Gold Glove a couple of years back.
I totally get not wanting to pay just to give it another shot. I don't remember if they require you to give a credit card when you sign up for the trial, but it should be easy enough either way.
I'm actually out in the West suburbs too. Small world!
I use my PC app when I'm working on the computer, but other than that, I'm usually on a Roku 2. I actually got it for free for agreeing to a 3-month "contract" (for lack of a better word) with Sling. I knew I was going to stick with it at that point, so it was a no-brainer. It looks like the promo is still good, so make sure you use it if you decide to bite the bullet - https://www.sling.com/devices/roku.
I've heard people say that the device is a big part of the experience. I've heard bad things about the Firestick (I don't think the hardware is powerful enough), but I think beyond that everything is pretty decent. I see that they have PC clients for Windows and Mac, but no Linux support, unfortunately (not sure if it would run in Wine or something). I've seen the most success with the Roku 2 and 3 - that seems to be what most people use.
My only real beef with Sling is their PC app. Sometimes it works great, but other times it's very flaky. Even while typing this up, the app crashed on me twice (it hasn't done that in a while).
Have you used your 7 day sling trial? They have a mobile app.
EDIT https://www.sling.com/ Just make sure you set a reminder to cancel in 7 days because it will automatically bill your card. I figure I can stand to spend $20 this month to watch playoff baseball.
Try this. Idk if it's the right thing though http://streema.com/radios/WBBM
Edit: click on "or listen online (no app required)" to not install the app if you don't want to
Edit 2: My bad. Just listened to the stream and all it says is its not allowed to stream the radio anymore
This comment is a year too late.
I hate to rain on your parade, but Miguel Montero means "Mike Hunter".
We traded for "Miguel [Montaña de Gomer](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montgomery_(name\))" from Seattle.
If only Raymond Thomas Hunter, who we traded for last year, had gone by "Mike" for some reason (like Giancarlo Stanton).
Love the picture. That 1932 team is one of my favorites.
Just got this book and am working through it. Talks about Billy Jurges the SS on that team. He was shot by an ex-girlfriend in July of that season. Good read so far. His recovery was fairly fast, but the Cubs still picked up ex-Yankee Mark Koenig to help out. The team in a very shortsighted move would vote him a half share. The Yankees rallying to their former teammate were not amused and it was a big part of the bench jockeying between the two teams and some say that played into the infamous "called" shot.
“Someone I know” doesn’t pay pay for MLB.“Someone I know” pays chump change for IPTV services and IPVanish, a VPN. “Someone I know” gets effing everything out there. Check out Troypoint.
Edit: quotation marks
Probably by identifying IP addresses that are consistently used concurrently by many different users. If thousands of people are logged into NordVPN and are using say, the Chicago server, they're all going to be using the same IP address.
Same. I have had cracked down and blocked the use of VPNs, but I found updated articles saying otherwise.
I went with ExpressVPN and I've had good luck with using Canadian cities (I'm in Indianapolis so north-ish at least closer than Mexico). But I also deleted the MLB app from my phone, last season it barely worked at all and I think that may have been why.

Yeah I've done the /r/mlbstreams before when the Cubs were playing the Braves, and it works fine enough with my computer, and I can still listen to Pat and ron radio whenever. I'll check out NordVPN. Thanks!
I've gotten it to work with Opera Browser on my laptop/desktop, and I've also gotten it to work with IPVanish. Not sure if that is helpful for you or not, but I know that it can work since that's how I do it if I absolutely have to, just hate having to hook all that up :/
I've set it up on the PS4 with this guide
The only thing that got me stuck last year was not logging in to Unlocator. Once I logged in from my IP address it worked like a charm.
You'll be blacked out, but you can get around it with a VPN. Several good, cheap options (I like PIA - Private Internet Access), as well as a few decent free ones (I currently use Tunnel Bear; connect to some European country, connect to the game via , and then disconnect the vpn). You can also peruse /r/mlbstreams.
