Yea, there are gyro balls and finger extensors as well if you’re interested. https://www.amazon.com/Exercising-Extension-Rehabilitation-Stretching-Equipment/dp/B08B12PLT4/ref=mp_s_a_1_12?dchild=1&keywords=finger+extensor+strengthener&qid=1627675305&sprefix=finger+ext&sr=8-12
Yeah, some games kind of fight for control of the mouse like that. I use DualMonitorTools with the option to lock the cursor to one screen at a time unless you are holding down ctrl or a certain modifier.
I've seen this as a common problem with game engines where they fight each other for control - do you have any other game running in the background?
One workaround is to use a program that locks your mouse cursor to one screen unless you are holding a key like ctrl. http://dualmonitortool.sourceforge.net is one program that can do this.
Sorry about the inconvenience either way - I wish I knew a way to just fix that issue.
it seems this company
Huiyee has the exact same material, seems to be a nylon spandex mix. They unfortunately don't sell one with thumbholes though as well it seems (at least on amazon), they probably order from similar factories if not the exact same.
I don't have an old sock that goes up past my elbow.
You can get sports compression sleeves for $10-$15 a pair on Amazon. They're hella cheap, work just as well as "gaming friction sleeves" and they offer a gentle compression. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0192D7CT2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_bVJfFbAG0MRQK
This is the one I use https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08962FJFQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I got a 6 pack with grey/white/black sleeves, the grey ones are nice, the black ones feel odd, don't really have a thought about the white ones yet. They wash well too, can just toss them in the laundry with everything else.
Whether you lift or not, your external rotator cuffs are usually relatively under-trained. So your right handed hard swipe to the right will be faster and less fatiguing if you train it a bit.
I have this particular set of bands, but there are cheaper alternatives as well. I know this particular brand holds up really well over time and is good for a lot of other types of resistance training.
You simply loop it around something heavy, and sitting facing 90 degrees away pull using only the rotator cuff and maybe some wrist as well for that swiping motion. Super simple, cheap, and effective way to improve your aim gainz.
I recommend getting the heavy set. You can use the lightest band and while looped pull on only one end of the bands for 1/2 resistance. Then you can climb up and start adding multiple bands, giving you a lot of variation in resistance. Just do 15-20 reps per set, and do a few sets every few days, increasing the load if you can go beyond 20 reps.
I hate these things so much. XD I have like 4 different packs and they all feel strange. I got one of these though and I love it! https://www.amazon.com/SHXJHXC-Exercisers-Strengthener-Stretcher-Strengthening/dp/B097DRFJVY/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?keywords=hand+extensor&qid=1657594157&sr=8-6
While stretching helps, I would also recommend general strengthening in the wrist, shoulder, and back. If you have a light dumbbell (1-5 lbs), try putting your arm on an arm rest, palms facing down and bending your wrist up. Another option is buying a pack of hand grip strengtheners from amazon:
I've been doing these exercises for a while and my forearm and wrist feel way more mobile. Typically I do these once or twice a day. I haven't been totally consistent with it but I try to do these at least every other day.
Certain Dri is a heavy-duty antiperspirant that works phenomenally, even for people with hyperhidrosis. It can be applied anywhere on your body where sweating is a problem. Apply some to your hands every night before bed, and never sweat from there again.
I just purchased this cylinder for my chair. I have a similar style chair. This is the one I bought and it works perfect. The lowest height is roughly the same as the previous highest height. This put me in the perfect range for my desk which is a pretty standard height from Ikea.
This sounds great, would you happen to have a link? I'm currently using this chair

Also, not an ad, not an affiliate link - But I got this monitor for $180 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SHFP8CC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

I know likely the majority of people in this sub would scoff at this with their $700 benQ's - But I sadly can't afford to go that hard on a monitor just yet.
It's honestly much better than I thought it would be tho! The colors are pretty fuckin solid for the price, and the ghosting is minimal.
It’s a process, started with a tiny desk, upgraded little things over and over, it’s best hobby ever. What I did when I had small desk is out pc on floor free up a lot of room.
I bought one of these to keep the PC off of the carpet : https://www.amazon.com/Monoprice-Multimedia-Desktop-Stand-9-5/dp/B00AJHCQD8/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=1BN3UIFK9OGUN&keywords=monoprice+multimedia+desktop+stand&qid=1645981421&sprefix=monoprice+mult%2Caps%2C85&sr=8-3
just scored 113, but i still feel i am lackluster. here's another run for my kovaaks challenge on pasu reload, i really wasnt clean
pasu reload
Arm sleeve solved it for me, the sleeves i recommend are not in stock but nylon sleeves with a shiny coat to them almost, which feel like a “fake silk”in person usually work really well when used inside out, there seems to be multiple sellers selling the similar material. The best I can do is link you what I used and you should be able to find a similar one I bet, as my cousin owns sleeves for his legs in the same exact material as if they were from the same factory. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074Z25G45/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_71MV6WS282V6QVCMMEHG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
this is the only site i know of, you could try waiting a couple days, ive seen this price lower before. but also i think they are doing free mp access for this weekend only or maybe that was only on console
https://www.greenmangaming.com/games/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-standard-edition-pc/
Try Krunker.io
Its a movement shooter with a mechanic called slide hopping, Although the hitboxes are fairly big it's good to warm up between matches since everyone is a fast flying target getting into matches are really easy and fast and the game is super easy to learn.
I have no idea how much money you have, but if you can afford it, a 30 inch by 15 inch mouse pad is only like 10 usd. Just linked one. also your chair is probably too low, if you're needing to put pressure onto the arm you aim with.

Late follow-up - a user in the Discord had the following comment:
>[1:36 PM] Dylan: @KovaaK I used Steam Proton to play aim trainer on Ubuntu 18.04 & the result is it works pretty well. I tried a couple scenarios to get a gauge the fps. The fps is almost identical for me from windows. The moving bots didn't have any kind of stutter. Menus worked as expected. Only problem I had was if an application overlapped the game window. It would lag my pc really hard. It could be something specific to Ubuntu like the compositor not playing friendly or something. I'm gonna test it on void linux in a bit.
[3:37 PM] Dylan: From what I've played on void linux (using a tiling window manager), gameplay is 1:1 to Windows. No issues alt tabbing either.
Two part question: Are you running both games at the same time, and do you have dual monitors?
I know that sometimes when multiple games are running, they fight for control of the mouse and make it so the mouse doesn't get locked to the game's window in whichever game you are trying to play. As a workaround, I've used this tool to lock my mouse to one screen temporarily (it can make it so you have to hold ctrl down to go from one monitor to another).
I am copy pasting a comment I made a while back that It's related to your drunk flow.
I am reading a book about this, " Flow and the Foundations of Positive Psychology". What you describe sounds like you enter the "flow" state and leave it as soon after you realize it. It's kind of hard to reach it, but when you do it, similar to meditation, you have to continue with it.Start by identifing when or why this happen and try to replicate, flow happens when an activity is challenging and somewhat related to your interests and flow can be achieved in all different kinds of activies.
Anyways, research flow and maybe it will relate and help you.

i will be brief, My kdr was 1.8 on warzone, before 3 weeks of kovaks, now my weekly KDR is 2.48 and i manage to kill people even in the air. Wipe complete enemy teams and incredible flicks with the ax 50.Ur
Welcome. keep grinding.
PN: i do religiosly every day before start playing with my friends, follow the aimers7 guides and it took me like one hour of training.
BTW my Multiplayer KDR was on 1.15 and with kovaks my weekly kdr is now 1.85
Where I live it gets down to -30c/-22f regularly in the winter, house is only kept at ~20'c/68'f even when it's that cold.
The most convenient solution I've found for cold/stiff hands are microwaveable heat packs, random example. 1-2 minutes in the microwave = 15-30 mins of heat (depending on how cold it is).
I leave it on your desk, lap, wrap it around your neck, use it as a wrist rest, whatever you want but it works.
Cold night? Ez, put that bad boi by your feet in your bed. Super useful tbh lol
All tables 75cm? That's just not true lol I do have the same problem though, even with an adjustable height desk. The only thing that worked for me was a butt cushion :) https://www.amazon.com/Seat-Cushion-Office-Chair-Desk/dp/B01EBDV9BU/ref=sr\_1\_1\_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=chair+butt+pad&qid=1631139121&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUE1RzZTTlY5MTQyUEEmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTEwMTc3...
OOO,
Can you give me more info?
I see this here on amazon
https://www.amazon.com/Ceramic-mouse-pads-Lexip-PC-Mac/dp/B07MW5XJ8G
Is that what you mean?
I would say if youre standing and you just bend your arm at the elbow to make like your holding a mouse. You know the percfect 90 degree angle. Get a desk with the height just below that. Youd have the right amount of space to let you forearm rest and youre not having to raise your shoulder much or at all.
That will solve the arm concern. When it comes to the monitor height I would look up monitor stands to be able to adjust to the perfect height and that would solve the neck fatigue concern.
I currently use this stand because it has the highest range. But I am also a tall guy
Now its just finding a better desk for myself. But once you have both of these sorted out you should be golden! =]
Whether a sleeve actually works will depend on your mousemat. AC+ Black for instance creates more friction with a sleeve.
People say to use the Aegend ones, but they add friction inside or out. These work really well.
I have used Aegend inside out etc and they still add a lot of friction (and so also wear down quicker). So I use these... silky smooth:
I use these (silky smooth), and covers hand too. Best thing about sleeves? No skin buildup on mousepad.
I saw a reddit post suggesting wearing these inside out
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J1GLF2A?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
Been trying it for a couple days, feels pretty good. Material is totally smooth so there's no fabric grain.
I believe 6 sens 400 dpi is around 66.5 cm for a 360 but I can't see going anything lower than that because when I do a 180, I basically use my entire mouse pad (Large SteelSeries QcK) and barely have any room to go further than a 180
Amazon.com: Prosicion Gaming Arm Sleeve - Professional Gaming Arm Sleeve, Black, Small: Clothing
Literally anything will do, as long as it decreases the friction between your wrist and the mousepad. I sweat a lot during sessions, so it really helped me. Honestly, you could just make one out of a sock lol.
yes desk height, iam 196cm and my desk is 70cm, so my arms have 90°.
Later you can also use things like this with an arm sleeve, so you have more stability https://www.amazon.de/Ergonomic-Extender-Keyboard-Mounted-Fold-Down/dp/B081CB4QDY/ref=sr_1_59_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=schreibtisch+balltyp&link_code=qs&qid=1620300713&sourceid=Mozilla-search&sr=8-59-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExTklWNTFET0dQUU5JJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDk4MTQ2MVBUSzJCMVFYN0dLQyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNjg4OTUxMUZLUTVPN1pCRFkwUCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2J0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
I got a sports sleeve a while ago and didn't like the fact that it didn't cover the bottom of the hand. I ended up getting https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074NG8FZK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 and I've been liking that for a more consistent feel when my hand touches the pad. It's also thinner than the sports sleeves which I like, however they do wear down faster.
Relax your hand as others have said, as well get a wrist brace. Since you don't have serious issues atm I doubt strength training would be necessary, but possibly you could do some stretches, here is a playlist created by 1HP that helped me.
I can't recommend at least a wrist brace enough, the one I linked is on sale atm and it's great for that price, all you've got to do is put it on before you sleep. I play 100+ hours a week using 27.7-30cm and a relatively heavy mouse (g102 @ 85g) and essentially just with the help of a brace (and playing with a relaxed hand typically) I have basically no pain in my wrist, just a bit in my hand.
As others have all said adjusting the height of the chair and desk will help. Cloth mousepads seem to have a consistent glide of the bare forearm even when sweaty, so you can try getting one if you have a hard pad, but they will have more friction on the mouse. If you are noticing that your forearm is sticking on a hard pad, you can get a sleeve, or you can buy a little $20 usb powered fan that will blow on your arm.
$12 currently https://www.amazon.com/SmartDevil-Personal-Portable-Desktop-Operation/dp/B07PZBVLC7/
Or you can just raise your chair/ sit on a pillow and practice playing with your arm raised. This will require breaks as your shoulder gets tired, but you'll get used to it over time.
Yes. 144hz is lightyears better than 60. You'll instantly notice the improvement.
After playing on 240hz however I can tell you tracking exercises get harder when going back to 144hz.
The best specced 240hz monitor is only $305 on Amazon right now.
maybe not the best thing, but what I do is have one of those wrist support things, looks kinda like this https://www.amazon.com/Adjust-Wristband-Support-Fractures-Wristbands/dp/B01M65JFAF
and I put a suck over it. Still have sock friction but idk im too lazy to improve on it atm
I tried a couple different ones and settled on this one because it had least amount of friction with the fibers on my muse pad. Fabric on fabric can be a finicky thing, some felt great in horizontal sweeps but horrible in virtical sweeps. These ones don't seem to have that issue though and feel good in all directions. I use a glorious 3XL mat btw. Depending on your mat you may have different results.

Good luck!
I personally am using this Aegend Arm Sleeve. I tried a few other ones from amazon but these have been the best in terms of price and how they actually glide on my mousepad and desk. They also sell them without the thumb holes and in different colors. I wear them flipped inside out since the inside is way faster and have been using them for 4 months and they're still good.
> 92% polyester 8% elastane
What brand? i can't find anything on amazon that matches what you said
