Since you may not be aware of Marc Lamont Hill:
Lamont Hill claims that Trump is only using these particular African Americans (entertainers, athletes, game show hosts) as props, for the camera, because they lack specific expertise in the subject matter of the project they've been invited to participate in. This totally ignores their obvious utility in communicating the project's process and progress to the African American community, and America, at large, since much of the public recognizes and likes them. Trump understands that most people don't like to be lectured or "talked down to", so he's chosen people who can communicate with the common man. Of course, this also required Lamont Hill to assume that there were no actual experts in the meeting, which is farcical on its face, since the project will require many meetings with numerous people to make any progress.
Since they also just happen to lean conservative, which is probably one reason Trump chose to reach out to them, they are insufficient in their acceptance of Lamont Hill's Marxist tendencies. You see, Marc can't help but recognize his own greatness because he's so smart, and so, if someone doesn't agree with him it cannot possibly be due to a simple difference of opinion, it must be due to being defective in some way, hence his use of the term "mediocre". Marc's probably still congratulating himself for being so polite.
You say "unfortunate" like a natural disaster hit the Palestinians. The Israeli government has a POLICY of taking land, demolishing homes and doing everything it can to disenfranchise it's Arab citizens. Netanyahu used the recent kidnapping of Israeli teens to incite violence and the media bias regarding the Israeli government's actions in the country of their benefactors is well known.
Hamas rockets rarely hit anything, while Israeli weapons (which are state-of-the-art, courtesy of the U.S. taxpayer) are just as deadly as anything the Pentagon currently has access to. And that doesn't even begin to address the thousands of people, including children, who are being held in Israeli prisons with little hope of release or any kind of fair treatment under the current law.
The Israeli government is the 300-pound gorilla and it isn't "forced" to do anything regarding Palestinians. That's why the U.S. shouldn't give the government any money. At least then, it might reconsider it's policy of continual aggression against it's neighbors.

To put it simply, what he is asking is: "Why is it SO bad, SO morally repugnant, that this fact it is bad is never in question, yet history is full of examples of it happening?"
He points out various times in history, the Nazi, the Civil war and so forth where nations looked at what is objectively genocide and went, "Yeah, we need to do this." and asks why those times were the exception.
Why is genocide horrific in concept but when someone tries to do it people jump on board and are all for it? That is what he is asking.

As far as holding a private company to face criminal charges over it's own nomination......maybe? I would have to see if other countries have done this successfully (I expect they may have) because my initial thought is that in some fashion it would legally have to be made public instead of private and that might further entrench the two party system making it impossible for the mythical third or fourth party to EVER come into any real power.

There are two subtly different schemes for giving poor people money in a way economists approve of. One is NIT, and one is UBI. I suggest you do some research if you are curious. You can also look into the libertarian arguments for the UBI, and look into why Hayek supported it, etc.

Sunspots have been absent for most of 2018 and Earth’s upper atmosphere is responding, says Phillips, editor of spaceweather.com.
Data from NASA’s TIMED satellite show that the thermosphere (the uppermost layer of air around our planet) is cooling and shrinking, literally decreasing the radius of the atmosphere.
To help track the latest developments, Martin Mlynczak of NASA’s Langley Research Center and his colleagues recently introduced the “Thermosphere Climate Index.”
The Thermosphere Climate Index (TCI) tells how much heat nitric oxide (NO) molecules are dumping into space. During Solar Maximum, TCI is high (meaning “Hot”); during Solar Minimum, it is low (meaning “Cold”).
“Right now, it is very low indeed … 10 times smaller than we see during more active phases of the solar cycle,” says Mlynczak

I agree we live in an extremely corrupt era of humanity, and there's a vast and yawning gulf of disparity between not merely the people in the developed world but - even worse - between the undeveloped and developed world. I agree the "elites" (for lack of a better term) are quite insidious in their violence and manipulation to maintain a status quo of sorts. I do however insist the current situation is becoming more unstable and unpredictable with every passing month.

That article was quite biased, all it did was point out the essentials of Libertarianism. Yeah, they're for less government. Its how the platform works.
Just as an example, as someone who works in Public education, I do agree that Private education is way better. Private education tends to tailor to specific needs of children instead of a broad lackluster education for all. You also see a ton of the issues with government intervention come in (you can only purchase certain class supplies from the few verified vendors approved by government which costs hundreds for a cheap piece of plastic that could easily be bought at better quality and cheaply from amazon or made yourself. I can't make this shit up, I see it everyday).
P.S. seriously, not kidding. this piece of junk, which breaks continuously, cost us well over $80 to purchase through our vendors. And there are cheaper models which look like better quality on amazon as well.
