Your solution works for me too !!!!! I did what you said. And it works!!!!!

I also first got it when I downloaded the new Super Mario Maker 2 update version 3.0.0 from Reddit. And I have it decode with Base64.

1: Disable first the V2.0 update from Super Mario Maker 2. 2: And then Try removing the SMM2 from your game directory. 3: Close Yuzu. 4: Then delete the V2.0 update from nand directory. And how to do it:

Installed updates/DLC are found in %appdata%\yuzu\nand\user\Contents\registered.

1: Go to Windows. 2: And go to: %appdata% 3: Go to Yuzu. 4: And go to: \nand\user\Contents\registered. 5: To remove them, you will need to delete the registered folder. 6: Then open Yuzu and put the game back into directory. Now install V3.0 update. That worked for me

I think what would help you is a file viewer on your phone. It sounds as if you can get the nsp file on the sd card your switch is ready to install it with tinfoil already, you just dont know how to put the nsp file into the right spot on the sd card using your phone.
