I've been going to concerts for about 10-12 years now. Festivals for the last 7. I'm 29. I and especially my wife has already noticed that my hearing is starting to get worse. I've tried cheap disposable foam ear plugs but they fall out or are so uncomfortable I remove them myself. I got a $20 pair off amazon before Backwoods a few weekends ago. I was very surprised at how good the music still sounded. Also they stayed in my ear and I was not constantly having to readjust. I wish I would have bought something like this sooner, but from now on I am wearing these to every show.
Amazon link for the ones I purchased. There are a lot of choices when you look on amazon or google. $20 is a tiny investment to start protecting your hearing that everyone should be doing if you go to a lot of concerts.
Also... no more loud music in the car or loud volumes on headphones/earbuds.

Anything that lights up. After Halloween, I like to go to Walmart and raid the toy clearance section for this type of stuff
Good luck, and be safe from the snakes! Camp Bisco lineup is the best one I have seen in a long long time. I’m very jealous
Bring a shitty blanket or straw rug to put in the campsite specifically sir just lounging around without sitting on grass or dirt, and it makes your space feel really homey.
Also I suggest Oreos or some type of sweet you’ll be like “fuck yeah I have those back at camp!”
I would like to throw out this light, solar powered, keep it deflated on the top of your car to charge, then at night you have some dope ambient lighting that’s bright as hell too. Doesn’t take up too much space and you can clip it to the top of your tent with a carabiner!
I would highly reccomend Etymotics. I was just at Lost Lands Reunion this past weekend and these things made the bass hit so much harder.
I always bring diffraction glasses to give out to strangers. They seem to enjoy them and easy to bring with you in your pocket

Also, I just did a quick search on AirBnBs that are close to the venue which could definitely be an option. I found some pretty cheap ones:
First ($30/night)
Second ($25/night)
plenty, st louis has a great bar scene. personal favorites (and close to where loufest is) are the Grove and Central West End neighborhoods. highlights in the grove - atomic cowboy, urban chestnut, sanctuaria, the gramophone highlights in central west end - brennan's, sub zero, wildflower
the gramophone is having music all three nights
there are a ton of other concerts that weekend at 1 AM and 3 AM venues all over the city

Etymotic have been my go to for almost 20 years. Foam earplugs don't have the capability to have a proper frequency muting and will make stuff sound muffled like you said.
Android version - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.friendar.app&hl=en_GB
I designed it as a Minimal product, so not many features other than tagging your friends and an occasional tent. iOS should be out next few days, just wanted some feedback on idea. Looks 50/50 from these posts.
A cassette toilet is an option if you’re there for a few days and have a tent or vehicle access: VINGLI Portable 5.3 Gallon Flushing Camping Toilet w/Carrying Bag, Splash-Free Dumping, Anti-Leak Water Pump, Large Capacity Waste Tank for RV/Boat/Truck https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078YKLNFC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_A7WQ4H68C3D5JB1CAEKP

I've been consistently using earplugs for about a year now. I've been exposing myself to loud music since 2007, and honestly I wish I was smart enough to wear ear plugs then because I was younger. And not to mention when I was playing drums. Sigh
Better late than never though. I have smaller ears so most earplugs tend to be hard to fit in and/or become super uncomfortable and itchy after some time of having them in. I've tried the higher priced "musician's ear plugs" that you can get on Amazon, however they always seem to be uncomfortable for me. I found these Mack's Dream girl Earplugs at a Rite Aid and have always gone back to these.
They're geared towards people with smaller ears. My boyfriend even prefers these than his expensive musician's earplugs.
So if you experience discomfort with most earplugs, your ear size may be on the smaller size and I highly recommend giving these a shot. You can find the smaller packs as well.
I second the cots. We bought two coleman cots this year and it's freaking amazing. I feel like I slept in a regular bed each night. plus when you push them together and make it up, it kind of looks like a little bed in your tent. It's one of the greatest camping/fest purchases I've made. I won't go without them anymore.
Here's a link to the ones we have. The "deluxe" model is worth the extra 10 bucks or whatever since it's about 6'2" instead of 5'7" Coleman Deluxe Cot-Amazon
Alternatively you could use a product I created called Festival Clips which are spiked clips that attach to your wristbands. You just put each end of your wrist band in the spiked area of each clip then attach the two ends together. There's no sewing or gluing required. Setup takes about 10 seconds if you don't cut your wristbands shorter.
You could try my product Festival Clips. They're spiked clips that let you wear your wristbands again after removing them. With 12 wristbands you could chain them together and make ONE MEGA WRISTBAND that would take up about half your forearm. Forewarning: If you do that people will randomly come up and ask you about festivals you've been to.
Hi!! I went through the same struggle before going to my first festival last year. I really, REALLY wanted to buy one of the super cute Vibedration packs because they're.... cute, lol, and all my girl friends had them. I ended up going through a lot of Amazon reviews on packs and ended up with this one (in black): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C1TQ7DD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ju-3BbDBF1Q8Z
I love it! It easily survived the 3 festivals I went to this year. My favorite thing about it is how small it is, but it still has a zippered pocket. I pretty much always carry a fanny pack because it's the safest and easier way for me to keep track of my important stuff, so therefore I didn't need a hydration pack that doubled as a backpack. Going through security with it is a breeze because it's so small. It feels like it weighs practically nothing. I'm so glad I purchased this. The cute packs I was looking at cost over $50 and served the same purpose. Plus the black doesn't clash with any of my outfits lol
I hope you enjoy every second of EDCO!!
I got the 9x12 version of [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004303ZGY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share](this one) to go under our canopy and we were very glad we had it! It feels a little nicer and homier than a tarp and it has loops to stake down the corners so it stayed put all weekend. If you have the space to pack it I definitely would recommend.
Gotta get something like this to make it look unopened.
I use light duty clamps like these:
Use "tarp clips". They kinda clip onto your tapestries. No holes , no rips, no grommets.
They come with little Bungie balls which makes. It sooo easy.
We had people with binder clips after the forest and everyone in our group asked for links to the tarp clips
https://www.amazon.com/Clamps-Fasteners-Holder-Awning-Bungee/dp/B07ZD9R35W
Ziploc makes these clear plastic totes that are flexible! I find that those hard plastic totes take up so much space since you cant squeeze them into smaller spaces. Since the ziploc ones are soft and flexible, they achieve the same thing as the hard plastic ones but can be squished down and kept in smaller spaces. Plus, once you take everything out of it, you can just fold it up and its easy to put away. Its great for things like bedding, clothes, tapestries and stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Ziploc-Flexible-Totes-X-Large-Pack/dp/B00IJ7PDT4
I only bring these and 1 small hard plastic tote for fragiles.
It’ll be what you make of it. Get a hydration pack, and make sure it’s very secure. I had an Osprey hydration pack and wore a Fanny pack for my phone, and used some keychain cables to secure the buckle in the back and the zippers so only I could get into it.
Take vitamins and drink some electrolytes. Wear extremely comfortable shoes. Talk to people! People are so friendly at festivals. Even though you’ll be with friends, it’s so much fun making just-for-the-weekend friends, too.
Have toilet paper and baby wipes on hand for port-a-potties, they won’t always have TP. Someone already mentioned ear plugs, but I’m gonna say it again - ear plugs!! No one wants tinnitus. You’ll be having a blast exploring and dancing your ass off, but get some solid sleep every night too.
Figure out what sets you’re most interested in, but don’t worry about sticking to a super strict schedule. Some random sets I accidentally wandered into at Sonic Bloom this year ended up being highlights!
I did an interview with a guy that worked as a festival EMT for years. He wrote a book telling his stories/experiences and it’s so damn interesting: molly mushrooms and mayhem
Specifically Mack’s silicone earplugs are amazing for sleeping since they cover your ear hole instead of go in it. At least for me, I’ll otherwise wake up in the middle of the night with sore ear canals from regular foam earplugs. Amazon link
I got an ice fishing tent . It’s pretty thick and durable. Let me get the link . Eskimo QuickFish Series Pop-Up Portable Ice Fishing Shelter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001VG4KKI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_69XEJ6D9QYD4Q4MW2BWV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I just ordered this tent https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083R4M496/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1 on amazon and this sleeping pad SIHANM Sleeping Pad for Camping: Ultralight Compact Inflatable 2 Person Camping Mattress, Double Sleeping Mat with Built-in Foot Pump, Pillows & Waterproof Bags, for Tent Backpacking Hiking (Black)
You can get away with the 2 person tent if you don't need to store things in the tent with you. I just was on a manhunt for a nicely ventilated and reliable, user friendly set up tent on amazon and this is what I decided on
If all you need is hot water, why not just bring one of these. Literally all you need is an outlet. That seems much easier than a whole ass stove only for making coffee.
These are the cheap foam ones I bought and honestly I think they are blocking more than the High Fidelity and Loop brands…
This is the tether I used at Coachella. Attached it to my phone and had the tab thru my case charge port. Worked perfectly all weekend. Good luck!

Honestly this relatively inexpensive set of plugs from Amazon has served me great over the past few years of concerts, festivals, motorsports events, you name it. The case makes it really handy to just clip on to your camelbak.

I've tried so many ear plugs and I feel like I can never get ones that properly fit. This is what I used to have but they went defunct.
Anyone have suggestions? I have the same struggle with in-ear headphones, Apple style headphones are the only kind that fit my ears properly
So here's my plan
Since I live in NY and don't feel like flying with flower I'm gonna roll about 7-10 and ship them to my hotel 3 days ahead of the festival (I should add this is my first festival ever at 43 yrs old)I got these a while back and plan on bringing about 3-4 per day. Appreciate all the advice and if by some chance you're gonna be at this one I got 5 pre rolled with your name on it.

I'm 44 years old and have been pretty heavy my whole life. 1st thing is start walking as often as you can. Every day to build stamina. Next, sit down and relax as much as you can. It's tons and tons of walking nat most fests. Make sure you have good shoes for the venue. If it's concrete, some good walking or hiking shoes, if it's dirt then use hiking shoes. It's important.
Next, buy one of these. Whenever I can get it in, it saves my ass (and legs and back). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SPXTMSZ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_8ARQNNPR445VSFEA1JPM?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'm also going to leave you with my guide.
What you're describing is ambient sound which is pretty common in any pricey BT earbuds. You definitely do not need or want that at a festival. Just get any of the common festival earplugs you see mentioned. They do allow you to hear conversations better but not to the degree your post described.

But yes, conflict with a local holiday was poor planning on the organizers part.
This list was designed for the Wakarusa festival (too bad that's not happening this summer!), but it should apply to any outdoor, camping, partying situation. I have used it for over ten years of festival attendance and it has never let me down:

This is the one I bought in 2018. I loved it and still use it. A bit pricey and small. But super quick set up. Tear down though is hard until you get the hang of it.
Anyone want to buy a ticket? I'm trying to get rid of my 3 day pass becuase my friends bailed on me. Heres the eBay link that I have it listed for $155 buyout: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Blackwater-Music-Festival-3-Day-Pass-/280741590887 . I'm willing to negotiate the price, especially if its for a fellow redditor! :)
Its nothing fancy. Literally just a mini flash light on a key ring like this. Attach it to one of the front straps on your camelback so if you ever drop something, or need a light in a porta-potty, or are walking back to your camp in the dark you can use it for light without taking out your phone. Saves the risk of losing/dropping your phone or having it stolen as some thieves get crafting and watch where you put it away.

Here's a living social link for $100.
And Groupon for $100. Use code FIRST10 to get another $10 off (haven't tried the code myself).
Wondering the same thing. I booked through Hotels.com but my airline literally canceled my flight into Miami (tomorrow afternoon)... I couldn't even go even if I tried. Tried calling both the hotel directly and the but it says "technical difficulties." At this point even if I did go I don't know if I even have a room.
I am exploring doing a charge back on my credit card there is a whole form for hotels. I'll only do it if its appropriate under these circumstances. Not really sure what to do... i'm sure im not the only person in this position.
I'd really like to catch thrifworks at some point. Too bad he hasn't even played a show in my state, going as fast back as July 2011. Link
Serious response this time. I've not been to TITP for a decade now, but with the way the campsite was then if you camped at the bottom of the hill & the rain comes in you WILL be flooded out (a friend found his backpack floating in their tent!).
Don't camp too close to the paths (more noise and drunk people fall onto tents) nor to the toilets (smell). If you have a dome tent, don't put out any guy lines you don't NEED to - people will just fall over them & possibly damage your tent. Dome tents are VERY stable anyway, esp if pegged down at the groundsheet and with the weight of kit/people within them. Gazebos draw trouble. Having good signposts such as flags, HUGE tents, other peoples Gazebo's are great to help you find your way back to your tent as well as to direct friends to it.
Check the weather before hand. If there's a risk of crap weather don't bring clothes you'd care about throwing away. When the weather gets bad at Kinross, it gets BAD very quickly as drainage is terrible and it turns into a warzone. HERE is a pic of me at my last TITP to give you an idea. Other suggestions?
Don't take any valuables you don't NEED. Bring spare Rizlas & baccy in ziploc bags. Bring LOTS of spare Rizla's, they're like gold dust at the end of a festival, esp if it has rained! Have spare ziplocs for mobiles etc. If you have a spare mobile battery - charge it and take it! Legally they have to give free tapwater, so hang onto an empty bottle and find a refill spot to avoid paying stupid money for bottled water onsite.
Most importantly, above everything else - Have fun!
I swear by these Westones. 16 decibels attenuation is enough to protect your ears without without messing with the sound too noticeably. I actually lost mine a couple weeks ago because I hadn't realized they'd fallen out.
I had Etymotics and they hurt my ears after a while, i tried dubs and they are straight garbage. I’ve had these for a few years now and they are the best ones I’ve had. As far as filtering and comfort goes these are my favorite. I don’t even notice I have them in after a concert.
I use these Westones and they are so comfortable I usually forget I'm wearing them. In fact I just lost a pair last weekend because I hadn't even noticed they had fallen out.
These are my absolute favorite: Glow Stick Ball, Party Lovers Ultra Bright Glowing Stick Ball, Brilliant Glowing Non-Inflammable Colored Stick, 4 Pack https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0796WPW71/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_QJ99DW44S9WQA2VBR71M
I also really like the flow rings. Not as discreet but probably one of my favorite things to bring.

Not sure if these are the exact pair, but I bought these for Ubbi Dubbi in 2019 and have worn them to probably 15+ shows/festivals since and have had zero issues with pain and they keep my feet clean, just make sure the fit properly. I have a friend who had the same pair and they are a tad too small and her toes hurt by the end of the night.
If you want an even more theft proof option check out running belts. A good one is flipbelt, I can't recommend it enough, it's made of a spandex type material, there's no clips or anything so it can't be snatched. Can hold phone/cards/cash. The best part is the pockets are on the inside so there's no way a thief can access the stuff. Tried one for the first time at edc orlando and it was so handy. Here's what Im referring to

There's going to be a box truck that follows the shuttles. But I assume its still going to be a pain in the ass. I got a wagon like this. I'm going to pack all my stuff in a couple plastic bins to make loading/unloading the truck easier. Should also help keep stuff dry if it rains more.

Sweet, thank you for the reply. Really helped out!! Do you by any chance know if they allow power stations? I know I can bring my portable battery packs but am I allowed to bring in a power station, a small one. That way I don't have to stand around by the recharge station?
I was thinking something like this:
I have a lot, if you attend any amount of Anjuna shows their fans tend to hand out a lot of the rubber band wristbands, and I do my best to keep my festival wristbands intact too. I have mine on my dresser on display with one of these
Bonus you can also show off any of your favorite kandi that way too.
Lots of ppl have said the obvious stuff like water find shade etc. Here are my two pieces of advice-
Splurge on the RIGHT clothes. yeah it's nice to look good but at the end of the day you'll be happier if you're comfy. I HIGHLY recommend the brand Vuori. you can order them online and they sell them at REI as well if you have one nearby. their clothes are expensive but I wear them when I go camping in hot ass Texas heat & HIGH humidity (80%+) and always feel comfy even when I'm covered in sweat. And mind you I wear their joggers in that heat to protect myself from bugs, sunburn, and getting cut up on branches and stuff out in the woods and I'm just as comfortable as I am wearing shorts. their clothes are the softest things on earth so you forget you're wearing them and they dry SO FAST, I'd go hiking and get completely drenched in sweat and after 5-10 minutes of sitting down even in the sun they're completely dry, your body dries off because they wick the sweat off of you, and you feel cool and clean again. and they're designed for camping/outdoor wear so you can get away with wearing them for 2-3 days without feeling gross and dirty, which is nice since they're pricey. their shirts are just as great too, check them out!
buy yourself some of these you put water on them, ring them out, and shake them in the air and they get magically cold. you can wrap them around your head, over your shoulders, around your neck etc and they will keep you cool. if it gets warm, just shake it out again and bam, magically cold again. just add water and repeat when they dry off. they save my life. plus you can use them to wipe off the sweat and everything. these two things alone save me and I hope they help you!
I did not know this, throwing on Drum and Bass mixes for the remainder of the night on Global Connection Radio, its under the "Night Life" section on the ADz app.. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.absolutedigitalservices
Normal places for any of the camping stuff. Amazon is pretty cheap for some good stuff usually.
I use a dark room tent, they are way cooler and it's actually dark inside it so you can sleep in a little in the mornings. Ear plugs are a good idea too.
A Camelbak is pretty essential imo. You gotta stay hydrated and being able to easily carry a decent amount of water is nice. Most fests have free water fill stations too. I put an inline water filter on mine just to make sure I'm drinking filtered water that doesn't have a bad taste to it.

You could use this product I created called Festival Clips. They attach to your wristbands via spikes so you don't need to glue or sew them in.
This bag is on Amazon . It has two drink holders and a separate zippered compartment . clear bag
You're welcome. There is a lot to read about online. Spend a week reading about band contracts (some of these are hilarious with the demands); previous concert experiences, e.g. https://www.jacksonville.com/entertainment/2017-05-18/concerts-flopped-collection-bad-gig-stories-some-well-known-musicians and get yourself a book like https://www.amazon.com/This-Business-Concert-Promotion-Touring/dp/0823076873 which is a lot cheaper than courses. Start small, a friend call me up last week and he is bored in retirement. He has found a place that has outdoor picnic tables that would hold about 50 people so he is going to hire a small band for $500. Tickets will be just $10 to get started, and the $$ is made from food and drinks. You actually make a ton of money from selling soda, beers, and water. My experience with food is that it is a lot of work to deal with and you don't really make any money off of it.
I was looking at a bag to purchase on amazon as it will be my primary bag for shopping and the entire festival. Its just beyond the size constraints they have listed on their website, but I wanted you guys opinion on it. https://www.amazon.com/Luxton-Home-Clear-Backpack-Organization/dp/B07KMQ71KN/ref=sr_1_104?dchild=1&keywords=festival+approved+bag&psc=1&qid=1570511016&s=apparel&sr=1-104

These were recommended by Bassnectar’s sound guy, Killer Kyle. I’ve been using for a couple months and have no complaints.
i wouldnt bother with tent stakes. she will find plenty of those at festivals. Ive never had to use a first aid kit, either... get her something she mightn't have thought of, that she will constantly have to use. https://www.amazon.com/Klymit-Static-Lightweight-Sleeping-Green/dp/B007RFG0NM?ref_=bl_dp_s_mw_6764188011 these are amazing. Maybe a hydroflask and/or camelbak if she doesnt already have those things. flashlight/headlamp.
I use the One Step Tye Dye usually:
And I just shake and spray it on the shirt, then wrap the shirt and let it soak overnight.
Are you suggesting for the "bucket-style"/"multi-step" tye dye, that I just dip then and let it sit in the dye over night instead?
Get a faceted Crystal ball I love mine, it's more of a toy than goggles imo and you can shine/reflect light through it and with it. Very versatile. Shop around a little tho cuz I found mine for $5 and it's perfect
I use rain boots. I have only used them for 1 festival so far but I can walk in water up to the top of them without leaking. I also bought a rain jacket and rain pants from the same company helly hansen. The jacket and pants were 1 day late for the last festival but it looks like I will need everything for the werk out next week.

Depending on your response to those, I can give plenty more recommendations. I’ve been the light guy for our festival/burn camps for a couple decades now and have tried out quite a few options.
I've never had a problem getting it in with these https://www.amazon.com/Hidden-Flask-Sunscreen-Anywhere-Restricted/dp/B01J2PTI7Y/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1510680670&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=sunscreen+flask&psc=1
Display them on your festival pack! If you can get them off with out having to cut them, smash the plastic piece off so just the tails are hanging. You can buy cheap clips like these and sew them on. That way you can wear them again if you want or do like a lot of DJ's and other festival goers do and display them on your back pack/ camelbak!
Love this. For several years now I have been keeping a car cup holder ashtray in one of the bottle holsters of my hydration pack.
I use it, those in my group use it (if they haven't started doing the same thing), and other people walking near me even use it sometimes! I just empty it occasionally in a trash can.
I also have some friends that use a Kiipr pouch instead. Depends on how much you smoke and how often you want to empty it, I suppose. One friend even brings these 10-packs and hands them out to people.
I've tried 3-4 different brands of ear plug and the best one I've found has been Westone. They're so good there has been a couple times where I forgot that I was wearing them and forgot to take them out after a set at a festival, go to put them on again at the next set and freak out thinking I lost them but they were still in my ears the entire team. No change in what you can hear for a set or even for casual conversation.
To piggy back off this, a cheaper solution might be to just buy a 12v portable battery pack and car port adapter to charge it, though a jump start battery and solar panels are definitely solid investments if you don't mind spending a bit more.
Birkenstock sandals during the day, Merrel hiking shoes at night. (I hate stumbling around in the dark in sandals. Plus my feet will inevitably get stepped on.)
Fanny pack with led light strips powered by 8AA;
inside is schedule, ear plugs, sunglasses, maybe some small toys/pins to give out.
I'll sunscreen before or not go out before dark. Phone and wallet go in pockets or more ideally i wont need them in the first place. Some times i'll just bring $20 and a card in a smaller wallet that's attached to me somehow. I'm of the strategy leave most stuff at home base and come back to it if you need.
I've had these for almost 3 years and they are the best 13$ I've ever spent. I forget I have them in, and they have never fallen out. Highly recommend.
These have been my go to for 2 years. I love them.
Closest thing I've seen you talking about are fiber optic whips
https://www.amazon.com/Fiber-Optic-Whip-BitWhip-Swivel/dp/B00C2D8U0A
I've seen some that have random branches in them that give it the spider web look. None that look like a small tree though!
Theyre fiber optic whips, or trip whips as Ive heard them
Theres speculation among the flow community about whether its a flow art or not, but I say if you like it - buy it and play with it at festivals, dont listen to elitist haters.
I love the damn things, when Im full on it just looks amazing especially if you just pull it all around your body like a snake... super wild
Theyre on amazon for around $100

I just lost one of my Etymotic Research ER20 plugs at a show last weekend. I was pulling them out of their case and it slipped out of my fingers and went flying into the crowd. I ordered a replacement pair - now known as the Etymotic ETY - as soon as I got home. They only cost $13. Your hearing is worth much more than that!
A few years ago I brought my ER20s to an audiologist appointment. I let the doc know that I regularly attend loud concerts and festivals and asked about custom molded earplugs. She said that the ER20s were fine as long they fit my ears and that I use them every time...
There's a bunch like this
I just don't know which one is good
I use customs now but these worked great for me. They work about as well as the ES20 but they're less noticeable and a bit more comfortable for me.
these. I've had three pairs. love them
I've also tried Etymotic Research ER20. They're too stiff in my ear and I didn't like the stem poking out. I like to mosh at shows. The sound was also softer maybe? Maybe less bassy.
So, I should have put this in the original question, but my brother and I are trying to get this one so we can attach it to an umbrella for a mobile spray-n-shade.
The problem is, the sprayer is out of stock everywhere (except Amazon's 3rd-party thing but that's about 4X what we are willing to spend on the mister.
Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap (Link at bottom). You don't need much, its easy to wipe off with very little water, smells good, and is safe for the environment. You can order it online or find it at Whole Foods or Target (Target has little 2oz travel bottles). Bring a wash cloth for each day (unless want to scrub your face with the same towel that you cleaned your sweaty junk with) and one or two towels. You basically just take a sponge bath and wipe off with a wet towel. The peppermint scent is really refreshing!
You can get them at any home depot type place or like a garden supply store. Also, the all mighty amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Mister-Garden-Pressure-Adjustable-Bottle/dp/B00ZTXE3XS?ie=UTF8&keywords=water%20mister&qid=1465284895&ref_=sr_1_5&s=lawn-garden&sr=1-5
The peacock feathers are a bit more challenging. You have to look around arts and crafts places. I know a place in LA called the Feather Place that has really nice dyed ones. I think they ship as well.
Its a double so if theres other people in the tent it still leaves plenty of room for them. Its definitely not the best air mattress I've used, deflates as the night goes on but I just use the battery pump to re-up before going to sleep each night. Small and easy to transport, does the trick and lets me get much more sleep than I usually would on the ground
Yea trying to find any info is a real bitch. Trying to find where to buy these things is even harder. I don't even think anyone sells the monster speaker in canada. The only place where I can find it is ebay.
Heres a slight comparison on amazon for the first and second. It seems like they just added some extra feature and a bigger battery. But I would rather have a speaker with a 100hour battery thats a little quieter then a 50 hour battery, especially since you can charge your phone off these things.
Link to amazon( scroll down a bit and see the comparison):http://www.amazon.com/Monster-Portable-Outdoor-Wireless-Speaker/dp/B00Y1D6ISK
I know I want to get one of those too. In the meantime I bought this I use the e chair fro camping (it's really comfy) and I take the smaller ottoman in to the fest. When the ottoman is deflated and folded up it's small enough to fit in purse or bag. Plus since it's small you can easily blow it up on your own quickly without getting light headed. Good for when you're posted up at a stage for awhile (My back doesn't do well with all the standing at fests)
