The NFL has had issues with this and their deal with Mircosoft. Announcers kept calling them iPads. http://www.geekwire.com/2015/oops-al-michaels-refers-to-microsoft-surface-as-an-ipad-on-nfls-opening-night/
From my comment below:
Basically it transcribes your voice as you're talking and tries to make a chat message out of it, in this case it looks like it was going English <-> English. My fiance is overseas for college, and when this first installed as part of an update, it read her localization and somehow decided that Scotland = Spanish somehow...so everything she said was being plopped into the chat box in truly awful Spanish. I guess it's supposed to be handy or something, but it was also transcribing me speaking in English very, very poorly. As in "You should probably get a CT scan for tumors in your brain" badly.
The biggest problem with emoji is that they don't render consistently across platforms.
Have a look at all the different renderings of smirky face and notice that Samsung smirky is half asleep, Microsoft smirky looks worried, LG smirky looks specifically quite worried about getting to the toilet for a big 💩 and Mozilla smirky looks like a DreamWorks baby.
😪 is another one that's often misinterpreted although that's also cultural because Japanese people actually talk about the fact that when you get sleepy some people's noses get runny. When you yawn your eyes might water and the water might drain down your nose. Samsung adds zz to avoid ambiguity but that just makes it look like he's already asleep. So I send you a sleepy face and on say Microsoft, HTC or Messenger you clearly see a crying face.
Solitaire: Decked Out on Android is the one to get. I think it has IAP but it's only for card backs, and you can unlock them all by playing. No ads except for the very rare prompt from the developer pitching their other games.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devsisters.SolitaireDeckedOut
It was locked earlier, I think mistakenly, because a mod or automod stated that the name wasn’t blacked out.
...I saw it earlier because I’m a weirdo who loves hand polishing my floors and was too eager to find out what product this gal was talking about to notice there were no comments.
So now that it’s unlocked: omg srsly what product is she talking about? I want it.
ETA: Found it..?
>AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just want to take this chance to say how amazing Amazon customer service is. Last week I ordered a new Kryptonite disc lock (after a few years my old one started to suck). Somehow I received a Ryzen 1700X CPU instead. I contacted Amazon and they overnighted my lock and said I could keep the CPU as a "gift."
The best part is that I was planning on a Ryzen build but two weeks ago my old bike kicked the bucket so I had to use the funds I was going to spend on the new PC on getting a new bike.
So, thanks Amazon! It might just be a write-off to you but it was a really big deal to me :)
According to the Amazon listing it was published September 2016. The fact that I could just go look that up really made me appreciate how wild the internet is.
Aw! Your DOD needs a tragically hip keyboard like mine. I have poor lighting in my room and so needed one with big visible keys.
Azio do some really nice looking cheap vision keyboards, (I paid half price for mine elsewhere and so shop around).
The backlight comes in 3 colours and can be turned on and off. Very important as I also suffer from migraines/seizures.
When my mum asked why I need 3 colours I said I use blue for regular internet stuff, purple for gaming and red for hacking...of course. Yes, I do sometimes turn the red light on and type like Fran from Black books when she walks past.
EDIT: Just noticed the amazon US version of the keyboard has 5 colours. Not sure what I would do with the remaining two.
That is not correct. Grapefruit (and Seville oranges) contain chemicals that inhibit the liver enzyme cytochrome P450 3A4. The inhibition can cause blood levels of medication to become too high or too low, depending on what happens to the medication when it comes into contact with CYP3A4.

This is what they would send you if you did that
edit: police, help. The fourth pic killed me
Lots of nicer keyboards have it built in, just flip a switch on the back.
In Mac and Linux put this in your .bashrc or some other file that runs at startup
setxkbmap us -option caps:backspace xset r 66 # makes it repeat when holding down
Windows:
Install SharpKeys. Run it. Click "add new". On the left side, click "caps lock". On the right side, click "backspace" (or control or whatever). Click "write to registry". Done.
edit: removing accidental fluff from my personal linux setup

Well, only if we assume that every person posted here is of perfectly sound mental health. Given the number of posts and the fact that age-related cognitive decline is a thing, not to mention diseases like Alzheimer's, or the fact that many seniors are less-able to afford proper healthcare, then I think that's probably not the best assumption to make.
I'm not so much arguing that it's okay to laugh at autistic people as I am sucking all the fun out of this sub for myself, by the way. Bother.
As for the original post, it's possible that the person's comment is unrelated to the autism. You certainly don't need to be autistic to mistake satire for the real thing -- it's something that happens all the time. Sometimes (in)famously so. Remember that time the ex vice-president of Fifa went on TV and bragged about how he'd caught the US in a lie, using an Onion article as proof?
Or heck, just take a look at /r/theonion+nottheonion to get a feel yourself. It's kinda an easy mistake to make sometimes.
Plus weird stuff happens all the time. A gorilla with ISIS links is pretty crazy, yeah, but remember that time CNN announced that ISIS was marching in a gay pride parade? Seems like painfully obvious satire, but yet it was intended to be serious.
Anyway, I'm not entirely sure what my point here is, just I felt like it was worth pointing all this stuff out. It does seem a little mean to me, but the more I think about it, the less I can pinpoint why it's worse than normal posts...
A VPN is just a server. It could be a server in a datacenter run by a VPN company like TunnelBear or Private Internet Access, or it could be a server in your aunt's closet. You send an request to it like "visit ", it will resolve that request based on the network that it knows about, and send the results back to you. If you live in a place where the internet is censored, when you make that request on your own network you might get an error page (or a totally different website.)
You can think of this part of the internet (which is called DNS) as like a big phonebook. You have an entry for a domain name that corresponds to a physical server somewhere. So, normally will direct you to a server that returns the home page of YouTube to you. But if someone didn't want you to be able to get that page and they had control over the phonebook printer, they might publish the phonebook without a listing for youtube, or maybe with a wrong number. When you use a VPN, it's kind of like connecting to an operator and having them forward you to the number you want based on what's in their phonebook. But the thing is, any one of billions of people could be this operator, and while it's easy for the person who owns the phonebook printer we talked about before (China) to keep track of a few of the big-name operators (the VPN providers we mentioned before in this analogy), they can't stop you from calling your cousin in California (i.e., some small random server) and getting the information you need from her.

If you guys haven't already, you may want to read Wrinkles by Paco Roca. There's a movie adaptation as well and they did great job with it, but I found the book to be a lot more enjoyable.
No shame man, I believe this is the link or will direct to the right product

You probably don't have time for it, and it's off-topic, but I just wanted to say that I was in the exact same boat before I googled how to do it and found https://www.typing.com/
I thought I learned the correct way to type and it shocked me how wrong I was. I now practice it whenever I'm bored and it's really helped. Still not super efficient for me when I need to be fast, but I think It'll eventually feel natural to me.
Oof...today I've been chatting with someone from match, aside from the atrocious spelling (which he admitted to bc of his quick hunt/peck 2 finger typing skills), he did this. I cringed b/c all I could think of was r/oldpeoplefacebook, for real.
There is a chemical called Inositol (myoinositol). It is related to a B vitamin (was once classified as a B vitamin). You can get it as a powder. It is the taste and texture of confectioner's sugar. I take 1/2 - 1 TBS every morning under my tongue when i wake up and it has rid me of morning nausea. It also has the added benefit of regulating insulin/blood sugar and works wonders for people with PCOS. Its just good stuff in general.

beauty of android is you can install an app to allow 180 degree rotation (upside down). That way your screen is never upside down.
Hell yeah, I sent the same pic and basic caption to my sister about this method earlier this summer! I’ve been duped by that microwave popcorn for too many years. I discovered the glorious Flavacol movie theater salt.
over at the android side, solitare is free, ad free, in app purchase,

Yes, I bought them for my mom once! Moccasin/slipper things. I took a screenshot and sent it to everyone I knew. These.
What is VPN - Virtual Private Network? Webopedia Definition
A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that is constructed using public wires — usually the Internet — to connect remote users or regional offices to a company's private, internal network. People also ask What is VPN and why do I need it?

What is meant by virtual private network?

Then look for a better app. Sounds like it's using the browser for HTML5 support. Try uninstalling the default app or changing it to a new one. Try Weather Channel's app or WU.

QKSMS is very similar to Textra in terms of features, of course some are different, but popup windows and customizability is comparable. The app is fully open source so you can review the code yourself. Even if you don't do it, knowing r/android, there would already have been an outrage if there was something shady going on in their code. Here's their GitHub
I used to be a hairstylist and I also have this issue. The reason why anti dandruff shampoo doesn't work is because this isn't true dandruff, it's something else. I think it might be sebhorric dermatitis, but I'm not 100% sure. Basically the scalp grows too fast and isn't shedding properly, leaving you with flakes.
What I'd advise people to do is to get a small brush with somewhat stiff nylon bristles (this one is my favorite and can be found for sale in many salons for cheaper than this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004Z1LD8S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_07AIAbCNNT377) you brush the flakes off the scalp with the comb, but be careful to not brush too hard! Once that's done, I put tea tree conditioner all over my scalp. I use a Paul Mitchell medicated tea tree conditioner. If you buy this, PLEASE buy it from a salon, not the grocery store or online. You'll probably get tampered or expired product if you don't buy from a salon. You can even get this stuff at Great Clips, it's a very popular product. I give my scalp a good massage and leave the conditioner on for 10-30 minutes, then rinse it out. It's not a perfect treatment yet, but it's pretty effective and I'm still experimenting with different products so I can get this figured out.
A waterblade, check them out they make washing/drying your car 1000X easier and better. Here's a smaller cheaper version more applicable to cars and smaller vehicles. Also works great to clean shower glass apparently.
Ah. So the thing that Facebook Messenger has built-in.
I use it in Messenger from time to time but with friends who are around my age. I've shown it to my mom (who doesn't do the whole emoji thing but has shared Minion "memes" with me before) and so far I haven't received one from her, which I'm fine with.
But yeah, that's not a thing on Android thankfully. There are so-called "GIF keyboards" but they appear to have little traction. Giphy exists on Android but at the moment all they have is the actual GIPHY app (for the website) and a retarded-looking "GIPHY CAM".
No seriously, look at it.
