For general strength and hypertrophy for an entry-level trainee I'd recommend SWEAT by Geoffrey Schofield. It's quite cheap and I think it's a solid introduction to training with weights.
Very handy app for tracking your workouts. Awesome graphs to visualize your progress, 1RM estimates, weekly volume per muscle group etc.
I've always enjoyed the simpler apps which focus on just tracking lifts, basic timers, notes, estimated 1RMs, some pretty graphs and CSV exports.
For Android, I used Fitnotes. It's by far the best app for me, and it was free.
For iOS, I've been using Fitnotes 2 for the past few months. It's backwards and forwards compatible with Fitnotes for Android, but it is a $35 lifetime purchase. I felt that it was worth it since I have Fitnotes data going back to 2016 and it's fun to look back at the journey.
I use this stuff I found on Amazon. It works really well.

Have you ever used these things? I used to have elbow pain from bench, after a month of using these it went away. Pain hasn't been back since, that was 4 years ago. Also my forearms and wrists got bigger Hopefully the link works

I would lose the belt. With almost all lifts you need a strong core and a belt gives you a false sense of that. I would concentrate on proper core engagement throughout all your lifts. I had low back injury that took me over a year to recover. It might have been the best thing that happened to me. I dropped the weight and went back to the basics and now I am lifting heavier than ever. I would recommend Rebuilding Milo
Straps will help with grip strength when your struggling to hold onto the weight for pull movements. Wrist wraps such as these is what I'm referring to https://www.amazon.com/DMoose-Fitness-Weightlifting-Powerlifting-Bodybuilding/dp/B07ZKVK121/ref=sr_1_13?dchild=1&keywords=wrist+wraps&qid=1631601934&sr=8-13

The thumbless/fake/suicide grip alleviates pressure off the rotator cuffs and wrists and the wraps further support those push movements.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitness22.workout I've always used this one. You can chose sets, reps and rests between them. The only disadvantages for me is that you can't add more than 5 sets and some excercises are not included...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitworkoutfast can be used and all options you need can be added. If feature is missing let me know and maybe I can write it. but clear description of what is expected on what button action is needed.
This one. It's a lot more full featured than the screenshots show, and I recommend trying the free version to see it before purchasing.
I ended up snatching one of these which works really well.

I wasn't going to go hard like kraken but my dude you have no size to you. You have some definition, sure, but that's a function of being lean. You should pick up the 5/3/1 book, do the "boring but big" template with some curls and whatever tricep isolation for your arms, and eat like a damn horse. Heavy compound movements are the best way to grow (assuming you're not going to hop on a load of anabolics) and some isolation accessories will pump up your guns. Keep it simple, basic, and heavy and see what happens. I've ended up pimping it all over the place but Josh Bryant's Metroflex Powerbuilding Basics would be a fantastic resource for you.
Hey I recently released this app to follow 5/3/1: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxworkoutcoach.workouttrainer.workouttrainer
It has many of the variations mentioned in the book. I am going to add more. Do let me know if you like it and how I can improve it. Cheers!
Did you follow any app? I was asking because I recently developed one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxworkoutcoach.workouttrainer.workouttrainer
Can you do me a favor and check it out and give me feedback? I am asking because you've run the program and would be the perfect guy to ask what you would need in an app for this program.
I've been using Stronglifts 5x5 app since I mostly do SL5x5. A very simple app. I have a growing interest in Intensity though. I just hope the Import gets fixed soon, so that I can really start using it.
I've been using JEfit for a while, even though the exercises haven't been updated since the app was made, it's still great and very customizable. You can log you're weights, time rest periods, add your own exercises, calculates your one rep maxes. Basically has all you need for the gym.
