You should get a cessation app for your phone. I have one called <em>Get Rich or Die Smoking.</em> (Android)

You start by entering the cost of a pack of your favorite smokes, how many you smoke per day, and the last time you had one. It then tracks how much money you've saved, how much tar/nicotine you've not inhaled, health milestones you've reached, etc.

There's been many times I've curbed an urge by looking at this app and being reminded what I've accomplished.

The pants were just some old khakis I had cut up while going camping one year. The shirt is just a cheap jelly green long sleeve shirt that I put electrical tape on for the lettering, and a tarp on my back that I got from a friend.

My friend used some program called CyberGhost or something like that to get it to work a few hours ago. Not like it really matters anymore since it's like 2 hours away in the US but it worked for us if anyone's desperate.
