This might not be the sort of thing you were looking for, but you should play Anna Anthropy's Dys4ia if you haven't.
This is her website. She makes some great games, I would recommend playing some if you liked Dys4ia.
Check out this service. It basically gives you access to a cloud PC, so you could set up the server, then people would connect to it. Instead of connect through your internet.
There might also be a way to rent a terraria specific server. But you'd have to look for it on Google. I haven't ever checked.
Roguelikes are one of my favorite things!
I usually play NetHack or, when I'm not up for quite that much difficulty, Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup.
I've tried to get my family and friends into Roguelikes, but I'm afraid they don't really see the charm of the genre. I guess ASCII 'graphics', permadeath, and literally dozens of keyboard commands are a bit off-putting.
Call me casual, but I love the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. Most others just end up feeling bland and lifeless after so long. I'm keeping my eye on FTL though, as it looks to be very fun, if not strictly a roguelike in the traditional sense.
EDIT- so something weird seems to be happening with my link markup. Any idea what's wrong?
If you like Braid, you have to play Transistor. I can't imagine it's too hardware-taxing.
Also, consider checking out Kingdom of Loathing, for something that A) doesn't care about your computer's specs, and B) is completely free. :)
Thanks youu!! The keyboard come from amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/GM610-Wireless-Mechanical-Keyboard-Swappable/dp/B08QV9D8WN/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2MUS6LOKI18OH&keywords=newmen+gm610+keyboard&qid=1662621526&sprefix=Newmen+%2Caps%2C232&sr=8-3 ) and the keycaps are 3 different sets of cheap keycaps from aliexpress :)
Try using the unofficial patch, which fixes a lot of the game's bugs. Compatability mode might help, too, if you haven't tried it yet. There's also this guide.
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/emerald-dream/zlue I had quit a month after legion. before a major patch
please someone convince me to come back to Wow give me a reason!! I crave healing again
While your computer is still fresh and you have no data to lose, it might be worth it to try out Linux instead! Support for games isn't perfect and sometimes takes a little noodling around to get a given game to work, but WoW, for example, supposedly runs flawlessly through Lutris.
Getting used to how the OS works will be a little awkward at first (like switching from Apple to Android phones or vice-versa) but if you pick a popular distro (Ubuntu or Manjaro), you'll have a really easy time Googling for answers.
That's odd.
For me it shows up. I messaged the moderators, though.
>Anyone else play? This game is like if the original Legend of Zelda and Diablo had a kid.
>It's a Roguelike about a kid who's Christian broadcasting obsessed mother hears the Voice of God, who tells her to sacrifice her son. Isaac escapes through a trap door, into a basement filled with monsters, power ups, and other cool stuff. Armed only with his own tears and stark raving naked, Isaac battles the monsters in the basement and further below, trying to get to safety.
>There's a demo on Newgrounds, and the full game is only five bucks.
>Also, I may just be reading into things, but the alt characters Magdelene and Eve are basically just Isaac in a wig, and you can obtain the items Mom's Underwear, Mom's Bra, Mom's Lipstick, Mom's Heels...
Feel free to join the discord and just hang out or mess around and level an alt for a while. I really think this guild is something special, a very unique active community.
I knew we made it when some bullshit troll was being a transphobe in lfg and some typical capital G Gamers were like "dude youd better watch out, the Night Witches will hear you"
I like classic console gaming :) The Super NES is my favorite console of all time, and I love several games on other platforms like the NES and Colecovision as well. You can check out my collection on Backloggery if you're interested. There aren't pictures, but I've meticulously recorded practically every game I own there.
Toontown used to be an mmo with more silly undertones Than the ones traditionally played like wow etc. it shut down a few years ago but some people remade it exactly, and call it toontown rewritten
Update's live, and you can't play atm.
Here's the patch notes if anyone's interested: https://fallout.bethesda.net/en/article/4rzMQ3PdnK5hOjt1fc9VAV/fallout-76-wild-appalachia-patch-notes-march-13-2019
My favourite to use is Clownfish Voice Changer. It's system wide so you can use it on any app, and there's a custom pitch option so you can set it to something that sounds believable and affirming to you.
On PC, the one I use is Clownfish Voice Changer. When you install it, I suggest selecting Custom Pitch and then tweaking the slider to a level you are comfortable with.

For example:
I have a series of books I wrote under my old male name, I keep it around as a pen name because building an audience is rough:
There are some soundcards that come with their own voice changer FX included in the card software. For example: Creative Soundblaster. The prize is between 30 and 200.
I think this is the cheapest option.
