You can only run .unity3d files in a web browser equipped with the Unity Web Player-- they don't function as stand-alone executables. If that doesn't work, you can still play Space Paranoids here!
Enjoy, and remember: it's all in the wrist. ;)
There's Edex-ui that's a working terminal app based on Encom OS as seen in Tron Legacy
Looks cool, works like a charm, has different and customizable themes
To anyone asking, I got the game as part of an application called "Flashpoint Launcher". It has a ton of old web games archived into one application (last I checked, it's currently at 59,000). Both "Tron Legacy: Light Cycle" and "Tron Legacy: Disc Battle" are in this application. Here's where you can download it: https://bluemaxima.org/flashpoint/downloads/
The platform I'm using doesn't support it, but you can always find friends in the same "server". I'm using Roblox, which tends to be aimed at kids, especially in the past, but it has an older teenage audience making games. This VOLT game isn't the most official of games but it should still be a ton of fun. It looks really different than what currently exists on the platform.
You can see more on this guy’s YouTube channel. It’s a little mod for Star Wars Battlefront 2 with a survival mode and a campaign. Here’s the Moddb page.
Thanks so much! Gonna see if I can get one. Found a badass tron art piece for my office yesterday on etsy.

Getting one red one blue to face each other on opposite sides of my desk
Not quite what you're looking for as it's an application not a full theme, but it's usable-ish.
"eDEX-UI is a fullscreen, cross-platform terminal emulator and system monitor that looks and feels like a sci-fi computer interface. Heavily inspired from the TRON Legacy movie effects (especially the Board Room sequence)"
That download you linked worked fine for me in this emulator.
The files vi, i, bg0, bg1, bg2, bg3, bg4 and br are simple png files but they're not sprites/textures, just backgrounds of some sort. I've not figured out how to export the textures and model files.
EDIT: I managed to get the texture files and the rest of the images exported, the link to the zip of the images is here. Not sure if this is the game you're looking for but that's all I've found so far.
Been trying to import the models file into java with J2ME, but it won't work.
Thank you, appreciate that :) And yeah absolutely, this is the product I was using, you might be able to find it cheaper than that but just to give you an idea: https://www.amazon.com/jiguoor-Battery-strobing-Illumination-Decoration/dp/B07JJ8GQFR/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=blue+neon+tube+string+light&qid=1604475035&sr=8-3
A word of unsolicited advice: focus on your Minimal Viable Product before investing any time on anything else. Make a prototype with the unique feature of visibility tied to sound making, and don't include anything else. No level editor. No multiplayer matchmaking ladder. No unique weapons. Just give everyone a rifle that never runs out of bullets. No spectating. No anti cheat measures. No customizing the HUD. In fact don't even put anything on the HUD. Just make the product with your unique idea, get it out there, get early adopters to start playing it, and if it works well you can add all those other features later. The goal is to get people playing the game as early as possible so you can collect data about how they play and use that data to make informed choices as you continue to develop it.

the necklace was from etsy, the shirt was from amazon
Even after the delisting, retail keys for the game and bundles that include it will work on Steam and can be bought from a few places.
The Disney Other-Worldly Adventure Pack bundle includes the game (at least if you're activating a key, the bundle on Steam Store might not) and you can get that from at least two legit resellers: Fanatical and IndieGala .
Grey market sites are an option, but there the bundle goes for substantially less than T:E by itself.

I created this wallpaper by combining some images I found via Google. I believe the original artist of the lightcycles is Katie McCormack.
4PCS Upgrade Rechargeable... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097BWMPBS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share only problem is that it’s only one color unlike light mode, however at the price point, this is the bang for your buck

Do you think either of these would be a good idea? I wanted both films, and these had the soonest shipping dates.
The game is under development and I appreciate any feedback.

The "wide release" version of this is retailing for $70-$100.
You can use el led lights. They are great and come in a bunch of different sizes and colors. Here’s a link: TGHCP Neon EL Wire Blue Lights 2 Pack 5 in 1 Meter EL Wire Kits (Blue) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZNR6YWG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_xq1AFb3FQQ4XE
... but there literally is an easy way to. Took me less than 30 seconds to bring it up in Amazon and you can buy it in HD there for $2.99 ... You're telling me you can't toss 3 bucks at a show you enjoyed to support it?
There is also a LE Keyboard and wired PS3 controller. Among them all, the XBOX 360 stood out as the controller to get. I have one of my own. With mine, the left thumbstick grip is showing a bit of wear. I might have to spring for this and apply it over the existing grip.
Overall, it is a great controller. Mine has seen a ton of LAN parties in college and Halo MP matches across the franchise.
