Wave is pretty cool, and I think it's still on sale (free)
Also Tapet, but I don't think it really counts as a live wallpaper in the original meaning (it allows you to assign it to lockscreen as a workaround)

Can't say how great it is on battery yet but I've just started using the Wave LWP set with custom colors. Really happy so far.

I think you can create your own using this app: Wave. But I think you need to purchase it for full customization. I can't remember I got it for free thanks to cool guys in /r/googleplaydeals :p oh and there's a ps3 preset I just checked

It's completely configurable. The top and bottom are #000, but the middle isn't. But it can be adjusted in the settings so that there's no aura and it's true black across the entire background.
I'm a big fan of Wave, you can get some really cool shifting hues in the background as you scroll.
I'd recommend downloading it and having a muck around with the settings, there are plenty of ways to customize it to your taste

One of my favorite features is actually a very minor one. Normalize icon size. Makes all the icons a consistent size. Homescreen has weather timeline, icon pack is immaterialis, Wave live wallpaper, Wave is actually an amazing live wallpaper app. So many options. Wave
You can download the Google music manager on your desktop computer, which will upload all of your media to the Google music app. This stores all your music in the cloud and allows you to play it via streaming or download it to your droid.
You will have to search on the play store for a banking app.
The default camera so in the turbo is pretty nice. Definitely use the moto app to enable gestures. It's is a must for parents. Kids do not still for long.

Each of the icons represents a folder, except the camera icon. The third icon from the bottom uses Popup Widget shortcuts to keep the home screen clean.
