In the official Among Us page it saids on “One crew mate has be replaced with a parasitic shapeshifter” this may mean that we are the aliens who are the Crewmate. Mira may be earth but after humans went extinct. So this is my theory.

We are a different breed of impostors. There may be a world who the impostors are kind and friendly, while the parasite may be a virus. The impostors are trying to get back home while the infected impostors are trying to KILL US ALL.

But now the question lies, How do the impostors can vent while the others can’t? The reason why is because it saids Shapeshifter. MatPat did not cover this in the “We always lose” video and said that they where too short or big.

I am in the process of reading Charles Duhigg's "Smarter Faster Better" and he speaks about it. It has to do with motivation, and how you brain can feel like it has completed a task, when it hasn't. I first heard about this from a book called, "Symbolic Self Completion." In it was the idea that you shouldn't talk to people about goals you haven't achieved yet, because you will be completing the task symbolically in your mind, and be less motivated to achieve it.
